| 1 | Effect of Hot Isostatic Pressing Conditions and Cooling Rate on Microstructure and Properties of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy from Atomized Powder显示文摘The effects of temperature and pressure on density, microstructure and mechanical properties of powder compacts during hot isostatic pressing(HIPping) were investigated. Optimized HIPping parameters of temperature range from 900 to 940℃, pressure over 100 MPa and holding time of 3 h, were obtained. Tensile properties after different heat treatments show that both the geometry of samples and cooling rate have a significant influence on mechanical properties. Finite element method was used to predict the temperature field distribution during HIPped sample cooling, and the experimental results are in agreement with simulation prediction. | 2 | Effect of Hot Isostatic Pressing Loading Route on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Powder Metallurgy Ti_2AlNb Alloys显示文摘In this work, hot isostatic pressing(HIPing) technique was used to densify the Ti_2AlNb pre-alloyed powder.The influence of HIPing loading route parameters(temperature and rates of heating and pressurizing)on microstructure and properties of PM Ti_2AlNb alloys was studied. The results showed that HIPing loading route parameters affected the densification process and mechanical properties(especially high temperature rupture lifetime) of PM Ti_2AlNb alloys in the present work. | 3 | Use of land's cooperative object to estimate UAV's pose for autonomous landing显示文摘The research of unmanned aerial vehicles’(UAVs’)autonomy navigation and landing guidance with computer vision has important signifcance.However,because of the image blurring,the position of the cooperative points cannot be obtained accurately,and the pose estimation algorithms based on the feature points have low precision.In this research,the pose estimation algorithm of UAV is proposed based on feature lines of the cooperative object for autonomous landing.This method uses the actual shape of the cooperative-target on ground and the principle of vanishing line.Roll angle is calculated from the vanishing line.Yaw angle is calculated from the location of the target in the image.Finally,the remaining extrinsic parameters are calculated by the coordinates transformation.Experimental results show that the pose estimation algorithm based on line feature has a higher precision and is more reliable than the pose estimation algorithm based on points feature.Moreover,the error of the algorithm we proposed is small enough when the UAV is near to the landing strip,and it can meet the basic requirements of UAV’s autonomous landing. | Xu Guili Qi Xiaopeng Zeng Qinghua Tian Yupeng Guo Ruipeng Wang Biao | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,6: | 8 |
| 4 | Cooperative effect from cation and anion of pyridine-containing anion-based ionic liquids for catalysing CO_2 transformation at ambient conditions显示文摘Pyridine-containing anion-based ionic liquids(PA-ILs) with two kinds of interaction sites to bind CO_2, e.g., [P4444][2-OP], were found to be highly efficient for catalysing the cycloaddition reactions of atmospheric CO_2 with epoxides at room temperature under metal-and halogen-free conditions, producing a series of cyclic carbonates in high yields. | 9 | A salient edges detection algorithm of multi-sensor images and its rapid calculation based on PFCM kernel clustering显示文摘Multi-sensor image matching based on salient edges has broad prospect in applications,but it is difficult to extract salient edges of real multi-sensor images with noises fast and accurately by using common algorithms. According to the analysis of the features of salient edges,a novel salient edges detection algorithm and its rapid calculation are proposed based on possibility fuzzy C-means(PFCM) kernel clustering using two-dimensional vectors composed of the values of gray and texture. PFCM clustering can overcome the shortcomings that fuzzy C-means(FCM) clustering is sensitive to noises and possibility C-means(PCM) clustering tends to find identical clusters.On this basis,a method is proposed to improve real-time performance by compressing data sets based on the idea of data reduction in the field of mathematical analysis. In addition,the idea that kernel-space is linearly separable is used to enhance robustness further. | 11 | Preparation of B_(2)O_(3)-ZnO-SiO_(2)Glass and Sintering Densification of Copper Terminal Electrode Applied in Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors显示文摘B_(2)O_(3)-Zn O-SiO_(2)(BZS)glass containing Cu O with excellent acid resistance,wetting properties,and high-temperature sintering density was prepared by high temperature melting method and then applied in copper terminal electrode for multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCC)applications.The structure and property characterization of B_(2)O_(3)-Zn O-SiO_(2)glass,including X-ray diffraction,FTIR,scanning electron microscopy,high-temperature microscopy,and differential scanning calorimetry,indicated that the addition of CuO improved the glass’s acid resistance and glass-forming ability.The wettability and acid resistance of this glass were found to be excellent when CuO content was 1.50 wt%.Compared to BZS glass,the CuO-added glass exhibited excellent wettability to copper powder and corrosion resistance to the plating solution.The sintered copper electrode films prepared using the glass with CuO addition had better densification and lower sintering temperature of 750℃.Further analysis of the sintering mechanism reveals that the flowability and wettability of the glass significantly impact the sintering densification of the copper terminal electrodes. | YUE Yi LI Hong CAO Xiuhua ZHANG Xuehui HUANG Jun HUANG Xuye ZHANG Yongqiang XU Ruipeng XIONG Dehua | 2023 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,5: | 0 |
