1Size and elemental composition of dry-deposited particles during a severe dust storm at a coastal site of Eastern China显示文摘Dry-deposited particles were collected during the passage of an extremely strong dust storm in March, 2010 at a coastal site in Qingdao(36.15°N, 120.49°E), a city located in Eastern China. The size, morphology, and elemental composition of the particles were quantified with a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray instrument(SEM–EDX). The particles appeared in various shapes, and their size mainly varied from 0.4to 10 μm, with the mean diameters of 0.5, 1.5, and 1.0 μm before, during, and after the dust storm, respectively. The critical size of the mineral particles settling on the surface in the current case was about 0.3–0.4 μm before the dust storm and about 0.5–0.7 μm during the dust storm. Particles that appeared in high concentration but were smaller than the critical size deposited onto the surface at a small number flux. The elements Al, Si and Mg were frequently detected in all samples, indicating the dominance of mineral particles. The frequency of Al in particles collected before the dust storm was significantly lower than for those collected during and after the dust storm. The frequencies of Cl and Fe did not show obvious changes, while those of S, K and Ca decreased after the dust arrival. 2Anionic structural effect in liquid–liquid separation of phenol from model oil by choline carboxylate ionic liquids显示文摘Phenolic compounds exist in crude oil as pollutants, and their removal is vital important for the refining and further application of oils. In traditional separation approaches, strong acid and strong base have to be used to remove these compounds, which may cause serious environmental problems. In this work, 19 kinds of cholinium ionic liquids have been developed to separate phenol from model oil by liquid–liquid extraction. Structural effect of anions of the ionic liquids in the separation is systematically investigated. It is found that depending on the chemical structure of ionic liquids, phenol can be removed from toluene with single-step removal efficiency from 86 to 99% under optimal conditions. The type of substituent groups and the-CH_2 number between two carboxylates have obvious effect on the removal efficiency, and more hydrophilic ionic liquids have a stronger extraction performance for phenol. Furthermore, thermodynamic,^(13) C NMR,~1 H NMR and density functional theory calculations have been performed to characterize the extraction process and to understand the extraction mechanism. It is shown that the extraction of phenol from oil to ionic liquid is a favorable process, and this process is mainly driven by enthalpy change. 3Choline-based ionic liquids for CO_2 capture and conversion显示文摘Choline-based ionic liquids(Ch-ILs) with anions possessing interacting sites to attract CO_2 were designed, which could capture CO_2 with capacity >1.0 mol CO_2 per molar IL under ambient conditions. Moreover, this kind of ILs combining with Cu Cl could catalyze the formylation of amines with CO_2/H_2 at 120 °C. Especially, choline imidazolate showed the best performance,affording a series of N-formamides in excellent yields. 4Cooperative effect from cation and anion of pyridine-containing anion-based ionic liquids for catalysing CO_2 transformation at ambient conditions显示文摘Pyridine-containing anion-based ionic liquids(PA-ILs) with two kinds of interaction sites to bind CO_2, e.g., [P4444][2-OP], were found to be highly efficient for catalysing the cycloaddition reactions of atmospheric CO_2 with epoxides at room temperature under metal-and halogen-free conditions, producing a series of cyclic carbonates in high yields. 6Trophic Interaction in a Portunus rituberculatus Polyculture Ecosystem Based on Carbon and Nitrogen Stable Isotope Analysis显示文摘Trophic interaction among various biomass groups in a swimming crab Portunus trituberculatus polyculture pond was investigated using carbon and nitrogen stable isotope analysis. The polycultured animal species also included white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei, short-necked clam Ruditapes philippinarum, and redlip mullet Liza haematochila. The mean δ^(13)C value for all the biomass groups in polyculture ecosystem ranged from -25.61‰ to -16.60‰, and the mean δ^(15)N value ranged from 6.80‰ to 13.09‰. Significant difference in the δ^(13)C value was