| 1 | Efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (EATCM) on acute gouty arthritis (AGA).METHODS:Six electronic data bases were retrieved from their inception to march 2017.15 randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) were included.The quality of the literatures was assessed according to Cochrane review criteria by using RevMan5.3 software;and related data was counted using Stata14.0 software.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in C-reactiveprotein (CRP) between experimental intervention group and control group [(WMD =1.093,95% C/(-2.514,4.701);P =0.553)].In terms of overall efficacy,the EATCM's treatment group was significantly superior to control group [(OR =3.692;95% CI (2.408,5.661);P <0.001)].The EATCM was better than western medicine treatments or other interventions in reducing the adverse reactions [(OR =0.135;95% CI (0.067,0.274);P < 0.001)].All these funnel plots showed unlikelihood of publishing bias.But due to excessive heterogeneity,the statistical results of serum uric acid and visual analogue scale and CRP between the two groups became uncertain.CONCLUSION:The results indicate that EATCM may have greater overall efficacy with fewer adverse drug reactions,although the evidence is weak owing to the low methodological quality and the small number of the included trials. | Huang Xinxing Zhu Zonghua Wu Guang-hui Min Peng Fei Peng Zhu Tao Wang Xuezong Xiao Lianbo | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3: | 12 |
| 2 | Higher alcohol synthesis over Cu-Fe composite oxides with high selectivity to C_(2+)OH显示文摘Cu-Fe composite oxides were prepared by co-precipitation method and tested for higher alcohol synthesis from syngas. The selectivity to C2+OH and C6+OH in alcohol distribution was very high while the methane product fraction in hydrocarbon distribution was rather low, demonstrating a promising potential in higher alcohols synthesis from syngas. The distribution of alcohols and hydrocarbons approximately obeyed Anderson-Schulz-Flory distribution with similar chain growth probability, indicating alcohols and hydrocarbons derived from the same intermediates. The effects of Cu/Fe molar ratio, reaction temperature and gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) on catalytic performance were studied in detail. The sample with a Cu/Fe molar ratio of 10/1 exhibited the best catalytic performance. Higher reaction temperature accelerated water-gas-shift reaction and led to lower total alcohols selectivity. | 3 | A Preliminary Review of Metallogenic Regularity of Molybdenum Deposits in China显示文摘Molybdenum is one of the dominant minerals in China because of its rich reserves.In recent years,outstanding breakthroughs have been made in molybdenum prospecting in China,and the distribution of molybdenum deposits in China is found to have a 'planar pattern'.In general,the molybdenum deposits are concentrated in eastern China,including the largest molybdenum reserves of Henan Province.In terms of the scale of molybdenum deposits,the identified resources of the superlarge deposits are the most important,which account for about 53% of the whole country,and those of the large deposits account for about 30%,those of the medium-sized deposits account for about 14%,those of the small-sized deposits,mine spots and mineralization account for about 3%.The molybdenum deposits are mainly classified as porphyry type,skarn type,hydrothermal(vein) type and sedimentary(metamorphic) type in genesis,and the identified resources of these types account for 85.75%,8.83%,2.79%and 2.63% of the total resources respectively.Based on the statistics of precise chronology data of molybdenites Re-Os,Mo-mineralization can be divided into 6 periods in Chinese geological history,which are Precambrian(>800 Ma),Cambrian-Silurian(540-415 Ma,Caledonian),Devonian-Permian(400-290 Ma,Hecynian),Triassic(260-200 Ma,Indosinian),Jurassic-Cretaceous(195-70 Ma,Yanshanian) and Paleogene-Neogene(65-10 Ma,Himalayan).Mo mineralization during the Yanshanian period is the strongest one,in which about 76.69% of the Chinese total identified resources was formed.The second is the Himalayan period.According to spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of molybdenum deposits,the metallogenic regularity of molybdenum deposits was preliminarily summarized,and 41 level-Ⅲ molybdenum-forming belts,13 level-Ⅱ molybdenum-forming provinces and 4 level-Ⅰ molybdenum-forming domains were ascertained in the mainland of China.There are 39 metallogenic series of and 60 sub-series of molybdenum deposits with molybdenum as the dominant metal and corresponding representative molybdenum deposits proposed.Metallogenic