| 1 | Aggressive blood pressure treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage may lead to global cerebral hypoperfusion:Case report and imaging perspective显示文摘Hypoperfusion injury related to blood pressure decrease in acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage continues to be a controversial topic. Aggressive treatment is provided with the intent to stop the ongoing bleeding. However, there may be additional factors, including autoregulation and increased intracranial pressure, that may limit this approach. We present here a case of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, in which aggressive blood pressure management to levels within the normal range led to global cerebral ischemia within multiple border zones. The advantages of EST are that it is cheap and easy to use, and the injection catheter fits through the working channel of a diagnostic gastroscope. | 5 | Overview of Model Predictive Control for Induction Motor Drives显示文摘Model predictive control(MPC)has attracted widespread attention in both academic and industry communities due to its merits of intuitive concept,quick dynamic response,multi-variable control,ability to handle various nonlinear constraints,and so on.It is considered a powerful alternative to field oriented control(FOC)and direct torque control(DTC)in high performance AC motor drives.Compared to FOC,MPC eliminates the use of internal current control loops and modulation block,hence featuring very quick dynamic response.Compared to DTC,MPC uses a cost function rather than a heuristic switching table to select the best voltage vector,producing better steady state performance.In spite of the merits above,MPC also presents some drawbacks such as high computational burden,nontrivial weighting factor tuning,high sampling frequency,variable switching frequency,model/parameter dependence and relatively high steady ripples in torque and stator flux.This paper presents the state of the art of MPC in high performance induction motor(IM)drives,and in particular the progress on solving the drawbacks of conventional MPC.Finally,one of the improved MPC is compared to FOC to validate its superiority.It is shown that the improved MPC has great potential in the future high performance AC motor drives. | Yongchang Zhang Bo Xia Haitao Yang Jose Rodriguez | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2016,2,1: | 5 |

| 7 | Analysis of the postoperative hemostatic profile of colorectal cancer patients subjected to liver metastasis resection surgery显示文摘BACKGROUND Liver resection surgery has advanced greatly in recent years,and the adoption of fasttrack programs has yielded good results.Combination anesthesia (general anesthesia associated to epidural analgesia) is an anesthetic-analgesic strategy commonly used for the perioperative management of patients undergoing surgery of this kind,though there is controversy regarding the coagulation alterations it may cause and which can favor the development of spinal hematomas.AIM To study the postoperative course of liver resection surgery,an analysis was made of the outcomes of liver resection surgery due to colorectal cancer metastases in our centre in terms of morbiditymortality and hospital stay according to the anesthetic technique used (general vs combination anesthesia).METHODS A prospective study was made of 61 colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery due to liver metastases under general and combination anesthesia between January 2014 and October 2015.The patient characteristics,intraoperative variables,postoperative complications,evolution of hemostatic parameters,and stay in intensive care and in hospital were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 61 patients were included in two homogeneous groups: general anesthesia (n = 30) and combination anesthesia (general anesthesia associated to epidural analgesia)(n = 31).All patients had normal coagulation values before surgery.The international normalized ratio (INR) in both the general and combination anesthesia groups reached maximum values at 2448 h (mean 1.37 and 1.45 vs 1.39 and 1.41,respectively),followed by a gradual decrease.There was less intraoperative bleeding in the combination anesthesia group (769 mL) than in the general anesthesia group (1200 mL)(P < 0.05).Of the 61 patients,38.8% in the general anesthesia group experienced some respiratory complication vs 6.6% in the combination anesthesia group (P < 0.001).The time to gastrointestinal tolerance was significantly correlated to the type of anesthesia,though not so the stay in critical care or the time to hospital discharge.CONCLUSION Epidural analgesia in liver resection surgery was seen to be safe,with good results in terms of pain control and respiratory complications,and with no associated increase in complications secondary to altered hemostasis. | Guillermo Perez Navarro Ana Maria Pascual Bellosta Sonia María Ortega Lucea Mario Serradilla Martín Jose Manuel Ramirez Rodriguez Javier Martinez Ubieto | 2019 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2019,7,17: | 4 |

| 11 | GOECP/SEOR radiotheraphy guidelines for non-small-cell lung cancer显示文摘Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) is a heterogeneous disease accounting for approximately 85% of all lung cancers. Only 17% of patients are diagnosed at an early stage. Treatment is multidisciplinary and radiotherapy plays a key role in all stages of the disease. More than 50% of patients with NSCLC are treated with radiotherapy(curative-intent or palliative). Technological advancesincluding highly conformal radiotherapy techniques, new immobilization and respiratory control systems, and precision image verification systems-allow clinicians to individualize treatment to maximize tumor control while minimizing treatment-related toxicity. Novel therapeutic regimens such as moderate hypofractionation and advanced techniques such as stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT) have reduced the number of radiotherapy sessions. The integration of SBRT into routine clinical practice has radically altered treatment of early-stage disease. SBRT also plays an increasingly important role in oligometastatic disease. The aim of the present guidelines is to review the role of radiotherapy in the treatment of localized, locally-advanced, and metastatic NSCLC. We review the main radiotherapy techniques and clarify the role of radiotherapy in routine clinical practice. These guidelines are based on the best available evidence. | 16 | Development and test verification of air temperature model for Chinese solar and Spainish Almeria-type greenhouses显示文摘Growth can be defined as an increment in biomass or an increment in weight or height of the organs of the plant influenced by physiological processes.Many of these processes have their limits genetically determined,but climate and irrigation play an important role.Because of its importance,microclimate has been extensively studied in the modeling as a surrounding condition which is imposed by the exterior climate.The main objective of this work was to develop a temperature model based on the energy balance dynamics at two different greenhouse locations-South-eastern Spain and Northern China,and the traditional structures of Chinese solar greenhouse and Almería-type multi-span greenhouse were taken into account.The final model was developed by combining the external conditions,the actuator influence and the crop growth,where the temperature is influenced by soil,crop,cover,actuators,back wall and greenhouse geometry.The model took into account the energy lost by convective and conductive fluxes,as well as the energy supplied by solar radiation and heating systems.The soil and the back wall are the main media for energy storage.The temperature dynamic was determined by a physical model,which considered the energy balance from a holistic point of view-as a sub-model for a customizable interface among the external climate,the plant and the greenhouse system.The influences of different subsystems included in the temperature model were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed a high R^(2)value of 0.94 for Beijing and 0.95 for Almeria,and the average error was low,of which the MAE and RMSE were 0.71 and 1.365 for Almeria and 0.62 and 1.102 for Beijing,respectively.Thus,the model can be considered as a powerful tool for control design purposes in microclimate systems. | Jorge Antonio Sanchez-Molina Li Ming Francisco Rodriguez Jose Luis Guzman Wang Hui Yang Xinting | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4: | 2 |
