1Energy balance closure at ChinaFLUX sites显示文摘Network of eddy covariance observation is measuring long-term carbon and water fluxes in contrasting ecosystems and climates. As one important reference of independently evaluating scalar flux estimates from eddy covariance, energy balance closure is used widely in study of carbon and water fluxes. Energy balance closure in ChinaFLUX was evaluated by statistical regression of turbulent energy fluxes (sensible and latent heat) against available energy (net radiation, soil heat flux, canopy heat storage) and the energy balance ratio (EBR) and the frequency distribution of relative errors of energy balance (δ). The trends of diurnal and seasonal variation of energy balance in ChinaFLUX were analyzed. The results indicated that the imbalance was prevalent in all observation sites, but there were little differences among sites because of the properties variation of sites. The imbalance was greater during nocturnal periods than daytime and closure was improved with friction velocity intensifying. Generally the results suggested that estimates of the scalar turbulent fluxes of sensible and latent heat were underestimated and/or that available energy was overestimated. 3Effects of Gd solutes on hardness and yield strength of Mg alloys显示文摘Relative contribution of individual strengthening mechanisms to the yield strength of Mg–0–15 wt%Gd alloys were investigated.Alloys with different grain size were prepared by adding Zr and hot extrusion.Hardness and tensile/compression yield strength were tested on the alloys after solid solution treatment and extrusion.HallPetch constants were calculated with hardness and tensile/compressive data.The results showed that the hardness of Mg–Gd alloys with similar Gd content and different grain size were almost the same,which indicates that grain size had little effect on hardness.The hardness linearly increased with rising Gd content(d H_v/dc≈25 kg mm^(-2)/at%Gd).The tensile and compressive yield strengths enhanced with the increase of Gd content for all alloys in different conditions.In addition,the tensile/compressive(t/c)yield asymmetry of extruded alloys decreased with increasing Gd content.Large t/c yield asymmetry ratio(1.77)was observed for pure Mg,and with increasing Gd content this value decreased to 1.With the increasing of tensile strength,the stress intensity factor,k_y,decreased from 0.27 MPa m^(1/2)for Mg–2 wt%Gd alloy to 0.19 MPa m^(1/2) for Mg–5 wt%Gd alloy,then increased to 0.29 MPa m^(1/2) for Mg–15 wt%Gd alloy.However,k_yincreased linearly form 0.16–0.31 MPa for compression test.The influence of grain size strengthening was eliminated,and the yield strength of tension and compression both linearly increased with c^n,where c is the atom concentration of Gd,and n=1/2 or 2/3.Yuling Xu Felix Gensch Zhen Ren Karl Ulrich Kainer Norbert Hort 2018Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2018,28,6:8
4Rod-shape inorganic biomimetic mutual-reinforcing MnO2-Au nanozymes for catalysis-enhanced hypoxic tumor therapy显示文摘Biomimetic nanozymes possessing natural enzyme-mimetic activities have been extensively applied in nanocatalytic tumor therapy.However,engineering hybrid biomimetic nanozymes to achieve superior nanozyme activity remained to be an intractable challenge in hypoxic tumors.Herein,a rod-like biomimetic hybrid inorganic MnO2-Au nanozymes are developed,where MnO2 and ultrasmall Au nanoparticles(NPs)are successively deposited on the mesoporous silica nanorod to cooperatively improve the O2 content and thermal sensitivity of hypoxic solid tumors guided by multi-modal imaging.Under the catalyzing of MnO2,the intratumoral H2O2 is decomposed to greatly accelerate O2 generation,which could boost the curative effect of radiation therapy(RT)and further enhance the Au-catalyzed glucose oxidation.Mutually,the Au NPs can steadily and efficiently catalyze the oxidation of glucose in harsh tumor microenvironment,thus sensitizing tumor cells to thermal ablation for mild photothermal therapy and further promoting the catalytic efficiency of MnO2 with the self-supplied H2O2/H+.As a result,this mutual-reinforcing cycle can endow the nanoplatform with accelerated O2 generation,thus alleviating hypoxic environment and further boosting RT effect.Furthermore,acute glucose consuming can induce downregulation expression of heat shock protein(HSP),achieving starvation-promoted mild photothermal therapy.This synthesized hybrid nanozymes proves to be a versatile theranostic agent for nanocatalytic cancer therapy.Lifang Yang Chuchu Ren Min Xu Yilin Song Qianglan Lu Yule Wang Yan Zhu Xinxing Wang Nan Li 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:5
