| 1 | 桃品种特异性荧光SSR分子标记数据库构建显示文摘【目的】选择通用的荧光SSR分子标记建立桃种质资源基因型数据库便于进行种质特异性鉴定、资源交换、管理和利用。【方法】根据48个SSR标记对国内外669份桃品系的遗传多样性测试结果,从中选择出一部分多态信息含量较高、适合品种鉴别的标记,采用不同荧光标识组合在ABI3130测序仪测试,为了使不同批次的测试结果准确可靠,6—8个参照品种纳入每次的测试中。结果用16个SSR标记基本可以判断品种的特异性,它们可以用4种荧光标识进行标记,便于分为4组在ABI遗传分析仪上测试。目前数据库包含641份材料.基因型一致的品系多为同一品种突变体和自交系演化的地方品种。文中列出了100份中国代表性种质资源分子标记数据库,并建议8个中国品系为参照。对17个桃品种进行系谱验证发现,我国资源圃所育成的7个品种系谱信息正确,但日本桃品种系谱信息与文献出现偏差。【结论】应用16个多态性高的SSR荧光标记可以构建精确的桃品种分子指纹数据库,测试方法及结果对品种特异性和系谱鉴定提供重要的参考.推动资源分子指纹数据库标准化建设工作。 | 李雄伟 孟宪桥 贾惠娟 王力荣 王志强 马瑞娟 吴大军 董冰 Maria Jose Aranzana Pere Arús 高中山 | 2013 | 果树学报2013，30，6： | 17 |
| 2 | Helicobacter pylori infection as a cause of iron deficiency anaemia of unknown origin显示文摘AIM: To assess the aetiological role of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection in adult patients with ironrefractory or iron-dependent anaemia of previously unknown origin. METHODS: Consecutive patients with chronic irondeficient anaemia (IDA) with H. pylori infection and a negative standard work-up were prospectively evaluated. All of them had either iron refractoriness or iron dependency. Response to H. pylori eradication was assessed at 6 and 12 mo from follow-up. H. pylori infection was considered to be the cause of the anaemia when a complete anaemia resolution without iron supplements was observed after eradication. RESULTS: H. pylori was eradicated in 88 of the 89 patients. In the non-eradicated patient the four eradicating regimens failed. There were violations of protocol in 4 patients, for whom it was not possible to ascertain the cause of the anaemia. Thus, 84 H. pylori eradicated patients (10 men; 74 women) were available to assess the effect of eradication on IDA. H. pylori infection was considered to be the aetiology of IDA in 32 patients (38.1%; 95%CI: 28.4%-48.8%). This was more frequent in men/postmenopausal women than in premenopausal women (75% vs 23.3%; P < 0.0001) with an OR of 9.8 (95%CI: 3.3-29.6). In these patients, anaemia resolution occurred in the first follow-up visit at 6 mo, and no anaemia or iron deficiency relapse was observed after a mean follow-up of 21 ± 2 mo. | 3 | Prunus genetics and applications after de novo genome sequencing:achievements and prospects显示文摘Prior to the availability of whole-genome sequences,our understanding of the structural and functional aspects of Prunus tree genomes was limited mostly to molecular genetic mapping of important traits and development of EST resources.With public release of the peach genome and others that followed,significant advances in our knowledge of Prunus genomes and the genetic underpinnings of important traits ensued.In this review,we highlight key achievements in Prunus genetics and breeding driven by the availability of these whole-genome sequences.Within the structural and evolutionary contexts,we summarize:(1)the current status of Prunus whole-genome sequences;(2)preliminary and ongoing work on the sequence structure and diversity of the genomes;(3)the analyses of Prunus genome evolution driven by natural and man-made selection;and(4)provide insight into haploblocking genomes as a means to define genome-scale patterns of evolution that can be leveraged for trait selection in pedigree-based Prunus tree breeding programs worldwide.Functionally,we summarize recent and ongoing work that leverages whole-genome sequences to identify and characterize genes controlling 22 agronomically important Prunus traits.These include phenology,fruit quality,allergens,disease resistance,tree architecture,and self-incompatibility.Translationally,we explore the application of sequence-based marker-assisted breeding technologies and other sequence-guided biotechnological approaches for Prunus crop improvement.Finally,we present the current status of publically available Prunus genomics and genetics data housed mainly in the Genome Database for Rosaceae(GDR)and its updated functionalities for future bioinformatics-based Prunus genetics and genomics inquiry. | Maria JoséAranzana Véronique Decroocq Elisabeth Dirlewanger Iban Eduardo Zhong Shan Gao Ksenija Gasic Amy Iezzoni Sook Jung Cameron Peace Humberto Prieto Ryutaro Tao Ignazio Verde Albert G.Abbott Pere Arús | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019，6，1： | 8 |
| 4 | Portal hypertensive colopathy is associated with portal hypertension severity in cirrhotic patients显示文摘AIM:To assess the prevalence of portal hypertension (PH) related colorectal lesions in liver transplant candidates, and to evaluate its association with the severity of PH.METHODS: Between October 2004 and December 2005, colonoscopy was performed in 92 cirrhotic liver transplant candidates. We described the lesions resulting from colorectal PH and their association with the grade of PH in 77 patients who underwent measurement of hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG).RESULTS: Mean age was 55 years and 80.7% of patients were men. The main etiology of cirrhosis was alcoholism (45.5%). Portal hypertensive colopathy (PHC) was found in 23.9%, colonic varices in 7.6% and polyps in 38% of patients (adenomatous type 65.2%). One asymptomatic patient had a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma. The manifestations of colorectal PH were not associated with the etiology of liver disease or with the Child-Pugh grade. Ninety percent of patients with colopathy presented with gastroesopha-geal varices (GEV), and 27.5% of patients with GEV presented with colopathy (P=0.12). A relationship between higher values of HVPG and presence of col-opathy was observed (19.9±6.2 mmHg vs 16.8±5.4 mmHg, P=0.045), but not with the grade of col-opathy (P=0.13). Preneoplastic polyps and neoplasm (P=0.02) and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (P=0.006) were more prevalent in patients with colopathy.
