1Test Data Generation for Stateful Network Protocol Fuzzing Using a Rule-Based State Machine显示文摘To improve the efficiency and coverage of stateful network protocol fuzzing, this paper proposes a new method, using a rule-based state machine and a stateful rule tree to guide the generation of fuzz testing data. The method first builds a rule-based state machine model as a formal description of the states of a network protocol.This removes safety paths, to cut down the scale of the state space. Then it uses a stateful rule tree to describe the relationship between states and messages, and then remove useless items from it. According to the message sequence obtained by the analysis of paths using the stateful rule tree and the protocol specification, an abstract data model of test case generation is defined. The fuzz testing data is produced by various generation algorithms through filling data in the fields of the data model. Using the rule-based state machine and the stateful rule tree,the quantity of test data can be reduced. 2Anatomical variation of infra-pyloric artery origination: A prospective multicenter observational study (IPA-Origin)显示文摘Objective: Infra-pyloric artery(IPA) is an important anatomical landmark in treatment of gastric cancer and is the key vessel for pylorus-preserving gastrectomy and subgroup of infra-pyloric lymph nodes. However, its anatomical variation is not thoroughly understood. Our study aimed to clarify the origination of the IPA.Methods: We did this prospective, multicenter, open-label, observational study at gastric surgery departments of34 hospitals in China. Gastric cancer patients aged 18 years or older and scheduled to undergo elective total or distal gastrectomy were assigned. During the surgery, IPA dissecting and exposing the origination point with photographs or video clips were required. The primary outcome was the origination of the IPA. Analysis of variance, χ~2 tests and Fisher's tests were used to analyze the differences between groups. The study is registered at Clinicaltrials.gov(No. NCT03071237).Results: Between May 8 and July 31, 2017, 429 patients were assigned for the study, and 419(97.7%) patients had the IPA dissected and recorded through photograph or video and were included in the primary outcome analysis. The median age was 62 years old, and 73.7% were male. Among the patients, 78.5% received laparoscopic surgery. Single IPA origination was identified in 398(95.0%) patients, including gastroduodenal artery(GDA) in154(36.8%) patients, anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery(ASPDA) in 130(31.0%) patients, and right gastroepiploic artery(RGEA) in 114(27.2%) patients. Fifteen(3.6%) patients were identified with multiple IPA and 6(1.4%) patients were identified as IPA absence. The differences in the distribution of surgical approach(P=0.003) and geographic area(P=0.030) were statistically significant. 3Ancient DNA sequences of rice from the low Yangtze reveal significant genotypic divergence显示文摘Rice (Oryza sativa) was first domesticated in the lower and middle Yangtze regions of China, and rice remains have been found in many Chinese archaeological sites. Until now, only phenotypic archeobotanical evidence, such as the spikelet bases of ancient grains, has been used to speculate on the domestication process and domestication rate of rice. In this study, we sequenced 4 genomic segments from rice remains in Tianluoshan, a site of the local Hemudu Neolithic culture in the low Yangtze and two other archaeological sites (~2400 and 1200 BC, respectively). We compared our sequences with those of the current domesticated and wild rice (O. rufipogon) populations. At least two genotypes were found in the remains from each site, suggesting a heterozygotic state of the rice seeds. One ancient genotype was not found in the current domesticated population and might have been lost. The rice remains belonged to the japonica group, and most if not all were japonica-type, suggesting that the remains might be at an early stage of indica-japonica divergence or an indica-japonica mixture. 6Effects of brain-derived neurotrophic factor on synapsin expression in rat spinal cord anterior horn neurons cultured in vitro显示文摘Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) promotes synaptic formation and functional maturation by upregulating synapsin expression in cortical and hippocampal neurons. However, it remains controversial whether BDNF affects synapsin expression in spinal cord anterior horn neurons. Wistar rat spinal cord anterior horn neurons were cultured in serum-supplemented medium containing BDNF, BDNF antibody, and Hank's solution for 3 days, and then synapsin I and synaptophysin protein and mRNA expression was detected. Under serum-supplemented conditions, the number of surviving neurons in the spinal cord anterior horn was similar among BDNF, anti-BDNF, and control groups (P > 0.05). Synapsin I and synaptophysin protein and mRNA expressions were increased in BDNF-treated neurons, but decreased in BDNF antibody-treated neurons (P < 0.01). 