| 1 | Role of videocapsule endoscopy for gastrointestinal bleeding显示文摘Obscure gastrointestinal bleeding (OGIB) is defi ned as bleeding of an unknown origin that persists or recurs after negative initial upper and lower endoscopies. Several techniques, such as endoscopy, arteriography, scintigraphy and barium radiology are helpful for recognizing the bleeding source; nevertheless, in about 5%-10% of cases the bleeding lesion cannot be determined. The development of videocapsule endoscopy (VCE) has permitted a direct visualization of the small intestine mucosa. We will analyze those techniques in more detail. | 3 | Glycoprotein biomarkers for the detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma显示文摘Pancreatic cancer(Pa C) shows a clear tendency to increase in the next years and therefore represents an important health and social challenge. Currently, there is an important need to find biomarkers for PaC early detection because the existing ones are not useful for that purpose. Recent studies have indicated that there is a large window of time for PaC early detection, which opens the possibility to find early biomarkers that could greatly improve the dismal prognosis of this tumor. The present manuscript reviews the state of the art of the existing PaC biomarkers. It focuses on the anomalous glycosylation process and its role in PaC. Glycan structures of glycoconjugates such as glycoproteins are modified in tumors and these modifications can be detected in biological fluids of the cancer patients. Several studies have found serum glycoproteins with altered glycan chains in PaC patients, but they have not shown enough specificity for PaC. To find more specific cancer glycoproteins we propose to analyze the glycan moieties of a battery of glycoproteins that have been reported to increase in PaC tissues and that can also be found in serum. | 4 | Primary Analysis of Oceanic Mesoscale Eddies Observation Abilities by Sentinel-3A SRAL显示文摘In this study,the north-western Pacific Ocean of Kuroshio region is selected as the experimental area to analyze the mesoscale eddies observation abilities of Sentinel-3 A SRAL,including the independent detection abilities of Sentinel-3 A SRAL and the improvement of mesoscale eddies detection abilities by data fusion with other satellite altimetry data.The Sentinel-3 A SRAL data are mapped by the spatial-temporal objective analysis method to the sea level anomaly grid data.The mapping errors are analyzed by the comparisons between the grid data of different combinations and along the ground track of Jason-2/3.The independent detection abilities of Sentinel-3 A SRAL are analyzed by the comparison between the grid data and the AVISO MSLA data.On the other hand,through the multi-satellite data fusion of different combinations of Sentinel-3 A altimeter and other satellite altimeters such as Jason-2/3,the mesoscale eddies detection was performed based on the merged sea level anomaly data and the addition of Sentinel-3 A SRAL data for the improvements of mesoscale eddies detection abilities by multi-satellite altimeters are concluded.It is concluded that Sentinel-3 A SRAL has good abilities of mesoscale eddies detection as the combination of Jason-2 and Jason-3,and it is better than that of single altimeter of Jason-2 or Jason-3. | Jungang YANG Jie ZHANG Wei CUI Munoz MAITE Makhoul EDUARD | 2021 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021，4，1： | 3 |

| 7 | Long-term follow-up study of gastroduodenal lesions after radioembolization of hepatic tumors显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the long-term natural history of the gastroduodenal lesions secondary to extrahepatic embolization with Ytrium 90(90 Y) spheres.METHODS:From September 2003 to January 2012,379 procedures of liver radioembolization(RE) using resin microspheres loaded with 90 Y were performed in our center.We have retrospectively compiled the data from 379 RE procedures performed in our center.We report a comprehensive clinical,analytical,endoscopic and histologic long-term follow-up of a series of patients who developed gastroduodenal lesions after the treatment.RESULTS:Six patients(1.5%) developed gastrointestinal symptoms and had gastrointestinal lesions as shown by upper endoscopy in the next 12 wk after RE.The mean time between RE and the appearance of symptoms was 5 wk.Only one patient required endoscopic and surgical treatment.The incidence of gastrointestinal ulcerations was 3.75%(3/80) when only planar images were used for the pre-treatment evaluation.It was reduced to 1%(3/299) when singlephoton emission computed tomography(SPECT) images were also performed.The symptoms that lasted for a longer time were nausea and vomiting,until 25 mo after the treatment.CONCLUSION:All patients were free from severe symptoms at the end of follow-up.The routine use of SPECT has decreased the incidence of gastrointestinal lesions due to unintended deployment of 90 Y particles. | Iago Rodríguez-Lago Cristina Carretero Maite Herráiz José C Subtil Maite Betés Macarena Rodríguez-Fraile Jesús J Sola José I Bilbao Miguel Muoz-Navas Bruno Sangro | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，19： | 2 |