lineages of molybdenum deposits were also established.Spatial-temporal evolution of different types of molybdenum deposits,and the relationship between Mo-mineralization and tectonic evolution have been discussed in this paper.On this basis,the authors think that element Mo is an effective tracer for recording the crustal evolution history of China.At present,there are some problems in the exploration of Mo deposits in China,such as uneven exploration degrees in eastern and western China,shallow exploration depth,low and uneven grade,complex associated components,difficulty of mineral development and utilization,increasing costs of prospecting,and so on.According to successful experience of superficial and deep prospecting and considering also the discussion above,some suggestions are proposed for the prospecting of molybdenum deposits in the future. | HUANG Fan LIU Xinxing WANG Denghong WANG Chenghui | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3: | 7 |
| 4 | Rod-shape inorganic biomimetic mutual-reinforcing MnO2-Au nanozymes for catalysis-enhanced hypoxic tumor therapy显示文摘Biomimetic nanozymes possessing natural enzyme-mimetic activities have been extensively applied in nanocatalytic tumor therapy.However,engineering hybrid biomimetic nanozymes to achieve superior nanozyme activity remained to be an intractable challenge in hypoxic tumors.Herein,a rod-like biomimetic hybrid inorganic MnO2-Au nanozymes are developed,where MnO2 and ultrasmall Au nanoparticles(NPs)are successively deposited on the mesoporous silica nanorod to cooperatively improve the O2 content and thermal sensitivity of hypoxic solid tumors guided by multi-modal imaging.Under the catalyzing of MnO2,the intratumoral H2O2 is decomposed to greatly accelerate O2 generation,which could boost the curative effect of radiation therapy(RT)and further enhance the Au-catalyzed glucose oxidation.Mutually,the Au NPs can steadily and efficiently catalyze the oxidation of glucose in harsh tumor microenvironment,thus sensitizing tumor cells to thermal ablation for mild photothermal therapy and further promoting the catalytic efficiency of MnO2 with the self-supplied H2O2/H+.As a result,this mutual-reinforcing cycle can endow the nanoplatform with accelerated O2 generation,thus alleviating hypoxic environment and further boosting RT effect.Furthermore,acute glucose consuming can induce downregulation expression of heat shock protein(HSP),achieving starvation-promoted mild photothermal therapy.This synthesized hybrid nanozymes proves to be a versatile theranostic agent for nanocatalytic cancer therapy. | Lifang Yang Chuchu Ren Min Xu Yilin Song Qianglan Lu Yule Wang Yan Zhu Xinxing Wang Nan Li | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,8: | 5 |

A multi-view calibration and rectification method is developed. A look-up table(LUT) method and a multi-resolution spline(MRS) method are applied to stitch array images real-time and seamlessly.Experiments both in the air and in the water are conducted. | 8 | Controllable fabrication of Au micro/nanostructures on self-doped polyaniline nanofibers via electrochemical deposition and its application for DNA immobilization显示文摘Four electrochemical methods, cyclic voltammetric deposition, potentiostatic electrodeposition, multi-potential step electrodeposition and three-step electrodeposition, were used to fabricate Au micro/nanostructures on self-doped polyaniline nanofibers-coated glassy carbon electrodes (Au/nanoSPAN/GCEs). The Au micro/nanostructures deposited on the nanoSPAN-modified electrodes were shown by scanning electron microscopy to exhibit different morphologies, such as Au nanoparticle clusters, monodisperse nanoparticles and homogeneously dispersed flower-like microparticles, depending on the deposition method. This phenomenon demonstrates that control over the morphology of Au metal can be easily achieved by adjusting the electrodeposition method. The electrochemical behaviors of the Au/nanoSPAN/GCEs also varied with above four methods, which were characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In comparison with Au nanoparticle clusters and monodisperse Au nanoparticles, homogeneously dispersed flower-like Au microparticles had the largest surface area and obviously enhanced electrochemical response towards the redox reactions of [Fe(CN)6]3–/4– on the modified electrode. DNA immobilization on the Au/nanoSPAN/GCEs was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry using [Fe(CN)6]3–/4– as an indicator. The efficiency of DNA immobilization was inherently related to their different Au micro/nanostructure morphologies. | 12 | Analysis of GNSS radio occultation data from