1Achieving maximum power transfer of inductively coupled wireless power transfer system based on dynamic tuning control显示文摘As an emerging research field,inductively coupled wireless power transfer(ICWPT) technology has attracted wide spread attention recently.In this paper,the maximum power transfer performances of four basic topologies labeled as SS,SP,PS and PP are investigated.By modeling the equivalent circuits of these topologies in high frequency(HF),the primary resonance compensation capacitances for maximum power transfer capability are deduced.It is found that these capacitances fluctuate with load resistance change,which is disadvantageous to SP,PS and PP topologies and an obstacle to their practical applications as well.To solve this problem,a phase controlled inductor circuit is proposed.By adjusting the triggering angle,the real-time dynamic tuning control can be achieved to guarantee maximum power transfer.Finally,simulations and experiments show that the proposed method is of great effectiveness and reliability to solve the issue of resonance compensation capacitance fluctuation with load change and to guarantee the flexible applications of all topologies.QIANG Hao HUANG XueLiang TAN LinLin JI QingJing ZHAO JiaMing 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7:23

7Anatomical variation of infra-pyloric artery origination: A prospective multicenter observational study (IPA-Origin)显示文摘Objective: Infra-pyloric artery(IPA) is an important anatomical landmark in treatment of gastric cancer and is the key vessel for pylorus-preserving gastrectomy and subgroup of infra-pyloric lymph nodes. However, its anatomical variation is not thoroughly understood. Our study aimed to clarify the origination of the IPA.Methods: We did this prospective, multicenter, open-label, observational study at gastric surgery departments of34 hospitals in China. Gastric cancer patients aged 18 years or older and scheduled to undergo elective total or distal gastrectomy were assigned. During the surgery, IPA dissecting and exposing the origination point with photographs or video clips were required. The primary outcome was the origination of the IPA. Analysis of variance, χ~2 tests and Fisher's tests were used to analyze the differences between groups. The study is registered at Clinicaltrials.gov(No. NCT03071237).Results: Between May 8 and July 31, 2017, 429 patients were assigned for the study, and 419(97.7%) patients had the IPA dissected and recorded through photograph or video and were included in the primary outcome analysis. The median age was 62 years old, and 73.7% were male. Among the patients, 78.5% received laparoscopic surgery. Single IPA origination was identified in 398(95.0%) patients, including gastroduodenal artery(GDA) in154(36.8%) patients, anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery(ASPDA) in 130(31.0%) patients, and right gastroepiploic artery(RGEA) in 114(27.2%) patients. Fifteen(3.6%) patients were identified with multiple IPA and 6(1.4%) patients were identified as IPA absence. The differences in the distribution of surgical approach(P=0.003) and geographic area(P=0.030) were statistically significant. 8Flexible ITO-free organic solar cells over 10% by employing drop-coated conductive PEDOT:PSS transparent anodes显示文摘Highly conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene-sulfonic acid)(PEDOT:PSS) has been explored to fabricate flexible and stretchable conductors. Generally, PEDOT:PSS transparent anodes are prepared by spin-coating method. In this article, we adopt a method by dropping PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution on the PET plastic substrate to fabricate flexible electrodes. Compared with spin coating, drop-coating is simple and cost-effective with large-area fabrications. Through this method, we fabricated highly transparent conductive electrodes and systematically studied their electrical, optical, morphological and mechanical properties. With dimethyl sulfoxide/methanesulfonic acid(DMSO/MSA) treated PEDOT:PSS electrode,bendable devices based on non-fullerene system displayed an open-circuit voltage of 0.925 V, a fill factor of 70.74%, and a high power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 10.23% under 100 mW cm^(-2) illumination, which retained over 80% of the initial PCE value after 1000 bending cycles. 