1Effect of Hot Isostatic Pressing Conditions and Cooling Rate on Microstructure and Properties of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy from Atomized Powder显示文摘The effects of temperature and pressure on density, microstructure and mechanical properties of powder compacts during hot isostatic pressing(HIPping) were investigated. Optimized HIPping parameters of temperature range from 900 to 940℃, pressure over 100 MPa and holding time of 3 h, were obtained. Tensile properties after different heat treatments show that both the geometry of samples and cooling rate have a significant influence on mechanical properties. Finite element method was used to predict the temperature field distribution during HIPped sample cooling, and the experimental results are in agreement with simulation prediction. 2World-class Xincheng gold deposit: An example from the giant Jiaodong gold province显示文摘The Jiaodong gold deposits are currently the most important gold resources(with Au reserves of>4000 t) in China,and the leading gold-producing country globally(with Au production of ~428 t in2013).Jiaodong is also considered as perhaps the only world-class to giant gold accumulation on the planet where relatively young gold ores(ca.130-120 Ma) were deposited in rocks that are 2 Ga older.The Xincheng world-class high-grade gold deposit,with a proven reserve of >200 t gold,is one of the largest deposits in the giant gold province of the Jiaodong Peninsula.It is located in the northwestern part of the jiaobei Uplift,and hosted by ca.132-123 Ma Xincheng quartz monzonites and monzogranites.Ore zones are structurally controlled by the NE-trending and NW-dipping Jiaojia Fault and subsidiary faults,and are mainly restricted to the footwall of the fault.The dominant disseminated- and stockworkstyle ores are associated with strong sericitization,silicification,sulfidation and K-feldspathization,and minor carbonate wallrock alteration halos.The four mineralization stages are pyrite-quartz-sericite(stage 1),quartz-pyrite(stage 2),quartz-polysulfide(stage 3) and quartz-carbonate(stage 4).Gold occurs dominantly as electrum,with lesser amounts of sulfide-hosted native gold and rare native silver and argentite,normally associated with pyrite,chalcopyrite,galena and sphalerite:the latter with proven resources of about 105 t Ag,713 t Cu,and 5100 t S.There are three types of ore-related fluid inclusions:type 1 aqueous-carbonate(H_2O-CO_2),type 2aqueous(liquid H_2O+vapor H_2O),and type 3 CO_2(liquid CO_2 and vapor CO_2) inclusions.Homogenization temperatures range from 221 to 304℃ for type 1 inclusions,with salinities of 2.4-13.3 wt.%NaCl eq.,and bulk densities of 0.858-1.022 g/cm^3.The δ^(34)S_(CDT) values of hydrothermal sulfides are 4.3-10.6‰and δ^(18)O values of hydrothermal quartz have a median value of 13.0‰.δD values of fluid inclusions in hydrothermal quartz have a median value of-75‰.Calculated δ^(18)Owater has a median value of 5.2‰.The timing of gold mineralization at the Xincheng gold deposit is younger than 123±1 Ma,and likely between 120.9 and 119.9 Ma.A minerals system genetic model for the probable epizonal orogenic Xincheng deposit suggests an initial medium temperature,CO_2-rich,and low salinity H_2O-CO_2 deeply sourced metamorphic ore fluid associated with dehydration and decarbonization of subducting Paleo-Pacific lithosphere.The Jiaojia Fault constrained the migration of ore-forming fluids and metals at the brittle-ductile transition.Fluid immiscibility,caused by episodic pressure drops,led to significant high-grade gold deposition in the giant Xincheng gold deposit.Liqiang Yang Jun Deng Ruipeng Guo Lin'nan Guo Zhongliang Wang Binghan Chen XudongWang 2016Geoscience Frontiers2016,7,3:14
3Effect of Hot Isostatic Pressing Loading Route on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Powder Metallurgy Ti_2AlNb Alloys显示文摘In this work, hot isostatic pressing(HIPing) technique was used to densify the Ti_2AlNb pre-alloyed powder.The influence of HIPing loading route parameters(temperature and rates of heating and pressurizing)on microstructure and properties of PM Ti_2AlNb alloys was studied. The results showed that HIPing loading route parameters affected the densification process and mechanical properties(especially high temperature rupture lifetime) of PM Ti_2AlNb alloys in the present work. 4Effect of potential HONO sources on peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN)formation in eastern China in winter显示文摘As an important secondary photochemical pollutant,peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN)has been studied over decades,yet its simulations usually underestimate the corresponding observations,especially in polluted areas.Recent observations in north China found unusually high concentrations of PAN during wintertime heavy haze events,but the current model still cannot reproduce the observations,and researchers speculated that nitrous acid(HONO)played a key role in PAN formation.For the first time we systematically assessed the impact of potential HONO sources on PAN formation mechanisms in eastern China using the Weather Research and Forecasting/Chemistry(WRF-Chem)model in February of 2017.The results showed that the potential HONO sources significantly improved the PAN simulations,remarkably accelerated the RO x(sum of hydroxyl,hydroperoxyl,and organic peroxy radicals)cycles,and resulted in 80%–150%enhancements of PAN near the ground in the coastal areas of eastern China and 10%–50%enhancements in the areas around 35–40°N within 3 km during a heavy haze period.The direct precursors of PAN were aldehyde and methylglyoxal,and the primary precursors of PAN were alkenes with C>3,xylenes,propene and toluene.The above results suggest that the potential HONO sources should be considered in regional and global chemical transport models when conducting PAN studies.Jingwei Zhang Yitian Guo Yu Qu Yong Chen Ruipeng Yu Chaoyang Xue Rui Yang Qiang Zhang Xingang Liu Yujing Mu Jing Wang Can Ye Haihan Zhao Qiangqiang Sun Ziwen Wang Junling An 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8:3
