1黄瓜全雌性基因连锁的AFLP和SCAR分子标记显示文摘本研究以全雌品种‘戴多星’自交系和弱雌品种‘北京截头’自交系为双亲杂交获得F1,然后得到F2性型分离群体,利用分离群体分组分析法(BulkedSegregantAnalysis,BSA)构建全雌和弱雌两个基因池,筛选了64对AFLP选择性引物EcoRINN+MseINNN组合,发现EcoRITG+MseICAC引物组合在全雌基因池中扩增出一条分子量为234bp的特异带。经F2代单株验证,该特异条带能在全雌单株中稳定出现。以MAPMAKER(Version3.0)软件分析,该标记与全雌性位点的连锁距离在6.7cM。命名该连锁标记为TG/CAC234。将该特异条带回收、克隆、测序,设计特异SCAR引物,再对F2代单株基因组DNA进行扩增,仅在全雌单株中扩增出1条分子量为166bp的特异带,表明已成功地将与黄瓜全雌性连锁的AFLP标记转化为操作简便、表现稳定的SCAR标记,该标记命名为SA166。娄群峰 陈劲枫 Molly Jahn 陈龙正 耿红 罗向东 2005园艺学报2005,32,2:50

3Portal hypertension: Imaging of portosystemic collateral pathways and associated image-guided therapy显示文摘Portal hypertension is a common clinical syndrome, defined by a pathologic increase in the portal venous pressure. Increased resistance to portal blood flow, the primary factor in the pathophysiology of portal hypertension, is in part due to morphological changes occurring in chronic liver diseases. This results in rerouting of blood flow away from the liver through collateral pathways to low-pressure systemic veins. Through a variety of computed tomographic, sonographic, magnetic resonance imaging and angiographic examples, this article discusses the appearances and prevalence of both common and less common portosystemic collateral channels in the thorax and abdomen. A brief overview of established interventional radiologic techniques for treatment of portal hypertension will also be provided. 5Association between heavy metals and antibiotic-resistant human pathogens in environmental reservoirs: A review显示文摘Antibiotic resistance in human pathogens can proliferate under selective pressures. Heavy metals in environmental reservoirs may contribute to selecting antibiotic-resistant strains. To determine the associations between heavy metals and antibiotic resistance, a literature review was conducted to systematically collect and categorize evidence for co-occurrence of resistance to heavy metals and antibiotics within human pathogenic bacteria in water, wastewater, and soil. In total, 42 publications adhered to inclusion criteria. Across the reservoirs, zinc and cadmium were the most commonly observed heavy metals associated with resistance to antibiotics. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli were the most commonly studied bacteria with reported co-occurrence of resistance to several heavy metals and antibiotic classes. As co-selecting agents, prevalence of heavy metals in the environment can proliferate resistance to heavy metals and antibiotics through co-resistance and crossresistance mechanisms. In comparing different reservoirs, soils and sediments harbor higher heavy metal and antibiotic resistances compared to water environments. Additionally, abiotic factors such as pH can affect the solubility and hence, the availability of heavy metals to bacterial pathogens. Overall, our review demonstrates heavy metals act as co-selecting agents in the proliferation of antibiotic resistance in human pathogens in multiple environmental reservoirs. More studies that include statistical data are needed to further describe the exposure-response relationships between heavy metals and antibiotic resistance in different environmental media. Moreover, integration of culturebased and molecular-based methods in future studies are recommended to better inform our understanding of bacterial co- and cross-resistance mechanisms to heavy metals and antibiotics.Christine C. 6Coexpression of CD163 and CD141 identifies human circulating IL-10-producing dendritic cells (DC-10)显示文摘Tolerogenic dendritic cells(DCs)are key players in maintaining immunological homeostasis,dampening immune responses,and promoting tolerance.DC-10,a tolerogenic population of human IL-10-producing DCs characterized by the expression of HLA-G and ILT4,play a pivotal role in promoting tolerance via T regulatory type 1(Tr1)cells.Thus far,the absence of markers that uniquely identify DC-10 has limited in vivo studies.By in vitro gene expression profiling of differentiated human DCs,we identified CD141 and CD163 as surface markers for DC-10.The