9Rearrangement on surface structures by boride to enhanced cycle stability for LiNi0.80Co0.15Al0.05O2 cathode in lithium ion batteries显示文摘The side reaction between the active material and liquid-electrolyte cause structural damage and particle pulverization is one of the important factors leading to the capacity decay of LiNi0.80Co0.15Al0.05O2(NCA)materials in Li ion batteries(LIBs).Surface modification is an effective strategy for NCA cathodes,which could alleviate the degradation associated with surface processes.Herein,a surface structure rearrangement of NCA cathode secondary particles was reported by in-situ forming a solid electrolyte LiBO2.The LiBO2 is beneficial for alleviating the stress during charge/discharge process,thereby slowing down the rate of cracks formation in the secondary particles,which facilitates the Li+de-intercalation as well as prevents penetration of the liquid-electrolyte into the interior of the particles.As a result,the surface structure rearrangement NCA(RS-NCA)delivers a high discharge capacity of 202.5 m Ah g^-1 at 0.1 C,and exhibits excellent cycle stability with discharge capacity retaining 148 m Ah g^-1 after 200 cycles at 2 C.This surface structure rearrangement approach provides a new viewpoint in designing high-performance high-voltage LIBs.Shubiao Xia Wenjin Huang Xiang Shen Jiaming Liu Feixiang Cheng Jian-Jun Liu Xiaofei Yang Hong Guo 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,6:3
10RNA-Seq Study Reveals AP2-Domain-Containing Signalling Regulators Involved in Initial Imbibition of Seed Germination in Rice显示文摘A number of internal signals are required for seed germination.However,the precise signalling responses in the initial imbibition of seed germination are not yet fully understood in rice.In this study,the RNA sequencing(RNA-Seq)approach was conducted in 8 h imbibed seeds to understand the signalling responses in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination.A total of 563 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)with at least 4-fold change were identified in 8 h imbibed seeds compared to dry seeds.MapMan analysis revealed that the majority of signalling response-related DEGs were hormone-and transcription factor-related genes,in which the largest number of DEGs belong to the AP2-domain-containing regulators,and their expressions were significantly induced in the initial imbibition of seed germination in rice.Moreover,at least five AP2-domain-containing transcription factor OsDREBs were identified in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination,and the expressions of 251 DEGs were putatively regulated by OsDREBs through the dehydration-responsive element(DRE)cis-element assay.It suggested that the OsDREBs might play important roles in the regulation of initial seed imbibition in rice.The identified genes provide a valuable resource to study the signalling regulation of seed germination in the future.HE Yongqi ZHAO Jia FENG Defeng HUANG Zhibo LIANG Jiaming ZHENG Yufei CHENG Jinping YING Jifeng WANG Zhoufei 2020Rice science2020,27,4:2

12Hollow Co_(9)S_(8) cores encapsulated in hierarchical MXene@Bi_(2)O_(3) multiple shells for constructing binder-free electrodes of foldable supercapacitors显示文摘Rational structure design and regulation are of paramount importance for obtaining electrode materials with desirable electrochemical performance.Here,a novel binder-free electrode with the hollow Co_(9)S_(8) core@multi-shell structure(CS-x@MXene@Bi_(2)O_(3))derived from metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)precursor is well designed by the electrospinning,sulfuration,carbonization,and hydrothermal processes.In this architecture,the concentration of Co_(9)S_(8)(CS-x)is optimized for an ideal flexible substrate,which alleviates the dimensional variation for long cycle life.The unique cores and the MXene flakes engineered by Bi_(2)O_(3) multiple shells can be responsible for the superior characteristics,including a fast electronic pathway,large specific surface area,enhanced electrical conductivity,and improved electrochemical performance.As expected,the obtained CS-2@MXene@Bi_(2)O_(3) binder-free electrode exhibits a high discharge capacitance of 646.1 F g^(–1)(1 A g^(–1)).Two binder-free electrodes can be assembled into a solid-state supercapacitor with desirable energy and power density,and long-term cyclic stability is demonstrated through 5000 cycles.Given these advantages,the CS-2@MXene@Bi_(2)O_(3) is selected as the electrode in a foldable supercapacitor.More importantly,the specific capacitance is reserved after various deformations.Therefore,it is expected that binder-free electrode materials with the unique core@shell structure design could be applied in wearable and portable energy conversion devices.Jiaming Wang Ying Huang Shuai Zhang Xianping Du Zhiliang Duan Xu Sun 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,16:1

