1Reactive capillary hemangiomas: a novel dermatologic toxicity following anti-PD-1 treatment with SHR-1210显示文摘Objective: SHR-1210 is a new and promising anti-PD-1 agent for solid tumors. During the phase I study of SHR-1210, we encountered a novel but prevalent immune-related dermatologic toxicity: reactive capillary hemangiomas(RCHs). Thus we tried to summarize the features of RCHs and estimate their relationship with tumor response.Methods: This prospective observational study systematically enrolled 98 patients with advanced solid tumors from April 27th,2016 to June 8th, 2017 in the context of the phase I clinical study of SHR-1210. This report focused on the skin toxicities. Patients underwent entire skin inspection every two weeks while taking medication. The clinical course of RCHs was recorded and their association with tumor response was estimated. The data cut-off date was November 15th, 2017.Results: After a median follow-up of 242(range, 29–567) days, RCHs were observed in 85.7%(84/98) of patients on cutaneous/mucosal surfaces; 84.5%(71/84) of the RCHs were evaluated as grade 1 adverse events. No grade 3 or 4 RCHs were observed. The time of onset of RCHs was dose dependent and shortest in the 400 mg-dose cohort(P < 0.001). Spontaneous and complete regression of RCHs was observed both during and after treatment. The objective response rate of tumors for patients with RCHs was 28.9%(24/83). However, no responders were observed among the patients without RCHs.Conclusions: RCHs were prevalent but manageable during treatment with SHR-1210. 3Treatment and outcomes of 1041 pediatric patients with neuroblastoma who received multidisciplinary care in China显示文摘Importance:Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial malignant solid tumor in children.Multidisciplinary care is critical to improving the survival of pediatric patients with neuroblastoma.Objective:To systematically summarize the clinical characteristics of children with neuroblastoma and evaluate their prognosis with multidisciplinary care provided in a single center.Methods:This retrospective study analyzed the clinical data of 1041 patients with neuroblastoma who were diagnosed,treated,and followed-up in the Hematology-Oncology Center of Beijing Children’s Hospital from 2007 to 2019.Results:The median age at diagnosis was 34 months;80.8%of the patients were younger than 5 years of age.Notably,243 patients(23.3%)were classified as low-risk,249 patients(23.9%)were classified as intermediate-risk,and 549(52.7%)were classified as high-risk.Furthermore,956 patients underwent surgical resections;986(94.7%)patients received chemotherapy;and 176 patients with high-risk neuroblastoma received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.The 5-year event-free survival(EFS)rate was 91.3%and 5-year overall survival(OS)rate was 97.5%in low-risk group;in the intermediate-risk group,these rates were 85.1%and 96.7%,respectively,while they were 37.7%and 48.9%in the high-risk group(P<0.001 for both).The 5-year EFS and OS rates were significantly higher in patients diagnosed between 2015 and 2019 than in patients diagnosed between 2007 and 2014(P<0.001).In total,278 patients(26.7%)exhibited tumor relapse or progression;the median interval until relapse or progression was 14 months.Of the 233 patients who died,83%died of relapse or progression of neuroblastoma and 4.3%died of therapy-related complications.Interpretation:The 5-year OS rate was low in high-risk patients,compared with low-and intermediate-risk patients.Multidisciplinary care is critical for improvement of survival in pediatric patients with neuroblastoma.Additional treatment strategies should be sought to improve the prognosis of patients with high-risk neuroblastoma.Yan Su Hong Qin Chenghao Chen Shengcai Wang Shihan Zhang Dawei Zhang Mei Jin Yun Peng Lejian He Xiaoman Wang Suyun Qian Maoquan Qin Ming Ge Fuquan Zhang Qi Zeng Huanmin Wang Xiaoli Ma Xin Ni 2020Pediatric Investigation2020,4,3:16
4Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 5Status and development of high-power laser facilities at the NLHPLP显示文摘In this paper, we review the status of the multifunctional experimental platform at the National Laboratory of High Power Laser and Physics(NLHPLP). The platform, including the SG-II laser facility, SG-II 9th beam, SG-II upgrade(SG-II UP) facility, and SG-II 5 PW facility, is operational and available for interested scientists studying inertial confinement fusion(ICF) and a broad range of high-energy-density physics. These facilities can provide important experimental capabilities by combining different pulse widths of nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond scales. In addition, the SG-II UP facility, consisting of a single petawatt system and an eight-beam nanosecond system, is introduced including several laser technologies that have been developed to ensure the performance of the facility. 