1生态干扰度:一种评价植被天然性程度的方法显示文摘地球上现存的植物或森林群落都是植被与其环境长期适应及人类长期干扰影响的结果 ,因此 ,现实的植被反映着历史上人类对它们不同程度的影响。‘生态干扰’的概念常常被用来描述历史上人类对植被或森林影响的大小 ,即‘生态干扰度’;或用来表示现实植被离开它的‘天然植被’的距离 ,即现实植被的‘天然性程度’。如此的‘天然植被’可以是 :( 1 )历史上从未受过人类任何干扰的‘原始植被’;( 2 )基于当前立地的‘潜在的自然植被’。然而 ,成百上千年以来人类对自然的利用干扰 ,致使真正的‘原始植被’现在几乎无处可寻。因此 ,‘潜在的自然植被’被用来作为生态干扰度估计或植被天然性程度评价的参照系。作为一种很实用的生态分析手段 ,生态干扰度的方法已被广泛地应用在农、林、水、景观、城市及自然保护等诸多领域的生态评价上。为此 ,本文论述了生态干扰度的概念、原理、方法和应用实例。李迈和 Norbert Krauchi 杨健 2002地理科学进展2002,21,5:53
2全球高山林线研究现状与发展方向显示文摘当山体达到一定高度时出现的森林分布上限———高山林线,归根结底是一条低温界限。逾百年高山林线的观测与研究,旨在阐明高山林线成因以恢复气候高山林线。迄今出现的各种(可归为5类)高山林线成因假说,虽然每一种都可以解释一定地域的高山林线现象,但在全球尺度上,仍然缺乏一种可以普遍解释全球高山林线现象的假说和理论。另外,由于高山区域较少的人类干扰及短(海拔)距离内显著的环境因子梯度、结合高山林线特殊的结构、功能及对气候变化的高度敏感性,林线研究已经成为全球气候变化研究的热点区域之一。本文综述了全球高山林线知识现状,并对将来高山林线研究提出了一些建议。李迈和 Norbert Krauchi 2005四川林业科技2005,26,4:42

5Novel treatment options for perforations of the upper gastrointestinal tract:Endoscopic vacuum therapy and over-the-scope clips显示文摘Endoscopic management of leakages and perforations of the upper gastrointestinal tract has gained great importance as it avoids the morbidity and mortality of surgical intervention.In the past years,covered selfexpanding metal stents were the mainstay of endoscopic therapy.However,two new techniques are now available that enlarge the possibilities of defect closure:endoscopic vacuum therapy(EVT),and over-the-scope clip(OTSC).EVT is performed by mounting a polyurethane sponge on a gastric tube and placing it into the leakage.Continuous suction is applied via the tube resulting in effective drainage of the cavity and the induction of wound healing,comparable to the application of vacuum therapy in cutaneous wounds.The system is changed every 3-5 d.The overall success rate of EVT in the literature ranges from 84%to 100%,with a mean of 90%;only few complications have been reported.OTSCs are loaded on a transparent cap which is mounted on the tip of a standard endoscope.By bringing the edges of the perforation into the cap,by suction or by dedicated devices,such as anchor or twin grasper,the OTSC can be placed to close the perforation.For acute endoscopy associated perforations,the mean success rate is 90%(range:70%-100%).For other types of perforations(postoperative,other chronic leaks and fistulas)success rates are somewhat lower(68%,and59%,respectively).Only few complications have been reported.Although first reports are promising,further studies are needed to define the exact role of EVT and OTSC in treatment algorithms of upper gastrointestinal perforations.Rudolf Mennigen Norbert Senninger Mike G Laukoetter 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,24:25

8Role of multi-microalloying by rare earth elements in ductilization of magnesium alloys显示文摘The present work investigates the influences of microalloying with rare earths on the mechanical properties of magnesium alloys.The amount of each rare earth element is controlled below 0.4 wt.%in order not to increase the cost of alloy largely.The synergic effects from the multi-microalloying with rare earths on the mechanical properties are explored.The obtained results show that the as-cast magnesium alloys multi-microalloying with rare earths possesses a quite high ductility with a tensile strain up to 25-30%at room temperature.Moreover,these alloys exhibit much better corrosion resistance than AZ31 alloy.The preliminary in situ neutron diffractions on the deformation of these alloys indicate that the multi-microalloying with rare earths seems to be beneficial for the activation of more slip systems.The deformation becomes more homogeneous and the resultant textures after deformation are weakened.Yuanding Huang Weimin Gan Karl Ulrich Kainer Norbert Hort 2014Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2014,2,1:19

