1乳腺癌患者的心身症状与生活质量显示文摘目的:探讨乳腺癌患者抑郁、焦虑的心理症状与躯体症状之间的关系,心身症状与生活质量的关系以及心身症状和生活质量与患者所接受过的治疗和生存期的关系。方法:本研究采用横断面设计,对北京市315例符合入组标准的乳腺癌患者进行调查,所使用的调查工具包括病人健康问卷(PHQ-15)、病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)及癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30),并对255份有效数据进行了分析。结果:乳腺癌患者躯体症状的严重程度与抑郁、焦虑均呈正相关(r=0.44,0.56;均P<0.01);在重度躯体症状的患者中,抑郁的发生率为42.3%,焦虑的发生率为50%;抑郁、焦虑与乳腺癌患者总体健康状况相关(β=-0.22,-0.30;均P<0.01);接受化疗的患者其躯体症状和抑郁、焦虑得分高于未接受化疗的患者[(9.0±5.0)vs.(6.0±4.1),(8.3±6.0)vs.(4.0±3.5),(5.4±5.0)vs.(3.1±3.7);均P<0.01];生存期5年以上的乳腺癌患者只有焦虑分数低于5年以内的患者[(5.8±5.0)vs.(4.3±4.5),P<0.05],在躯体症状、抑郁和生活质量方面差异无统计学意义。结论:乳腺癌患者抑郁、焦虑的心理症状与其躯体症状和总体健康状况相关,接受化疗患者的心身症状和生活质量可能会更差一些,生存期5年以上的患者焦虑水平低于5年以内的患者,但躯体症状、抑郁以及生活质量与生存期的延长未见相关。庞英 FISCHER Irmela KOCH Maike FRITZSCHE Kurt 唐丽丽 2013中国心理卫生杂志2013,27,4:109
2波前像差引导的LASIK手术的临床效果观察显示文摘目的 :观察波前像差引导的LASIK手术矫正近视性散光的效果。方法 :2 8例 35只眼 ,平均术前球镜屈光度为 (- 4.8± 2 .3)D ,柱镜屈光度为 (- 1.1± 0 .9)D。手术前和手术后均使用Tscherning像差计测量 ,分析波前像差。应用 1.0mm光斑、频率 2 0 0Hz的飞点扫描准分子激光进行屈光手术。结果 :术后 3个月 ,6 8.0 %的眼屈光度在± 0 .5D(正视眼 )内 ,93.5 %眼在± 1.0D内。 93.5 %的裸眼视力为 2 0 / 2 0或更好。裸眼超常视力(BSCVA在 2 0 / 10或更好 )占 16 .0 %。高阶像差 (球差 ,彗差 )矫正不足 ,而波前像差全部均方根增加值为 1.44± 0 .74,彗差的矫正好于球差。结论 :波前像差引导的LASIK手术是一种很可靠的技术 ,可有效地矫正屈光不正 ,改善视觉敏感度 ,提高视觉质量 ,尤其是提高夜间视力的视觉质量。Michael Mrochen Maik Kaemmerer Theo Seiler 2001眼视光学杂志2001,3,2:63

4Effects of biological soil crusts on water infiltration and evaporation Yanchi Ningxia, Maowusu Desert, China显示文摘Biological soil crusts serve as a vanguard for improving the ecological environment in arid,semi-arid desertification areas.It is a good indicator of the level of improvement which the local ecological environment is undertaking.In desert areas,water condition is a key factor of improving the ecological environment.As a first layer protection,biological crusts play an important role in local vegetation succession due to their abilities to conserve and maintain moisture.Using Maowusu desert in Yanchi of Ningxia province as an example,after three years of research,this paper chooses three kinds of biological crusts including lichen,moss and cyanobacterial which are under the cover of Artemisia ordosica as research objects.The results of this study indicate that,the closer biological crusts are to Artemisia ordosica vegetation,the thicker they become.In the same position of Artemisia ordosica vegetation,the thickness of moss crusts is the highest,followed by lichen crusts,and the thickness of cyanobacterial crusts is the lowest.Biological soil crusts coverage protects the natural water content of soil layers from0 to 5 cm.Also,it effects falling water to infiltrate deeper,and cannot prevent the surface water content from evaporating effectively.The effect of biological crusts blocking water infiltration decreases with the increase of rainfall.At the same rainfall level,moss crusts provide the strongest water infiltration blockage,followed by lichen crusts and cyanobacterial crusts.With the increase of rainfall,the depth of water infiltration increases.At the same rainfall level,the relationship of water infiltration depth is as follows:cyanobacterial crusts > lichen crusts > moss crusts.With the increase of biological crusts thickness,they blocking water infiltration capacity is stronger,and the depth of water infiltration is smaller.Analysis on the characteristic of simulated rainfall process on biological crusts shows that sandy land can be fixed by applying appropriate artificial biological crusts to build a sustainable forest protection system and to create a stable ecosystem in desertification area.Bai Li Jiarong Gao Xiuru Wang Lan Ma Qiang Cui Maik Vest 2016International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,4:10

