1高Nb X80管线钢焊接热影响区显微组织与韧性显示文摘利用Gleeble-1500模拟不同热输入的单道次焊接热循环过程,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)对高Nb X80管线钢焊接热影响区中的粗晶区(CGHAZ)显微组织、马/奥组元(M/A)形态和分布以及原奥氏体晶粒粗化情况进行研究.结果表明:高Nb X80管线钢的焊接热输入应不高于30 kJ/cm,虽然在高Nb钢中,原奥氏体晶粒的平均尺寸不会随热输入增加过于粗大,但当热输入高于40 kJ/cm时,会使得原奥氏体晶粒内粒状贝氏体的晶体取向选择过于单一,大角晶界(≥15°)密度明显降低,有效晶粒尺寸较大,M/A组元也由于热输入过大而明显粗化.上述原因使高Nb X80管线钢在大于40 kJ/cm热输入条件下热影响区粗晶区韧性明显恶化.缪成亮 尚成嘉 王学敏 张龙飞 Mani Subramanian 2010金属学报2010,46,5:86

5Chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer: opportunities for advancement显示文摘Locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) continues to be a challenging disease to treat. With high rates of both local and distant failures, there is signiicant interest in inding more biologically active chemotherapy regimens that can contribute to reduce both failures. The phase III PROCLAIM trial, recently published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology entitled 'PROCLAIM: randomized phase III trial of pemetrexed–cisplatin or etoposide–cisplatin plus thoracic radiation therapy followed by consolidation chemotherapy in locally advanced nonsquamous non-small-cell lung cancer', compared two diferent chemotherapy regimens given concurrently with radiotherapy in patients with stage III non-squamous lung cancer: pemetrexed plus cisplatin versus cisplatin plus etoposide. Both groups received consolidation chemotherapy. After enrolling 598 of planned 600 patients, the study was stopped early due to futility as no diference was seen in the primary end-point of overall survival. Since PROCLAIM was designed as a superiority trial, these results suggest that pemetrexed regimens do not ofer a clinical advantage over standard cisplatin plus etoposide. There are some subpopulations who might still beneit from pemetrexed, especially if clinicians are concerned about myelosuppression-related adverse events. 6微创与传统切开治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂疗效的Meta分析显示文摘[目的]系统评价微创与传统切开治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的临床疗效。[方法]计算机检索Medline、Cochrane Library(2013年1期)、Ovid、EMBASE、中国生物医学、中国期刊全文和万方数据库,以及手工检索国内相关骨科杂志,检索微创与传统切开治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂疗效对比的随机对照研究文献,评价指标包括患者术后满意度、跟腱再次断裂率、AOFAS踝-后足评分、踝关节活动度、浅表感染、深部感染、组织粘连、切口瘢痕形成、手术时间等,并采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入随机对照研究7篇,共328例,微创组160例,传统切开组168例。Meta分析结果显示:微创组与传统切开组相比,术后患者满意度较高,浅表感染较低(P<0.05);跟腱再次断裂、深部感染、组织粘连、切口瘢痕等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]微创治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂在患者术后满意度上优于传统切开术,且浅部表皮感染率较低,受纳入研究样本量及方法学质量限制,尚需开展更多大样本、高质量随机对照试验来增加证据的论证强度。陈柯屹 张梦苑 杨广忠 Anod Mani Regmi Sasi Kumar Jha 余凯 2013中国矫形外科杂志2013,21,24:13

9锁骨骨折合并臂丛损伤的早期显微外科治疗显示文摘目的探讨锁骨骨折合并臂丛损伤的早期显微外科治疗方法及疗效。方法 2006年1月-2012年1月,收治27例锁骨骨折合并臂丛损伤患者。男18例,女9例;年龄18~42岁,平均25.3岁。致伤原因:交通事故伤12例,高处坠落伤10例,重物砸伤3例,机器绞伤2例。锁骨骨折根据Robinson分型标准:Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型20例,Ⅲ型5例。全臂丛根性撕脱伤12例,束支部损伤10例,血肿形成并局部神经压迫或损伤5例。受伤至手术时间6 h^14 d,平均4 d。患者均急诊或早期行臂丛探查修复(包括血肿清除外膜松解术、神经直接吻合及多组神经移位术)及锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术治疗。术后患侧正中神经支配区皮肤感觉恢复采用1954年英国医学研究委员会(MRC)感觉分级标准(S0~S4)评定;以相关神经支配的靶肌肉肌力为指标,并参照1999年修正的MRC肌力分级标准(M0~M5)进行评价。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。27例均获随访,随访时间18~36个月,平均26.3个月。骨折均获临床愈合,愈合时间12~17周,平均15周。随访期间无内固定物松动、断裂等并发症发生,肩关节外展活动时无疼痛。术后18个月,患者肩外展≥60°8例,30~60°8例,<30°11例。肱二头肌肌力≥M3 18例,刘亚飞 王伟 Anod Mani Regmi 艾合买提江.玉素甫 2014中国修复重建外科杂志2014,28,11:9
10Diversity and trait-specific sources for productivity and nutritional traits in the global proso millet(Panicum miliaceum L.) germplasm collection显示文摘Proso millet is an important short-duration crop that adapts well to varied climatic conditions and is grown worldwide for food,feed and fodder purposes.Owing to a lack of genetic improvement,the crop has experienced no yield improvement and provides low income to farmers.In this study,200 accessions of proso millet originating in 30 countries were evaluated in two rainy seasons to assess phenotypic diversity for morpho-agronomic and grain nutritional traits and to identify high grain-yielding and grain nutrient-rich accessions.Proso millet diversity was structured by geographical region,by country within region,and by racial group.Race patentissimum showed high diversity and ovatum low diversity,and diverged widely from each other.The lowest divergence was observed between races compactum and ovatum.Eighteen high grain-yielding,10 