12特发性脊柱侧凸King、Lenke和PUMC临床分型的应用比较显示文摘目的比较特发性脊柱侧凸King、Lenke和PUMC分型的全面性及其对手术的指导价值。方法回顾性分析在巴塞罗那SantJoanDeDéu医院接受手术治疗的特发性脊柱侧凸患者145例的临床及影像学资料。所有病例均进行King、Lenke和PUMC分型,比较手术原则与三种分型方法的符合率及术后失代偿的发生情况。结果King分型能对全部病例中的122例进行分型,有23例无法应用King分型;而Lenke分型和PUMC分型均能对全部病例进行分型。145例患者中,手术原则符合King分型者99例(68.3%),符合Lenke分型者120例(82.8%),符合PUMC分型者107例(73.8%)。95例患者随访3~96个月,平均29.6个月。其中手术原则符合King分型、Lenke分型和PUMC分型融合范围而于术后与随访时发生冠状面躯干失平衡(失代偿)的发生率分别为26.3%(26/99)和13.2%(9/68)、30.8%(37/120)和12.5%(10/80)、14.0%(15/107)和2.7%(2/74),符合PUMC分型而发生冠状面躯干失平衡的发生率与符合King分型、Lenke分型者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上胸弯和主胸弯的柔韧性与胸腰弯和腰弯比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特发性脊柱侧凸的PUMC分型与Lenke分型比King分型更全面,PUMC分型比King分型和Lenke分型更具手术指导意义。对不同部位的脊柱侧凸采用统一的凸侧Bending位X线片上Cobb角超过25°来定义结构性侧凸并不合适。邱贵兴 于斌 Norbert Ventura 仉建国 王以朋 翁习生 石志才 2006中华骨科杂志2006,26,3:13

14The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 16源于近端股骨间充质干细胞免疫抑制作用的研究显示文摘目的探讨源于成人近端股骨的间充质干细胞(MSC)是否具有免疫抑制功能,为临床移植物抗宿主病的防治寻找理想的细胞储备库。方法从全髋关节置换术患者的近端股骨中分离并培养MSC,将不同数量的细胞直接或以Transwell法加入混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)中,检测MSC对外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)增殖水平的影响。以ELISA法及抗体中和法探讨细胞因子TGFβ1在MSC免疫调节中的作用。结果3×103、1×104、3×104、1×105个源于近端股骨的MSC对PBL增殖的抑制率分别为62%±18%、38%±4%、31%±16%、28%±12%,与采自髂骨骨髓穿刺物MSC的抑制作用相比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),后者对PBL的增殖抑制率为58%±12%、37%±8%、28%±6%、27%±6%;以0.2μm的微孔膜对MSC与MLR进行分隔,3×104及1×104个MSC对PBL的增殖抑制率为36%±8%和53%±12%;在ELISA实验中,MSC单独培养,MSC与MLR直接接触,或经Transwell共培养的这3种上清中转化生长因子(TGF)β1的表达水平差异无统计学意义,加入浓度递增的TGFβ1抗体不能逆转MSC对PBL增殖的抑制作用。结论源于近端股骨的MSC具有一定的免疫抑制功能,除TGFβ1外其他可溶性因子可能介导这一作用。张翼鷟 Loic Fouillard Alain Chapel Morad Bensidhoum Christelle Mazurier Aish Nasef Sandrine Bouchet Manuel Lopez Dominique Thierry Norbert Cclaucle Gorin 达万明 2005中华医学杂志2005,85,39:11

20Bifurcation and Chaos Analysis of Nonlinear Rotor System with Axial-grooved Gas-lubricated Journal Bearing Support显示文摘Axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearings have been widely applied to precision instrument due to their high accuracy, low friction, low noise and high stability. The rotor system with axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support is a typical nonlinear dynamic system. The nonlinear analysis measures have to be adopted to analyze the behaviors of the axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor nonlinear system as the linear analysis measures fail. The bifurcation and chaos of nonlinear rotor system with three axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support are investigated by nonlinear dynamics theory. A time-dependent mathematical model is established to describe the pressure distribution in the axial-grooved compressible gas-lubricated journal bearing. The time-dependent compressible gas-lubricated Reynolds equation is solved by the differential transformation method. The gyroscopic effect of the rotor supported by gas-lubricated journal bearing with three axial grooves is taken into consideration in the model of the system, and the dynamic equation of motion is calculated by the modified Wilson-θ-based method. To analyze the unbalanced responses of the rotor system supported by finite length gas-lubricated journal bearings, such as bifurcation and chaos, the bifurcation diagram, the orbit diagram, the Poincaré map, the time series and the frequency spectrum are employed. The numerical results reveal that the nonlinear gas film forces have a significant influence on the stability of rotor system and there are the rich nonlinear phenomena, such as the periodic, period-doubling, quasi-periodic, period-4 and chaotic motion, and so on.
