| 1 | Reactive capillary hemangiomas: a novel dermatologic toxicity following anti-PD-1 treatment with SHR-1210显示文摘Objective: SHR-1210 is a new and promising anti-PD-1 agent for solid tumors. During the phase I study of SHR-1210, we encountered a novel but prevalent immune-related dermatologic toxicity: reactive capillary hemangiomas(RCHs). Thus we tried to summarize the features of RCHs and estimate their relationship with tumor response.Methods: This prospective observational study systematically enrolled 98 patients with advanced solid tumors from April 27th,2016 to June 8th, 2017 in the context of the phase I clinical study of SHR-1210. This report focused on the skin toxicities. Patients underwent entire skin inspection every two weeks while taking medication. The clinical course of RCHs was recorded and their association with tumor response was estimated. The data cut-off date was November 15th, 2017.Results: After a median follow-up of 242(range, 29–567) days, RCHs were observed in 85.7%(84/98) of patients on cutaneous/mucosal surfaces; 84.5%(71/84) of the RCHs were evaluated as grade 1 adverse events. No grade 3 or 4 RCHs were observed. The time of onset of RCHs was dose dependent and shortest in the 400 mg-dose cohort(P < 0.001). Spontaneous and complete regression of RCHs was observed both during and after treatment. The objective response rate of tumors for patients with RCHs was 28.9%(24/83). However, no responders were observed among the patients without RCHs.Conclusions: RCHs were prevalent but manageable during treatment with SHR-1210. | 8 | The specific surface area of methane hydrate formed in different conditions and manners显示文摘The specific surface area of methane hydrates, formed both in the presence and absence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and processed in different manners (stirring, compacting, holding the hydrates at the formation conditions for different periods of time, cooling the hydrates for different periods of time before depressurizing them), was measured under atmospheric pressure and temperatures below ice point. It was found that the specific surface area of hydrate increased with the decreasing temperature. The methane hydrate in the presence of SDS was shown to be of bigger specific surface areas than pure methane hydrates. The experimental results further demonstrated that the manners of forming and processing hydrates affected the specific surface area of hydrate samples. | 9 | 超选择子宫动脉与外周静脉灌注化疗宫颈癌组织内铂浓度的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The present study is to compare pharmacokinetics difference of carboplatin by using ultraselection uterine artery with by using peripheral vein in cervical cancer.Methods:Thirteen patients with locally advanced cervical cancer who had been proved by pathobiology were randomly divided into two groups:the ultraselection uterine artery group(group A, n = 6) and the peripheral vein(group B, n = 7).Carboplatin was administered by infusing into artery or vein in both groups at the dosage of 300 mg/m2.Tissues from the cervical tumor were collected at different times after infusion in both groups and then analyzed.Results:The peak concentration of platinum in tumor tissue was about 2.79 times higher in group A than that of group B(P < 0.05).The platinum concentrations in tumor in group A reached its peak levels immediately after infusion.But, group B had delayed time.While, for the time point of 0 min, when the administration finished immediately, the platinum concentration in tumor was significantly higher when compared with group B(P < 0.05).The tumor tissue area under the concentration(AUC) of carboplatin was about 2 times higher in group A than that of group B(P < 0.05).Conclusion:We observed the pharmacological advantages of chemotherapy by using ultraselection uterine artery administration of chemotherapeutic agent carboplatin in tumor tissue which provided theoretical basis and laboratory parameters of the intra-arterial chemotherapy for gynecologic malignancy. | Wei Wang Chunlin Chen Ping Liu Ben Ma Cui Liu Lani Chen | 2009 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2009,8,5: | 0 |
