| 2 | 辣椒热泵干燥特性及工艺参数优化显示文摘为了提高干制辣椒品质,降低干燥能耗,该文应用热泵干燥技术干燥辣椒。首先探究干燥温度和铺料厚度对干燥特性的影响,绘制出含水率和干燥速率变化曲线。在此基础上,将分阶段控温和改变铺料厚度结合起来对辣椒进行热泵干燥,运用响应面法中的Box-Behnken设计,考察第一阶段温度、第二阶段温度、铺料厚度和三者的交互作用对品质得分、单位能耗、干燥时间的影响,并建立回归方程,得出最佳工艺参数。结论如下:温度越高,干燥速率越大,含水率下降越快;铺料厚度越大,干燥速率越小,含水率下降越慢;第一阶段温度是影响单位能耗的主要因素(P<0.05),较低的第一阶段温度能降低单位能耗;第二阶段温度对品质得分影响显著(P<0.05),对干燥时间影响极显著(P<0.01),第二阶段温度在60℃左右时能得到品质较佳的干辣椒,且在一定程度上提高了干燥效率;铺料厚度对品质得分、干燥时间的影响极显著(P<0.01),对单位能耗的影响显著(P<0.05),铺料厚度在45 mm左右干燥获得的辣椒品质较佳,而且能节约能耗,提高干燥效率。综合优化参数为:第一阶段温度48℃、第二阶段温度61℃、铺料厚度44 mm,在此工艺条件下获得的干燥辣椒品质得分为8.64,单位能耗为92.05 k J/kg,干燥时间为896.02 min。研究结果为热泵干燥技术应用于辣椒干制提供参考。 | 姬长英 蒋思杰 张波 郭俊 Muhammad Sohail Memon | 2017 | 农业工程学报2017,33,13: | 30 |

| 4 | 仿鼹鼠足趾排列的旋耕-秸秆粉碎锯齿刀片设计与试验显示文摘随着保护性耕作的不断发展,实际作业中对旋耕刀性能要求愈发严格,该文在国标旋耕刀基础上,将正、侧切削刃上设计成锯齿状,然后考察实际作业过程中功耗、受力以及作业质量,检测仿鼹鼠足趾排列的旋耕-秸秆粉碎锯齿刀片的田间作业功耗和作业质量。针对该锯齿刀片和国标旋耕刀片在有秸秆颗粒和无秸秆颗粒下进行仿真分析,对比可知:在有秸秆颗粒下,由于刀具要与秸秆接触并发生挤压和剪切作用,从而导致受力以及扭矩值较大。结合理论分析,利用扭矩传感器对仿生锯齿刀和国标旋耕刀进行田间试验。根据0.5 m×0.5 m地表设置不同质量秸秆,分别为0、0.375和0.75 kg(0%、50%、100%),测定拖拉机输出扭矩以及功耗,并依照国标测试方法测定作业质量。田间试验得到扭矩与仿真变化趋势一致。当地表无秸秆和地表含50%秸秆时,锯齿刀片扭矩分别为404.05和438.33 N·m;国标旋耕刀片上扭矩分别为389.27和443.79 N·m。当地表秸秆质量分数为100%时,锯齿刀和国标旋耕刀片上扭矩分别为557.92和507.34 N·m。耕作后地表秸秆和土壤评价结果显示:不同质量含量秸秆覆盖下,仿生锯齿刀耕作后的秸秆掩埋率、土壤破碎率、长度≤15 cm秸秆比例等方面都优于国标旋耕刀。田间试验和仿真结果都显示当地表覆盖秸秆量为0%和100%时,仿生锯齿刀的扭矩高于国标旋耕刀。虽然仿生锯齿刀只在秸秆覆盖量为50%时扭矩与功耗优于国标旋耕刀,但在3种秸秆覆盖量下仿生锯齿刀的耕后地表质量都明显优于国标旋耕刀。综上考虑,在实际作业中,可适当收集田间秸秆。该研究为实现只应用一种刀片来完成旋耕和秸秆粉碎2种不同作业目标提供了参考。 | 郭俊 张庆怡 Muhammad Sohail Memon 姬长英 赵正 | 2017 | 农业工程学报2017,33,6: | 27 |

| 10 | 考虑多因素的页岩气吸附模型——以川东南五峰组—龙马溪组页岩为例显示文摘甲烷在页岩中的吸附同时受页岩本体物理性质和外部储存条件的综合影响,为了建立考虑多种因素影响的页岩气吸附模型,以川东南五峰组—龙马溪组页岩为例,开展了不同总有机碳含量(TOC含量)的页岩在多个不同温度、不同含水率下对甲烷的吸附实验,采用Langmuir吸附模型对吸附数据进行了拟合,分析了饱和吸附量及Langmuir压力分别与温度、TOC含量及含水率的定量关系,最终建立了考虑温度、压力、TOC含量及含水率综合影响的多因素页岩气吸附模型,并通过与实测吸附数据对比验证了该模型的准确性。结果表明:Langmuir模型能很好的拟合五峰组—龙马溪组页岩在不同特定条件下的吸附数据,拟合精度较高,决定系数R^(2)介于0.9728~0.9982。饱和吸附量与TOC含量呈正线性相关,与温度及含水率呈线性负相关。Langmuir压力与TOC含量呈线性负相关,与温度及含水率呈线性正相关。30℃下TOC含量为4.17%的页岩干样吸附量比TOC含量为2.95%的页岩干样吸附量高约39%。当温度由30℃增至80℃时,TOC含量为4.17%的页岩干样其饱和吸附量降低约30.6%。对于TOC含量为3.66%的含水页岩,当含水率由0增至4.2%时,30℃和60℃下页岩气的饱和吸附量分别降低了23.1%和11.4%。基于Langmuir模型建立的考虑多因素的吸附模型能准确的计算不同TOC含量、不同温度及不同含水情况下的页岩气吸附量。经与2组实测吸附数据对比验证,整个实验压力范围内的相对误差均小于6%,平均误差分别为3.67%和2.48%。经采用其他文献中不同物性的页岩吸附数据验证,表明多因素吸附模型对不同页岩有很好的适用性。 | 李爱芬 韩文成 孙海 ASADULLAH Memon | 2021 | 煤炭学报2021,46,3: | 6 |

This leads to poor scalability, extensibility and maintainability. In response to those challenges, microservice architecture has been introduced in the field of Io T application, due to its flexibility, lightweight and loose coupling. However, the existing Io T framework of microservice mainly focus on a specific domain, therefore, this greatly limits its application. In this paper, we propose a general microservice system framework for the Io T application, which is a better scalable, extendable