| 1 | α-NAA和UV-B辐射对栝楼幼苗光合色素及保护酶活性的影响显示文摘温室条件下研究 UV- B辐射 ( 0 .0 2 9J/( m2·s) )和外施 α-萘乙酸 ( α- NAA) ( 2 mg/L)对栝楼叶片光合色素及保护酶活性的影响。实验结果表明 :外施α- NAA,能提高栝楼幼苗叶片叶绿素及类胡萝卜素的含量 ,提高保护酶 SOD、CAT、POD、ASP的活性 ,细胞膜相对透性和膜脂过氧化产物 MDA含量相对稳定。UV- B辐射单独处理 ,则极显著地降低叶绿素 a的含量 ,叶绿素 b含量也呈明显地下降趋势 ,类胡萝卜素含量稍有下降 ,极显著降低栝楼幼苗叶片 SOD、POD、CAT、ASP活性 ,引起细胞膜相对透性明显增大 ,MDA含量显著增加。α- NAA与 UV- B辐射共同处理栝楼幼苗 ,与 UV- B辐射处理相比 ,叶绿体色素含量都有不同程度增加 ,而细胞膜相对透性、MDA含量则有不同程度降低 ,SOD、POD、ASP活性上升 ,CAT活性显著上升。以上结果暗示 ,UV- B辐射对生长的影响可能是 :( 1 )破坏光合色素而导致光合能力下降 ;( 2 )降低保护酶 SOD、POD、CAT、ASP活性 ,导致膜脂过氧化 ,膜结构遭到破坏 ,膜透性增加。而外施α- NAA,能部分减轻由增强的 UV- B辐射对栝楼幼苗造成的这种伤害 ,其原因可能是 α- NAA提高了保护酶活性 ,维持了活性氧产生与清除之间的平衡 ,即是维持了膜结构的稳定性。可见 ,α- NAA能增加栝楼对 UV- B辐射的抗性。 | 刘芸 钟章成 Marinus J.A. | 2 | 酸雨和UV-B对玉米幼苗光合速率和抗氧化酶活性的影响显示文摘以玉米(Zeamays L.)的两个品种渝糯7号和苏玉糯为研究材料,研究酸雨与UV-B辐射单一因子和复合处理对植物光合作用及抗氧化酶活性的影响机理,模拟酸雨[pH6.5(A0),4.5(A1)和3.5(A2)]和增强UV-B辐射[0(B0),2.88(B1)和5.76(B2)kJ·m-·2d-1]及其复合作用下,玉米叶片光合速率,膜脂过氧化程度,抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,与对照相比,酸雨或增强UV-B辐射单因素处理下两个品种的玉米幼苗所测生理指标有相似的变化,基本表现为:净光合速率和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低,质膜透性与丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性亦增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随处理时间延长先升高后降低。复合处理下,两个品种的玉米幼苗所测生理指标与对照相比也与单因素处理表现相似,且随处理组合的不同,复合胁迫下各指标的效果可能表现为协同效应,但更多地表现为拮抗作用。以上结果说明,模拟UV-B辐射升高和酸雨pH值降低促进了玉米叶片活性氧的代谢速率,导致了抗氧化酶系统的紊乱,抑制了光合作用。在复合处理下,两个因子对不同指标在不同处理时间和复合水平下,表现出一定的协同或拮抗效应可能与作物对环境变化产生一定的抗逆性和适应性有关。在不同时期两玉米品种对紫外辐射与酸雨敏感性不同。与苏玉糯相比,渝糯7号对外界环境变化的抗性更大。 | 龙云 刘芸 钟章成 Marinus J.A.Werger | 2009 | 生态学报2009,29,9: | 23 |

| 11 | Analysis of SSRs Uncovers Hierarchical Structure and Genetic Diversity in Chinese Soybean Landraces显示文摘For clarifying the hierarchical patterns of population structure of soybean landraces in China, the seven clusters previously identified using Bayesian clustering of 1 504 soybean landraces based on SSR markers genotyping data were further analyzed. Using the largest value of ΔK, these landraces could be split into 20 sub-clusters, which was supported by highly significant pairwise Fst-values and generally in accordance with the geographic origin and sowing types. The autumn-sowing types ended up in one distinct sub-cluster from the otherwise summer-sowing type, where the autumn-sowing types are most likely derived from. The division into 20 sub-clusters explained 7.3% of the genetic variation, next to 9.7% present among the seven clusters, 81.1% residing among landraces within sub-clusters, and 1.9% within the landraces. | 13 | Dissimilatory iron reduction contributes to anaerobic mineralization of sediment in a shallow transboundary lake显示文摘Dissimilatory iron reduction(DIR)coupled with carbon cycling is increasingly being recognized as an influential process in freshwater wetland soils and sediments.The role of DIR in organic matter(OM)mineralization,however,is still largely unknown in lake sediment environments.In this study,we clarified rates and pathways of OM mineralization in two shallow lakes with seasonal hydrological connectivity and different eutrophic situations.We found that in comparison with the domination of DIR(55%)for OM mineralization in Lake Xiaoxingkai,the contribution of methanogenesis was much higher(68%)in its connected lake(Lake Xingkai).The differences in rates and pathways of sediment OM mineralization between the two lakes were attributed to higher concentrations of carbonate associated iron oxides(Fecarb)in Lake Xiaoxingkai compared to Lake Xingkai(P=0.002),due to better deposition mixing,more contributions of terrigenous detrital materials,and higher OM content in Lake Xiaoxingkai.Results of structural equation modeling showed that Fecarb