| 1 | First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. | 2 | Synthesis of an ordered porous carbon with the dual nitrogen-doped interfaces and its ORR catalysis performance显示文摘Both nitrogen-doping feature and pore structure are critical factors for developing nitrogen-doped carbons based catalysts with a high performance toward oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Herein,a simple one-step CVD of acetylene and acetonitrile vapor method using silanized SBA-15 as a template has been developed to synthesize an ordered porous carbon(OPC) with dual nitrogen-doped interfaces.The optimized sample as prepared with the CVD of 4 h at 750℃ contains two types of ordered mesopores that one type is the ordered cylindrical pores inheriting from the pores of SBA-15 and has a pore width of4.0~5.0 nm,the other type is the ordered quasi-hexagonal pores with a width of 3.0~4.0 nm produced by etching the pore walls of SBA-15.These two types of pores whose pore walls are built by the nitrogen doped carbon layers resulted by the CVD and thus it actually makes the dual nitrogen-doped interfaced OPC(DN-OPC).Meanwhile,DN-OPC contains a few of micropores and a large SSA of 1430 m~2/g.This dualordered pores and dual nitrogen-doped interfaces cannot only facilitate mass transport but also utilize the active sites of DN-OPC for ORR.Therefore,as metal-free ORR catalyst,DN-OPC exhibits a good activity close to commercial Pt/C catalyst,and an excellent durability and methanol tolerance. | Hongwei Zhao Yanqiu Zhang Li Lixiang Xin Geng Haiming Yang Weimin Zhou Chengguo Sun Baigang An | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1: | 2 |

| 4 | Ca. 1.7 Ga Magmatism on Southwestern Margin of the Yangtze Block: Response to the Breakup of Columbia显示文摘This paper presents some data of the Jiaopingdu gabbro and Caiyuanzi granite at the southwestern margin of the Yangtze Block,on the geochemical compositions,zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb ages and Hf isotopic data.The Jiaopingdu gabbro gives the age of 1721±5 Ma,the Caiyuanzi granite 1732±6 Ma and 1735±4 Ma,and the Wenjiacun porphyry granite 1713±4 Ma,suggesting nearly contemporaneous formation time of the gabbro and granite.The bimodal feature is demonstrated by the gabbro Si O2 content of 44.64-46.87 wt%and granite 73.81-77.03 wt%.In addition,the granite has high content of Si O2 and Na2 O+K2 O,low content of Al2 O3 and Ca O,enriched in REEs(except Eu)and Zr,Nb,Ga and Y,depleted in Sr,implying it belongs to A-type granite geochemistry and origin of within-plate environment.The zirconε(Hf)(t)of the granite and gabbro is at the range of 2-6,which is near the 2.0 Ga evolution line of the crust,implying the parent magma of the gabbro being derived from the depleted mantle and a small amount of crustal material,and the parent magma of the granite from partial melting of the juvenile crust and some ancient crustal material at the same time.Compared with 1.8-1.7 Ga magmatism during breakup of other cratons in the world,we can deduce that the Columbia has initially broken since ca.1.8 Ga,and some continental marginal or intra-continental rifts occurred at ca.1.73 Ga. | GENG Yuansheng DU Lilin KUANG Hongwei LIU Yongqing | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6: | 1 |
| 5 | Suppressing Al2O3 nanoparticle coarsening and Cu nanograin growth of milled nanostructured Cu-5vol.%Al2O3 composite powder particles by doping with Ti显示文摘Both the coarsening of Al_2O_3 nanoparticles and the growth of Cu nanograins of mechanically milled nanostructured Cu-5 vol.%Al_2O_3 composites with, and without, trace amounts of Ti during annealing at973 K for 1 h were investigated. It was found that doping with a small amount of Ti(e.g. 0.2 wt%) in a nanostructured Cu-5 vol.%Al_2O_3 composite effectively suppressed the coarsening of Al_2O_3 nanoparticles during exposure at this temperature. Further, the Ti addition also prevented the concomitant abnormal growth of the copper grains normally caused by the coarsening of the Al_2O_3 nanoparticles. | 12 | Genome-wide high-resolution mapping of mitotic DNA synthesis sites and common fragile sites by direct sequencing显示文摘Common fragile sites(CFSs)are genomic loci prone to the formation of breaks or gaps on metaphase chromosomes.They are hotspots for chromosome rearrangements and structural variations,which have been extensively implicated in carcinogenesis,aging,and other pathological processes.Although many CFSs were identified