and maintainable architecture. We introduce its system design and related microservices, and emphasize on core service and device communication from service layer to physical layer. It has better capacity to support interoperability and accommodate heterogeneous objects. | 12 | Effect of silica fume on the fresh and hardened properties of fly ash-based self-compacting geopolymer concrete显示文摘The effect of silica fume on the fresh and hardened properties of fly ash-based self-compacting geopolymer concrete(SCGC) was investigated in this paper.The work focused on the concrete mixes with a fixed water-to-geopolymer solid(W/Gs) ratio of 0.33 by mass and a constant total binder content of 400 kg/m3.The mass fractions of silica fume that replaced fly ash in this research were 0wt%,5wt%,10wt%,and 15wt%.The workability-related fresh properties of SCGC were assessed through slump flow,V-funnel,and L-box test methods.Hardened concrete tests were limited to compressive,splitting tensile and flexural strengths,all of which were measured at the age of 1,7,and 28 d after 48-h oven curing.The results indicate that the addition of silica fume as a partial replacement of fly ash results in the loss of workability;nevertheless,the mechanical properties of hardened SCGC are significantly improved by incorporating silica fume,especially up to 10wt%.Applying this percentage of silica fume results in 4.3% reduction in the slump flow;however,it increases the compressive strength by 6.9%,tensile strength by 12.8% and flexural strength by 11.5%. | Fareed Ahmed Memon Muhd Fadhil Nuruddin Nasir Shafiq | 2013 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2013,20,2: | 6 |
| 13 | 抗病促生复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂的研制与应用显示文摘【背景】乳油、可湿性粉剂和粉剂等生物制剂含有苯类有机溶剂及粉尘,会对环境造成污染,而水分散粒剂具有环境友好性、附加值高、市场潜力大等优点,被认为是最具发展前景的剂型之一,然而关于复合芽孢杆菌水分散颗粒的研究却很少。【目的】利用解淀粉芽孢杆菌BZ6-1和短小芽孢杆菌SC-12研制成一种复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂。【方法】通过生物相容性实验,研究不同载体和助剂对两种芽孢杆菌孢子的影响,以筛选出最佳载体和添加剂。通过质量检测实验,研究不同筛孔直径、干燥温度、干燥时间对水分散性颗粒质量的影响,以优化制粒条件。在辣椒定植后,使用不同剂量的水分散粒剂进行田间辣椒试验。【结果】复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂最佳配方:润湿剂4%十二烷基硫酸钠,分散剂6%羧甲基纤维素钠,崩解剂4%硫酸铵,粘结剂4%聚乙二醇,载体82%硅藻土;最佳造粒条件为:筛孔粒径0.8 mm,烘干温度40°C,烘干时间45 min。研制出的复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂含菌量为2.52×108CFU/g,悬浮率为79.3%,pH6.8,水分含量为4.5%,湿润时间为19.6 s,崩解时间为86.4 s,颗粒强度适中,符合水分散粒剂国家标准。【结论】研制出的复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂能够有效防治辣椒青枯病,并提高辣椒的产量和品质,推荐复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂最适用量为3.0 kg/hm2。 | 王小兵 钱娜 汪晓丽 成立 张正杨 钱海明 王海潮 Saima Parveen Memon | 2020 | 微生物学通报2020,47,12: | 4 |