5Insights into the sandwich-like ultrathin Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO hybrid as effective sulfur hosts with excellent adsorption and electrocatalysis effects for lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The design of sulfur hosts with high conductivity,large specific surface area,strong adsorption and electrocatalytic ability is crucial to advance high performance lithium-sulfur batteries.Herein,a novel ultrathin sandwich-type Ni-doped MoS_(2)/reduced graphene oxide(denote as Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO) hybrid is developed as a sulfur host through a simple one-step hydrothermal route.The two-dimensional layered structure Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO hybrid with heterostructure and heteroatom architecture defects not only plays a key role in adsorption of lithium polysulfide but also catalyzes on redox kinetics of sulfur and polysulfide species.Meanwhile,it can contribute to the large specific surface area for Li_(2) S/S_8 deposition,fast Li-ion and electron transportation,thus enhancing the electrocatalytic properties,as confirmed firstly by cyclic voltammetry(CV) results.Due to the adsorption-catalytic synergistic effect,the Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO cathode exhibits high specific capacity(1343.6 mA h g^(-1) at 0.2 C,921.6 mA h g^(-1) at 1 C),high coulombic efficiency and an outstanding cycle stability(with the low attenuation rate of 0.077% per cycle over 140 cycles at 0.5 C and 0.11% per cycle over 400 cycles at 1 C,respectively).This work proposes some inspiration for exploring the construction of advanced lithium-sulfur batteries through the rational design defects of atomic structure and electronic states of MoS_(2) as sulfur host.Ran Zhang Yutao Dong Mohammed AAl-Tahan Yingying Zhang Ruipeng Wei Yuhang Ma Changchun Yang Jianmin Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9:2

7Evaluating the applicability of the water erosion prediction project(WEPP)model to runoff and soil loss of sandstone reliefs in the Loess Plateau,China显示文摘Soil erosion is one of the most serious environmental issues,especially in vulnerable areas such as the Pisha sandstone regions located in the Loess Plateau(China).In these types of reliefs,long-term studies monitoring runoff and soil loss are scarce,and even more considering the efficiency of different soil management techniques applied to reduce land degradation.In this study,seven years(2014-2020)of in-situ measurements of surface runoff and soil loss for different land uses(forestland,shrubland,grassland,farmland,and bare land)in a Pisha Sandstone environment at the Loess Plateau were con-ducted.We applied the Water Erosion Prediction Project(WEPP)model combining the large database with the precipitation regimes.Our results showed that runoff volume coming from observed and simulated data exhibited significant differences among them depending on the different vegetation types.Runoff and soil loss were different among diverse land use types as follows:farmland>grassland>shrubland>forestland.After conducting a calibration,we found satisfactorily simulated surface runoff and sediment yield based on precipitation regimes and land uses at sandstone reliefs.Simulation performance of surface runoff was better than sediment yield.The range of standard error of the model simulation for event and annual values of runoff were 4.71 mm and 12.19 mm,respectively.The standard error for event and annual values of soil loss were 4.19 t/hm^(2)and 21.86 t/hm^(2).In the calibration group,R2 of runoff and soil loss were 0.92 and 0.86 respectively,while Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient(E)reached 0.90 and 0.85,respectively.In the validation group,the R2 for both runoff and soil loss were 0.82 and 0.56,respectively.Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient(E)were 0.77 and 0.54 for the runoff and sediment yield.We concluded that using a detailed monitoring dataset,the WEPP model could accu-rately simulate and predict water erosion in the hillslopes of Pisha sandstone area.Ruipeng Zhu Yang Yu Jiongchang Zhao Dianjun Liu Siyu Cai Juanlong Feng Jesús Rodrigo-Comino 2023International Soil and Water Conservation Research2023,11,2:1
