Tribocorrosion behavior in artificial seawater and anti-microbiologically influenced corrosion properties of TiSiN-Cu coating on F690 steel显示文摘The TiSiN-Cu nanocomposite coating was deposited on F690 steel substrate by arc ion plating. The structure and composition, tribocorrosion behavior and anti-microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC)properties of TiSiN-Cu coating were investigated. The results show that the TiSiN-Cu coating has unique nanocomposite structures. The results of tribocorrosion show that the potential and current change of F690 steel and TiSiN-Cu coatings tend to be opposite. The reason is that the F690 steel is non-passivated metal and the TiSiN-Cu coating has passivation phenomenon. The TiSiN-Cu coating possesses excellent tribocorrosion resistance. Cu ion released from TiSiN-Cu coating can effectively inhibit the corrosion caused by SRB. | Fuliang Ma Jinlong Li Zhixiang Zeng Yimin Gao | 2019 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,3: | 12
Infrared image segmentation method based on 2D histogram shape modification and optimal objective function显示文摘In the methods of image thresholding segmentation, such methods based on two-dimensional(2D) histogram and optimal objective functions are important. However, when they are used for infrared image segmentation, they are weak in suppressing background noises and worse in segmenting targets with non-uniform gray level. The concept of 2D histogram shape modification is proposed, which is realized by target information prior restraint after enhancing target information using plateau histogram equalization. The formula of 2D minimum Renyi entropy is deduced for image segmentation, then the shape-modified 2D histogram is combined with four optimal objective functions(i.e.,maximum between-class variance, maximum entropy, maximum correlation and minimum Renyi entropy) respectively for the application of infrared image segmentation.Simultaneously,F-measure is introduced to evaluate the segmentation effects objectively. The experimental results show that F-measure is an effective evaluation index for image segmentation since its value is fully consistent with the subjective evaluation, and after 2D histogram shape modification, the methods of optimal objective functions can overcome their original forms' deficiency and their segmentation effects are more or less improvements, where the best one is the maximum entropy method based on 2D histogram shape modification. | Songtao Liu Donghua Gao Fuliang Yin | 2013 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,3: | 8
Determination of rare earth elements in plant protoplasts by MAA显示文摘A preliminary study on the speciation of rare earth elements in plant cells has been carried out by molecular activation analysis (MAA). Mesophyll protoplasts of Brassica napus were isolated by enzymatic digestion. After being washed with isosmotic solution containing EDTA for several times, the protoplasts were purified by gradient centrifugation. Then the concentration of rare earth elements (REEs) in the protoplasts was determined by neutron activation analysis. The result shows that REEs can enter the cells of the plant. | ZHANG Zhiyong WANG Yuqi SUN Jingxin LI Fuliang CHAI Zhifang XU Lei LI Xin CAO Guoyin | 2000 | Chinese Science Bulletin2000,45,16: | 8
Butterfly distribution of Earth's radiation belt relativistic electrons induced by dayside chorus显示文摘Previous theoretical studies have shown that dayside chorus can produce butterfly distribution of energetic electrons in the Earth's radiation belts by preferentially accelerating medium pitch angle electrons, but this requires the further confirmation from highresolution satellite observation. Here, we report correlated Van Allen Probes data on wave and particle during the 11-13 April,2014 geomagnetic storm. We find that a butterfly pitch angle distribution of relativistic electrons is formed around the location L = 4.52, corresponding to the presence of enhanced dayside chorus. Using a Gaussian distribution fit to the observed chorus spectra, we calculate the bounce-averaged diffusion rates and solve two-dimensional Fokker-Planck equation. Numerical results demonstrate that acceleration by dayside chorus can yield the electron flux evolution both in the energy and butterfly pitch angle distribution comparable to the observation, providing a further evidence for the formation of butterfly distribution of relativistic electrons driven by very low frequency(VLF) plasma waves. | jin yuyue yang chang he yihua liu si zhou qinghua xiao fuliang | 2018 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,2: | 5