5High-Performance Solid-State Supercapacitors Fabricated by Pencil Drawing and Polypyrrole Depositing on Paper Substrate显示文摘A solid-state powerful supercapacitor(SC) is fabricated with a substrate of Xerox paper. Its current collector based on a foldable electronic circuit is developed by simply pencil drawing. Thin graphite sheets on paper provide effective channels for electron transmission with a low resistance of 95 X sq-1. The conductive organic material of polypyrrole coated on thin graphite sheets acts as the electrode material of the device. The as-fabricated SC exhibits a high specific capacitance of 52.9 F cm-3at a scan rate of 1 m V s-1. An energy storage unit fabricated by three full-charged series SCs can drive a commercial light-emitting diode robustly. 7Influence of slug flow on flow fields in a gas–liquid cylindrical cyclone separator:A simulation study显示文摘A simulation method for slug flow based on the VOF multiphase flow model was implemented in ANSYS?Fluent via a user-defined function(UDF)and applied to the dissipation of liquid slugs in the inlet pipe of a gas–liquid cylindrical cyclone(GLCC)separator while varying the expanding diameter ratio and angle of inclination.The dissipation of liquid slug in inlet pipe is analyzed under different expanding diameter ratios and inclination angles.In the inlet pipe,it is found that increasing expanding diameter ratio and inclination angle can reduce the liquid slug stability and enhancing the effect of gravity,which is beneficial to slug flow dissipation.In the cylinder,increasing the expanding diameter ratio can significantly reduce the liquid carrying depth of the gas phase but result in a slightly increase of the gas content in the liquid phase space.Moreover,increasing the inclination angle results in a decrease in the carrying depth of liquid in the vapor phase,but enhances gas–liquid mixing and increases the gas-carrying depth in the liquid phase.Taking into consideration the dual effects of slug dissipation in the inlet pipe and carrying capacity of gas/liquid spaces in the cylinder,the optimal expanding diameter ratio and inclination angle values can be determined.Xiaoming Luo Jing Ren Tong Chen YibinWang Yuling Lü Limin He 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,8:2

9NIR-II driven plasmon-enhanced cascade reaction for tumor microenvironment-regulated catalytic therapy based on bio-breakable Au-Ag nanozyme显示文摘Emerging nanozymes with natural enzyme-mimicking catalytic activities have inspired extensive research interests due to their high stability,low cost,and simple preparation,especially in the field of catalytic tumor therapy.Here,bio-breakable nanozymes based on glucose-oxidase(GOx)-loaded biomimetic Au–Ag hollow nanotriangles(Au–Ag–GOx HTNs)are designed,and they trigger an near-infrared(NIR)-II-driven plasmon-enhanced cascade catalytic reaction through regulating tumor microenvironment(TME)for highly efficient tumor therapy.Firstly,GOx can effectively trigger the generation of gluconic acid(H+)and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),thus depleting nutrients in the tumor cells as well as modifying TME to provide conditions for subsequent peroxidase(POD)-like activity.Secondly,NIR-II induced surface plasmon resonance can induce hot electrons to enhance the catalytic activity of Au–Ag–GOx HTNs,eventually boosting the generation of hydroxyl radicals(•OH).Interestingly,the generated H2O2 and H+can simultaneously induce the degradation of Ag nanoprisms to break the intact triangle nanostructure,thus promoting the excretion of Au–Ag–GOx HTNs to avoid the potential risks of drug metabolism.Overall,the NIR-II driven plasmon-enhanced catalytic mechanism of this bio-breakable nanozyme provides a promising approach for the development of nanozymes in tumor therapy.Min Xu Qianglan Lu Yiling Song Lifang Yang Chuchu Ren Wen Li Ping Liu Yule Wang Yan Zhu Nan Li 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:1