10Monitoring and modeling of urban sprawl through remote sensing and GIS in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia显示文摘Introduction:Kuala Lumpur is currently experiencing a large-scale urban transformation.This study explores a multi-buffer ring method to investigate the spatial and temporal dynamics of urban growth in the Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area by using Geographical Information Systems(GIS)and remote sensing imageries from1989 to 2014.Methods:The first Landsat images from 1989,2001,and 2014 were classified with maximum likelihood classification to produce land cover maps and identify four types of land cover:urban/built-up,agriculture,forest,and water.Then,the area coverage for all the land use types at different points in time were measured and combined with distance from the city center.Later on,urbanization densities from the city center to the outside for every 1-km distance from 1 to 50 km are calculated.Results:City density on the distance of 5,8,15,20,and 30 km was very high in the years 1989 and 2014.Temporally,urban expansion shows fast and slow growth stages with high-speed growth shifting to the east side of the city.Conclusions:In general,the population,traffic conditions,industrialization,and policy are the major factors thatinfluenced the urban expansion.Mukesh Singh Boori Maik Netzband Komal Choudhary Vít Voženílek 2015Ecological Processes2015,4,1:2

14Killing of p53-deficient hepatoma cells by parvovirus H-1 and chemotherapeutics requires promyelocytic leukemia protein显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the synergistic targeting and killing of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells lacking p53 by the oncolytic autonomous parvovirus (PV) H-1 and chemotherapeutic agents and its dependence on functional promyelocytic leukemia protein (PML). METHODS: The role of p53 and PML in regulating cy-totoxicity and gene transfer mediated by wild-type (wt) PV H-1 were explored in two pairs of isogenic human hepatoma cell lines with different p53 status. Further-more,H-1 PV infection was combined with cytostatic drug treatment. RESULTS: While the HCC cells with different p53 status studied were all susceptible to H-1 PV-induced apoptosis,the cytotoxicity of H-1 PV was morepronounced in p53-negative than in p53-positive cells. Apoptosis rates in p53-negative cell lines treated by genotoxic drugs were further enhanced by a treatment with H-1 PV. In flow cytometric analyses,H-1 PV infection resulted in a reduction of the mitochondrial transmembrane potential. In addition,H-1 PV cells showed a significant increase in PML expression. Knocking down PML expression resulted in a striking reduction of the level of H-1 PV infected tumor cell death. CONCLUSION: H-1 PV is a suitable agent to circumvent the resistance of p53-negative HCC cells to genotoxic agents,and it enhances the apoptotic process which is dependent on functional PML. 17Thinning effects on walnut stem and crown diameter growth and fruiting in the walnut-fruit forests of Kyrgyzstan显示文摘The walnut-fruit forests(Juglans regia L.) in southern Kyrgyzstan are considered to be biodiversity hotspots and of considerable economic and ecological importance to local populations. The fruiting ability and stability of these forests are, however, decreasing because of infrequent silvicultural interventions and non-existent natural regeneration. Continuous inventories and walnut harvest measurements were carried out on 18 trial and control plots over the course of 13 year. Results showed that i) thinning had a positive influence on diameter at breast height(dbh) increase, ii) dbh growth and crown area increases are strongly and positively correlated, iii) large crowns enhanced the production of fruits, and iv) temperature conditions had a major influence on the production of fruits. The above-mentioned points are particularly relevant for young plantations but are also valid for relatively old plantations(> 50 years).