Influence of wave normal angle on gyroresonance between chorus waves and outer radiation belt electrons显示文摘In this paper, using a Gaussian distribution of wave normal angle X=tan, and considering contributions of harmonic resonances n up to±5,we analyze the effect of normal angle on diffusion coefficients induced by gyroresonance between chorus waves and electrons with energies 0.1 and 1.0 MeV on the dayside and nightside at L=4.5.When pitch angle e>10°,for 0.1and 1.0 MeV electrons on the dayside and nightside, diffusion coefficients of five orders(2,1,0,1,2)decrease with increasing normal angle peak, leading to the total diffusion coefficients decreasing with increasing peak. When e<10°,for 1.0MeV electrons on the dayside and 0.1 MeV electrons on the dayside and nightside, the positive order diffusion coefficients are generally smaller than the same negative order ones;in the meanwhile, diffusion coefficients of orders(2,1,2)are very small, the dominant order n=1 diffusion coefficients change very little, hence the total diffusion coefficients almost remain unchanged. However, for 1.0 MeV electrons on the nightside, diffusion coefficients of orders(2,1,2)which are larger than those of the order(1)resonance increase with increasing peak, hence the total diffusion coefficients increase with increasing peak. The current results show that the wave normal angle plays an important role in the quantitative analysis of gyroresonance between chorus waves and electrons in the outer radiation belt. | DING YuanHui HE ZhaoGuo ZHANG ZeLong XIAO FuLiang | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11: | 5
Role of MR-DWI and MR-PWI in the radiotherapy of implanted pulmonary VX-2 carcinoma in rabbits显示文摘Objective: To detect the activity of tumor cells and tumor blood flow before and after the radiotherapy of implanted pulmonary VX-2 carcinoma in rabbit models by using magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(MR-DWI) and magnetic resonance perfusion weighted imaging(MR-PWI), and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the radiotherapy based on the changes in the MR-DWI and MR-PWI parameters at different treatment stages. Methods: A total of 56 rabbit models with implanted pulmonary VX-2 carcinoma were established, and then equally divided into treatment group and control group. MR-DWI and MR-PWI were separately performed using a Philips Acheiva 1.5T MRI machine(Philips, Netherland). MRI image processing was performed using special perfusion software and the WORKSPACE advanced workstation for MRI. MRDWI was applied for the observation of tumor signals and the measurement of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) values; whereas MR-PWI was used for the measurement of wash in rate(WIR), wash out rate(WOR), and maximum enhancement rate(MER). The radiation treatment was performed using Siemens PRIMUS linear accelerator. In the treatment group, the radiotherapy was performed 21 days later on a once weekly dosage of 1,000 c Gy to yield a total dosage of 5,000 c Gy.Results: The ADC parameters in the region of interest on DWI were as follows: on the treatment day for the implanted pulmonary VX-2 carcinoma, the t values at the center and the edge of the lesions were 1.352 and 1.461 in the treatment group and control group(P>0.05). During weeks 0-1 after treatment, the t values at the center and the edge of the lesions were 1.336 and 1.137(P>0.05). During weeks 1-2, the t values were 1.731 and 1.736(P<0.05). During weeks 2-3, the t values were 1.742 and 1.749(P<0.05). During weeks 3-4, the t values were 2.050 and 2.127(P<0.05). During weeks 4-5, the t values were 2.764 and 2.985(P<0.05). The ADC values in the treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group. After the radiotherapy(5,000 c Gy), the tumors remarkably shrank, along with low signal on DWI, decreased signal on ADC map, and remarkably increased ADC values. As shown on PWI, on the treatment day for the implanted pulmonary VX-2 carcinoma, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the center of the lesions were 1.05, 1.31, and 1.33 in the treatment group and control group(P>0.05); in addition, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the edge of the lesions were 1.35, 1.07, and 1.51(P>0.05). During