10Study of the spangle size of 55% Al- Zn- Si steel显示文摘The spangle size of the 55% Al-Zn-Si steel is affected by the composition of the zinc pot,the cooling capacity after plating,and the substrate. According to previous studies,the size of spangles can be reduced by increasing the cooling ability after plating,and by adding Ti in the zinc pot. However,these two methods cannot reduce the spangle size smaller than 1. 5 mm. 11Body weights in Han Chinese populations显示文摘The body weights of 26,954 Han Chinese adults in 67 areas(16,503 in rural areas and 10,451 in urban areas) across China were measured from 2009 to2013.The results showed that in China,the three areas(north China,northeast China,and Jianghuai Plain) were with the greatest body weight.Northwest Han Chinese populations were heavier.Southwestern dialect groups were at the middle level and lighter than northern Han Chinese populations,but were heavier among southern Han Chinese populations.Chinese Han who located in areas of Hangjiahu were the general level,and similar to southwestern dialect groups.The mean values of body weight in Hunan Han and Fujian Han were greater than other Han groups in southern China.Gan dialect groups and Cantonese dialect groups showed the minimum body weightvalue in all Chinese Han groups.Besides,the mean body weight of Hakka was heavier than Gan dialect groups and Cantonese dialect groups which were adjacent to Hakka.Body weight increases with an increase in height,bone diameter,subcutaneous fat on the limbs and trunk,chest circumference,and abdomen circumference.This study revealed that northern Han men were heavier than southern Han men,because the former were taller and had a larger waist circumference as well as thicker subcutaneous fat on their backs.Among women,height,bone diameter of the upper limbs,chest and abdomen circumferences,and subcutaneous fat on the limbs and trunks of northern Han exceeded those of rural southern Han.Consequently,body weight values of northern Han women were higher than those of southern Han women.While a significant difference in these values was found between urban and rural men,no significant difference occurred between urban and rural women.Body weight was associated with age in urban and rural men only in the case of minority groups.However,there was a positive correlation between body weight and age in the majority groups of both urban and rural women.The particular composition of genes involved in body weight traits of Han populations across the country has created a genetic foundation accounting for varying body weights of different Han populations.Environmental factors also play a role.As the Han are widely dispersed,their habitation areas vary according to factors such as topography,temperature,precipitation,humidity,and light.Moreover,labor intensity,food composition,and the intake of various nutrients also differ across Han populations.All of these factors have affected the development of body weight in Han populations living in different locations.Yonglan Li Lianbin Zheng Huanjiu Xi Keli Yu Shunhua Lu Jinyuan Tian Xue Song Jinping Bao Yuling Li Xinghua Zhang Youfeng Wen Fu Ren 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,35:1
12Construction of superhydrophobic directly Z-scheme bismuth oxybromide/silver phosphate fabric surface with UV shielding and enhanced visible light absorption activity显示文摘Various forms of pollutants discharged from industrial and life;how to treat the opposite water-soluble pollutants at the same time is a challenge.Here,a superhydrophobic BiOBr/Ag3PO4 fabric(SH fabric)bulk material was prepared aiming at the diversity of pollutants.Water(WCA=160°)and oil contaminants(spread)have different wetting behavior on fabric surfaces.The high recovery efficiency for oil pollutants was achieved by using the selective oil removal property of the SH fabric.Meanwhile,the pollutants in the aqueous phase were removed by photocatalyst after oil/water separation.Mechanism analysis demonstrated that the direct Z-type heterojunction formed between BiOBr(EVB=1.66 eV;ECB=-1.08 eV)and Ag3PO4(EVB=3.03 eV;ECB=0.6 eV).It is worth noting that the SH fabric exhibited good mechanical stability and UV shielding performance,which have potential application in environmental control.GE Bo ZHANG YuLing ZHANG TingXiao REN GuiNa LI WenZhi ZHAO Hui 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,4:1

