1Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve,the number of diabetes patients in China,along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease,has been increasing.Among these complications,diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy,culture,religion and level of medical care available across different regions,preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly.In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot,the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology.In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society,the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology,burn injury,vascular surgery,orthopedics,foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries,this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot,queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China.This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot,then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail,and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers.This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine,surgical,nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot.Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:34
2Correlation of Gut Microbiome Between ASD Children and Mothers and Potential Biomarkers for Risk Assessment显示文摘Variation of maternal gut microbiota may increase the risk of autism spectrum disorders(ASDs) in offspring. Animal studies have indicated that maternal gut microbiota is related to neurodevelopmental abnormalities in mouse offspring, while it is unclear whether there is a correlation between gut microbiota of ASD children and their mothers. We examined the relationships between gut microbiome profiles of ASD children and those of their mothers, and evaluated the clinical discriminatory power of discovered bacterial biomarkers. Gut microbiome was profiled and evaluated by 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing in stool samples of 59 mother–child pairs of ASD children and 30 matched mother–child pairs of healthy children. Significant differences were observed in the gut microbiome composition between ASD and healthy children in our Chinese cohort. Several unique bacterial biomarkers, such as Alcaligenaceae and Acinetobacter, were identified. Mothers of ASD children had more Proteobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria, Moraxellaceae, and Acinetobacter than mothers of healthy children. There was a clear correlation between gut microbiome profiles of children and their mothers; however, children with ASD still had unique bacterial biomarkers, such as Alcaligenaceae, Enterobacteriaceae, and Clostridium. Candidate biomarkers discovered in this study had remarkable discriminatory power. 3Selecting pinning nodes to control complex networked systems显示文摘One of the fundamental problems in pinning control of complex networks is selecting appropriate pinning nodes, such that the whole system is controlled. This is particularly useful for complex networks with huge numbers of nodes. Recent research has yielded several pinning node selection strategies, which may be efficient. However, selecting a set of pinning nodes and identifying the nodes that should be selected first remain challenging problems. In this paper, we present a network control strategy based on left Perron vector. For directed networks where nodes have the same in-and out-degrees, there has so far been no effective pinning node selection strategy, but our method can find suitable nodes. Likewise, our method also performs well for undirected networks where the nodes have the same degree. In addition, we can derive the minimum set of pinning nodes and the order in which they should be selected for given coupling strengths. Our proofs of these results depend on the properties of non-negative matrices and M-matrices. 6Implementation of a reference-scaled average bioequivalence approach for highly variable generic drug products of agomelatine in Chinese subjects显示文摘The aim of this study was to apply the reference-scaled average bioequivalence(RSABE)approach to evaluate the bioequivalence of 2 formulations of agomelatine,and to investigate the pharmacokinetic properties of agomelatine in Chinese healthy male subjects.This was performed in a single-dose,randomized-sequence,open-label,four-way crossover study with a one-day washout period between doses.Healthy Chinese males were randomly assigned to receive 25 mg of either the test or reference formulation.The formulations were considered bioequivalent if 90% confidence intervals(CIs)for the log-transformed ratios and ratio of geometric means(GMR)of AUC and C_(max) of agomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range based on RSABE method.Results showed that both of the90% CIs for the log-transformed ratios of AUC and C_(max) of 7-desmethyl-agomelatine and 3-hydroxyagomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range.The 90% CIs for natural logtransformed ratios of C_(max) ,AUC_(0–t)and AUC_(0–∞) of agomelatine(104.42–139.86,101.33–123.83 and97.90–117.94)were within the RSABE acceptance limits,and 3-hydroxy-agomelatine(105.55–123.03,101.95–109.10 and 101.72–108.70)and 7-desmethyl-agomelatine(104.50–125.23,102.36–111.50 and101.62–110.64)were within the FDA bioequivalence definition intervals(0.80–1.25 for AUC and0.75–1.33 for C_(max)).The RSABE approach was successful in evaluating the bioequivalence of these two formulations.Fang Tang Rui Zhou Zeneng Cheng Guoping Yang Aiqiao Chen Zhi Liu Hongyi Tan Shuang Yang Sanwang Li Lingli Mu Peng Yu 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1:2
7A hierarchical updating method for finite element model of airbag buffer system under landing impact显示文摘In this paper, we propose an impact finite element(FE) model for an airbag landing buffer system. First, an impact FE model has been formulated for a typical airbag landing buffer system. We use the independence of the structure FE model from the full impact FE model to develop a hierarchical updating scheme for the recovery module FE model and the airbag system FE model.Second, we define impact responses at key points to compare the computational and experimental results to resolve the inconsistency between the experimental data sampling frequency and experimental triggering. To determine the typical characteristics of the impact dynamics response of the airbag landing buffer system, we present the impact response confidence factors(IRCFs) to evaluate how consistent the computational and experiment results are. An error function is defined between the experimental and computational results at key points of the impact response(KPIR)to serve as a modified objective function. A radial basis function(RBF) is introduced to construct updating variables for a surrogate model for updating the objective function, thereby converting the FE model updating problem to a soluble optimization problem. 10Longitudinal virological changes and underlying pathogenesis in hospitalized COVID-19 patients in Guangzhou,China显示文摘Prolonged viral RNA shedding and recurrence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients have been reported.However,the clinical outcome and pathogenesis remain unclear.In this study,we recruited 43 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 patients.We found that prolonged viral RNA shedding or recurrence mainly occurred in severe/critical patients(P<0.05).The average viral shedding time in severe/critical patients was more than 50 days,and up to 100 days in some patients,after symptom onset.However,chest computed tomography gradually improved and complete absorption occurred when SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR was still positive,but specific antibodies appeared.Furthermore,the viral shedding time significantly decreased when the A1,430G or C12,473T mutation occurred(P<0.01 and FDR<0.01)and increased when G227A occurred(P<0.05 and FDR<0.05).High IL1R1,IL1R2,and TNFRSF21 expression in the host positively correlated with viral shedding time(P<0.05 and false discovery rate<0.05).Prolonged viral RNA shedding often occurs but may not increase disease damage.Prolonged viral RNA shedding is associated with viral mutations and host factors.Zhengtu Li Yinhu Li Ruilin Sun Shaoqiang Li Lingdan Chen Yangqing Zhan Mingzhou Xie Jiasheng Yang Yanqun Wang Airu Zhu Guoping Gu Le Yu Shuaicheng Li Tingting Liu Zhaoming Chen Wenhua Jian Qian Jiang Xiaofen Su Weili Gu Liyan Chen Jing Cheng Jincun Zhao Wenju Lu Jinping Zheng Shiyue Li Nanshan Zhong Feng Ye 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,12:1

14Model Updating for High Speed Aircraft in Thermal Environment Using Adaptive Weighted-Sum Methods显示文摘Model updating for aircraft in a high temperature environment(HTE)is proposed based on the hierarchical method.With this method,the problem can be decomposed into temperature field updating and dynamic structural updating.In order to improve the estimation accuracy,the model updating problem is turned into a multi-objective optimization problem by constructing the objective function which combined with residues of modal frequency and effective modal mass.Then the metamodeling,support vector regression(SVR)is introduced to improve the optimization efficiency,and the solution can be determined by adaptive weighted-sum method(AWS).Finally,the proposed method is tested on a finite element(FE)model of a reentry vehicle model.The results show that the multi-objective model updating method in HTE can identify the input parameters of the temperature field and structure with good accuracy.He Huan He Cheng Chen Guoping 2016Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2016,33,3:1