weeks 0-1 after treatment, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the center of the lesions were 1.821, 1.856, and 1.931(P<0.05); in addition, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the edge of the lesions were 1.799, 2.016, and 2.137(P<0.05). During weeks 1-1 after treatment, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the center of the lesions were 2.574, 2.156, and 2.059(P<0.05) and the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the edge of the lesions were 1.869, 2.058, and 2.057(P<0.05). During weeks 2-3 after treatment, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the center of the lesions were 2.461, 2.098, and 2.739(P<0.05) and the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the edge of the lesions were 2.951, 2.625, and 2.154(P<0.05). During weeks 3-4 after treatment, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the center of the lesions were 2.584, 2.107, and 2.869(P<0.05) and the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the edge of the lesions were 2.057, 2.637, and 2.951(P<0.05). During weeks 4-5 after treatment, the t values of the WIR, WOR, and MER at the center of the lesions were 2.894, 2.827, and 3.285(P<0.05) and the t values of the WIR, WOR, andMER at the edge of the lesions were 3.45, 3.246, and 3.614(P<0.05). After the radiotherapy(500 c Gy), the tumors shrank on the T1 WI, WIR, WOR, and MER; meanwhile, the PWI parameter gradually decreased and reached its minimum value. Conclusions: MR-DWI and MR-PWI can accurately and directly reflect the inactivation of tumor cells and the tumor hemodynamics in rabbit models with implanted pulmonary VX-2 carcinoma, and thus provide theoretical evidences for judging the clinical effectiveness of radiotherapy for the squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. | Qiang Zhang Mingmin Zhang Zhaoxin Liu Baoqi Shi Fuliang Qi Haijiang Wang Yuan Lv Haijiao Jin Weijing Zhang | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,5: | 5
Volatilization Kinetics of Sb2S3 in Steam Atmosphere显示文摘The volatilization kinetics of antimony trisulfide in steam atmosphere was studied with thermogravimetry at temperatures from 923 to 1123 K. A theoretical model was developed to calculate the overall rate constant and the mass transfer coefficient in gas phases. The experimental results show that the volatilization rate is enhanced with increasing temperature and steam flow rate. The volatilization rate is mainly controlled by the mass transport in gas phases. The apparent activation energy for the process is found to be 59.93 kJ/mol. It is demonstrated that Sb2S3is dominantly oxidized into Sb2O3 and H2S by water vapor in the volatilization process. Some antimony metal is formed. The reaction mechanism is discussed in accordance with experimental data. | Yixin HUA, Yong YANG and Fuliang ZHUFaculty of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650093, China | 2003 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2003,19,6: | 4
The influence of various frequency chorus waves on electron dynamics in radiation belts显示文摘Non-adiabatic behaviour induced by the chorus-electron interaction is an important contributor to the radiation belt dynamics, and largely relies on wave frequency distribution.During the geomagnetic storm on August 2,2016,upper-band,lower-band and extremely low frequency(ELF)chorus waves were simultaneously observed within one orbit period of the Van Allen Probe B.Numerical simulations are performed to investigate the electron evolution by the observed chorus with different frequencies. The results show that various frequency chorus waves have different effects on electron dynamics. For chorus in the range f≈0.3 fce–0.7 fce, energy diffusion is the dominant process in electron evolutions. For chorus in the range 0.1 fce≤f≤0.25 fce,the pitch angle diffusion tends to be comparable to energy diffusion for Ek>0.5 MeV.For ELF chorus below 0.1 fce,the pitch angle diffusion rate is much above the energy diffusion rate, leading to potential scattering losses. | HE JiaBei JIN Yu Yue XIAO FuLiang HE ZhaoGuo YANG Chang XIE YanQiong HE Qian WANG ChengZhi SHANG XiongJun LIU Si ZHOU QingHua ZHANG Sai | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,4: | 3
