3LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating and phenocryst EPMA of dikes, Guocheng, Jiaodong Peninsula: Implications for North China Craton lithosphere evolution显示文摘Widespread dike swarm, including diorite-, monzonite-porphyry and lamprophyre, intruded in the al- tered breccia gold deposits along basin marginal faults, Guocheng, Jiaodong Peninsula. Petrography exhibits biotite enclaves in amphibole phenocrysts and the presence of acicular apatites in these dikes. Electron probe microanalyses (EPMA) show that the amphibole and clinopyroxene phenocryst’s mantle in diorite porphyry and lamprophyre respectively has sharply higher MgO (Mg#) and Cr2O3 contents in contrast to their cores. The plagioclase phenocryst in monzonite porphyry has reverse zoning. These results indicate that the magma mixing between mantle-derived mafic and crust-derived felsic magmas occurred in the original process of the dikes. Zircon cathodoluminescence (CL) images show well-developed magmatic oscillatory zones and the acquired LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb weighted mean 206Pb/238U ages are 114±2 Ma (MSDW=1.5) for monzonite porphyry (GS1) and 116±1 Ma (MSDW=0.8) for diorite porphyry (GS2), respectively. Earlier magmatic events in the northwest Jiaodong Peninsula represented by some inherited or captured zircons also occur in these dikes. Magmatic zircons from GS1 and GS2 display consistent chondrite-normalized REE patterns and Nb/Ta values, implying that they may share a similar or same source. HREE enrichment and obvious negative Eu anomalies of these zircons preclude garnet presented in their source. Our results, combined with preciously pub- lished data, indicate that dike intrusion and gold mineralization among quartz vein, altered tectonite and altered breccia gold deposits are broadly contemporaneous throughout the Jiaodong Peninsula. 8Phenolic Composition Analysis and Gene Expression in Developing Seeds of Yellow-and Black-seeded Brassica napus显示文摘Breeders have focused on yellow-seeded Brassica napus (rapeseed) for its better quality com- pared with the black-seeded variety. Moreover, flavonoids have been associated with this kind of rapeseed. In this study, we applied lipid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spec- trometry (LC-ESI-MSn ) to compare flavonoids in developing seeds of natural black-seeded B. na- pus and yellow-seeded introgression lines selected from progenies of B. napus-Sinapis alba so- matic hybrids. Aside from the most abundant phenolic compounds (sinapine and sinapic acid) and 1, 2-disinapoylglucose, 16 different flavonoids were identified and quantified, including (-)- epicatechin, five monocharged oligomers of (-)-epicatechin ([DP 2]- , [DP 3]- , [DP 4] [DP 2]- B2 and [DP 2]- B5), quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin-dihexoside, kaempferol-sinapoyl-trihexoside, isorhamnetin- sinapoyl-trihexoside, isorhamnetin-hexoside-sulfate, and isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside. Most of the flavonoids accumulated with seed development, whereas some rapidly decreased during maturation. The content of these flavonoids was lower in the yellow-seeded materials than in the black seeds. In addition, variations of insoluble procyanidin oligomers and soluble phenolic acids were observed among both rapeseed varieties. Transcriptome changes of genes participating in the flavonoid pathway were discovered by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis. 10Porphyromonas gingivalis bacteremia increases the permeability of the blood-brain barrier via the Mfsd2a/Caveolin-1 mediated transcytosis pathway显示文摘Bacteremia induced by periodontal infection is an important factor for periodontitis to threaten general health. P. gingivalis DNA/virulence factors have been found in the brain tissues from patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD). The blood-brain barrier(BBB) is essential for keeping toxic substances from entering brain tissues. However, the effect of P. gingivalis bacteremia on BBB permeability and its underlying mechanism remains unclear. In the present study, rats were injected by tail vein with P. gingivalis three times a week for eight weeks to induce bacteremia. An in vitro BBB model infected with P. gingivalis was also established. We found that the infiltration of Evans blue dye and Albumin protein deposition in the rat brain tissues were increased in the rat brain tissues with P. gingivalis bacteremia and P. gingivalis could pass through the in vitro BBB model. Caveolae were detected after P. gingivalis infection in BMECs both in vivo and in vitro. Caveolin-1(Cav-1) expression was enhanced after P. gingivalis infection.Downregulation of Cav-1 rescued P. gingivalis-enhanced BMECs permeability. We further found P. gingivalis-gingipain could be colocalized with Cav-1 and the strong hydrogen bonding between Cav-1 and arg-specific-gingipain(RgpA) were detected.Moreover, P. gingivalis significantly inhibited the major facilitator superfamily domain containing 2a(Mfsd2a) expression. Mfsd2a overexpression reversed P. gingivalis-increased BMECs permeability and Cav-1 expression. 