found between particulate organic matter(POM) and sediment organic matter(SOM)(P < 0.05), indicating that these two organic matter pools have different material sources. Assuming that a ^(13)C-enrichment factor of 1.00‰ and a ^(15)N-enrichment factor of 2.70‰ existed between consumer and prey, diets of the four cultured animals were estimated using a stable isotope mixing model. The estimated model results indicated that P. trituberculatus mainly feed on Aloidis laevis; L. vannamei mainly feed on shrimp feed; while A. laevis, R. philippinarum and L. haematochelia mainly feed on POM. Shrimp feed was also an important food source of R. philippinarum and L. haematochelia. The diets of P. trituberculatus, L. vannamei, R. philippinarum, and L. haematochila showed complementary effects in this polyculture ecosystem. 8Perovskite Solar Cells toward Eco-Friendly Printing显示文摘Eco-friendly printing is important for mass manufacturing of thin-film photovoltaic(PV)devices to preserve human safety and the environment and to reduce energy consumption and capital expense.However,it is challenging for perovskite PVs due to the lack of eco-friendly solvents for ambient fast printing.In this study,we demonstrate for the first time an eco-friendly printing concept for high-performance perovskite solar cells.Both the perovskite and charge transport layers were fabricated from eco-friendly solvents via scalable fast blade coating under ambient conditions.The perovskite dynamic crystallization during blade coating investigated using in situ grazing incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering(GIWAXS)reveals a long sol-gel window prior to phase transformation and a strong interaction between the precursors and the eco-friendly solvents.The insights enable the achievement of high quality coatings for both the perovskite and charge transport layers by controlling film formation during scalable coating.The excellent optoelectronic properties of these coatings translate to a power conversion efficiency of 18.26%for eco-friendly printed solar cells,which is on par with the conventional devices fabricated via spin coating from toxic solvents under inert atmosphere.The eco-friendly printing paradigm presented in this work paves the way for future green and highthroughput fabrication on an industrial scale for perovskite PVs.Xiaoming Chang Yuanyuan Fan Kui Zhao Junjie Fang Dongle Liu Ming-Chun Tang Dounya Barrit Detlef-MSmilgies Ruipeng Li Jing Lu Jianbo Li Tinghuan Yang Aram Amassian Zicheng Ding Yonghua Chen Shengzhong(Frank)Liu Wei Huang 2021Research2021,,1:1
9Effect of Cyclic Loading on Cracking Behaviour of X-70 PipelineSteel in Near-Neutral pH Solutions显示文摘The cracking behaviour of X-70 pipeline steel in near-neutral pH solutions was studied under different modes of cyclic loading. The crack propagation process of X-70 pipeline steel under low frequency cyclic loading condition was controlled mainly by stress corrosion cracking (SCC) mechanism. Under mixed-mode cyclic loading, both higher tensile stress and shear stress made cracks easier to propagate. Applied cathodic potentials and high content of carbon dioxide in solutions also promoted the propagation of cracks. The propagation directions of cracks were different under different cyclic loading conditions. Under mode I (pure tensile stress) cyclic loading condition, cracks were straight and perpendicular to the tensile stress axis, while under mixed-mode Ⅰ/Ⅲ (tensile/shear stress) cyclic loading,cracks were sinuous and did not propagate in the direction perpendicular to the main tensile stress axis. Under the mixed-mode cyclic loading, cracks were much easier to propagate, suggesting that shear stress intensified the role of tensile stress. 15A salient edges detection algorithm of multi-sensor images and its rapid calculation based on PFCM kernel clustering显示文摘Multi-sensor image matching based on salient edges has broad prospect in applications,but it is difficult to extract salient edges of real multi-sensor images with noises fast and accurately by using common algorithms. According to the analysis of the features of salient edges,a novel salient edges detection algorithm and its rapid calculation are proposed based on possibility fuzzy C-means(PFCM) kernel clustering using two-dimensional vectors composed of the values of gray and texture. PFCM clustering can overcome the shortcomings that fuzzy C-means(FCM) clustering is sensitive to noises and possibility C-means(PCM) clustering tends to find identical clusters.On this basis,a method is proposed to improve real-time performance by compressing data sets based on the idea of data reduction in the field of mathematical analysis. In addition,the idea that kernel-space is linearly separable is used to enhance robustness further. 