large-seeded,and 26 two or more grain nutrients-rich accessions were identified,and highly diverse pairs of accessions within and between trait groups were identified.They included IPm 9 and IPm2661 for high grain yield and large seed size;and IPm 2069,IPm 2076,and IPm 2537 for high Fe,Zn,Ca,and protein contents.IPm 2875 had a seed coat that is readily removed by threshing.This study provides valuable information to proso millet researchers about agronomic and nutritional traits in accessions that could be tested for regional adaption and yield for direct release as cultivars,and could be used in breeding for developing high grain-yielding and nutrient-rich cultivars.Mani Vetriventhan Hari D.Upadhyaya 2018The Crop Journal2018,6,5:9

15Changes in cultivated land patterns and driving forces in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, China, from 1992 to 2015显示文摘Changes of cultivated land patterns caused by major water conservation projects are rarely reported. We selected the Three Gorges Reservoir area in China to study the change in area and landscape pattern of the cultivated land in the head,central, and tail areas of the reservoir that took place between 1992 and 2015;we then studied the spatial distribution of the cultivated land in the three parts of the reservoir;finally, we studied the driving forces behind the changes in the cultivated land. The results derived are as follows.(1) During the construction of the Three Gorges Project(TGP, 1992–2015), the area of cultivated land around the reservoir decreased by30.23 million ha. This reduction occurred in phases:the most severe change in cultivated land occurred during the later stage of the project(2002–2010);only 0.62 million ha of cultivated land did not change between 1992 and 2015.(2) Spatial pattern analysis showed that the cultivated land in the three parts of the reservoir changed from a northern distribution to a southern distribution;thus, the area of cultivated land in the north decreased over the time period. The area of cultivated land in the head and tail areas decreased by varying degrees, while it increased in the central area over the 23 years, indicating that the change in cultivated land showed regional differences.(3) The TGP, the policy of reverting farmland to forest,and urbanization were the main driving factors for the change of cultivated land, but there were differences in their impacts at different stages.(4) According to the patch dynamics of the land cover change, the degree of change gradually intensified during the early and later stages of the project and then stabilized during the operational period. 17Effects of Organic Amendments on Soil Physical Attributes and Aggregate-Associated Phosphorus Under Long-Term Rice-Wheat Cropping显示文摘The quantification of phosphorus(P) in bulk soil and P distribution in different size fractions of water-stable aggregates(WSAs)are important for assessing potential P loss through runoff. We evaluated available and total P distribution within WSAs of a sitty clay to clay soil in a long-term fertility experiment of a rice-wheat cropping system in India. Surface soil samples were collected from seven plots amended with NPK fertilizers in combination with or without organic amendments, farmyard manure(FYM), green manure(GM), and paddy straw(PS). The plot with no NPK fertilizers or organic amendments was set as a control. The soil samples were separated by wet sieving into four soil aggregate size fractions: large macroaggregates(> 2.0 mm), small macroaggregates(0.25–2.0 mm), fine microaggregates(0.05–0.25 mm), and a silt + clay-sized fraction(< 0.05 mm). Structural indices were higher in the soil receiving organic amendments than in the soil receiving inorganic fertilizer alone. Organically amended soil had a higher proportion of stable macroaggregates than the control and the soil receiving inorganic fertilizer alone, which were rich in microaggregates. Total and available P contents within WSAs were inversely related to the aggregate size, irrespective of treatment. The distribution of available and total P in the soil aggregate size fraction was as follows: silt + clay-size fraction > small macroaggregates > fine microaggregates> large macroaggregates. Within a size class, aggregate-associated available and total P contents in the organically amended soil were in the following order: FYM > PS ≥ GM. The available P content of the microaggregates(< 0.25 mm) was 8-to 10-times higher than that of the macroaggregates(> 0.25 mm), and the total P content of the microaggregates was 4-to 5-times higher than that of the macroaggregates. 