and total iron content(TFe)regulated 25%of DIR in Lake Xiaoxingkai and 76%in Lake Xingkai,accompanied by a negative effect of TFe on methanogenesis in Lake Xingkai.The relative abundance and diversity of Fe-reducing bacteria were significantly different between the two lakes,and showed a weak effect on sediment OM mineralization.Our findings emphasize the role of iron minerals and geochemical characterizations in regulating rates and pathways of OM mineralization,and deepen the understanding of carbon cycling in lake sediments. | Yuxiang Yuan Cong Ding Haitao Wu Xue Tian Min Luo Weiyi Chang Lei Qin Liang Yang Yuanchun Zou Kaikai Dong Xiaoyan Zhu Ming Jiang Marinus L.Otte | 2023 | Fundamental Research2023,3,6: | 2 |
| 14 | Differentiation of malignant and benign proximal bile duct strictures: The diagnostic dilemma显示文摘AIM: To identify the criteria for the differentiation of hilar cholangiocarcinoma (HCCA) from benign strictures. METHODS: A total of 68 patients underwent resection of lesions suspicious for HCCA between 1998 and 2006. The results of laboratory investigations, imaging studies and brush cytology were collected. These fi ndings were analyzed to obtain the fi nal diagnosis. RESULTS: Histological examination of the resected specimens confirmed HCCA in 58 patients (85%, group Ⅰ) whereas 10 patients (15%, groupⅡ) were diagnosed to have benign strictures. The most common presenting symptom was obstructive jaundice in 77% patients (79% group Ⅰvs 60% group Ⅱ P = 0.23). Laboratory findings showed greater elevation of transaminase levels in group Ⅰcompared to group Ⅱ The various imaging modalities showed vascular involvement exclusively in the malignant group (36%,P < 0.05). Brush cytology was positive for malignant cells in only 50% patients in group Ⅰ whereas none in group Ⅱ showed malignant cells. CONCLUSION: Despite improvements in imaging techniques, 10 patients (15%) with a presumptive diagnosis of HCCA were ultimately found to have benign strictures. Except for vascular involvement which was associated significantly with malignancy, there were no conclusive features of malignancy on regular imaging modalities. | 19 | Respiratory distress due to malignant ascites palliated by hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy显示文摘Malignant ascites is a common symptom in patients with peritoneal cancer. Current assumption is that anincreased vascular permeability and obstruction of lymphatic channels lead to the accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity. This case report describes a severely symptomatic patient with malignant ascites. The previously healthy 73-year-old male was presented with abdominal distention causing respiratory distress. Computed tomography revealed large amounts of ascites, a recto-sigmoidal mass with locoregional lymphadenopathy and an omental cake. Biopsy taken during colonoscopy revealed an adenocarcinoma of the colon with signet cell differentiation. A widespread peritoneal carcinomatosis was found during a diagnostic laparoscopy. The extent of peritoneal disease rendered the patient not suitable for cytoreductive surgery with curative intent. The ascites proved to be refractory to ultrasound-guided paracentesis; thus, a decision was made to perform palliative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy without cytoreductive surgery. Consequently, ascites production stopped, and the respiratory distress was relieved thereafter. The postoperative recovery was uneventful. Ascites recurred eight months later, and a second hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy procedure was performed.
