1New research trends on high-precision time transfer technology显示文摘High-precision time transfer plays an important role in the areas of fundamental research and applications. Accompanying w ith the remarkable improvements in the ability of generating and measuring high-accuracy time-frequency signal,seeking for new time-transfer techniques betw een distant clocks w ith much further improved accuracy attracts attentions w orld-w idely. The time-transfer technique based on optical pulses has the highest precision presently,and the further improvement in the accuracy is heavily dependent on the time-domain properties of the pulse as w ell as the sensitivity of the applied measurement on the exchanged pulse. The application of optical frequency comb in time transfer for a precision up to femtosecond level are currently the focus of much interest,and has recently achieved many breakthroughs. Further investigations show that,utilizing quantum techniques,i.e. quantum measurement technique and quantum optical pulse source,can lead to a new limit on the measured timing information. Furthermore,it can be immune from atmospheric parameters,such as pressure,temperature,humidity and so on.Such quantum improvements on time-transfer have a bright prospect in the future applications requiring extremely high-accuracy timing and ranging. 3Mapping QTL underlying tuber starch content and plant maturity in tetraploid potato显示文摘Tuber starch content and plant maturity are two important agronomic traits of potato. To investigate the complex genetic basis of these traits in the cultivated potato, as well as the relationship between them, we developed a linkage map in a tetraploid population of 192 clones derived from the cross Longshu 8 × Zaodabai and mapped quantitative trait loci(QTL) for tuber starch content and plant maturity using data collected in three diverse environments over two years. We detected eleven QTL for tuber starch content distributed on seven chromosomes, of which four, on chromosomes I, II, and VIII, were expressed in at least three environments. For plant maturity, we identified six QTL on chromosomes II, IV,V, VII, and XI, one of which, on chromosome V, showed LOD peaks ranging from 45.2 to 62.5 cM and explained 21.6%–26.6% of phenotypic variation was expressed in five of the six environments. Because the reproducible QTL for plant maturity and tuber starch content mapped to different chromosomes and neither overlapping QTL, nor any genetic interaction between QTL were detected, we infer that tuber starch content and plant maturity are controlled by independent genetic loci. 9Model Checking Workflow Net Based on Petri Net显示文摘The soundness is a very important criterion for the correctness of the workflow. Specifying the soundness with Computation Tree Logic (CTL) allows us to verify the soundness with symbolic model checkers. Therefore the state explosion problem in verifying soundness can be overcome efficiently. When the property is not satisfied by the system, model checking can give a counter-example, which can guide us to correct the workflow. In addition, relaxed soundness is another important criterion for the workflow. 20The influence of macronitrogen (NO_3^- and NH_4^+) addition with U lva pertusa on dissolved inorganic carbon system显示文摘The influence of macronitrogen (NO - 3 and NH + 4 ) addition with Ulva pertusa on dissolved inorganic carbon system in seawater was studied. The results indicate that p(CO 2 ) and HCO 3 concentration decrease significantly, while pH and CO 2- 3 concentration increase significantly. When the concentration of NO 3 was less than 71 μmol/dm 3 or NH + 4 was less than 49.7 μmol/dm 3 , dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) absorption rates by Ulva pertusa generally increased with the increasing of nitrogen concentration. The DIC decreased 151 μmol/dm 3 with the addition of 71 μmol/dm 3 NO 3 and decreased 232 μmol/dm 3 with the addition of 49.7 μmol/dm 3 NH + 4 after the experiment compared with DIC measured without nitrogen addition. A significant negative-correlation was found between c(DIC) and growth rate (μ) of Ulva pertusa (r = -0.91, P <0.000 1, n=11).