8Perovskite Solar Cells toward Eco-Friendly Printing显示文摘Eco-friendly printing is important for mass manufacturing of thin-film photovoltaic(PV)devices to preserve human safety and the environment and to reduce energy consumption and capital expense.However,it is challenging for perovskite PVs due to the lack of eco-friendly solvents for ambient fast printing.In this study,we demonstrate for the first time an eco-friendly printing concept for high-performance perovskite solar cells.Both the perovskite and charge transport layers were fabricated from eco-friendly solvents via scalable fast blade coating under ambient conditions.The perovskite dynamic crystallization during blade coating investigated using in situ grazing incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering(GIWAXS)reveals a long sol-gel window prior to phase transformation and a strong interaction between the precursors and the eco-friendly solvents.The insights enable the achievement of high quality coatings for both the perovskite and charge transport layers by controlling film formation during scalable coating.The excellent optoelectronic properties of these coatings translate to a power conversion efficiency of 18.26%for eco-friendly printed solar cells,which is on par with the conventional devices fabricated via spin coating from toxic solvents under inert atmosphere.The eco-friendly printing paradigm presented in this work paves the way for future green and highthroughput fabrication on an industrial scale for perovskite PVs.Xiaoming Chang Yuanyuan Fan Kui Zhao Junjie Fang Dongle Liu Ming-Chun Tang Dounya Barrit Detlef-MSmilgies Ruipeng Li Jing Lu Jianbo Li Tinghuan Yang Aram Amassian Zicheng Ding Yonghua Chen Shengzhong(Frank)Liu Wei Huang 2021Research2021,,1:1
9Effect of Cyclic Loading on Cracking Behaviour of X-70 PipelineSteel in Near-Neutral pH Solutions显示文摘The cracking behaviour of X-70 pipeline steel in near-neutral pH solutions was studied under different modes of cyclic loading. The crack propagation process of X-70 pipeline steel under low frequency cyclic loading condition was controlled mainly by stress corrosion cracking (SCC) mechanism. Under mixed-mode cyclic loading, both higher tensile stress and shear stress made cracks easier to propagate. Applied cathodic potentials and high content of carbon dioxide in solutions also promoted the propagation of cracks. The propagation directions of cracks were different under different cyclic loading conditions. Under mode I (pure tensile stress) cyclic loading condition, cracks were straight and perpendicular to the tensile stress axis, while under mixed-mode Ⅰ/Ⅲ (tensile/shear stress) cyclic loading,cracks were sinuous and did not propagate in the direction perpendicular to the main tensile stress axis. Under the mixed-mode cyclic loading, cracks were much easier to propagate, suggesting that shear stress intensified the role of tensile stress. 14Subspace clustering via graph auto-encoder network for unknown encrypted traffc recognition显示文摘The traffic encryption brings new challenges to the identification of unknown encrypted traffc.Currently,machine learning is the most commonly used encrypted traffic recognization technology,but this method relies on expensive prior label information.Therefore,we propose a subspace clustering via graph auto-encoder network(SCGAE)to recognize unknown applications without prior label information.The SCGAE adopts a graph encoder-decoder structure,which can comprehensively utilize the feature and structure information to extract discriminative embedding representation.Additionally,the self-supervised module is introduced,which use the clustering labels acts as a supervisor to guide the learning of the graph encoder-decoder module.Finally,we obtain the self-expression coefficient matrix through the self-expression module and map it to the subspace for clustering.The results show that SCGAE has better performance than all benchmark models in unknown encrypted traffic recognization.Ruipeng Yang Aimin Yu Lijun Cai Dan Meng 2023Cybersecurity2023,6,2:0

16Regulation and management of the biosecurity for synthetic biology显示文摘Synthetic biology(SynBio)is a high-profile interdiscipline combining engineering with science.As a dual-purpose discipline,SynBio is bringing large changes to many fields and providing great benefits to humans.However,due to its characteristic of complexity and uncertainty,SynBio also presents potential biosafety and biosecurity risks.Biosecurity risks refer to unauthorized access,loss,theft,misuse,diversion or intentional release.If a biosecurity accident happens,it would pose a huge threat to humans and nature.Therefore,it is crucial to establish a set of regulations and management practices for the biosecurity risks of SynBio.In this paper,we summarized the sources of the biosecurity risks of SynBio,from its research materials,products,technologies,information to Do-it-yourself synthetic biology.We reviewed and analyzed the current situation of regulation and management of biosecurity for SynBio in the international community and in China.We found that in most countries and regions,SynBio risks commonly follow the regulation and management of Genetically Modified Organisms which has loopholes if applied to the regulation for SynBio without any amendments.Here,we proposed suggestions for the Chinese-featured regulation and management of biosecurity for SynBio,including a top-to-bottom governing framework,a think-tank implementation mechanism,a Synthetic Biology Laboratory Biosecurity Manual safeguarding system,and strengthening biosecurity education on synthetic biology and self-regulation awareness among relevant personnel.Through this work,we aim to improve the standardized process of biosecurity regulation and management for SynBio in China and thereby map out a peaceful,profitable,and practical development path for synthetic biology.Xiaomei Zeng Hailun Jiang Guangying Yang Yakun Ou Shan Lu Jia Jiang Ruipeng Lei Li Su 2022Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2022,7,2:0