Generation of simultaneous H^(+)and He^(+)band EMIC waves in the nightside radiation belt显示文摘Previous studies have shown that EMIC waves occur preferentially in the afternoon sector of the magnetosphere. Here we report obliquely propagating H^(+)and He^(+)band EMIC waves detected by Van Allen Probe B in the region of MLT=22.7–23.5 during the June 20,2013 substorm.Using the correlated energetic proton data,we present continuous calculations on EMIC wave growth rates along the inward orbit in the region L=5.5–4.2.The modeled growth rate shows remarkable agreement with the observed double band EMIC waves in both temporal and spatial evolutions. The current results demonstrate that H^(+)and He^(+)band EMIC waves can be simultaneously excited in the midnight sector under appropriate conditions. | GUAN ChunYi SHANG XiongJun XIE YanQiong YANG Chang ZHANG Sai LIU Si XIAO FuLiang | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,11: | 3
Preparation and Evaluation of Insulin-loaded Nanoparticles based on Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin Modified Carboxymethyl Chitosan for Oral Delivery显示文摘Novel insulin-loaded nanoparticles based on hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin modified carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC-HP-β-CD) were prepared to improve the oral bioavailability of insulin. The CMC-HP-β-CD was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectra. The insulin-loaded nanoparticles were prepared through crosslinking with calcium ions, and the morphology and size of the prepared nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and dynamic light scattering(DLS). Cumulative release in vitro study was performed respectively in simulated gastric medium fluid(SGF, p H=1.2), simulated intestinal fluid(SIF, p H=6.8) and simulated colonic fluid(SCF, p H=7.4). The encapsulation efficiency of insulin was up to 87.14 ± 4.32% through high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Statistics indicated that only 15% of the encapsulated insulin was released from the CMC-HP-β-CD nanoparticles in 36 h in SGF, and about 50% of the insulin could be released from the nanoparticles in SIF, whereas more than 80% was released in SCF. In addition, the solution containing insulin nanoparticles could effectively reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic mice. The cytotoxicity test showed that the samples had no cytotoxicity. CMC-HP-β-CD nanoparticles are promising candidates as potential carriers in oral insulin delivery systems. | 宋豪源 马晓玲 XIONG Fuliang HONG Hui LI Chunfu LI Lianghong WU Shanshan ZHANG Xueqiong 张娟 胡建华 | 2016 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,6: | 3
Data Mapping Principles and Algorithm for Self-Configurable Systems显示文摘With the challenges brought by the expansion of network scale,as well as the diversity of the equipments and the complexity of network protocols, many self-configurable systems have been proposed combining formal specification and model finding techniques. In this paper,we pay more attention to formal specifications of network information,i.e.,exploring principles and algorithm to map network information(topology, devices and status, etc.) to Alloy specifications. We first model network information in relational form, which is easy to realize because of the structured feature of network information in nature. Then we map the relational data to Alloy specifications according to our novel data mapping principles and algorithm.Based on the transition of relational data,it is possible to automatically map network information to Alloy specifications. We evaluate our data mapping principles and algorithm by applying them to a practical application scenario. The results illustrate that we can find a model for the task within a tolerant time interval, which implies that our novel approach can convert relational data to Alloy specifications correctly and efficiently. | LI Fuliang AN Changqing YANG Jiahai WU Jianping WANG Xingwei XU Linchuan XU Xin | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,10: | 3
