1Spin probes for electron paramagnetic resonance imaging显示文摘Electron paramagnetic resonance imaging (EPRI) is a relatively recent imaging technique, which provides potentially multidimensional imaging of the spatial distribution of paramagnetic species. Thanks to the use of stable spin probes, low frequency EPR imaging has recently allowed the use of large tissue samples or whole animals in vivo in the field of biology and medicine. It is normally necessary to introduce prior intravenous or intramuscular infusion of stable or slowly metabolizable non-toxic water-soluble paramagnetic materials, or stable implantable particulate materials as spin probes into the system. The classification and research progress of spin probes at present were described briefly. 4Implementation of a reference-scaled average bioequivalence approach for highly variable generic drug products of agomelatine in Chinese subjects显示文摘The aim of this study was to apply the reference-scaled average bioequivalence(RSABE)approach to evaluate the bioequivalence of 2 formulations of agomelatine,and to investigate the pharmacokinetic properties of agomelatine in Chinese healthy male subjects.This was performed in a single-dose,randomized-sequence,open-label,four-way crossover study with a one-day washout period between doses.Healthy Chinese males were randomly assigned to receive 25 mg of either the test or reference formulation.The formulations were considered bioequivalent if 90% confidence intervals(CIs)for the log-transformed ratios and ratio of geometric means(GMR)of AUC and C_(max) of agomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range based on RSABE method.Results showed that both of the90% CIs for the log-transformed ratios of AUC and C_(max) of 7-desmethyl-agomelatine and 3-hydroxyagomelatine were within the predetermined bioequivalence range.The 90% CIs for natural logtransformed ratios of C_(max) ,AUC_(0–t)and AUC_(0–∞) of agomelatine(104.42–139.86,101.33–123.83 and97.90–117.94)were within the RSABE acceptance limits,and 3-hydroxy-agomelatine(105.55–123.03,101.95–109.10 and 101.72–108.70)and 7-desmethyl-agomelatine(104.50–125.23,102.36–111.50 and101.62–110.64)were within the FDA bioequivalence definition intervals(0.80–1.25 for AUC and0.75–1.33 for C_(max)).The RSABE approach was successful in evaluating the bioequivalence of these two formulations.Fang Tang Rui Zhou Zeneng Cheng Guoping Yang Aiqiao Chen Zhi Liu Hongyi Tan Shuang Yang Sanwang Li Lingli Mu Peng Yu 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1:2
5Piezoelectric Actuator Placement Optimization and Active Vibration Control of a Membrane Structure显示文摘The placement optimization of piezoelectric actuators and active vibration control of a membrane structure are studied in this paper. The classical linear quadratic regulator controllers are designed to suppress the unwanted vibration. 6Probability Forecast of Regional Landslide Based on Numerical Weather Forecast显示文摘The regional forecast of landslide is one of the key points of hazard mitigation. It is also a hot and difficult point in research field. To solve this problem has become urgent task along with Chinese economy fast development. This paper analyzes the principle of regional landslide forecast and the factors for forecasting. The method of a combination of Information Value Model and Extension Model has been put forward to be as the forecast model. Using new result of Numerical Weather Forecast Research and that combination model, we discuss the implementation feasibility of regional landslide forecast. Finally, with the help of Geographic Information System, an operation system for southwest of China landslide forecast has been developed. It can carry out regional landslide forecast daily and has been pilot run in NMC. 9Medical Image Edge Detection Based on EMD Method显示文摘As a new image analysis technique, Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) has been drawn more attention in recent years. In this paper, we proposed a fast EMD method for the edge detection of medical images. We implemented the method in the following steps: a) Decompose the original medical image with the image pyramid technique; b) Implement the EMD at the low resolution level image; c) Map the Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs) into the original image; d) Use the edge detector in a coarse IMF at the beginning of the procedure; e) Trace the detected result to the finest IMF to obtain