1苹果品质检测的可见-近红外激光漫反射光谱图像法的方法研究显示文摘利用可见-近红外激光漫反射光谱图像法及化学计量学方法检测了苹果的可溶性固形物含量和硬度。为了消除苹果形状对品质检测的影响,分析了5个不同波长的激光(680,780,880,940和980 nm)照射在富士苹果果面形成的光斑图像,并通过一系列图像处理方法得出了的苹果形状修正算法。分别利用修正前后的光谱图像参数建立苹果可溶性固形物含量和硬度的偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)模型,模型预测值和真实值之间的相关系数从0.78和0.80分别提高到0.87和0.89。为了消除果面镜面反射对苹果内部品质检测的影响,文章提出了象素强度频率检测法,并比较了利用果面光斑图像中光强均值和不同强度对应的象素强度频率建立的苹果硬度和可溶性固形物含量的PLSR模型效果,得出象素强度频率的模型效果更好。苹果可溶性固形物含量和硬度PLSR模型中预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别从1.28°Brix和8.23 N.cm-2降低到0.84°Brix和6.17 N.cm-2。庆兆坤 籍保平 史波林 朱大洲 屠振华 ZUDE Manuela 2008光谱学与光谱分析2008,28,6:12
2Model test on dynamic characteristics of invert and foundation soils of high-speed railway tunnel显示文摘A dynamic model test(CL = 4) at different velocities of train,namely different loading frequencies,is carried out to study the dynamic characteristics of a high-speed railway tunnel invert and its foundation soils.Not only are the accelerations,dynamic coefficients,dynamic stresses of the invert and foundation soils emphatically analyzed,their relationship with the velocity of the train are discussed in detail.Through laboratory testing,the attenuation of vibration propagating from up the rails is obtained and the calculation formula of the speed influence coefficient of the tunnel invert is preliminarily established.The depth of the foundation soils influenced by vibration is also determined in this study.It is shown that the responses of the tunnel invert and foundation soils to vibration are slightly increased with the velocity of the train;circumferential stresses in the bottom of the invert are tensile stresses and maximum stresses appear under the foot of the rails;the dynamic soil pressures of the foundation decrease quickly with the distance away from the tunnel invert and an exponential relationship exists between them.Huang Juan Yuan Tieying Peng Limin Yu Jun Ding Zude 2015Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2015,14,3:10
3FORCE RIPPLE SUPPRESSION TECHNOLOGY FOR LINEAR MOTORS BASED ON BACK PROPAGATION NEURAL NETWORK显示文摘Various force disturbances influence the thrust force of linear motors when a linear motor (LM) is running.Among all of force disturbances,the force ripple is the dominant while a linear motor runs in low speed.In order to suppress the force ripple,back propagation(BP) neural network is proposed to learn the function of the force ripple of linear motors,and the acquisition method of training samples is proposed based on a disturbance observer.An off-line BP neural network is used mainly because of its high running efficiency and the real-time requirement of the servo control system of a linear motor.By using the function,the force ripple is on-line compensated according to the position of the LM.The experimental results show that the force ripple is effectively suppressed by the compensation of the BP neural network.ZHANG Dailin CHEN Youping AI Wu ZHOU Zude KONG Ching Tom 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,2:7

5Digital monitoring for heavy duty mechanical equipment based on fiber Bragg grating sensor显示文摘The digital monitoring principle and technologies for heavy duty mechanical equipment based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) technology are introduced in this paper. The fundamentals of new-style FBG sensing technology, including the photorefractive effect of FBG, the physical formation, and the relation between optical properties and grating parameters, are investigated. The plaster, encapsulation and distribution planning of FBG sensor (FBGS), which is used to monitor heavy duty mechanical equipment under abominable environment and extreme conditions, are also studied. In addition, theoretical and experimental researches on the strain, temperature, displacement, and stress transmission characteristics between FBGS and detection interface are presented. The principle and method for temperature compensation in non-uniformity temperature field are described in detail as well. 6Fuzzy-Immune PID Control for AMB Systems显示文摘In order to improve the dynamic performance of active magnetic bearing systems with highly nonlinear and naturally unstable dynamics, a new nonlinear fuzzy-immune proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller is proposed by combining the immune feedback law with linear PID control. This controller consists of a PID controller and a basic immune proportional controller in cascaded connection, the nonlinear function of the immune proportional controller is realized by using fuzzy reasoning. 