| 1 | Fabrication of Ti/Al/Mg laminated composites by hot roll bonding and their microstructures and mechanical properties显示文摘Ti/Al/Mg laminated composites were successfully fabricated by hot roll bonding.The effects of the rolling reduction on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the composites were explored.The results show that Ti/Al/Mg laminated sheets exhibit good interfacial bonding.The rolling reduction has a significant effect on the deformation inhomogeneity through the thickness of the Al layer.The initial grains of the Al layer near the Ti/Al interface are fragmented into fine equiaxed grains,and the grains at the center and near the Al/Mg interface are elongated.The R-cube shear texture of the Al layer forms near the Ti/Al interface and permeates into the center layer in the samples with greater rolling reductions.The b-fiber rolling texture of the Al layer is observed near the Al/Mg interface and increases with the increase of rolling reduction.The stress–strain curves indicate that the fracture appears first in the Mg layer.With the increasing rolling reduction,the ultimate tensile and yield strength values increase,and the elongation up to the Mg layer fracture decreases. | Pengju WANG Zejun CHEN Hongtao HUANG Jianshu LIN Boxin LI Qing LIU | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,8: | 4 |
| 2 | Oxidation resistance of powder metallurgy Ti-45Al-10Nb alloy at high temperature显示文摘TiAl alloy with high Nb content,nominally Ti-45Al-10Nb,was prepared by powder metallurgy,and the oxidation resistance at 850,900,and 950℃was investigated.The high-temperature oxidation-resistance mechanism and oxidation dynamics were discussed following the oxide skin morphology and microstructural evolution analysis.The oxide skin structures were similar for 850 and 900℃,with TiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3)mixture covering TiO_(2)with dispersed Nb_(2)O_(5).At 950℃,the oxide skin was divided into four sublayers,from the outside to the parent metal:loose TiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3),dense Al_(2)O_(3),dense TiO_(2)+Nb_(2)O_(5),and TiO_(2)matrix with dispersed Nb_(2)O_(5).The Nb layer suppressed the outward diffusion of Ti atoms,hindering the growth of TiO_(2),and simultaneously promote the formation of a continuous Al_(2)O_(3)protective layer,providing the alloy with long-term high-temperature oxidation resistance. | Xuchen Jin Peihao Ye Hongrui Ji Zhuanxia Suo Boxin Wei Xuewen Li Wenbin Fang | 2022 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,12: | 0 |

| 4 | Research on Welding Quality Traceability Model of Offshore Platform Block Construction Process显示文摘Quality traceability plays an essential role in assembling and welding offshore platform blocks.The improvement of the welding quality traceability system is conducive to improving the durability of the offshore platform and the process level of the offshore industry.Currently,qualitymanagement remains in the era of primary information,and there is a lack of effective tracking and recording of welding quality data.When welding defects are encountered,it is difficult to rapidly and accurately determine the root cause of the problem from various complexities and scattered quality data.In this paper,a composite welding quality traceability model for offshore platform block construction process is proposed,it contains the quality early-warning method based on long short-term memory and quality data backtracking query optimization algorithm.By fulfilling the training of the early-warning model and the implementation of the query optimization algorithm,the quality traceability model has the ability to assist enterprises in realizing the rapid identification and positioning of quality problems.Furthermore,the model and the quality traceability algorithm are checked by cases in actual working conditions.Verification analyses suggest that the proposed early-warningmodel for welding quality and the algorithmfor optimizing backtracking requests are effective and can be applied to the actual construction process. | Jinghua Li Wenhao Yin Boxin Yang Qinghua Zhou | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Nuclear peripheral chromatin-lamin B1 interaction is required for global integrity of chromatin architecture and dynamics in human cells显示文摘The eukaryotic genome is folded into higher-order conformation accompanied with constrained dynamics for coordinated genome functions.However,the molecular machinery underlying these hierarchically organized three-dimensional(3D)chromatin architecture and dynamics remains poorly understood.Here by combining imaging and sequencing,we studied the role of lamin B1 in chromatin architecture and dynamics.We found that lamin B1 depletion leads to detachment of lamina-associated domains(LADs)from the nuclear periphery accompanied with global chromatin redistribution and decompaction.Consequently,the interchromosomal as well as inter-compartment interactions are increased,but the structure of topologically associating domains(TADs)is not affected.Using live-cell genomic loci tracking,we further proved that depletion of lamin B1 leads to increased chromatin dynamics,owing to chromatin decompaction and redistribution toward nucleoplasm.Taken together,our data suggest that lamin B1 and chromatin interactions at the nuclear periphery promote LAD maintenance,chromatin compaction,genomic compartmentalization into chromosome territories and A/B compartments and confine chromatin dynamics,supporting their crucial roles in chromatin higher-order structure and chromatin dynamics. | Lei Chang Mengfan Li Shipeng Shao Chen Li Shanshan Ai Boxin Xue Yingping Hou Yiwen Zhang Ruifeng Li Xiaoying Fan Aibin He Cheng Li Yujie Sun | 2022 | Protein & Cell2022,13,4: | 0 |
| 6 | Single-cell RNA-seq of Lotus japonicus provide insights into identification and function of root cell types of legume显示文摘The roots of legume plant play a crucial role in nitrogen fixation. However, the transcriptomes of different cell types of legume root and their functions remain largely unknown. Here, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing and profiled more than 22,000 single cells from root tips of Lotus japonicus, a model species of legume.We identified seven clusters corresponding to seven major cell types, which were validated by in situ hybridization. Further analysis revealed regulatory programs including phytohormone and nodulation associated with specific cell types, and revealed conserved and diverged features for the cell types. | 8 | PN-ImTLSM facilitates high-throughput low background single-molecule localization microscopy deep in the cell显示文摘When imaging the nucleus structure of a cell,the out-of-focus fluorescence acts as background and hinders the detection of weak signals.Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy(LSFM)is a wide-field imaging approach which has the best of both background removal and imaging speed.However,the commonly adopted orthogonal excitation/detection scheme is hard to be applied to single-cell imaging due to steric hindrance.For LSFMs capable of high spatiotemporal single-cell imaging,the complex instrument design and operation largely limit their throughput of data collection.Here,we propose an approach for high-throughput background-free fluorescence imaging of single cells facilitated by the Im-mersion Tilted Light Sheet Microscopy(ImTLSM).ImTLSM is based on a light-sheet projected off the optical axis of a water immersion objective.With the illumination objective and the detection objective placed opposingly,ImTLSM can rapidly patrol and optically section multiple individual cells while maintaining single-molecule detection sensitivity and resolution.Further,the simplicity and robustness of ImTLSM in operation and maintenance enables high-throughput image collection to establish background removal datasets for deep learning.Using a deep learning model to train the mapping from epi-illumination images to ImTLSM illumination images,namely PN-ImTLSM,we demonstrated crossmodality fluorescence imaging,transforming the epi-illumination image to approach the background removal performance obtained with ImTLSM.We demonstrated that PN-ImTLSM can be generalized to large-field homogeneous illumination imaging,thereby further improving the imaging throughput.In addition,compared to commonly used background removal methods,PN-ImTLSM showed much better performance for areas where the background intensity changes sharply in space,facilitating high-density single-molecule localization microscopy.In summary,PN-ImTLSM paves the way for background-free fluorescence imaging on ordinary inverted microscopes. | Boxin Xue Caiwei Zhou YizhiQin Yongzheng Li Yuao Sun Lei Chang Shipeng Shao Yongliang Li Mengling Zhang Chaoying Sun Renxi He Qian Peter Su Yujie Sun | 2021 | Biophysics Reports2021,7,4: | 0 |
