1Review on supermolecules as chemical drugs显示文摘Supramolecular medicinal chemistry field has been a quite rapidly developing,increasingly active and newly rising interdiscipline which is the new expansion of supramolecular chemistry in pharmaceu-tical sciences,and is gradually becoming a relatively independent scientific area. Supramolecular drugs could be defined as medicinal supermolecules formed by two or more molecules through non-covalent bonds. So far a lot of supermolecules as chemical drugs have been widely used in clinics. Supermolecules as chemical drugs,i.e. supramolecular chemical drugs or supramolecular drugs,which might have the excellences of lower cost,shorter period,higher potential as clinical drugs for their successful research and development,may possess higher bioavailability,better biocompatibility and drug-targeting,fewer multidrug-resistances,lower toxicity,less adverse effect,and better curative effects as well as safety,and therefore exhibit wide potential application. These overwhelming advan-tages have drawn enormous special attention. This paper gives the definition of supramolecular drugs,proposes the concept of supramolecular chemical drugs,and systematically reviews the recent ad-vances in the research and development of supermolecules,including organic and inorganic complex ones as chemical drugs in the area of antitumor,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antimalarial,antibacterial,antifungal,antivirus,anti-epileptic,cardiovascular agents and magnetic resonance imaging agents and so on. 2Adaptive subsequence adjustment with evolutionary asymmetric path-relinking for TDRSS scheduling显示文摘Due to the limited transmission resources for data relay in the tracking and data relay satellite system(TDRSS), there are many job requirements in busy days which will be discarded in the conventional job scheduling model. Therefore, the improvement of scheduling efficiency in the TDRSS can not only help to increase the resource utilities, but also to reduce the scheduling failure ratio.A model of nonhomogeneous parallel machines scheduling problems with time window(NPM-TW) is firstly built up for the TDRSS,considering the distinct features of the variable preparation time and the nonhomogeneous transmission rates for different types of antennas on each tracking and data relay satellite(TDRS). Then,an adaptive subsequence adjustment(ASA) framework with evolutionary asymmetric path-relinking(Ev APR) is proposed to solve this problem, in which an asymmetric progressive crossover operation is involved to overcome the local optima by the conventional job inserting methods. 7Development of Specific SSR Molecular Marker of 'Huangzhou Radish' Based on Purity Identification显示文摘As an excellent local crop variety of Huanggang,'Huangzhou radish' has been widely promoted and its market influence is increasing day by day.Recently,the purity of 'Huangzhou radish' has declined deeply,so it is urgent to improve and strengthen the purity and viability of 'Huangzhou radish' including bad phenomena such as degeneration of varieties after self-pollination.At present,there was no SSR molecular marker can be used for genetic diversity identification of 'Huangzhou radish'.SSR molecular marker can provide a favorable tool to study 'Huangzhou radish'.In this study,'Xiakang','Hongbao'and 'Huangzhou radish' were used as experimental materials,100 SSR primers were screened,and 25 pairs of SSR primers were selected.Finally,two pairs of primers were selected for identification of the purity of 'Huangzhou radish' by non-denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).The results showed that R-102 and R-112 primer pairs could amplify the special bands for 'Huangzhou radish' from above three kinds of radishes.These two pairs of primers could be developed as SSR markers to identify the specificity and purity of 'Huangzhou radish'.Furthermore,this study provides convenient conditions for promoting the economic and social value of 'Huangzhou radish'.Pingan WANG Jinlan YAO Qiuyu ZENGCHEN Linling WANG Jingcai LI Yuanping FANG Shisheng LI 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,5:2

19Characteristics of alveolar macrophages in bronchioalveolar lavage fluids from active tuberculosis patients identified by single-cell RNA sequencing显示文摘Tuberculosis(TB),is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis(M.tuberculosis),and presents with high morbidity and mortality.Alveolar macrophages play an important role in TB pathogenesis although there is heterogeneity and functional plasticity.This study aimed to show the characteristics of alveolar macrophages from bronchioalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)in active TB patients.Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)was performed on BALF cells from three patients with active TB and additional scRNA-seq data from three healthy adults were established as controls.Transcriptional profiles were analyzed and compared by differential gene expression and functional enrichment analysis.We applied pseudo-temporal trajectory analysis to investigate correlations and heterogeneity within alveolar macrophage subclusters.Alveolar macrophages from active TB patients at the single-cell resolution are described.We found that TB patients have higher cellular percentages in five macrophage subclusters.Alveolar macrophage subclusters with increased percentages were involved in inflammatory signaling pathways as well as the basic macrophage functions.The TB-increased alveolar macrophage subclusters might be derived from M1-like polarization state,before switching to an M2-like polarization state with the development of M.tuberculosis infection.Cell-cell communications of alveolar macrophages also increased and enhanced in active TB patients.Overall,our study demonstrated the characteristics of alveolar macrophages from BALF in active TB patients by using scRNA-seq.Qianqian Chen Chunmei Hu Wei Lu Tianxing Hang Yan Shao Cheng Chen Yanli Wang Nan Li Linling Jin Wei Wu Hong Wang Xiaoning Zeng Weiping Xie 2022The Journal of Biomedical Research2022,36,3:1
20Modeling and Simulation of Automatic Berthing based on Bow and Stern Thruster Assist for Unmanned Surface Vehicle显示文摘In order to solve the technical problems of autonomous berthing of the Unmanned Surface Vehicle(USV),this research has met the requirements of maneuverability berthing under different conditions by effectively using the bow and stern thrusters,which is a technological breakthrough in actual production and life.Based on the MMG model,the maneuverability mathematical model of the USV with bow and stern thruster was established.And the motion simulation of USV maneuvering was carried out through the numerical simulation calculation.Then the berthing plan was designed based on the maneuverability analysis of the USV low-speed motion,and the simulation of automatic berthing for USV was carried out.The research results of this paper can be of certain practical significance for the USV based on the support of the bow and stern thruster in the berthing.At the same time,it also provides a certain theoretical reference for the handling of the USV automatic berthing.Gongxing Wu Xiaolong Zhao Linling Wang 2021Journal of Marine Science2021,3,2:0
