3Fabrication of Ti/Al/Mg laminated composites by hot roll bonding and their microstructures and mechanical properties显示文摘Ti/Al/Mg laminated composites were successfully fabricated by hot roll bonding.The effects of the rolling reduction on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the composites were explored.The results show that Ti/Al/Mg laminated sheets exhibit good interfacial bonding.The rolling reduction has a significant effect on the deformation inhomogeneity through the thickness of the Al layer.The initial grains of the Al layer near the Ti/Al interface are fragmented into fine equiaxed grains,and the grains at the center and near the Al/Mg interface are elongated.The R-cube shear texture of the Al layer forms near the Ti/Al interface and permeates into the center layer in the samples with greater rolling reductions.The b-fiber rolling texture of the Al layer is observed near the Al/Mg interface and increases with the increase of rolling reduction.The stress–strain curves indicate that the fracture appears first in the Mg layer.With the increasing rolling reduction,the ultimate tensile and yield strength values increase,and the elongation up to the Mg layer fracture decreases.Pengju WANG Zejun CHEN Hongtao HUANG Jianshu LIN Boxin LI Qing LIU 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,8:4

5Preparation and Characterization of Co_(3)O_(4)/Graphene/Cellulose Nanofiber Composite Films显示文摘Nanocellulose has served as an eye-catching nanomaterial for constructing advanced functional devices with renewability,light weight,flexibility,and environmental friendliness.In this study,Co_(3)O_(4)/graphene/cellulose nanofiber(CNF)flexible composite films,in which the CNF acted as a spacer for the graphene,were prepared via a facile and scalable vacuum filtration method.The effects of the CNF on the microstructure,hydrophilicity,thermal stability,tensile strength,surface resistance,and electrochemical performance of the Co_(3)O_(4)/graphene/CNF composite films were systematically investigated.The results showed that the synergistic interaction of the CNF and graphene substantially improved the overall properties of the Co_(3)O_(4)/graphene/CNF composite films,particularly their hydrophilicity and tensile strength.Meanwhile,Co_(3)O_(4)/graphene/CNF composite films with a CNF content of 4%appeared to have the optimal electrochemical performance,with an area specific capacitance of 56 mF/cm^(2) and prominent capacitance retention of 95.6%at a current density of 1 A/g after 1000 cycles.This work demonstrated that the prepared Co_(3)O_(4)/graphene/CNF flexible composite films have great application potential in the field of flexible energy storage devices.Zejun Ding Tianying Chen Yiming Zhou Peng Zhu Feiyun Li Yanjun Tang 2022Paper And Biomaterials2022,7,2:2

7Scattered seeding of CAR T cells in solid tumors augments anticancer efficacy显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor T cell(CAR T) therapy was a milestone in the treatment of relapsed and refractory B cell malignancies. However, beneficial effects of CAR T cells have not been obtained in solid tumors yet. Herein, we implement a porous microneedle patch that accommodates CAR T cells and allows in situ penetration-mediated seeding of CAR T cells when implanted in the tumor bed or in the post-surgical resection cavity. CAR T cells loaded in the pores of the microneedle tips were readily escorted to the tumor in an evenly scattered manner without losing their activity. Such microneedle-mediated local delivery enhanced infiltration and immunostimulation of CAR T cells as compared to direct intratumoral injection.