coexpression of CD141 and CD163 in combination with CD14 and CD16 enables the ex vivo isolation of DC-10 from the peripheral blood.CD14+CD16+CD141+CD163+cells isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy subjects(ex vivo DC-10)produced spontaneously and upon activation of IL-10 and limited levels of IL-12.Moreover,in vitro stimulation of allogeneic naive CD4+T cells with ex vivo DC-10 induced the differentiation of alloantigen-specific CD49b+LAG-3+Tr1 cells.Finally,ex vivo DC-10 and in vitro generated DC-10 exhibited a similar transcriptional profile,which are characterized by an anti-inflammatory and pro-tolerogenic signature.These results provide new insights into the phenotype and molecular signature of DC-10 and highlight the tolerogenic properties of circulating DC-10.These findings open the opportunity to track DC-10 in vivo and to define their role in physiological and pathological settings.Michela Comi Daniele Avancini Francesca Santoni de Sio Matteo Villa Molly Javier Uyeda Matteo Floris Daniela Tomasoni Alessandro Bulfone Maria Grazia Roncarolo Silvia Gregori 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,1:4
7Continuous Action Reinforcement Learning for Control-Affine Systems with Unknown Dynamics显示文摘Control of nonlinear systems is challenging in realtime.Decision making,performed many times per second,must ensure system safety.Designing input to perform a task often involves solving a nonlinear system of differential equations,which is a computationally intensive,if not intractable problem.This article proposes sampling-based task learning for controlaffine nonlinear systems through the combined learning of both state and action-value functions in a model-free approximate value iteration setting with continuous inputs.A quadratic negative definite state-value function implies the existence of a unique maximum of the action-value function at any state.This allows the replacement of the standard greedy policy with a computationally efficient policy approximation that guarantees progression to a goal state without knowledge of the system dynamics.The policy approximation is consistent,i.e.,it does not depend on the action samples used to calculate it.This method is appropriate for mechanical systems with high-dimensional input spaces and unknown dynamics performing Constraint-Balancing Tasks.We verify it both in simulation and experimentally for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs) carrying a suspended load,and in simulation,for the rendezvous of heterogeneous robots.Aleksandra Faust Peter Ruymgaart Molly Salman Rafael Fierro Lydia Tapia 2014IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2014,1,3:3

11Diabetic corneal neuropathy as a surrogate marker for diabetic peripheral neuropathy显示文摘Diabetic neuropathy is a prevalent microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus,affecting nerves in all parts of the body including corneal nerves and peripheral nervous system,leading to diabetic corneal neuropathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy,respectively.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is diagnosed in clinical practice using electrophysiological nerve conduction studies,clinical scoring,and skin biopsies.However,these diagnostic methods have limited sensitivity in detecting small-fiber disease,hence they do not accurately reflect the status of diabetic neuropathy.More recently,analysis of alterations in the corneal nerves has emerged as a promising surrogate marker for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.In this review,we will discuss the relationship between diabetic corneal neuropathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy,elaborating on the foundational aspects of each:pathogenesis,clinical presentation,evaluation,and management.We will further discuss the relevance of diabetic corneal neuropathy in detecting the presence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,particularly early diabetic peripheral neuropathy;the correlation between the severity of diabetic corneal neuropathy and that of diabetic peripheral neuropathy;and the role of diabetic corneal neuropathy in the stratification of complications of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Wei Zheng So Natalie Shi Qi Wong Hong Chang Tan Molly Tzu Yu Lin Isabelle Xin Yu Lee Jodhbir S.Mehta Yu-Chi Liu 2022Neural Regeneration Research2022,17,10:3