| 14 | 不同钝化剂对镉污染黄壤和棕壤的钝化效果显示文摘为了解钝化剂对不同性质镉污染土壤的钝化效果,分别选取模拟镉污染的广西黄壤和江苏棕壤为研究对象。利用盆栽试验研究碳酸钙、硅酸钙、磷酸二氢钙和硫化钠4种常见钝化剂对2种土壤pH值、可交换态镉含量、小麦地上部生物量、籽粒产量和籽粒中镉含量的影响。结果表明,在2种土壤中添加碳酸钙、硅酸钙、硫化钠均可以使土壤pH值上升,而添加磷酸二氢钙的土壤pH值降低。从土壤镉的化学形态看,随着钝化剂添加比例增高,2种土壤可交换态镉均呈下降趋势。当4种钝化剂添加比例为2.0%时,对广西黄壤的钝化效果由大到小为硫化钠、硅酸钙、磷酸二氢钙、碳酸钙,钝化率分别为29.54%、28.11%、24.56%、17.79%,对江苏棕壤的钝化效果由大到小为硫化钠、磷酸二氢钙、硅酸钙、碳酸钙,钝化率分别为28.21%、27.56%、22.76%、13.46%。在广西黄壤中,钝化剂添加量分别为0.5%、1.0%、2.0%时,硅酸钙处理的小麦地上部生物量、籽粒产量均大于磷酸二氢钙和碳酸钙的处理,且籽粒中镉含量更低,硅酸钙添加比例为2.0%处理后小麦籽粒中镉含量为0.06mg/kg,低于GB2762—2017《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》中小麦含镉量的限量(0.1mg/kg);在江苏棕壤中,在钝化剂添加量分别为0.5%、1.0%、2.0%时,磷酸二氢钙处理的小麦地上部生物量、籽粒产量均大于硅酸钙和碳酸钙的处理,且籽粒中镉含量更低,磷酸二氢钙添加比例为2.0%处理后小麦籽粒中镉含量为0.08mg/kg。由于硫化钠对小麦的生长表现出毒害作用,一般情况下不宜采用。在盆栽条件下,综合考虑钝化剂对土壤镉的钝化率影响,以硅酸钙作为镉污染广西黄壤的钝化剂,以磷酸二氢钙作为镉污染江苏棕壤的钝化剂较好。 | 苏金成 王小兵 汪晓丽 董君能 王海潮 Saima Parveen Memon 冯郴 | 2021 | 江苏农业科学2021,49,3: | 4 |
| 15 | Sustained virological response based on rapid virological response in genotype-3 chronic hepatitis C treated with standard interferon in the Pakistani population显示文摘AIM:To document the sustained virological response (SVR) in rapid virological responders (RVR) of genotype-3 chronic hepatitis C with standard interferon (SdIF). METHODS:Hepatitis C genotype-3 patients during the period July 2006 and June 2007 were included. Complete blood counts, prothrombin time, ALT, albumin, qualitative HCV RNA were done. SdIF and ribavirin were given for 4 wk and qualitative HCV RNA was repeated. Those testing negative were allocated to group-A while the rest were allocated to group-B. Treatment was continued a total of 16 and 24 wk for group A and B respectively. HCV RNA was repeated after 24 wk of treatment. End virological and sustained virological responses were compared by χ2 test. ROC of pretreatment age, ALT and albumin were plotted for failure to achieve SVR. RESULTS:Of 74 patients treated, RCV RNA after 16 wk of therapy became undetectable in 34 (45.9%) and was detectable in 40 (54.1%) and were allocated to groups A and B respectively. SVR was achieved in 58.8% and 27.8% in groups A and B respectively. SVR rates were significantly higher in patients who had RVR as compared to those who did not (P = 0.0;γ = 2). Both groups combined ETR and SVR were 70% and 33% respectively. | 18 | Residual effects of tobacco biochar along with different fixing agents on stabilization of trace elements in multi-metal contaminated soils显示文摘The residual effect of tobacco biochar(TB≥500°C)mono and co-application with Cahydroxide(CH),Ca-bentonite(CB)and natural zeolite(NZ)on the bio-availability of trace elements TE(s)in alkaline soils has not been deeply studied yet.A pot study that had earlier been investigated TB mono and blended with CH,CB and NZ on the immobilization of Pb,Cu Cd,and Zn by Chinese cabbage.Maize crop in the rotation was selected as test plant to assess the residual impact of amendments on stabilization of Pb,Cu Cd,and Zn in mine