the final image edge. 11A convenient method for the determination of molecular weight cut-off of ultrafiltration membranes显示文摘With the rapid increase of water contamination,membrane separation technology and their corresponding molecular weight cut-off(MWCO) evaluation method become more necessary.In this study,Panax notoginseng saponins was used as a new standard marker to determinate ultrafiltration(UF) membrane MWCOs,series of Millipore membranes were selected as control group to analyze and calculate the relationship between retention rate and MWCOs with exponential or logarithmic equation.A new and convenient method was provided for determining the membrane MWCO by modeling analysis retention rate with MWCOs,and the regression coefficients >0.990.The feasibility and practicability of established method was verified by different manufactures' membrane and dextrans.In the detection progress,as the main ingredient of Panax notoginseng saponins,Notoginsenoside R_1,Ginsenoside Rg_1,Ginsenoside Rb_1 and Ginsenoside Rd with different surface activity,the MWCO range of UF membranes can be divided into two zones mainly due to the retention rate difference among Notoginsenoside R_1,Ginsenoside Rg_1,Ginsenoside Rb_1 and Ginsenoside Rd.Zone 1,1000-10000;and Zone II,10000-100000.Thus,the new method would be helpful to improve the applicability of UF membrane in separation technology.Cunyu Li Yun Ma Hongyang Li Guoping Peng 2017Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,1:1

19Genome degradation promotes Salmonella pathoadaptation by remodeling fimbriae-mediated proinflammatory response显示文摘Understanding changes in pathogen behavior(e.g.increased virulence,a shift in transmission channel)is critical for the public health management of emerging infectious diseases.Genome degradation via gene depletion or inactivation is recognized as a pathoadaptive feature of the pathogen evolving with the host.However,little is known about the exact role of genome degradation in affecting pathogenic behavior,and the underlying molecular detail has yet to be examined.Using large-scale global avian-restricted Salmonella genomes spanning more than a century,we projected the genetic diversity of Salmonella Pullorum(bvSP)by showing increasingly antimicrobial-resistant ST92 prevalent in Chinese flocks.The phylogenomic analysis identified three lineages in bvSP,with an enhancement of virulence in the two recently emerged lineages(L2/L3),as evidenced in chicken and embryo infection assays.Notably,the ancestor L1 lineage resembles the Salmonella serovars with higher metabolic flexibilities and more robust environmental tolerance,indicating stepwise evolutionary trajectories towards avian-restricted lineages.Pan-genome analysis pinpointed fimbrial degradation from a virulent lineage.The later engineeredfim-deletion mutant,and all other five fimbrial systems,revealed behavior switching that restricted horizontal fecal-oral transmission but boosted virulence in chicks.By depleting fimbrial appendages,bvSP established persistent replication with less proinflammation in chick macrophages and adopted vertical transovarial transmission,accompanied by ever-increasing intensification in the poultry industry.Together,we uncovered a previously unseen paradigm for remodeling bacterial surface appendages that supplements virulence-enhanced evolution with increased vertical transmission.Xiao Zhou Xiamei Kang Jiaqi Chen Yan Song Chenghao Jia Lin Teng Yanting Tang Zhijie Jiang Xianqi Peng Xiaoxi Tao Yiwei Xu Linlin Huang Xuebin Xu Yaohui Xu Tengfei Zhang Shenye Yu Jiansen Gong Shaohui Wang Yuqing Liu Guoqiang Zhu Corinna Kehrenberg Franois-Xavier Weill Paul Barrow Yan Li Guoping Zhao Min Yue 2023National Science Review2023,10,10:0
20R&D of BEPCII 500 MHz superconducting cavity显示文摘Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade (BEPCII) adopts two 500 MHz superconducting cavities (SCCs) in each ring for higher accelerated gradient, higher Q and lower impedance (Wang et al. The proceedings of SRF'07). There's no spare cavity due to the limited time and funding during BEPCII construction. If any serious trouble happened on either one of the two cavities and could not be recovered in a short time, the operation of BEPCII facility will be affected. Therefore, since 2009 three spare cavities have been fabricated in China to ensure reliable operation, and two of them have been successfully vertically tested in January and July 2011.
