1Progress of Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)显示文摘Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. 23D reconstruction of single rising bubble in water using digital image processing and characteristic matrix显示文摘Reconstructing the shape of a bubble will lay a firm foundation for further description of the dynamic characteristics of bubbly flow,especially for a single rising bubble or separate bubbles whose interaction could be neglected.In this case,the rising bubble is usually simulated as an ellipsoid consisting of two semi-ellipsoids up and down.Thus the projected image of a bubble consists of two semi-ellipses.In this paper,a method for reconstructing the ellipsoid bubble model is described following digital image processing,using the Hough transform in 2D ellipse parameter extraction which could cover most of the bubble edge points in the image.Then a method based on characteristic symmetric matrix is described to detect 3D bubble ellipsoid model parameters from 2D ellipse parameters of projection planes.This method can be applied to bubbles rising with low-velocity in static flow field much in conformity with the projection theory and the shape variation of the rising bubble.This method does not need to solve nonlinear equation sets and provides an easy way to calculate the characteristic matrix of a space ellipsoid model for deformed bubble.For bubble application,two assumed conditions and a calibration factor are proposed to simplify calculation and detection.Errors of ellipsoid center and three axes are minor.Errors of the three rotation angles have no negative effect on further study on bubbly flow.Yuchen Bian Feng Dong Weida Zhang Hongyi Wang Chao Tan Zhiqiang Zhang 2013Particuology2013,11,2:2
3Implementation of a reference-scaled average bioequivalence approach for highly variable generic drug products of agomelatine in Chinese subjects显示文摘The aim of this study was to apply the reference-scaled average bioequivalence(RSABE)approach to evaluate the bioequivalence of 2 formulations of agomelatine,and to investigate the pharmacokinetic properties of agomelatine in Chinese healthy male subjects.This was performed in a single-dose,randomized-sequence,open-label,four-way crossover study with a one-day washout period between doses.Healthy Chinese males were randomly assigned to receive 25 mg of either the test or reference formulation.The formulations were considered bioequivalent if 90% confidence intervals(CIs)for the log-transformed ratios and ratio of geometric means(GMR)of AUC and C_(max) of agomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range based on RSABE method.Results showed that both of the90% CIs for the log-transformed ratios of AUC and C_(max) of 7-desmethyl-agomelatine and 3-hydroxyagomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range.The 90% CIs for natural logtransformed ratios of C_(max) ,AUC_(0–t)and AUC_(0–∞) of agomelatine(104.42–139.86,101.33–123.83 and97.90–117.94)were within the RSABE acceptance limits,and 3-hydroxy-agomelatine(105.55–123.03,101.95–109.10 and 101.72–108.70)and 7-desmethyl-agomelatine(104.50–125.23,102.36–111.50 and101.62–110.64)were within the FDA bioequivalence definition intervals(0.80–1.25 for AUC and0.75–1.33 for C_(max)).The RSABE approach was successful in evaluating the bioequivalence of these two formulations.Fang Tang Rui Zhou Zeneng Cheng Guoping Yang Aiqiao Chen Zhi Liu Hongyi Tan Shuang Yang Sanwang Li Lingli Mu Peng Yu 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1:2
4Radial Anisotropy in the Crust beneath the Northeastern Tibetan Plateau from Ambient Noise Tomography显示文摘Through analysis of Rayleigh wave and Love wave Green's functions estimated from ambient noise tomography, we obtain radial anisotropy and shear wave velocity structure beneath the northeastern Tibetan Plateau. With two hundred and twenty three broadband seismic stations deployed by China Earthquake Administration, a collaborative seismic experiment of northern Tibet(ACSENT) experiment and northeastern Tibet seismic(NETS) experiment provide the unprecedented opportunity to resolve the spatial distribution of the radial anisotropy within the crust of the northeastern Tibetan Plateau. Discrepancies between Love(sh) and Rayleigh(sv) wave velocities show complex anisotropic patterns associated with the dynamic processes of the collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates:(1) In the upper crust, V_(sv)>V_(sh) anisotropy is dominant throughout the study area which probably reflects fossil microcracks induced by the uplift, folding and erosion geodynamic processes;(2) in the middle crust, V_(sh)>V_(sv) observed beneath the Songpan-Ganzi terrane and the northwestern Qilian orogen correlates well with a mid-crustal low velocity zone(LVZ);(3) at depths deeper than 40 km, V_(sh)>V_(sv) is still found in the Songpan-Ganzi terrane. This anisotropy could be caused by the sub-horizontal alignment of anisotropic minerals that has followed the collision between India and Eurasia. 9Heterostructured bimetallic phosphide nanowire arrays with latticetorsion interfaces for efficient overall water splitting显示文摘Designing cost-effective and high-efficiency electrocatalysts is critical to the water splitting performance during hydrogen generation.Herein,we have developed Fe_(2)P-Co_(2)P heterostructure nanowire arrays with excellent lattice torsions and grain boundaries for highly efficient water splitting.According to the microstructural investigations and theoretical calculations,the lattice torsion interface not only contributes to the exposure of more active sites but also effectively tunes the adsorption energy of hydrogen/oxygen intermediates via the accumulation of charge redistribution.As a result,the Fe_(2)P-Co_(2)P heterostructure nanowire array exhibits exceptional bifunctional catalytic activity with overpotentials of 65 and 198 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) for hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions,respectively.Moreover,the Fe_(2)P-Co_(2)P/NF-assembled electrolyzer can deliver 10 mA cm^(-2) at an ultralow voltage of1.51 V while resulting in a high solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency of 19.8%in the solar-driven water electrolysis cell.Hua Zhang Hongyi Li Yintang Zhou Fang Tan Ruijie Dai Xijun Liu Guangzhi Hu Laiming Jiang Anran Chen Renbing Wu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:0
