| 1 | 前列腺癌骨转移患者的临床特征和预后因素显示文摘本文为了研究前列腺癌骨转移患者的临床特征及相关预后因素。研究搜集1997--2009年间诊治的115例前列腺癌骨转移患者进行回顾性分析。对患者年龄、诊断原发灶时Gleason评分、诊断原发灶时临床分期、是否内分泌治疗、是否行去势术、原发灶是否放疗、骨转移灶数目、骨转移时PSA和ALP水平、有无周围器官侵犯、有无区域和非区域淋巴结转移、是否伴骨旁软组织侵犯及其他脏器转移进行单因素和多因素预后分析。生存率计算运用Kaplan.Meier法,单因素分析采用Logrank法,多因素分析采用Cox回归模型。结果发现随访率为100%,1、3、5年随访例数分别为103、79、55例。1、3、5年生存率分别为89.1%、60.9%、49.8%,中位生存期为48.5个月。单因素分析结果显示患者年龄(Z2=7.18,P=0.028)、诊断原发灶时Gleason评分(x2=8.58,P=0.014)、诊断原发灶时临床分期(x2=10.62,P=0.014)、骨转移灶数目(x2=6.87,P=0.009)、骨转移时ALP水平(2=8.95,P=0.011)、有无周围器官侵犯(x2=9.03,P=0.003)和有无非区域淋巴结转移(Z2=12.45,P=0.000)的生存率有差异,余各项无差异。Cox模型多因素分析显示骨转移时ALP水平(x2=4.077,P=0.020)、诊断原发灶时Gleason评分(x2=4.573,P=0.044)和是否有非区域淋巴结转移(x2=3.934,P=0.030)是影响预后的因素。骨转移时碱性磷酸酶水平、诊断原发灶时Glason评分和非区域淋巴结转移是独立预测因素,这些预后因素将有助于我们确定适当的放射治疗分割方式和治疗剂量。 | Jian He Zhao-Chong Zeng Ping Yang Bing Chen We Jiang Shi-Suo Du | 2012 | Asian Journal of Andrology2012,14,3: | 16 |
| 2 | Estimates of Tuberculosis Mortality Rates in China Using the Disease Surveillance Point System,2004-2010显示文摘Objective To understand the current status and trends of tuberculosis mortality rates in China.Methods In 2010,161 National Disease Surveillance Points representing all 31 mainland provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions of China collected tuberculosis mortality surveillance data,including age,sex,region,and type of tuberculosis(all,pulmonary,and extra-pulmonary).The mortality rates of the three types of tuberculosis were compared between 2004 and 2010.Results In 2010,the mortality rates due to all tuberculosis,pulmonary tuberculosis,and extra-pulmonary tuberculosis were 4.69(95% Cl 4.54-4.84),4.38(4.23-4.52),and 0.31(0.27-0.35) per 100 000 population,respectively.Mortality rates due to all tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis were higher in males,the elderly,and those living in western and rural areas.From 2004 to 2010,the mortality rates due to all tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis decreased by 36.02% and 37.70%,respectively,with an average annual rate of decline of 7.20% and 7.61%,respectively.Conclusion Mortality rates due to tuberculosis have declined rapidly in China.The target of reducing the 1990 mortality rate by 50% by 2015 has already been achieved.However,the tuberculosis control program should pay more attention to high-risk groups,including the elderly and those living in underdeveloped areas. | ZHANG Hui HUANG Fei CHEN We DU Xin ZHOU Mai Geng HU Jia WANG Li Xia | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,4: | 7 |

| 20 | Thermal conductivity of boron carbide under fast neutron irradiation显示文摘Due to the complex products and irradiation-induced defects, it is hard to understand and even predict the thermal conductivity variation of materials under fast neutron irradiation, such as the abrupt degradation of thermal conductivity of boron carbide (B_(4)C) at the very beginning of the irradiation process. In this work, the contributions of various irradiation-induced defects in B_(4)C primarily consisting of the substitutional defects, Frenkel defect pairs, and helium bubbles were re-evaluated separately and quantitatively in terms of the phonon scattering theory. A theoretical model with an overall consideration of the contributions of all these irradiation-induced defects was proposed without any adjustable parameters, and validated to predict the thermal conductivity variation under irradiation based on the experimental data of the unirradiated, irradiated, and annealed B_(4)C samples. The predicted thermal conductivities by this model show a good agreement with the experimental data after irradiation. The calculation results and theoretical analysis in light of the experimental data demonstrate that the substitutional defects of boron atoms by lithium atoms, and the Frenkel defect pairs due to the collisions with the fast neutrons, rather than the helium bubbles with strain fields surrounding them, play determining roles in the abrupt degradation of thermal conductivity with burnup. | Zhixue QU Chuanjin YU Yitong WE Xiping SU Aibing DU | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,3: | 0 |