15Multi-technique integration separation frameworks after steam reforming for coal-based hydrogen generation显示文摘Coal-based H2 generation has abruptly increased in recent years.The PSA-VPSA-SC process is the matured and standard framework for H2 purification and CO_(2) capture in many existing plants,including normal and vacuum pressure swing adsorption units in series(PSA-VPSA),and shallow condensation unit(SC).However,this standard process is frequently subjected to low H2 recovery ratio and high purification cost.In this work,H2-selective and C02-selective membrane units,i.e.,HM and CO_(2) M,are attempted to support the standard process and ameliorate constraints.In the beginning,HM unit is arranged after VPSA to enhance H2 recovery from the decarbonized stream,i.e.,the PSA-VPSA-SC/HM process.As a result,H2 recovery ratio can be enhanced significantly from 83%to 98%.In the following,VPSA is replaced with CO_(2) M unit to reduce investment and operation cost,i.e.,the PSA-CO_(2) M-SC/HM process.Accordingly,the specific purification cost is diminished from 33.46 to 32.02 USD·(103 m^(3) H_(2))-1,saved by 4.3%,meanwhile the construction cost is falling back and just a little higher than that for the standard process.In the end,another CO_(2) M unit is launched before PSA,i.e.,the CO_(2) M-PSA-CO_(2) M-SC/HM process,which could unbundle CO_(2) enrichment partially from H2 purification,and then save more investment and operation cost.In comparison with the standard process,this ultimate retrofitted process can be superior in all the three crucial indices,i.e.,recovery ratio,investment,and specific purification cost.On the whole,coal-based H2 generation can be ameliorated significantly through high efficient H2-selective and CO_(2)-selective membrane units.Xuehua Ruan Wenbo Huo Jiaming Wang Minggang Guo Wenji Zheng Yun Zou Aibin Huang Jianxiang Shou Gaohong He 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7:1

17An internal-external optimized convolutional neural network for arbitrary orientated object detection from optical remote sensing images显示文摘Due to the bird’s eye view of remote sensing sensors,the orientational information of an object is a key factor that has to be considered in object detection.To obtain rotating bounding boxes,existing studies either rely on rotated anchoring schemes or adding complex rotating ROI transfer layers,leading to increased computational demand and reduced detection speeds.In this study,we propose a novel internal-external optimized convolutional neural network for arbitrary orientated object detection in optical remote sensing images.For the internal opti-mization,we designed an anchor-based single-shot head detector that adopts the concept of coarse-to-fine detection for two-stage object detection networks.The refined rotating anchors are generated from the coarse detection head module and fed into the refining detection head module with a link of an embedded deformable convolutional layer.For the external optimiza-tion,we propose an IOU balanced loss that addresses the regression challenges related to arbitrary orientated bounding boxes.Experimental results on the DOTA and HRSC2016 bench-mark datasets show that our proposed method outperforms selected methods.Sihang Zhang Zhenfeng Shao Xiao Huang Linze Bai Jiaming Wang 2021Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,4:1
18Optimization of Extraction Process and Determination of Antioxidant Activity of Myrica ruba Leaf Pigment by Orthogonal Design显示文摘[Objectives] To determine the optimum conditions and antioxidant activity of Myrica ruba leaf pigment,and provide reference for further development and use of Myrica ruba leaves. [Methods]Pigment of Myrica ruba leaves was extracted by ethanol extraction method. Absorbance was measured at wavelength of 300 nm. Effects of ethanol volume fraction,solid-to-liquid ratio,temperature,and extraction time were studied. 19Unique and complementary suppression of cGAS-STING and RNA sensing- triggered innate immune responses by SARS-CoV-2 proteins显示文摘The emergence of SARS-CoV-2 has resulted in the COVID-19 pandemic,leading to millions of infections and hundreds of thousands of human deaths.The efficient replication and population spread of SARS-CoV-2 indicates an effective evasion of human innate immune responses,although the viral proteins responsible for this immune evasion are not clear.In this study,we identified SARS-CoV-2 structural proteins,accessory proteins,and the main viral protease as potent inhibitors of host innate immune responses of distinct pathways.In particular,the main viral protease was a potent inhibitor of both the RLR and cGAS-STING pathways.Viral accessory protein 0RF3a had the unique ability to inhibit STING,but not the RLR response.On the other hand,structural protein N was a unique RLR inhibitor.0RF3a bound STING in a unique fashion and blocked the nuclear accumulation of p65 to inhibit nuclear factor-KB signaling.3CL of SARS-CoV-2 inhibited K63-ubiquitin modification of STING to disrupt the assembly of the STING functional complex and downstream signaling.Diverse vertebrate STINGs,including those from humans,mice,and chickens,could be inhibited by 0RF3a and 3CL of SARS-CoV-2.The existence of more effective innate immune suppressors in pathogenic coronaviruses may allow them to replicate more efficiently in vivo.Since evasion of host innate immune responses is essential for the survival of all viruses,our study provides insights into the design of therapeutic agents against SARS-CoV-2.Yajuan Rui Jiaming Su Si Shen Ying Hu Dingbo Huang Wenwen Zheng Meng Lou Yifei Shi Meng Wang Shiqi Chen Na Zhao Qi Dong Yong Cai Rongzhen Xu Shu Zheng Xiao-Fang Yu 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4:1
