| 1 | RNA-Seq Study Reveals AP2-Domain-Containing Signalling Regulators Involved in Initial Imbibition of Seed Germination in Rice显示文摘A number of internal signals are required for seed germination.However,the precise signalling responses in the initial imbibition of seed germination are not yet fully understood in rice.In this study,the RNA sequencing(RNA-Seq)approach was conducted in 8 h imbibed seeds to understand the signalling responses in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination.A total of 563 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)with at least 4-fold change were identified in 8 h imbibed seeds compared to dry seeds.MapMan analysis revealed that the majority of signalling response-related DEGs were hormone-and transcription factor-related genes,in which the largest number of DEGs belong to the AP2-domain-containing regulators,and their expressions were significantly induced in the initial imbibition of seed germination in rice.Moreover,at least five AP2-domain-containing transcription factor OsDREBs were identified in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination,and the expressions of 251 DEGs were putatively regulated by OsDREBs through the dehydration-responsive element(DRE)cis-element assay.It suggested that the OsDREBs might play important roles in the regulation of initial seed imbibition in rice.The identified genes provide a valuable resource to study the signalling regulation of seed germination in the future. | HE Yongqi ZHAO Jia FENG Defeng HUANG Zhibo LIANG Jiaming ZHENG Yufei CHENG Jinping YING Jifeng WANG Zhoufei | 2020 | Rice science2020,27,4: | 2 |
| 2 | Data-driven optimal cooperative adaptive cruise control of heterogeneous vehicle platoons with unknown dynamics显示文摘This paper considers the cooperative adaptive cruise control(CACC)problem of heterogeneous vehicle platoons and proposes a data-driven optimal CACC approach for the heterogeneous platoon with unknown dynamics.To cope with the unknown dynamics of the vehicle CACC platoon system,the adaptive dynamic programming is used to design an online iteration policy for optimal CACC of the platoon.Using the predecessor-following topology,the CACC controllers are computed by employing the desired spacing errors,relative velocities,and accelerations of the vehicles.The stability of the closed-loop CACC system and the iteration algorithm are presented.Furthermore,the string stability of the platoon with the CACC system is established in terms of the acceleration transfer function between adjacent vehicles in frequent domain.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in two complex scenarios of varying speed cruise. | Xiulan SONG Feng DING Feng XIAO Defeng HE | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,9: | 2 |

| 6 | Preparation and Gas Sensing Performance of Hierarchical Porous ZnO-based Materials with Sunflower Rods as a Biological Template显示文摘A graded porous structure SnO2/ZnO composite was prepared with sunflower rods as a biological template. The prepared samples were subjected to phase analysis by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffractiometry(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).ZnO sample was a pure phase of hexagonal wurtzite, and the template had been completely removed. The surface of the sample presented a honeycomb-like structure of a sunflower rod template, which was formed by interconnecting the porous channels, and had a smaller average size and exhibited n-n heterojunction at tlie n-type ZnO interface. Compared with that of pure ZnO, the response of the hierarchical porous structure SnO2/ZnO composite to 100 mg/L w-butanol reached a maximiuTi of 40.61 at 240℃, about 2.7 times higher than that of pure ZnO. Its response time and recovery time are 6 and 3 s, respectively, which are also better than those of pure ZnO.