decades ago,a consensus is still lacking for why they are particularly unstable and sensitive to replication perturbations.This is in part due to the lack of high-resolution mapping data for the vast majority of the CFSs,which has hindered mechanistic interrogations.Here,we seek to map human CFSs with high resolution on a genome-wide scale by sequencing the sites of mitotic DNA synthesis(MiDASeq)that are specific for CFSs.We generated a nucleotide-resolution atlas of MiDAS sites(MDSs)that covered most of the known CFSs,and comprehensively analyzed their sequence characteristics and genomic features.Our data on MDSs tallied well with long-standing hypotheses to explain CFS fragility while highlighting the contributions of late replication timing and large transcription units.Notably,the MDSs also encompassed most of the recurrent double-strand break clusters previously identified in mouse neural stem/progenitor cells,thus bridging evolutionarily conserved break points across species.Moreover,MiDAseq provides an important resource that can stimulate future research on CFSs to further unravel the mechanisms and biological relevance underlying these labile genomic regions. | Fang Ji Hongwei Liao Sheng Pan Liujian Ouyang Fang Jia Zaiyang Fu Fengjiao Zhang Xinwei Geng Xinming Wang Tingting Li Shuangying Liu Madiha Zahra Syeda Haixia Chen Wen Li Zhihua Chen Huahao Shen Songmin Ying | 2020 | Cell Research2020,30,11: | 1 |

| 18 | Metal–Oleate Complex?Derived Bimetallic Oxides Nanoparticles Encapsulated in 3D Graphene Networks as Anodes for Efficient Lithium Storage with Pseudocapacitance显示文摘In this manuscript, we have demonstrated the delicate design and synthesis of bimetallic oxides nanoparticles derived from metal–oleate complex embedded in 3D graphene networks(MnO/CoMn_2O_4 GN), as an anode material for lithium ion batteries. The novel synthesis of the MnO/CoMn_2O_4 GN consists of thermal decomposition of metal–oleate complex containing cobalt and manganese metals and oleate ligand, forming bimetallic oxides nanoparticles, followed by a selfassembly route with reduced graphene oxides. The MnO/CoMn_2O_4 GN composite, with a unique architecture of bimetallic oxides nanoparticles encapsulated in 3D graphene networks, rationally integrates several benefits including shortening the di usion path of Li^+ ions, improving electrical conductivity and mitigating volume variation during cycling. Studies show that the electrochemical reaction processes of MnO/Co Mn_2O_4 GN electrodes are dominated by the pseudocapacitive behavior, leading to fast Li^+ charge/discharge reactions. | 19 | Long-term follow-up of vagus nerve stimulation in drug-resistant KCNT1-related epilepsy: a case presentation显示文摘Background The KCNT1 gene encodes a Na+-activated K+channel.Gain-of-function mutations of KCNT1 lead to autosomal dominant sleep-related hypermotor epilepsy,early-onset epileptic encephalopathy,focal epilepsy and other epileptic encephalopathies.In this paper,we report a boy carrying a KCNT1 gene mutation,who presented with drug-resistant focal-onset seizures.He had decreased seizure frequency and improvement of background changes in electroencephalography(EEG)after vagus nerve stimulation(VNS).Case presentation The case was a nonverbal 9-year-old male who presented with drug-resistant focal-onset seizures since age 3 and had underwent VNS therapy for 2 years.He had hypermotor symptoms,automatism and bilateral asymmetric tonic seizures with cognitive decline and aphasis from age 3.The patient had a variety of seizure types that only occurred at night.The most common seizure type was automatisms,and ictal video EEG showed high-amplitude delta waves,followed by a fast rhythmic sharp activity in the mesial frontal and bitemporal regions.The patient was diagnosed with KCNT1-related epilepsy,epileptic encephalopathy and cognitive disorder.He was refractory to multiple anti-seizure medicines(ASM)and ketogenic diet.After VNS treatment at age 7,the frequency of seizures was reduced significantly and EEG was improved in background slowing.Conclusions Children with KCNT1-related epilepsy usually have early onset of disease,are nonverbal,and are refractory to ASM.This boy with drug-resistant KCNT1-related epilepsy showed significantly reduced seizure frequency after VNS.This report may provide reference for management of cases of KCNT1-related epilepsy. | Meng Wang Guifu Geng Yao Meng Hongwei Zhang Zaifen Gao Jianguo Shi | 2022 | Acta Epileptologica2022,5,4: | 0 |