16Fast electrochemical activation of the broadband saturable absorption of tungsten oxide nanoporous film显示文摘The on-demand modulation of defects in materials for the effective modulation of optical nonlinearity is desirable,while it remains a great challenge.In this work,we demonstrate that electrochemical activation is a facile and convenient approach to modulating the broadband third-order nonlinear absorption of nanoporous tungsten oxide(WO3-x)thin film.The film does not exhibit optical nonlinearity at the initial state,while shows a distinct saturable absorption under an applied voltage of-2.5 V with the excitation of 515,800,and 1,030 nm laser.The nonlinear absorption coefficient(β_(eff))is-766.38±6.67 cm·GW^(-1) for 1,030 nm laser,-624.24±17.15 cm·GW-1 for 800 nm laser,and-120.70±11.49 cm·GW^(-1) for 515 nm laser,and the performance is competitive among inorganic saturable absorbers.The activation is accomplished in 2 min.The performance enhancement is ascribed to the formation of abundant in-gap defect states because of the reduction of the tungsten atoms,and a Pauli-blocking effect occurs during the excitation of in-gap defect states.The small feature size of WO_(3-x)(-12 nm)enables the effective and fast introduction and removal of the defects in porous film,and accordingly the fast and broadband modulation of optical nonlinearity.Our results suggest a controllable,effective,and convenient approach to tuning the nonlinear absorption of materials.Ruipeng Hou Hui Li Mengjuan Diao Yanhui Sun Ying Liang Zhiyang Yu Zhipeng Huang Chi Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0

19Preparation of B_(2)O_(3)-ZnO-SiO_(2)Glass and Sintering Densification of Copper Terminal Electrode Applied in Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors显示文摘B_(2)O_(3)-Zn O-SiO_(2)(BZS)glass containing Cu O with excellent acid resistance,wetting properties,and high-temperature sintering density was prepared by high temperature melting method and then applied in copper terminal electrode for multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCC)applications.The structure and property characterization of B_(2)O_(3)-Zn O-SiO_(2)glass,including X-ray diffraction,FTIR,scanning electron microscopy,high-temperature microscopy,and differential scanning calorimetry,indicated that the addition of CuO improved the glass’s acid resistance and glass-forming ability.The wettability and acid resistance of this glass were found to be excellent when CuO content was 1.50 wt%.Compared to BZS glass,the CuO-added glass exhibited excellent wettability to copper powder and corrosion resistance to the plating solution.The sintered copper electrode films prepared using the glass with CuO addition had better densification and lower sintering temperature of 750℃.Further analysis of the sintering mechanism reveals that the flowability and wettability of the glass significantly impact the sintering densification of the copper terminal electrodes.YUE Yi LI Hong CAO Xiuhua ZHANG Xuehui HUANG Jun HUANG Xuye ZHANG Yongqiang XU Ruipeng XIONG Dehua 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,5:0
20Research of combined liver-kidney transplantation model in rats显示文摘Objective: To set up a simple and reliable rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods: SD rats served as both donors and recipients. 4℃ sodium lactate Ringer's was infused from porta1 veins to donated 1ivers,and from abdominal aorta to donated kidneys, respectively. Anastomosis of the portal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC) inferior to the right kidney between the graft and the recipient was performed by a double cuff method, then the superior hepatic vena cava with suture. A patch of donated renal artery was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta. The urethra and bile duct were reconstructed with a simple inside bracket. Results: Among 65 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation, the success rate in the late 40 cases was 77.5%. The function of the grafted liver and kidney remained normal.
