1A Review Featuring Fabrication, Properties and Applications of Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs) Reinforced Polymer and Epoxy Nanocomposites显示文摘Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have long been recognized as the stiffest and strongest man-made material known to date. In addition, their high electrical conductivity has roused interest in the areas of electrical appliances and communication related applications. However, due to their miniature size, the excellent properties of these nanostructures can only be exploited if they are homogeneously embedded into light-weight matrices as those offered by a whole series of engineering polymers. In order to enhance their chemical affinity to engineering polymer matrices, chemical modification of the graphitic sidewalls and tips is necessary. The mechanical and electrical properties to date of a whole range of nanocomposites of various carbon nanotube contents are also reviewed in this attempt to facilitate progress in this emerging area. Recently, carbonaceous nano-fillers such as graphene and carbon nanotubes(CNTs) play a promising role due to their better structural and functional properties and broad range of applications in every field. Since CNTs usually form stabilized bundles due to van der Waals interactions, they are extremely difficult to disperse and align in a polymer matrix. The biggest issues in the preparation of CNTs reinforced composites reside in efficient dispersion of CNTs into a polymer matrix, the assessment of the dispersion, and the alignment and control of the CNTs in the matrix. An overview of various CNT functionalization methods is given. In particular, CNT functionalization using click chemistry and the preparation of CNT composites employing hyperbranched polymers are stressed as potential techniques to achieve good CNT dispersion. 2Three Tier Fog Networks: Enabling IoT/5G for Latency Sensitive Applications显示文摘Following the progression in Internet of Things(IoT) and 5G communication networks, the traditional cloud computing model have shifted to fog computing. Fog computing provides mobile computing, network control and storage to the network edges to assist latency critical and computation-intensive applications. Moreover, security features are improved in fog paradigm by processing critical data on edge devices instead of data centres outside the control plane of users. However, fog network deployment imposes many challenges including resource allocation, privacy of users, non-availability of programming model and testing software and support for the heterogenous networks. This article highlights these challenges and their potential solutions in detail. This article also discusses threetier fog network architecture, its standardization and benefits in detail. The proposed resource allocation mechanism for three tier fog networks based on swap matching is described. 3A Multi-semantics Classification Method Based on Deep Learning for Incredible Messages on Social Media显示文摘How to classify incredible messages has attracted great attention from academic and industry nowadays.The recent work mainly focuses on one type of incredible messages(a.k.a rumors or fake news)and achieves some success to detect them.The existing problem is that incredible messages have different types on social media,and rumors or fake news cannot represent all incredible messages.Based on this,in the paper,we divide messages on social media into five types based on three dimensions of information evaluation metrics.And a novel method is proposed based on deep learning for classifying the five types of incredible messages on social media.More specifically,we use attention mechanism to obtain deep text semantic features and strengthen emotional semantics features,meanwhile,construct universal metadata as auxiliary features,concatenating them for incredible messages classification.A series of experiments on two representative real-world datasets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods.WU Lianwei RAO Yuan YU Hualei WANG Yiming AMBREEN Nazir 2019Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,4:4