8Enhanced Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface Assisted mmWave Communication: A Federated Learning显示文摘Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)has been proposed as a potential solution to improve the coverage and spectrum efficiency for future wireless communication.However,the privacy of users’data is often ignored in previous works,such as the user’s location information during channel estimation.In this paper,we propose a privacy-preserving design paradigm combining federated learning(FL)with RIS in the mmWave communication system.Based on FL,the local models are trained and encrypted using the private data managed on each local device.Following this,a global model is generated by aggregating them at the central server.The optimal model is trained for establishing the mapping function between channel state information(CSI)and RIS’configuration matrix in order to maximize the achievable rate of the received signal.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can effectively approach to the theoretical value generated by centralized machine learning(ML),while protecting user’privacy.Lixin Li Donghui Ma Huan Ren Dawei Wang Xiao Tang Wei Liang Tong Bai 2020China Communications2020,17,10:6
9Selective transmission and channel estimation in massive MIMO systems显示文摘Massive MIMO systems have got extraordinary spectral efficiency using a large number of base station antennas,but it is in the challenge of pilot contamination using the aligned pilots.To address this issue,a selective transmission is proposed using time-shifted pilots with cell grouping,where the strong interfering users in downlink transmission cells are temporally stopped during the pilots transmission in uplink cells.Based on the spatial characteristics of physical channel models,the strong interfering users are selected to minimize the inter-cell interference and the cell grouping is designed to have less temporally stopped users within a smaller area.Furthermore,a Kalman estimator is proposed to reduce the unexpected effect of residual interferences in channel estimation,which exploits both the spatial-time correlation of channels and the share of the interference information.The numerical results show that our scheme significantly improves the channel estimation accuracy and the data rates.杨睿哲 Zong Liang Si Pengbo Ma Dawei Zhang Yanhua 2016High Technology Letters2016,22,1:5
10A structural and data-driven approach to engineering a plant cytochrome P450 enzyme显示文摘Functional manipulation of biosynthetic enzymes such as cytochrome P450 s(or P450 s) has attracted great interest in metabolic engineering of plant natural products.Cucurbitacins and mogrosides are plant triterpenoids that share the same backbone but display contrasting bioactivities.This structural and functional diversity of the two metabolites can be manipulated by engineering P450 s.However,the functional redesign of P450 s through directed evolution(DE) or structure-guided protein engineering is time consuming and challenging,often because of a lack of high-throughput screening methods and crystal structures of P450 s.In this study,we used an integrated approach combining computational protein design,evolutionary information,and experimental data-driven optimization to alter the substrate specificity of a multifunctional P450(CYP87 D20)from cucumber.After three rounds of iterative design and evaluation of 96 protein variants,CYP87 D20,which is involved in the cucurbitacin C biosynthetic pathway,was successfully transformed into a P450 mono-oxygenase that performs a single specific hydroxylation at C11 of cucurbitadienol.This integrated P450-engineering approach can be further applied to create a de novo pathway to produce mogrol,the precursor of the natural sweetener mogroside,or to alter the structural diversity of plant triterpenoids by functionally manipulating other P450 s.Dawei Li Yongshuo Ma Yuan Zhou Junbo Gou Yang Zhong Lingling Zhao Lida Han Sergey Ovchinnikov Ling Ma Sanwen Huang Per Greisen Yi Shang 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,7:5
11Chemical formation and source apportionment of PM_(2.5) at an urban site at the southern foot of the Taihang mountains显示文摘The region along the Taihang Mountains in the North China Plain(NCP) is characterized by serious fine particle pollution. To clarify the formation mechanism and controlling factors, an observational study was conducted to investigate the physical and chemical properties of the fine particulate matter in Jiaozuo city, China. Mass concentrations of the water-soluble ions(WSIs) in PM_(2.5) and gaseous pollutant precursors were measured on an hourly basis from December 1, 2017, to February 27, 2018. The positive matrix factorization(PMF) method and the FLEXible PARTicle(FLEXPART) model were employed to identify the sources of PM_(2.5). The results showed that the average mass concentration of PM_(2.5) was 111 μg/m^(3) during the observation period. Among the major WSIs, sulfate, nitrate, and ammonium(SNA) constituted 62% of the total PM_(2.5) mass, and NO_(3)^(-) ranked the highest with an average contribution of 24.6%. NH_(4)^(+) was abundant in most cases in Jiaozuo. According to chemical balance analysis, SO_(2)-4, NO_(3)^(-), and Cl^(-) might be present in the form of(NH_4)_(2)SO_4, NH_4NO_3, NH_4Cl, and KCl. The liquid-phase oxidation of SO_(2) and NO_(2) was severe during the haze period. The relative humidity and pH were the key factors influencing SO_(4)^(2-) formation. We found that NO_(3)^(-) mainly stemmed from homogeneous gas-phase reactions in the daytime and originated from the hydrolysis of N_(2)O_5 in the nighttime, which was inconsistent with previous studies. 