15仙人掌果提取液对卵巢癌的抑制作用显示文摘目的:研究仙人掌果提取液在动物体内和体外对卵巢癌的抑制作用。方法:用Crystalviolet方法测定、细胞周期分析及细胞凋亡TUNEL分析观察仙人掌果提取液在体外对卵巢癌细胞生长的抑制作用;仙人掌果提取液对人卵巢癌的动物模型的治疗效果。结果:2种卵巢癌细胞(OVCA420和SKOV3)对于不同浓度仙人掌果提取液反应敏感程度不同,IC50分别是0·8%和8%,正常卵巢上皮细胞(IOSE)的IC50为2%;仙人掌果提取液可以有效的抑制卵巢癌在动物体内的生长(P<0·05),与N-(4-hydroxyphernyl)retinamide(4HPR)作用相似(P>0·05)。结论:仙人掌果提取液对体外卵巢癌细胞生长和动物体内的卵巢癌生长均有明显抑制作用。邹大明 刘华钢 Molly Brewer Jean M Feugang 梁秋云 Kenneth D. 17Hepatoprotective effect of Averrhoea carambola fruit extract on carbon tetrachloride induced hepatotoxicity in mice显示文摘Objective:To investigate the hepatoprotective activity of Averroha carambola fruit extract against carbon tetrachloride induced hepatic injury.Methods:Hepatotoxicity was induced on albino mice by intraperitoneal administration of CCl4.half an hour after the administration of the last dose of the extract of Averroha carambola fruit.Aqueous extract of the fruit of Averroha carambola was administered at a dose of 0.9 g/kg body weight once daily for seven days.The hepatic injury and its prevention was assessed by the estimation of serum activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphates(ALP),glutathione level and histopathological studies of liver.Results:Pre-treatment of mice with the fruit extract of Averrhoea carambola significantly reduced serum levels of ALT,AST and ALP enzyme and significantly increased the liver reduced glutathione levels 24 h after the administration of carbon tetrachloride.A marked improvement in the enzyme activities and the liver reduced glulathione level was observed in the pre-treated mice 4 days after the administration of carbon tetrachloride. Histopathological studies provided supportive evidence for the biochemical analvsis. 18新一代渴望导管: 在肺的栓塞的处理的可行性显示文摘 AIM: To report our preliminary experience with a new generation aspiration catheter in the treatment of symptomatic pulmonary embolism(PE). METHODS: A retrospective database search for pulmonary artery embolectomy since introduction of the Pronto.035' and XL extraction catheter(Vascular Solutions, Minneapolis, MN) at our institution in 10/2009 was performed. Ten consecutive patients were identified in which the Pronto.035' or XL catheter was used between 01/2010 and 03/2013. All patients were referred for catheter based embolectomy due to contraindications to systemic lysis, or for being in such a critical clinical condition that immediate percutaneous treatment deemed warranted. The computed tomography(CT) right to left heart ratio as predictor for the severity of the PE was retrospectively evaluated on standard axial views. The difference between pre- and post-procedure pulmonary pressure measures was taken to assess the procedural effect.RESULTS: Extensive PE was confirmed angiographically in all patients. Measured right- to left ventricle(RV/LV) ratios were elevated beyond one in seven of the eight available CTs. Acute procedural success defined as clinical removal of visible thrombus and improvement in mean pulmonary artery pressure was seen in all recorded patients(n = 8), the mean pulmonary pressures declined from a median(range) of 35.5(19-46) to 23(10-37, P = 0.008) mmHg. Neither death nor other complications occurred intra- or immediately periprocedural, yet short term mortality within 30 d was found in 6 out of 9 patients, one patient was lost in follow up. The cause of death within 30 d in the 6 patients was identified as: Circulatory failure in direct connection with the PE(n = 2), stroke, sepsis, or succumbing to malignancy in a hospice setting(n = 2). CONCLUSION: Success in thrombus removal with improved pulmonary hypertension and systemic hypotension suggests this aspiration technique to be effective.