Multi-satellite observations on the storm-time enhancements of energetic outer zone electron fluxes driven by chorus waves显示文摘The evolution of energetic outer zone electron fluxes during the strong magnetic storm on September 28, 2002 is investigated based on the observations of SAMPEX and GOES-10 satellites. The observations of both satellites showed that energetic electron fluxes increased significantly during the storm recovery phase, and reached the maximum on October 6. The 1.5–14 MeV and 2.5–14 MeV electron fluxes observed by SAMPEX peaked around L=3.5 with values of 6×10 2 cm -2 s -1 sr -1 keV -1 and 5×10 3 cm -2 s -1 sr -1 keV -1 , which were about 10 and 8 times the pre-storm values. At the geostationary orbit, the >0.6 MeV and >2 MeV electron fluxes observed by GOES-10 showed enhancement up to 50 and 30 times. The plasma parameters and whistler-mode chorus waves in the outer radiation belt are also analyzed based on the data from Cluster C3 satellite. Cluster C3 satellite went through the outer radiation belt twice from 1 October to 4 October, and observed whistler-mode chorus waves with high intensity (10 -5 –10 -4 nT 2 Hz -1 ). Numerical calculations indicated that the observed chorus waves were in gyro-resonance with the radiation belt electrons. The current observations and calculations provide new evidence for that the gyro-resonance with chorus waves contribute significantly to the buildup of energetic outer zone electron fluxes during storms. | HE ZhaoGuo XIAO FuLiang ZONG QiuGang WANG YongFu CHEN LiangXu YUE Chao ZHANG Sai | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,8: | 3
Dipping Process Characteristics Based on Image Processing of Pictures Captured by High-speed Cameras显示文摘The dipping process was recorded firstly by high-speed camera system; acceleration time, speed, and dipping time were set by the control system of dipping bed, respectively. By image processing of dipping process based on Otsu's method, it was found that low-viscosity flux glue eliminates the micelle effectively, very low speed also leads to small micelle hidden between the bumps, and this small micelle and hidden phenomenon disappeared when the speed is ≥0.2 cm s-1. Dipping flux quantity of the bump decreases by about 100 square pixels when flux viscosity is reduced from4,500 to 3,500 mpa s. For the 3,500 mpa s viscosity glue, dipping flux quantity increases with the increase of the speed and decreases with the increase of the speed after the speed is up to 0.8 cm s-1. The stable time of dipping glue can be obtained by real-time curve of dipping flux quantity and is only 80–90 ms when dipping speed is from 1.6 to 4.0 cm s-1. Dipping flux quantity has an increasing trend for acceleration time and has a decreasing trend for acceleration. Dipping flux quantity increases with the increase of dipping time, and is becoming saturated when the time is ≥55 ms. | Junhui Li Yang Xia Wei Wang Fuliang Wang Wei Zhang Wenhui Zhu | 2015 | Nano-Micro Letters2015,7,1: | 3
Cell viability and dopamine secretion of 6-hydroxydopamine-treated PC12 cells co-cultured with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘In the present study, PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine as a model of Parkinson's Disease, were used to investigate the protective effects of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells against 6-hydroxydopamine-induced neurotoxicity and to verify whether the mechanism of action relates to abnormal α-synuclein accumulation in cells. Results showed that co-culture with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells enhanced PC12 cell viability and dopamine secretion in a cell dose-dependent manner. MitoLight staining was used to confirm that PC12 cells co-cultured with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells demonstrate reduced levels of cell apoptosis. Immunocytochemistry and western blot analysis found the quantity of α-synuclein accumulation was significantly reduced in PC12 cell and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell co-cultures. These results indicate that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells can attenuate 6-hydroxydopamine-induced cytotoxicity by reducing abnormal α-synuclein accumulation in PC12 cells. | Yue Tang Yongchun Cui Fuliang Luo Xiaopeng Liu Xiaojuan Wang Aili Wu Junwei Zhao Zhong Tian Like Wu | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,14: | 3
Upward propagation of lightning-generated whistler waves into the radiation belts显示文摘Lightning-generated whistler(LGW) waves which induce energetic electron precipitation provide an important coupling between the ionosphere and radiation belts. Using the ray-tracing technique, we examine the propagation behaviour of LGW waves and show that they can travel upward into the radiation belts during higher geomagnetic activities due to the plasmapause inward compression, particularly in cases of lower wave frequencies, lower wave normal angles and azimuthal angles. Both perpendicular and parallel group velocities of LGW waves remain in relatively small values inside the plasmasphere but change rapidly to high values outside the plasmasphere. The launching latitude increases with increasing LGW wave normal angle. These results here further reveal a detailed picture on how LGW waves escape out of the plasmasphere and onto the radiation belts. | GUO MingYue ZHOU QingHua XIAO FuLiang LIU Si HE YiHua YANG Chang | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,2: | 3