14Oncolytic adenoviruses expressing checkpoint inhibitors for cancer therapy显示文摘Despite the remarkable success of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),primary resistance to ICIs causes only subsets of patients to achieve durable responses due to the complex tumor microenvironment(TME).Oncolytic viruses(OVs)can overcome the immunosuppressive TME and promote systemic antitumor immunity in hosts.Engineered OVs armed with ICIs would likely have improved effectiveness as a cancer therapy.According to the diverse immune cell landscapes among different types of tumors,we rationally and precisely generated three recombinant oncolytic adenoviruses(OAds):OAd-SIRPα-Fc,OAd-Siglec10-Fc and OAd-TIGIT-Fc.These viruses were designed to locally deliver SIRPα-Fc,Siglec10-Fc or TIGIT-Fc fusion proteins recognizing CD47,CD24 or CD155,respectively,in the TME to achieve enhanced antitumor effects.Our results suggested that OAd-SIRPα-Fc and OAd-Siglec10-Fc both showed outstanding efficacy in tumor suppression of macrophage-dominated tumors,while OAd-TIGIT-Fc showed the best antitumor immunity in CD8+T-cell-dominated tumors.Importantly,the recombinant OAds activated an inflammatory immune response and generated long-term antitumor memory.In addition,the combination of OAd-Siglec10-Fc with anti-PD-1 significantly enhanced the antitumor effect in a 4T1 tumor model by remodeling the TME.In summary,rationally designed OAds expressing ICIs tailored to the immune cell landscape in the TME can precisely achieve tumor-specific immunotherapy of cancer.Daoyuan Xie Yaomei Tian Die Hu Yuanda Wang Yuling Yang Bailing Zhou Rui Zhang Zhixiang Ren Mohan Liu Jie Xu Chunyan Dong Binyan Zhao Li Yang 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,12:0
15Study on the Photoprotection Effect of A Composition of Hyaluronic Acid and Ectoine显示文摘Photoprotection effect of the hyaluronic acid and ectoine composition was studied by evaluated its effects on inhibiting oxidative stress and MMP-1 production,ROS scavenging ability and promoting collagen synthesis in skin cells under blue light irradiation.The result show that the composition is non-toxic to keratinocytes within a concentration of 5%.And the sample can significantly inhibit the increase of reactive oxygen species(ROS)caused by blue light irradiation at a concentration of 2%,and can also repaire the damaged skin by scavenge oxygen free radicals.At the same time,the composition can inhibit the increase of MMP-1 caused by blue light irradiation,so as to have the effect of inhibiting the decomposition of collagen and promoting the secretion of Collagen I.Wang Yuling Wu Yue Zhang Xiaoou Guo Xueping Ren Shujing Wang Zhihua 2022China Detergent & Cosmetics2022,7,3:0

17Multi-Agent System for Electric Vehicle Charging Scheduling in Parking Lots显示文摘As the number of electric vehicles(EVs)increases,massive numbers of EVs have started to gather in commercial parking lots to charge and discharge,which may significantly impact the operation of the grid.There may also be a deviation in the departure time of charged and discharged EVs in commercial parking lots.This deviation can lead to insufficient battery energy when the EVs leave the parking lot.This study uses the simulation software AnyLogic to build a commercial parking lot multi-agent simulation model,and the agent-based model can fully reflect the autonomy of individual EVs.Based on this simulation model,we propose an EV scheduling algorithm.The algorithm contains two main agents.The first is the power distribution center agent(PDCA),which is used to coordinate the energy output of photovoltaic(PV),energy storage system(ESS),and distribution station(DS)to solve the problem of grid overload.The second is the scheduling center agent(SCA),which is used to solve the insufficient battery energy problem due to EVs’random departures.The SCA includes two stages.In the first stage,a priority scheduling algorithm is proposed to emphasize the fairness of EV charging.In the second stage,a genetic algorithm is used to accurately determine the time interval between charging and discharging to ensure the maximum benefit of EV owner.Finally,simulation experiments are conducted in AnyLogic,and the results demonstrate the superiority of the algorithm over the classical algorithm.Mao Tan Zhonglin Zhang Yuling Ren Irampaye Richard Yuzhou Zhang 2023Complex System Modeling and Simulation2023,3,2:0