12Quality metrics and outcomes among critically ill patients in China:results of the national clinical quality control indicators for critical care medicine survey 2015-2019显示文摘Background:It is crucial to improve the quality of care provided to ICU patient,therefore a national survey of the medical quality of intensive care units(ICUs)was conducted to analyze adherence to quality metrics and outcomes among critically ill patients in China from 2015 to 2019.Methods:This was an ICU-level study based on a 15-indicator online survey conducted in China.Considering that ICU care quality may vary between secondary and tertiary hospitals,direct standardization was adopted to compare the rates of ICU quality indicators among provinces/regions.Multivariate analysis was performed to identify potential factors for in-hospital mortality and factors related to ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP),catheter-related bloodstream infections(CRBSIs),and catheter-associated urinary tract infections(CAUTIs).Results:From the survey,the proportions of structural indicators were 1.83%for the number of ICU inpatients relative to the total number of inpatients,1.44%for ICU bed occupancy relative to the total inpatient bed occupancy,and 51.08%for inpatients with Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II scores≥15.The proportions of procedural indicators were 74.37%and 76.60%for 3-hour and 6-hour surviving sepsis campaign bundle compliance,respectively,62.93%for microbiology detection,58.24%for deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis,1.49%for unplanned endotracheal extubations,1.99%for extubated inpatients reintubated within 48 hours,6.38%for unplanned transfer to the ICU,and 1.20%for 48-hour ICU readmission.The proportions of outcome indicators were 1.28‰for VAP,3.06‰for CRBSI,3.65‰for CAUTI,and 10.19%for in-hospital mortality.Although the indicators varied greatly across provinces and regions,the treatment level of ICUs in China has been stable and improved based on various quality control indicators in the past 5 years.The overall mortality rate has dropped from 10.19%to approximately 8%.Conclusions:The quality indicators of medical care in China’s ICUs are heterogeneous,which is reflected in geographic disparities and grades of hospitals.This study is of great significance for improving the homogeneity of ICUs in China.Xi Rui Fen Dong Xudong Ma Longxiang Su Guangliang Shan Yanhong Guo Yun Long Dawei Liu Xiang Zhou 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,9:4
13Apoptotic extracellular vesicles are metabolized regulators nurturing the skin and hair显示文摘Over 300 billion of cells die every day in the human body,producing a large number of endogenous apoptotic extracellular vesicles(apoEVs).Also,allogenic stem cell transplantation,a commonly used therapeutic approach in current clinical practice,generates exogenous apoEVs.It is well known that phagocytic cells engulf and digest apoEVs to maintain the body’s homeostasis.In this study,we show that a fraction of exogenous apoEVs is metabolized in the integumentary skin and hair follicles.Mechanistically,apoEVs activate the Wnt/β-catenin pathway to facilitate their metabolism in a wave-like pattern.The migration of apoEVs is enhanced by treadmill exercise and inhibited by tail suspension,which is associated with the mechanical force-regulated expression of DKK1 in circulation.Furthermore,we show that exogenous apoEVs promote wound healing and hair growth via activation of Wnt/β-catenin pathway in skin and hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells.This study reveals a previously unrecognized metabolic pathway of apoEVs and opens a new avenue for exploring apoEV-based therapy for skin and hair disorders.Lan Ma Chider Chen Dawei Liu Zhiqing Huang Jiaqi Li Haixiang Liu Ryan Tsz Kin Kwok Benzhong Tang Bingdong Sui Xiao Zhang Jianxia Tang Xueli Mao Weiying Huang Songtao Shi Xiaoxing Kou 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,1:3
14Association of serum lipids and severity of epithelial ovarian cancer:an observational cohort study of 349 Chinese patients显示文摘While obesity and fat intake have been associated with the risk and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer, the association between the lipid levels and epithelial ovarian cancer phenotype remains controversial. We conducted a retrospective study of 349 epithelial ovarian cancer patients who received treatment at Jiangsu Cancer Hospital, China between 2011 and 2017. We analyzed age at diagnosis, blood pressure, plasma glucose content, body mass index(BMI), lipid levels and clinical parameters. Severity of epithelial ovarian cancer was classified according to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO) grading system. Univariate analysis of the clinical factors according to the severity of epithelial ovarian cancer was followed by logistic regression analysis to identify clinical factors significantly associated with epithelial ovarian cancer severity. Univariate analysis indicated that age,BMI, triglyceride(TG), and high density lipoproteins(HDL) differed significantly among different stages of epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05). In the logistic regression model, elevated TG(OR: 1.883; 95% CI= 1.207-2.937), and low HDL(OR: 0.497; 95% CI = 0.298-0.829) levels were significantly associated with the high severity epithelial ovarian cancer. Our data indicate that high TG and low HDL levels correlate with a high severity of epithelial ovarian cancer. 