Problems of antiplane strain of electrically permeable cracks between bonded dissimilar piezoelectric materials显示文摘The electrically permeable slit crack within a piezoelectric body is treated as a bonded interface in electrostatics. The electric boundary conditions along the interface should be the continuity of the tangent component of the electric field strength and the normal component of the electric displacement. Using such boundary conditions, the problems of antiplane strain of collinear cracks between bonded dissimilar piezoelectric materials are exactly analyzed. Solutions of the complex potentials in a closed form are given for a single and two interface cracks. It is shown from the solutions that the stress, strain, electric field strength and electric displacement have (1/2) type of singularity at the crack tip, and the energy release rate for crack propagation depends only on both stress intensity factor and strain intensity factor. | Hou Mishan Mei Fuliang | 1998 | Chinese Science Bulletin1998,43,4: | 3

Exohiss wave enhancement following substorm electron injection in the dayside magnetosphere显示文摘Exohiss is a low-frequency structureless whistler-mode emission potentially contributing to the precipitation loss of radiation belt electrons outside the plasmasphere. Exohiss is usually considered the plasmaspheric hiss leaked out of the dayside plasmapause. However, the evolution of exohiss after the leakage has not been fully understood. Here we report the prompt enhancements of exohiss waves following substorm injections observed by Van Allen Probes. Within several minutes, the energetic electron fluxes around 100 keV were enhanced by up to 5 times, accompanied by an up to 10-time increase of the exohiss wave power. These substorm-injected electrons are shown to produce a new peak of linear growth rate in the exohiss band(< 0.1 f_(ce)). The corresponding path-integrated growth rate of wave power within 10° latitude of the magnetic equatorial plane can reach 13.4, approximately explaining the observed enhancement of exohiss waves. These observations and simulations suggest that the substorm-injected energetic electrons could amplify the preexisting exohiss waves. | ZhongLei Gao ZhenPeng Su FuLiang Xiao HuiNan Zheng YuMing Wang Shui Wang H. | 19 | Structural characterization and comparative analysis of the chloroplast genome of Ginkgo biloba and other gymnosperms显示文摘Ginkgo biloba is a famous living“fossil”and has played an important role in the evolution of the Plant Kingdom. Here, the complete chloroplast genome of G.biloba was sequenced and analysed. The chloroplast genome was 156,990 bp long and predicted to encode 134 genes including 85 protein-coding genes,41 tRNA genes and 8 rRNA genes. The chloroplast genome has a typical quadripartite structure with a pair of inverted repeat regions(IRa and IRb,17,732 bp),a large(LSC,99,259 bp)and small single(SSC,22,267 bp)copy region. After an extensive comparison to previously published gymnosperm plastomes, the gene content and organisation of G.biloba showed high divergence, although part was relatively conserved. The two typical IR regions in the G.biloba chloroplast genome were relatively shorter because it the ycf2 gene.In addition,it was obvious that the IR regions and gene loss were responsible for changes in chloroplast genome size and structure stability, which influenced plastome evolution in different gymnosperms.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that G.biloba is sister to cycads rather than to gnetophytes, cupressophytes, and Pinaceae.Overall, the study showed that the genomic characteristics of G.biloba would be of great help in the further research on the taxonomy, species identification and evolutionary history of gymnosperms, especially for their position in plant systematics and evolution. | Xiaoming Yang Tingting Zhou Xiya Su Guibin Wang Xuhui Zhang Qirong Guo Fuliang Cao | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,2: | 2