18An Effective Security Comparison Protocol in Cloud Computing显示文摘With the development of cloud computing technology,more and more data owners upload their local data to the public cloud server for storage and calculation.While this can save customers’operating costs,it also poses privacy and security challenges.Such challenges can be solved using secure multi-party computation(SMPC),but this still exposes more security issues.In cloud computing using SMPC,clients need to process their data and submit the processed data to the cloud server,which then performs the calculation and returns the results to each client.Each client and server must be honest.If there is cooperation or dishonest behavior between clients,some clients may profit from it or even disclose the private data of other clients.This paper proposes the SMPC based on a Partially-Homomorphic Encryption(PHE)scheme in which an addition homomorphic encryption algorithm with a lower computational cost is used to ensure data comparability and Zero-Knowledge Proof(ZKP)is used to limit the client’s malicious behavior.In addition,the introduction of Oblivious Transfer(OT)technology also ensures that the semi-honest cloud server knows nothing about private data,so that the cloud server of this scheme can calculate the correct data in the case of malicious participant models and safely return the calculation results to each client.Finally,the security analysis shows that the scheme not only ensures the privacy of participants,but also ensures the fairness of the comparison protocol data.Yuling Chen Junhong Tao Tao Li Jiangyuan Cai Xiaojun Ren 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,6:0
19Study on the heat resistance of 55% Al- Zn steel plates显示文摘Post-treated 55% Al-Zn steel plates,which have adequate mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,are widely used for automobiles,household appliances,and other products. The heat resistance of 55% Al-Zn steel plates is slightly lower than that of aluminum plates or hot-dip aluminized steel plates,but their corrosion resistance is better. Herein,by testing at different baking temperatures and for different periods,the trends of color,gloss,and loss weight have been analyzed. 20Switchable nanoparticles complexing cisplatin for circumventing glutathione depletion in breast cancer chemotherapy显示文摘Cisplatin is broad-spectrum chemotherapeutic agent that has been widely used for the treatment of a variety of malignant tumors including breast cancer.However,the cisplatin chemoresistance,which derives from the inactivation by glutathione(GSH)depletion,remains a scientific issue to solve.Here,we report a novel type of smart disulfide switchable nanoparticles complexing cisplatin(switch NPs-cisplatin)that is rationally designed,and engineered by synthesizing a hyaluronic acid disulfide bonded polyaspartic acid(HA-ss-Pasp)and complexing cisplatin.The results showed that the switch NPs-cisplatin had a nanoscale of particle size(150 nm),higher drug encapsulation efficiency(>90%),and suitable drug release profile.They demonstrated evident pH responsiveness and GSH responsiveness,and targeting effect in the resistant breast cancer cells.Furthermore,they were able to block the cisplatin depletion by GSH in the resistant cancer cells,thereby circumventing the chemoresistance.Consequently,switch NPs-cisplatin displayed a remarkable killing effect in the resistant breast cancer cells in vitro,and in the resistant breast cancer-bearing mice.In conclusion,switch NPs-cisplatin could be used as a smart formulation of cisplatin for overcoming the chemoresistance of breast cancer.The present study also offers a universal drug delivery carrier platform for highly efficient but low systemic toxic chemotherapy.Ming Chen Ying Xie Qian Luo Jiarui Xu Yuxin Ren Rui Liu Huihui Zhao Yuling Chen Hexuan Feng Yafei Du Jianwei Li Guiling Wang Wanliang Lu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,5:0