15Two haplotype-resolved,gap-free genome assemblies for Actinidia latifolia and Actinidia chinensis shed light on the regulatory mechanisms of vitamin C and sucrose metabolism in kiwifruit显示文摘Kiwifruit is a recently domesticated horticultural fruit crop with substantial economic and nutritional value,especially because of the high content of vitamin C in its fruit.In this study,we de novo assembled two telomere-to-telomere kiwifruit genomes from Actinidia chinensis var.‘Donghong’(DH)and Actinidia latifolia‘Kuoye’(KY),with total lengths of 608327852 and 640561626 bp for 29 chromosomes,respectively.With a burst of structural variants involving inversion,translocations,and duplications within 8.39 million years,the metabolite content of DH and KY exhibited differences in saccharides,lignans,and vitamins.A regulatory ERF098 transcription factor family has expanded in KY and Actinidia eriantha,both of which have ultra-high vitamin C content.With each assembly phased into two complete haplotypes,we identified allelic variations between two sets of haplotypes,leading to protein sequence variations in 26494 and 27773 gene loci and allele-specific expression of 4687 and 12238 homozygous gene pairs.Synchronized metabolome and transcriptome changes during DH fruit development revealed the same dynamic patterns in expression levels and metabolite contents;free fatty acids and flavonols accumulated in the early stages,but sugar substances and amino acids accumulated in the late stages.The AcSWEET9b gene that exhibits allelic dominance was further identified to positively correlate with high sucrose content in fruit.Compared with wild varieties and other Actinidia species,AcSWEET9b promoters were selected in red-flesh kiwifruits that have increased fruit sucrose content,providing a possible explanation on why red-flesh kiwifruits are sweeter.Collectively,these two gap-free kiwifruit genomes provide a valuable genetic resource for investigating domestication mechanisms and genome-based breeding of kiwifruit.Xue Han Yilin Zhang Qiong Zhang Ni Ma Xiaoying Liu Wenjing Tao Zhiying Lou Caihong Zhong Xing Wang Deng Dawei Li Hang He 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:3
16Immune responses of a designed HIV-1 DNA vaccine on rhesus monkeys显示文摘An effective HIV-1 vaccine will be the ultimate solution for the prevention of HIV/AIDS, though HAART plays important roles in treating the disease. In this study, a large-scale recombinant DNA plasmid containing a designed HIV-1 multi-epitope- p24 chimeric gene was prepared and purified. Rhesus monkeys were then inoculated muscularly with the plasmid for four times in week 0, 4, 8 and 18. Whole blood was collected two weeks after the third and fourth inoculation, followed by serum and pe- ripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) separation. The CTL activity and proliferation of PBMCs stimu- lated by macaque MHC-I-restricted HIV-1 CTL epi- tope peptide were analyzed by MTT and LDH release assay, respectively. Th1 cytokines in supernatant of cultured PBMC stimulated by HIV-1 CTL epitope peptide and anti-HIV-1 antibody in serum were as- sayed by ELISA. The results showed that increased CTL target-killing activity, higher secretion of Th1 cytokines (IFN-γ and IL-2) and promoted proliferative reaction of monkey PBMCs stimulated by HIV-1 CTL epitope peptide were detected in the immunization group inoculated by the recombinant DNA vaccine for three times, which were further enhanced by the fourth inoculation. At the same time, HIV-1 specific antibody in serum of immunized monkeys was higher than that in controls. 17Microbiologically influenced corrosion of 304 stainless steel by halophilic archaea Natronorubrum tibetense显示文摘The corrosion behavior of 304 stainless steel(SS)in the presence of aerobic halophilic archaea Natronorubrum tibetense was investigated.After 14 days of immersion,no obvious pitting pit was observed on the SS surface in the sterile medium.By contrast,the SS exhibited serious pitting corrosion with the largest pit depth of 5.0μm in the inoculated medium after 14 days.The results of electrochemical tests showed that the barrier property of the passive film decreased faster in the inoculated medium.The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicated that the detrimental Fe2+and Cr6+increased in the passive film under the influence of archaea N.tibetense,which resulted in the accelerated deterioration of passive film and promoted the pitting corrosion.Combined with the energy starvation tests,the microbiologically influenced corrosion mechanism of 304 SS caused by halophilic archaea N.tibetense was discussed finally.Hongchang Qian Lingwei Ma Dawei Zhang Ziyu Li Luyao Huang Yuntian Lou Cuiwei Du 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,11:3