11Effects of tanshinone Ⅱ sodium sulfonate plus cinepazide maleate on the hemorrheologic indexes and blood lipids in patients with acute cerebral infarction显示文摘BACKGROUND:The severity of cerebral infarction is associated with the increase of blood viscosity caused by hyperfibrinogenemia and hyperlipidemia,etc.Thus it has become one of the target for treating cerebral infarction to decrease blood viscosity by integrated Chinese and western medicine.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence and clinical therapeutic effects of cinepazide maleate combined with tanshinone Ⅱ A sodium sulfonate on the hemorrheologic indexes and blood lipids of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and compare the results with those of simple cinepazide maleate treatment.DESIGN:A non-randomized case-controlled observation.SETTINGS:Hebei North University;the Second Affiliated Hospitals of Hebei North University;the Third Affiliated Hospitals of Hebei North University.PARTICIPANTS:Eighty-six inpatients with cerebral infarction were selected from the infirmary,the Second and Third Affiliated Hospitals of Hebei North University from September 2004 to October 2006.They were all diagnosed to have acute cerebral infarction by CT or MRI,and accorded with the diagnostic standards for acute cerebral infarction set by the Fourth National Academic Meeting for Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995.Meanwhile,40 teachers and medical staff of voluntary physical examinees were selected as the control group.Informed contents were obtained from all the patients and their relatives.METHODS:The patients were divided into combined treatment group(n=43)and simple treatment group(n=43).In the combined treatment group,the patients were administrated with 160 mg cinepazide maleate injection(Beijing Four-ring Pharmaceutical,Co.,Ltd,No.H200220125;80 mg/2 mL)added in 5% glucose,and 40 mg tanshinone Ⅱ sodium sulfonate(Shanghai No.1 Biochemical & Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,No.H31022558,10 mg/2 mL)added in 250 mL normal saline.In the simple treatment group,the patients were only administrated with cinepazide maleate 320 mg added in 5% glucose or 250 mL normal saline.They were treated for 1 or 2 courses,once a day,and 14 days as a course.The patients were detected before treatment and at 14 and 28 days after treatment respectively.① Determination of hemorrheologic indexes:Whole blood viscosity was determined with LBY-N6B automatic hemorrheologic meter;Plasma viscosity with LBY-F200B automatic plasma viscosity meter;Volume of fibrinogen was determined by the method of 12.5% sodium nitrate depositing biuret reaction.② Determination of blood lipids:The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were determined.③ Severity of neurological deficit:The total score of neurological deficit score(NDS)ranged from 0 to 45 points,0-15 points was taken as mild,16-30 points as moderate and 31-45 points as severe.④ Evaluation of curative effects:Generally cured:NDS decreased by 91%-100%,and disabled severity of grade 0;Significantly improved:NDS decreased by 46%-90%,and disabled severity of grades 1-3;Improved:NDS decreased by 18%-45%;No change:NDS decreased by less than 18%;Aggravated:NDS increased by more than 18%.Generally cured and significant improved were taken as significant effect.⑤ The adverse events and side effects after medication were observed.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:① Results of hemorrheologic indexes and blood lipids;② NDS results in the combined treatment group and simple treatment group;③ Therapeutic effects and adverse events.RESULTS:All the 86 patients with cerebral infarction and 40 healthy controls were involved in the analysis of results.① Results of hemorrheologic indexes and blood lipids:The hemorrheologic indexes and blood lipids before treatment were manifested as abnormalities to different extents in both the combined treatment group and simple treatment group;The hemorrheologic indexes after treatment were obviously improved in both groups.But the hemorrheologic indexes were improved more obviously in the combined treatment group as compared with those in the simple treatment group(P < 0.05);The levels of TC,TG and LDL-Cafter treatment in the combined treatment group were obviously lowered(P < 0.05),whereas those in the simple treatment group were not significantly changed(P > 0.05).② NDS results:The NDS scores at 14 and 28 days after treatment in the combined treatment group(6.23±2.34),(4.27±1.83)points were obviously lower than those in the simple treatment group(8.76±3.41),(6.65±2.49)points,P < 0.05.