9Engineering CeO_(2)/CuO heterostructure anchored on upconversion nanoparticles with boosting ROS generation-primed apoptosisferroptosis for cancer dynamic therapy显示文摘Highly toxic reactive oxygen species(ROS)induced apoptosis and ferroptosis have been considered as significant cell death pathways for cancer therapy.However,insufficient amount of intracellular ROS extremely restricts the therapeutic effect.Toward this,we report a rationally designed nanocomposite(mUCC)with enhanced ROS generation ability,inducing the combination of apoptosis and ferroptosis through synergistic photodynamic therapy(PDT)and chemodynamic therapy(CDT).Under 808 nm near-infrared(NIR)light irradiation,photocatalytic reaction is triggered starting from the separation of electron-hole pairs on the surface of heterojunction(CeO_(2)/CuO),realizing improved ROS production.Simultaneously,mUCC served as Fenton-like agent exhibits considerable ability to generate highly toxic·OH under tumor microenvironment(TME).The boosted accumulation of ROS disrupts the redox balance within tumor cells and results in the integration of apoptosis and ferroptosis.In addition,mUCC shows satisfactory tumor targeting property benefiting from the cancer cell membrane functionalization under the guidance of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and NIR fluorescence imaging.The intelligent mUCC with good biocompatibility and excellent antitumor response achieves efficient tumor elimination under synergistic PDT and CDT.This work offers an elective approach for further development of ROS-based therapeutic nanoplatform in cancer therapy.Xuan Gao Jing Feng Kehong Lv Yifei Zhou Ruohao Zhang Shuyan Song Hongjie Zhang Daguang Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1
10Sulfate Ions Immobilization of Calcined Layered Double Hydroxides in Hardened Cement Paste and Concrete显示文摘The sulfate ions immobilization behavior of calcined layered double hydroxides(CLDHs) in the hardened cement paste was investigated. The experimental results show that the sulfate ions in cement paste are immobilized by CLDHs to reconstruct the layered structure and aggregate around CLDHs. The immobilization amount of sulfate ions by CLDHs reaches 4.74×10^-3 mol/g, while the increasing amount indicates non-linear relation with the addition of CLDHs. 16Ultrastructure of Amelanotic Melanocytes from Human Hair Follicles显示文摘Objective: To investigate the ultra structure of amelanotic melanocytes (AMMC). Methods: The hair follicles obtained from normal human scalp by 0.50% collagenase type V treatment were washed with 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer salt (PBS). Hair-follicle cell suspensions were prepared by trypsin treatment and cultured in melanocyte medium. Remaining keratinocytes were removed by differential trypsinization. 100μg/ml geneticin was used to eliminate the contaminating fibroblasts. At third passage, the cells were trypsinized, and then washed in phosphate-buffered saline and processed for transmission electron microscopy. Results: Under transmission electron microscope, the cultured cells showed round or oval shape, with single large nuclear and the karyotheca were double deck. There were obvious euchromosome within the nucleus, and sparse heterochromosome. There were various organelles in the cytoplasm, including plentiful melanosomes with nearly similar size, mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticule(RER) and ribosome. The electron density granules in most of the melanosomes disposed along concentric circularities. Golgi apparatus in the cells was inconspicuous. 17Kinetics of Reduction of Iron Oxide in CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_tO Slags with Graphite Powder显示文摘The reduction rate of Fe_tO in CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_tO slags with graphite powder has been determined in an alumina crucible at 1 673-1 823 K.The effects of temperature,slag basicity and Fe_tO content on the reduction rate have also been discussed.Test results show that the reduction rate increases with the increase of temperature or Fe_tO concentration in slags,and the reduction rate has a parabolic relation with slag simple basicity or optical basicity.The maximum reduction rate is observed around CaO/SiO_2 = l.5 of molten slags.The reaction order is 1.26 or 1.31,and the reduction activation energy is 126.8 or 129.7 kJ/mol respectively in regard to Fe_tO content or Fe_tO activity calculated by using regular solution model.The reduction rate of Fe_tO in CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_tO slags with graphite powder is in the range of 0.15×10^(-4)- 0.86×10^(-4) mol-O/cm^2 · s.Yang Xuemin Huang Dianbing Kong Lingtan Yang Tianjun Xie Yusheng Wang Daguang 1998Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)1998,5,1:0
