| 1 | 广东大宝山地区重金属污染水田土壤的Cu Pb Zn Cd全量与DTPA浸提态含量的相互关系研究显示文摘通过现场采样及室内测试,分析了广东大宝山地区酸性金属矿长期污染水稻田的土壤特性,研究了重金属Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd的全量与DTPA浸提态含量的相互关系。结果表明,除Pb外,Cu、Zn和Cd的全量不同程度超标,而4种重金属的DTPA浸提态含量均较高,Pb和Cu的DTPA浸提率高于Zn和Cd。金属全量及其DTPA浸提量之间极显著相关。土壤酸性和有机质对金属Pb、Zn、Cd的DTPA浸出率表现出显著的促进作用,而与Cu的浸出率相关不显著。DTPA态金属可以作为测定该类水稻土壤金属有效态含量的简便指标。金属的全量、种类,土壤pH、有机质等属性,以及农业耕作等因素影响金属的DTPA态含量及有效性。 | 李永涛 刘科学 张池 Thierry Becquer Cécile Quantin MarcB enedtti Patrick Lavelle 戴军 | 2004 | 农业环境科学学报2004，23，6： | 60 |
| 2 | 酸性矿山废水污染的水稻田土壤中重金属的微生物学效应显示文摘采样调查了广东大宝山地区受酸性采矿废水长期污染的亚热带水稻田的土壤理化性质 ,重金属 Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd的全量及其 DTPA浸提量 ,以及微生物生物量及其呼吸活性等指标。利用主成分和逐步回归分析了影响土壤重金属的有效性及其微生物学效应的因素。结果表明 :土壤高含硫 ,强酸性 ,有机碳、全氮较低 ,4种金属的全量普遍超标。DTPA可提取态金属含量较高 ,不仅与其全量呈显著正相关 ,而且与土壤酸度和粘粒含量正相关 ,和 Mn含量负相关。过量的金属显著降低了土壤微生物生物量 C、N、微生物商、生物量 N/全 N比 ,并抑制了微生物呼吸强度和对有机碳的矿化率 ,导致了土壤 C/N比的升高。同时 ,金属对微生物群落及生理代谢指标 ,如微生物生物量 C/N比和代谢商的影响不显著。 DTPA可提取态金属 ,特别是 DTPA- Cu是导致微生物生物量和活性指标变化的主要因素。以有机碳 (或全氮 )为基数的复合微生物指标降低了土壤性质差异造成的干扰 ,较单一指标更能准确指示微生物对金属胁迫的反应。土壤硫没有对金属有效性和微生物指标产生明显影响 。 | 李永涛 Thierry Becquer Cécile Quantin Marc Benedetti Patric kLavelle 戴军 | 2004 | 生态学报2004，24，11： | 31 |

| 4 | Dysregulation of innate immunity in ulcerative colitis patients who fail anti-tumor necrosis factor therapy显示文摘AIM To study the innate immune function in ulcerative colitis(UC) patients who fail to respond to anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF) therapy.METHODS Effects of anti-TNF therapy, inflammation and medications on innate immune function were assessed by measuring peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) cytokine expression from 18 inflammatory bowel disease patients pre- and 3 mo post-anti-TNF therapy. Toll-like receptor(TLR) expression and cytokine production post TLR stimulation was assessed in UC 'responders'(n = 12) and 'non-responders'(n = 12) and compared to healthy controls(n = 12). Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels were measured in blood to assess disease severity/activity and inflammation. Pro-inflammatory(TNF, IL-1β, IL-6), immuno-regulatory(IL-10), Th1(IL-12, IFNγ) and Th2(IL-9, IL-13, IL-17A) cytokine expression was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay while TLR cellular composition and intracellular signalling was assessed with FACS.RESULTS Prior to anti-TNF therapy, responders and nonresponders had similar level of disease severity and activity. PBMC's ability to respond to TLR stimulation was not affected by TNF therapy, patient's severity of the disease and inflammation or their medication use. At baseline, non-responders had elevated innate but not adaptive immune responses compared to responders(P < 0.05). Following TLR stimulation, nonresponders had consistently reduced innate cytokine responses to all TLRs compared to healthy controls(P < 0.01) and diminished TNF(P < 0.001) and IL-1β(P < 0.01) production compared to responders. This innate immune dysfunction was associated with reduced number of circulating plasmacytoid dendritic cells(p DCs)(P < 0.01) but increased number of CD4+ regulatory T cells(Tregs)(P = 0.03) as well as intracellular accumulation of IRAK4 in non-responders following TLR-2,-4 and-7 activation(P < 0.001). CONCLUSION Reduced innate immunity in non-responders may explain reduced efficacy to anti-TNF therapy. | 5 | Novel role of phosphodiesterase inhibitors in the management of end-stage heart failure显示文摘In advanced heart failure(HF), chronic inotropic therapy with intravenous milrinone, a phosphodiesterase Ⅲ inhibitor, is used as a bridge to advanced management that includes transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation, or palliation. This is especially true when repeated attempts to wean off inotropic support result in symptomatic hypotension, worsened symptoms, and/or progressive organ dysfunction. Unfortunately, patients in this clinical predicament are considered hemodynamically labile and may escape the benefits of guidelinedirected HF therapy. In this scenario, chronic milrinone infusion may be beneficial as a bridge to introduction of evidence based HF therapy. However, this strategy is not well studied, and in general, chronic inotropic infusion is discouraged due to potential cardiotoxicity that accelerates disease progression and proarrhythmic effects that increase sudden death. Alternatively, chronic inotropic support with milrinone infusion is a unique opportunity in advanced HF. This review discusses evidence that long-term intravenous milrinone support may allow introduction of beta blocker(BB) therapy. When used together, milrinone does not attenuate the clinical benefits of BB therapy while BB mitigates cardiotoxic effects of milrinone. In addition, BB therapy decreases the risk of adverse arrhythmias associated with milrinone. We propose that advanced HF patients who are intolerant to BB therapy may benefit from a trial of intravenous milrinone as a bridge to BB initiation.