③ Therapeutic effects and side effects:The total significant effective rates in the combined treatment group and simple treatment group were 93% and 81% respectively.In the combined treatment group,1 case suffered from palpitation,dizziness and agrypnia.In the simple treatment group,1 case suffered from palpitation,dizziness and agrypnia,1 case had itch of skin.All the above symptoms disappeared gradually after the transfusing speed was adjusted to be slower.No drug withdrawal occurred in the patients due to the adverse events.CONCLUSION:Cinepazide maleate combined with tanshinon can obviously improve the abnormalities of hemorrheologic indexes and blood lipids and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and its curative effect is faster than that of simple cinepazide maleate treatment.Chunliang Li 12Nonlinear topological valley Hall edge states arising from type-Ⅱ Dirac cones显示文摘A Dirac point is a linear band crossing point originally used to describe unusual transport properties of materials like graphene.In recent years,there has been a surge of exploration of type-II Dirac/Weyl points using various engineered platforms including photonic crystals,waveguide arrays,metasurfaces,magnetized plasma and polariton micropillars,aiming toward relativistic quantum emulation and understanding of exotic topological phenomena.Such endeavors,however,have focused mainly on linear topological states in real or synthetic Dirac/Weyl materials.We propose and demonstrate nonlinear valley Hall edge(VHE)states in laserwritten anisotropic photonic lattices hosting innately the type-Ⅱ Dirac points.These self-trapped VHE states,manifested as topological gap quasi-solitons that can move along a domain wall unidirectionally without changing their profiles,are independent of external magnetic fields or complex longitudinal modulations,and thus are superior in comparison with previously reported topological edge solitons.Our finding may provide a route for understanding nonlinear phenomena in systems with type-Ⅱ Dirac points that violate the Lorentz invariance and may bring about possibilities for subsequent technological development in light field manipulation and photonic devices.Hua Zhong Shiqi Xia Yiqi Zhang Yongdong Li Daohong Song Chunliang Liu Zhigang Chen 2021Advanced Photonics2021,3,5:3
13Ameliorating the interfacial issues of all-solid-state lithium metal batteries by constructing polymer/inorganic composite electrolyte显示文摘Lithium metal is one of the most promising anodes for next-generation batteries due to its high capacity and low reduction potential.However,the notorious Li dendrites can cause the short life span and safety issues,hindering the extensive application of lithium batteries.Herein,Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)ceramics are integrated into polyethylene oxide(PEO)to construct a facile polymer/inorganic composite solid-state electrolyte(CSSE)to inhibit the growth of Li dendrites and widen the electrochemical stability window.Given the feasibility of our strategy,the designed PEO-LLZO-LiTFSI composite solid-state electrolyte(PLLCSSE)exhibits an outstanding cycling property of 134.2 mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles and the Coulombic efficiency of 99.1%after 1000 cycles at 1 C in LiFePO_(4)-Li cell.When cooperated with LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622)cathode,the PLL-CSSE renders a capacity retention of 82.4%after 200 cycles at 0.2 C.More importantly,the uniform dispersion of LLZO in PEO matrix is tentative tested via Raman and FT-IR spectra and should be responsible for the improved electrochemical performance.The same conclusion can be drawn from the interface investigation after cycling.This work presents an intriguing solid-state electrolyte with high electrochemical performance,which will boost the development of all-solid-state lithium batteries with high energy density.Su Wang Qifang Sun Wenxiu Peng Yue Ma Ying Zhou Dawei Song Hongzhou Zhang Xixi Shi Chunliang Li Lianqi Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7:2
14Ultrahigh rate capability of 1D/2D polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)nanohybrid for advanced asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘High energy density and enhanced rate capability are highly sought-after for supercapacitors in today's mobile world.In this work,polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)(PANI/Ti3C2Tx)nanohybrid is synthesized through a facile and cost-effective self-assembly of.one-dimensional(10)PANI nanofibers and two-dimensional(20)Ti3C2Tx nanosheets.PANl!Ti3C2Tx delivers greatly improved specific capacitance,ultrahigh rate capability(67%capacitance retention from 1 to 100 A·g^(-1))as well as good cycle stability.Electrochemical kinetic analysis reveals that PANI/Ti3C2Tx is featured with surface capacitance-dominated process and has a quasi-reversible kinetics at high scan rates,giving rise to an ultrahigh rate capability.By using PANl!Ti3C2Tx as positive electrode,an 1.8 V aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC)is successfully assembled,showing a maximum energy density of 50.8 Wh·kg^(-1)·(at 0.9 kW-kg-1)and a power density of 18 kW·kg^(-1)(at 26 Wh·kg^(-1)).Moreover,an 3.0 V organic ASC is also elaborately fabricated,·by using PANI/Ti3C2Tx,achieving an ultrahigh energy density of 67.2 Wh·kg^(-1)(at 1.5 kW·kg^(-1))and a power density of 30 kW·kg^(-1)·(at 26.8 Wh·kg^(-1)).The present work not only improves fundamental understanding of the structure-property relationship towards ultrahigh rate capability electrode materials,but also provides valuable guideline for the rational design of high-performance:energy storage devices with both high energy and power densities.Jinhua Zhou Qi Kang Shuchi Xu Xiaoge Li Cong Liu Lu Ni Ningna Chen Chunliang Lu Xizhang Wang Luming Peng Xuefeng Guo Weiping Ding Wenhua Hou 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