9Surface strain-enhanced MoS_(2)as a high-performance cathode catalyst for lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)are one of the main candidates for the next generation of energy storage systems.To improve the performance of LSBs,we herein propose the use of strained MoS_(2)(s-MoS_(2))as a catalytically active sulfur host.The introduction of strain in the MoS_(2)surface,which alters its atomic positions and expands the S-Mo-S angle,shifts the d-band center closer to the Fermi level and provides the surface with abundant and highly active catalytic sites;these enhance the catalyst's ability to adsorb lithium polysulfides(LiPS),accelerating its catalytic conversion and promoting lithium-ion transferability.Strain is generated through the synthesis of core-shell nanoparticles,using different metal sulfides as strain-inducing cores.s-MoS_(2)nanoparticles are supported on carbon nanofibers(CNF/s-MoS_(2)),and the resulting electrodes are characterized by capacities of 1290 and 657 mAh g−1 at 0.2 and 5 C,respectively,with a 0.05%capacity decay rate per cycle at 8 C during 700 cycles.Overall,this work not only provides an ingenious and effective strategy to regulate LiPS adsorption and conversion through strain engineering,but also indicates a path toward the application of strain engineering in other energy storage and conversion fields.Chao Yue Zhang Chaoqi Zhang Jiang Long Pan Guo Wen Sun Zude Shi Canhuang Li Xingqi Chang Geng Zhi Sun Jin Yuan Zhou Andreu Cabot 2022eScience2022,2,4:3

11Key point selection in large-scale FBG temperature sensors for thermal error modeling of heavy-duty CNC machine tools显示文摘Thermal error is one of the main factors that influence the machining accuracy of computer numerical control(CNC)machine tools.It is usually reduced by thermal error compensation.Temperature field monitoring and key temperature measurement point(TMP)selection are the bases of thermal error modeling and compensation for CNC machine tools.Compared with small-and medium-sized CNC machine tools,heavy-duty CNC machine tools require the use of more temperature sensors to measure their temperature comprehensively because of their larger size and more complex heat sources.However,the presence of many TMPs counteracts the movement of CNC machine tools due to sensor cables,and too many temperature variables may adversely influence thermal error modeling.Novel temperature sensors based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG)are developed in this study.A total of 128 FBG temperature sensors that are connected in series through a thin optical fiber are mounted on a heavy-duty CNC machine tool to monitor its temperature field.Key TMPs are selected using these large-scale FBG temperature sensors by using the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise algorithm to reduce the calculation workload and avoid problems in the coupling of TMPs for thermal error modeling.Back propagation neural network thermal error prediction models are established to verify the performance of the proposed TMP selection method.Results show that the number of TMPs is reduced from 128 to 5,and the developed model demonstrates good prediction effects and strong robustness under different working conditions of the heavy-duty CNC machine tool.Jianmin HU Zude ZHOU Quan LIU Ping LOU Junwei YAN Ruiya LI 2019Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering2019,14,4:2
12Research of Vision Detection System on PCB显示文摘Machine vision is applied in defect detection system on PCB.The whole system structure and the principle of vision detection are introduced,while the detection method including image processing,detection and recognition algorithms are detailed. 17Influence of Residual Stress on the Dimensional Instability of 7075 Aluminum Cone-Shaped Shells显示文摘This paper dealt with the influence of residual stress on the dimensional instability of 7075 aluminum cone-shaped shells. Finite element method was introduced to calculate residual stress distributions in 7075 aluminum cone-shaped shells during conventional heat treatment (CHT) and deep cryogenic treatment (DCT). An example was given to demonstrate effects of deep cryogenic treatment (DCT) and conventional heat treatment (CHT) on dimensional instability.