polluted(M-P),smelter heavily and low polluted(S-HP and S-LP,respectively)soils.The obtained results showed that stabilization of Pb,Cd,Cu and Zn reached 63.84% with TB+CB,61.19% with TB+CH,83.31% with TB+CH and 35.27% with TB+CH for M-P soil,36.46% with TB+NZ,38.46% with TB+NZ,19.40% with TB+CH and 62.43% with TB+CH for S-LP soil,52.94%TB+NZ,57.65% with TB+NZ,52.94% with TB+NZ,and 28.44% with TB+CH for S-LP soil.Conversely,TB+CH and TB alone had mobilized Pb and Zn up to19.29% and 34.96% in M-P soil.The mobility of Zn reached 8.38% with TB+CB and 66.03% with TB for S-HP and S-LP soils.The uptake and accumulation of Pb,Cd,Cu and Zn in shoot and root were reduced in three polluted soils.Overall,the combination of TB along with CH,CB and NZ has been proven to be effective in Pb,Cd,Cu and Zn polluted mine/smelter soils restoration. | Altaf Hussain Lahori Monika Mierzwa-Hersztek Muhammad Rashid Shahmir Ali Kalhoro Mehrunisa Memon Zobia Naheed Muneer Ahmed Zengqiang Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,1: | 3 |
| 19 | Impacts of environmental factors on urban heating显示文摘This study investigated the impact of important environmental variables (i.e.,wind speed,solar radiation and cloud cover) on urban heating.Meteorological parameters for fifteen years (from 1990 to 2005),collected at a well developed and densely populated commercial area (Tsim Sha Tsui,Hong Kong),were analyzed in details.Urban heat island intensity (UHII),a well known indicator of urban heating,has been determined as the spatially averaged air-temperature difference between Tsim Sha Tsui and Ta Kwu Ling (a thinly populated rural area with lush vegetation).Results showed that the UHII and cloud cover have increased by around 9.3% and 4%,respectively,whereas the wind speed and solar radiation have decreased by around 24% and 8.5%,respectively.The month of December experienced the highest UHII (10.2°C) but the lowest wind speed (2.6 m/sec) and cloud cover (3.8 oktas).Conversely,the month of April observed the highest increases in the UHII (over 100%) and the highest decreases in wind speed (over 40 %) over fifteen years.Notably,the increases in the UHII and reductions in the wind speed were the highest during the night-time and early morning.Conversely,the intensity of solar radiation reduced while the intensity of urban cool island (UCII) increased during solar noon-time.Results demonstrated strong negative correlation between the UHII and wind speed (coefficient of determination,R2=0.8) but no negative correlation between UCII and solar radiation attenuation.A possible negative correlation between UHII and cloud cover was investigated but could not be substantiated. | Rizwan Ahmed Memon Dennis Y.C.Leung | 2010 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,12: | 3 |
