1经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测月经周期正常的卵巢血流状况显示文摘目的 探讨正常生理周期卵巢的动脉血流变化及其与卵巢功能、形态和激素变化之间的关系。方法 选择正常已婚妇女 70人 ,其中 5 0名中国人 ,2 0名英国人 ,经腹部超声均未发现子宫及卵巢疾病 ,在月经周期的卵泡前期、排卵期、黄体期和月经前期行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查。结果 ①正常人卵巢动脉血流与排卵周期有同步、相应的变化 ,阻力指数 (RI)在排卵时达最低点 (0 .44± 0 .0 4) ,在卵泡前期为最高点 (0 .5 4± 0 .0 4) ;②黄体期血流丰富且出现动静脉分流 ;③优势卵泡达 10mm时周边出现血流。结论 正常月经周期中卵巢动脉血流呈现相应的。李安华 Alan Castle 杨秋红 高露露 白新华 彭永霞 2001中华超声影像学杂志2001,10,10:27
2Steal syndrome secondary to coronary artery fistulae associated with giant aneurysm显示文摘Giant coronary artery aneurysms and coronary artery fistulae are uncommon pathologies. We present the case of an elderly woman who was referred to cardiology for investigation of possible ischaemic heart disease prior to orthopaedic surgery. The patient had developed chest pain in the setting of a septic total knee replacement associated with changes on electrocardiography. 3Multiagent flocking with formation in a constrained environment显示文摘We consider the problem of controlling a group of mobile agents to form a designated formation while flocking within a constrained environment. We first propose a potential field based method to drive the agents to move in connection with their neighbors, and regulate their relative positions to achieve the specific formation. The communication topology is preserved during the motion. We then extend the method to flocking with environmental constraints. Stability properties are analyzed to guarantee that all agents eventually form the desired formation while flocking, and flock safely without collision with the environment boundary.