4Distributed Modeling of Extraterrestrial Solar Radiation Over the Rugged Terrains of Pakistan显示文摘In Pakistan,the solar analogue has been addressed but its surface geographical parameterization has given least attention.Inappropriate density of stations and their spatial coverage particularly in difficult peripheral national territories,little or no solar radiation data,non-satisfactory sunshine hours data,and low quality of ground observed cloud cover data create a situation in which the spatial modeling of Extraterrestrial Solar Radiation(ESR) and its ground parameterization got sufficient scope.The Digital Elevation Model (DEM) input into Geographic Information System (GIS) is a compatible tool to demonstrate the spatial distribution of ESR over the rugged terrains of the study domain.For the first time,distributed modeling of ESR is done over the rugged terrains of Pakistan,based on DEM and ArcGIS..Results clearly depict that the complex landforms profoundly disrupt the zonal distribution of ESR in Pakistan.The screening impact of topography is higher on spatial distribution of ESR in winter and considerably low in summer.The combined effect of topography and latitude is obvious.Hence,the model was further testified by plotting Rb (ratio of ESR quantity over rugged terrain against plane surface) against azimuth at different latitudes with different angled slopes.The results clearly support the strong screening effect of rugged terrain through out the country especially in Himalayas,Karakoram and Hindukush (HKH),western border mountains and Balochistan Plateau.This model can be instrumental as baseline geospatial information for scientific investigations in Pakistan,where substantial fraction of national population is living in mountainous regions.Romana AMBREEN QIU Xinfa Iftikhar AHMAD 2011Journal of Mountain Science2011,8,3:3

7雷州黑鸭组氨酸解氨酶基因的遗传多态性及与产蛋性能的相关性分析显示文摘旨在探讨组氨酸解氨酶(histidine ammonia-lyase,HAL)基因在雷州黑鸭群体中的遗传多态性,分析雷州黑鸭产蛋性状相关的潜在遗传标记位点。以雷州黑鸭为研究对象,采用PCR扩增技术获得HAL基因的目的片段,通过直接测序法检测到突变位点,最后使用SPSS 22.0软件分析HAL基因的遗传多态性位点与雷州黑鸭产蛋性能的相关性。结果显示,HAL基因内含子1和内含子2中发现7个SNP位点,其中,I1-288 C>T、I1-373 T>G和I2-168 A>G位点与雷州黑鸭300 d产蛋量显著相关,使用HaploView软件对SNPs位点进行连锁分析发现H1H1单倍型的300 d产蛋数显著高于H1H3单倍型。结果表明,H1H1单倍型可作为雷州黑鸭群体筛选低高产蛋量个体的最优单倍型。本研究可为选育出高产蛋量的雷州黑鸭提供有利的分子遗传标记,为雷州黑鸭在分子标记辅助育种方面提供了理论依据。陆惠娴 苏瑛 谢涛 阮梦茹 AMBREEN Iqal 王一诺 高振 刘娟 姜平 赵志辉 2021中国兽医学报2021,41,9:2
8中国西门塔尔牛MAT2B基因多态性及其与肉品质性状的关联分析显示文摘为了研究中国西门塔尔牛甲硫氨酸腺苷转移酶2B(Methionine adenosyltransferase 2B,MAT2B)基因的多态性及其与肉品质性状的关系,试验采用DNA测序技术和PCR-RFLP方法对127头中国西门塔尔牛MAT2B基因的多态性进行研究,并通过SPSS 23.0软件分析其与肉品质性状的相关性。结果表明:电泳得到的条带明亮、清晰,无引物二聚体、抹带和非特异性扩增条带,大小为933 bp。在中国西门塔尔牛群中,MAT2B基因存在1个位于第2内含子5'端的第2382个碱基的多态性位点,即I2-2382 G>T位点。该位点属于中度多态,且处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。该位点存在GG、GT、TT 3种基因型,GG基因型个体的肾脏脂肪、屠宰酸度、胴体深、胴体胸深显著高于TT基因型(P<0.05),腰部肉厚显著低于TT基因型(P<0.05),胴体长显著高于GT基因型(P<0.05);GT基因型个体的屠宰率显著高于TT基因型(P<0.05)。说明MAT2B基因的I2-2382 G>T位点可作为中国西门塔尔牛肉品质性状的相关分子标记。阮梦茹 陆惠娴 谢涛 Ambreen Iqbal 刘娟 高振 白紫彤 姜平 赵志辉 2021黑龙江畜牧兽医2021,,15:1

13Protective effect of capsaicin against methyl methanesulphonate induced toxicity in the third instar larvae of transgenic Drosophila melanogaster(hsp70-lacZ)Bg9显示文摘Capsaicin(trans-8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide) is the main component in hot peppers, including red chili peppers, alapenos, and habanero, belonging to the genus Capsicum. Capsaicin is a potent antioxidant that interferes with free radical activities. In the present study, the possible protective effect of capsaicin was studied against methyl methanesulphonate(MMS) induced toxicity in third instar larvae of transgenic Drosophila melanogaster(hsp70-lacZ)Bg^9. The third instar was allowed to feed on the diet having different doses of capsaicin and MMS separately and in combination. The results suggested that the exposure of third instar larvae to the diet having MMS alone showed significant hsp70 expression as well as tissue DNA and oxidative damage, whereas the larvae feed on the diet having MMS and capsaicin showed a decrease in the toxic effects for 48-h of exposure. 20Alkaloids, flavonoids, polyphenols might be responsible for potent antiarthritic effect of Solanum nigrum显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate in vitro and in vivo antiarthritic potential of Solanum nigrum (S. nigrum). METHODS: Aqueous methanolic (70∶30) extract of S. nigrum was prepared. The in vitro antiarthritic effect was evaluated in terms of its inhibition of protein denaturation and membrane stabilization. While, formaldehyde, complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) and Collagen induced arthritis rat models were used to study in vivo antiarthritic activities of S. nigrum at dose level of 200, 400 and 800 mg/kg. RESULTS: The extract exhibited inhibition of protein denaturation and protected red blood cell by stabilizing the membranes in a concentration dependent manner, with maximum effect attained at 800 μg/mL. Moreover, there was a marked reduction in paw edema observed in extract treated animals, when compared to arthritic control animals in all in vivo models and 800 mg/kg dose got maximum reduction of paw edema.