18Association of asymptomatic otitis media with effusion in patients with adenoid hypertrophy显示文摘Objective: Clinical symptoms of otitis media with effusion are rarely brought forward to the guardians of young children who the disease is most prevalent in. This often leads to poor scholastic performances and difficult social interactions. The objective of this study was to identify asymptomatic cases of otitis media with effusion present in individuals with adenoid hypertrophy. Material and Methods: In a cross sectional study advocated in Justice K.S.Hegde Hospital, Karnataka India we evaluated one hundred patients above the age of three from August 2016 to December 2017. Candidates who presented with an adenoid nasopharyngeal ratio of more than 0.5 were selected for the study. Individuals who complained of otological symptoms were not considered for the study. Patients cleared of other pathological otological conditions were underwent audiological evaluation with pure tone audiometry and tympanometry for evaluating the middle ear status and hearing loss. Results: The study showed a total of 36% of patients evaluated presented with asymptomatic otitis media with effusion. In candidates who presented with a bilateral B tympanogram, 40% had significant conductive hearing loss of more than 25dB. 19AIDS-associated plasmablastic lymphoma presenting as a poorly differentiated esophageal tumor: A diagnostic dilemma显示文摘Plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL) is a rare form of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma characterized by weak/absent expression of conventional B-cell markers and strong expression of plasma cell markers. It is strongly associated with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and Epstein Barr virus infection, and shows an unusual tropism to the oral cavity. Herein we describe a patient with AIDS who presented with weight loss and dysphagia owing to a large gastroesophageal mass. His radiographic and endoscopic findings and long history of cigarette consumption suggested carcinoma. Biopsy demonstrated a poorly differentiated tumor stained negatively to routine lymphoid markers including CD20. However, gene rearrangement studies confirmed a B-cell process and a more detailed immunohistochemical analysis revealed the cells stained positively for CD138 (plasma cell antigen). These findings were diagnostic of PBL. 20FibroSURE^(TM) and FibroScan~ in relation to treatment response in chronic hepatitis C virus显示文摘AIM:To compare histological endpoint assessment using noninvasive alternatives to biopsy during treatment in a chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV)cohort.METHODS:Patients with chronic HCV were randomized to receive interferon-based therapy for 24(genotypes 2/3)or 48(genotype 1)wk.FibroSURE~TM(FS)was assessed at baseline and at week-12 post-treatment follow-up.Baseline biopsy for METAVIR was assessed by a single pathologist.FibroScan~ transient elastogra-phy(TE)was performed during treatment in a patient subset.RESULTS:Two thousand and sixty patients(n = 253 in Asia)were classif ied as METAVIR F0-1(n = 1682)or F2-4(n = 378).For F2-4,FS(n = 2055)had sensitiv-ity and specif icity of 0.87 and 0.61,respectively,with area under the receiver-operating curve of 0.82;corre-sponding values for TE(n = 214)and combined FS/TE(n = 209)were 0.77,0.88 and 0.88,and 0.93,0.68 and 0.88.Overall FS/TE agreement for F2-4 was 71%(κ = 0.41)and higher in Asians vs non-Asians(κ = 0.86 vs 0.35;P < 0.001).Combined FS/TE had 97% accuracy in Asians(n = 33).Baseline FS(0.38 vs 0.51,P < 0.001)and TE(8.0 kPa vs 11.9 kPa,P = 0.006)scores were lower in patients with sustained virological response than in nonresponders,and were maintained through follow-up.CONCLUSION:FS and TE may reliably differentiate mild from moderate-advanced disease,with a potential for high diagnostic accuracy in Asians with chronic HCV.Keyur Patel Mireen Friedrich-Rust Yoav Lurie Mircea Grigorescu Carol Stanciu Chuan-Mo Lee Eugene R Schiff Dieter Hussinger Michael P Manns Guido Gerken Isabelle Colle Michael Torbenson Erik Pulkstenis G Mani Subramanian John G McHutchison Stefan Zeuzem 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,41:4