18青海河湟谷地胃癌病理特征及其变化趋势分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to discuss changes in the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley of China in recent 10 years. Methods: A retrospective case-control study was performed on 2379 newly-diagnosed gastric cancer patients. All of them came from Hehuang Valley. The patients were divided into two groups [recent 5 years(R5Y) and late 5 years(L5Y)] from February 2003 to February 2013, and the clinicopathological data were surveyed retrospectively. Results: The constituent ratio of upper 1/3 gastric cancer in R5Y and L5Y was 33.5% and 20.7%, respectively, and it showed a significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 21.28, P = 0.00). The constituent ratio of squamous carcinoma/adenosquamous carcinoma was 2.7% and 1.6%, respectively, and it also showed a significant difference between two groups(χ2 = 50.91, P = 0.00). The constituent ratio of moderately-poorly differentiated/poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma was 84.2% and 50.2%, respectively, and it showed statistically significant difference(χ2 = 30.28, P = 0.00). The detection rate of early gastric cancer(EGC) was 1.47%(35/2379). The constituent ratio of the types of Borrmann II and Borrmann IV of advanced gastric cancer(AGC) among 2379 cases was 47.6% and 40.8%, respectively, and that still showed statistically significant difference(χ2 = 18.80, P = 0.00). The constituent ratio of diffuse-type of gastric cancer in R5Y and L5Y was 36.2% and 30.8%, respectively, even there was a significant difference(χ2 = 7.49, P = 0.01). Furthermore, there were also significant differences in regional lymph nodes metastasis, perineural infiltration and vascular invasion(P < 0.05). The positive detection rate of HER2, ER and PR was 14.88%, 17.23% and 15.93%, respectively. The constituent ratio of HP in two groups was 43.8% and 36.2% respectively, and it also showed a significant difference(χ2 = 13.51, P = 0.00). Conclusion: The pathogenic sites in gastric cancer change to the upper stomach in Hehuang Valley in recent 10 years, and the detection rate of squamous carcinoma/adenosquamous carcinoma reveals a sharp rise. Borrmann III is still one of the main types of advanced gastric cancer, but the detection rates of Borrmann II and IV are increasing. The main type of gastric cancer is the intestinaltype, but the ratio of diffuse-type is also increasing in recent 10 years. The HP detection rate is 40.65%(967/2379), and it has a slight rise in recent 10 years. The detection rate of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma is increasing despite the fact that the moderately/moderately-poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma is the main histologic types. High detection rates of lymph nodes metastasis, perineural infiltration and vascular invasion indicate poor prognosis in patients with gastric cancer. 19Ameliorating the interfacial issues of all-solid-state lithium metal batteries by constructing polymer/inorganic composite electrolyte显示文摘Lithium metal is one of the most promising anodes for next-generation batteries due to its high capacity and low reduction potential.However,the notorious Li dendrites can cause the short life span and safety issues,hindering the extensive application of lithium batteries.Herein,Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)ceramics are integrated into polyethylene oxide(PEO)to construct a facile polymer/inorganic composite solid-state electrolyte(CSSE)to inhibit the growth of Li dendrites and widen the electrochemical stability window.Given the feasibility of our strategy,the designed PEO-LLZO-LiTFSI composite solid-state electrolyte(PLLCSSE)exhibits an outstanding cycling property of 134.2 mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles and the Coulombic efficiency of 99.1%after 1000 cycles at 1 C in LiFePO_(4)-Li cell.When cooperated with LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622)cathode,the PLL-CSSE renders a capacity retention of 82.4%after 200 cycles at 0.2 C.More importantly,the uniform dispersion of LLZO in PEO matrix is tentative tested via Raman and FT-IR spectra and should be responsible for the improved electrochemical performance.The same conclusion can be drawn from the interface investigation after cycling.This work presents an intriguing solid-state electrolyte with high electrochemical performance,which will boost the development of all-solid-state lithium batteries with high energy density.Su Wang Qifang Sun Wenxiu Peng Yue Ma Ying Zhou Dawei Song Hongzhou Zhang Xixi Shi Chunliang Li Lianqi Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7:2
20Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V.