satellite ZH-01显示文摘The electromagnetic satellite Zhangheng 01(ZH-01) was successfully launched on February 2, 2018. The GNSS Radio Occultation(GRO) receiver on board the satellite is able to observe the occultation events of GPS and BeiDou navigation satellites. We analyzed the data acquired during the in-orbit testing period. We concludes that the GRO ionosphere inversion results are reasonable,the trend is correct, the satellite can observe about 600 ionosphere occultation events each day. The global coverage of more than 30000 consecutive GRO events in more than two months were analyzed and compared with COSMIC observations: both the GRO and COSMIC occultation can realize global coverage: the Nm F2 and Hm F2 global distributions are similar and change obviously with latitude. | 14 | Effect of Dietary Vitamin E on the Sperm Quality of Turbot(Scophthalmus maximus)显示文摘A 3-month feeding experiment was conducted in an in-door seawater system to investigate the effect of dietary vitamin E(Ve) on the sperm quality of turbot(Scophthalmus maximus). D-α-tocopherol acetate was supplemented to the basal(control) diet(65.14 mg kg–1 Ve) to obtain low and high levels of dietary Ve(244.60 mg kg–1, LVe; 721.60 mg kg–1, HVe). Compared with the control, sperm concentration was significantly increased in Ve-supplemented groups(LVe and HVe); while relative sperm volume and testis-somatic index were significantly increased in group HVe only. Sperm motility duration was significantly longer in group HVe than in the control, but no significant difference was observed in percent motility among groups. Sperm size, the uniformity of mitochondrial size, and the integrity of mitochondria cristae and plasma membrane were improved by dietary Ve, especially in HVe. The content of Ve in testis and liver as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids in sperm increased with dietary Ve. | 15 | HPV16E7-HSP70 Hybrid DNA Vaccine Induces E7-Specific Cytotoxic T Cells and Antitumor Immunity显示文摘Using human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) E7 as an antigen and Heat Shock Protein 70 as adjuvant, we constructed a DNA vaccine by linking HSP70 gene to E7~ C91G gene. Mice, after being immunized with E7~ C91G -HSP70, E7~ C91G /HSP70, E7~ C91G , and wild E7 DNA vaccines respectively, produced E7 specific CD8^+ T-cell precursor frequencies of 280.33±2.52, 144.34±4.04, 164.34±5.13 and 82.33±3.51 respectively within every 1×10~5 mouse splenocytes. This proves that E7~ C91G -HSP70 fusion vaccine can significantly enhance the E7 specific cellular immunity within the mice body(p<0.01). After being immunized with E7~ C91G -HSP70 fusion vaccine, tumor-bearing mice of the group being treated have significantly longer latency and survival periods, comparing with other three categories of E7 vaccines. Experiment shows that this vaccine has a significant effect on enhancing E7 positive tumor-treatment within mice body. After being immunized with E7~ C91G -HSP70 vaccine, there were no pathological changes found in livers, kidneys and spleens of the mice, which proves that the vaccine is quite safe. | 19 | Estimation of the accumulation rates and health risks of heavy metals in residential soils of three metropolitan cities in China显示文摘Heavy metal concentrations in urban soils are likely to increase over time because of contin-uous urbanization and heavy metal emissions.To estimate the accumulation rates of heavy metals in urban soils,we collected soil samples from residential areas with different build-ing ages in the metropolitan cities of Shanghai,Shenzhen,and Beijing,China.Heavy metal concentrations in the soils varied among the cities and were primarily affected by soil parent material and the intensity of anthropogenic sources.Regression analyses revealed that the accumulation rates of Cd and Cu in the soils ranged from 0.0034 to 0.0039 mg/(kg·year)and 0.343 to 0.391 mg/(kg·year),respectively,and were similar across the three cities,while ac-cumulation rates of Zn and Pb in Shanghai were higher than those in Shenzhen and Beijing.The higher accumulation rates of Zn and Pb in Shanghai can be explained by differences in city history and industrial structures among the cities.Residential soils with high health risks posed by the heavy metals were mostly collected from old towns of Shanghai because of high Pb content in the areas.Although recent urbanization resulted in elevated concen-trations of Cd,Cu,Zn,and Pb in the residential soils,the effect on the total health risks of residents exposed to the soils was negligible. | Chi Peng Kai Zhang Meie Wang Xinxing Wan Weiping Chen | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,5: | 1 |
