1波前像差引导的LASIK手术的临床效果观察显示文摘目的 :观察波前像差引导的LASIK手术矫正近视性散光的效果。方法 :2 8例 35只眼 ,平均术前球镜屈光度为 (- 4.8± 2 .3)D ,柱镜屈光度为 (- 1.1± 0 .9)D。手术前和手术后均使用Tscherning像差计测量 ,分析波前像差。应用 1.0mm光斑、频率 2 0 0Hz的飞点扫描准分子激光进行屈光手术。结果 :术后 3个月 ,6 8.0 %的眼屈光度在± 0 .5D(正视眼 )内 ,93.5 %眼在± 1.0D内。 93.5 %的裸眼视力为 2 0 / 2 0或更好。裸眼超常视力(BSCVA在 2 0 / 10或更好 )占 16 .0 %。高阶像差 (球差 ,彗差 )矫正不足 ,而波前像差全部均方根增加值为 1.44± 0 .74,彗差的矫正好于球差。结论 :波前像差引导的LASIK手术是一种很可靠的技术 ,可有效地矫正屈光不正 ,改善视觉敏感度 ,提高视觉质量 ,尤其是提高夜间视力的视觉质量。Michael Mrochen Maik Kaemmerer Theo Seiler 2001眼视光学杂志2001,3,2:63

5Ghrelin在大鼠神经系统中的表达对胃黏膜的保护作用显示文摘目的:研究大鼠脑、小肠肌间神经丛神经元和血浆内Ghrelin的表达,探讨Ghrelin在水浸加束缚应激性胃溃疡中的作用及机制.方法:选择健康♂Wiater大鼠76只,随机分为 6组:水浸加束缚组(10只);侧脑室注射Ghrelin 组(24只);皮下注射L-NAME+侧脑室注射 Ghrelin组(8只)和相应的3个对照组(正常大鼠组18只,侧脑室注射生理盐水组8只,皮下注射 L-NAME+侧脑室注射生理盐水组8只).采用放射免疫分析、荧光免疫组化双染和神经生理学等实验方法,观察脑、小肠肌间神经丛和血浆内Ghrelin的表达,探讨Ghrelin对大鼠束缚加水浸诱导的应激性胃溃疡的影响及机制.结果:在正常大鼠小肠肌间神经丛内和原代培养的肠肌间神经丛神经元均可见有Ghrelin 样免疫反应阳性物(Ghrelin-IR)的表达,且 Ghrelin-IR与胆碱乙酰转移酶(CHAT)共同表达于同一神经元内,但Ghrelin-IR不与一氧化碳合酶(NOS)和消化道感觉性神经元内特有的钙结合蛋白(Calbindin,Calb)共存.在大鼠应激性胃溃疡产生的同时,其血浆内Ghrelin- IR的含量明显减少(198.3±29.6 ng/L vs 141.7 ±26.5 ng/L.P=0.026).而下丘脑、延脑、垂体和肌间神经丛神经元内Ghrelin-IR的含量明显升高(分别为96.2±18.1 pg/mg vs 153.2 ±11.6 pg/mg.P=0.006;89.8±16.5 pg/mg vs 144.4±13.9 pg/mg,P=0.007;108.3± 11.9 pg/mg vs 198.2±23.3 pg/mg,P=0.002; 48.8±12.8 pg/mg vs 86.2±21.5 pg/mg.P= 0.02);侧脑室注射Ghrelin大鼠应激性胃溃疡的产生明显减少,且呈明显的量效依赖关系(溃疡指数:生理盐水,86.7±6.2;50 ng Ghrelin,79.3±10.7 P=2.18;500 ng Ghrelin, 61.3±11.7,P=0.04;5 000 ng Ghrelin,35.6 ±10.8,P=0.005),经sc一氧化氮合酶抑制剂 L-NAME后,Ghrelin的胃黏膜细胞保护作用消失.结论:Ghrelin与ChAT共存表达于肠肌间神经丛胆碱能神经元;应激性胃溃疡发生时,中枢神经系统和血浆内Ghrelin的表达发生变化; 中枢Ghrelin对胃黏膜细胞具有保护作用,且呈明显的量效依赖关系.徐珞 孙向荣 韩晓华 钟凤 Inge Depoortere Theo Peeters 2006世界华人消化杂志2006,14,8:14
6藏毛窦发病率和远期复发率现况及其影响因素分析显示文摘目的调查德国部队中藏毛窦的发病率和术后远期复发率的现状及其发展变化趋势,分析不同手术治疗方法、体格状况和吸烟量等因素对藏毛窦的发病率和术后远期复发率的影响。方法对德国三家部队医院1980至1996年收治的所有藏毛窦患者的资料进行统计,随机抽取其中500例患者进行随访。结果德国部队中藏毛窦的发病率由1985年的0.3/1000上升到2007年的2.4/1000。随机抽取的500例患者中2例死亡,498例接受了随访。其术后复发率从1981年的33%,到1986年的23%,再到1996年的12%,呈明显下降趋势(P=0.01)。藏毛窦切除后行开放愈合的复发率为16.8%,显著低于行一期缝合的复发率31.0%(P〈0.01)。部队中人均体质量每十年增加1kg,德国国民人均体质量每十年增加1.9kg,但是体质量的增加与藏毛窦复发率之间无显著相关性(P=0.72)。每天吸烟20支以上者藏毛窦的复发率比吸烟≤20支者显著升高(P=0.015)。结论在藏毛窦的术后复发率下降,特别是切除后开放愈合的术后复发率下降的同时,藏毛窦的发病率上升了近十倍。Theo Evers Dietrich Doll Edouard Matevossian Sebastian Noe Konrad Neumann 李挥力 Norbert Huser Rainer Ludde Sebastian Hoffmann Bjorn Dirk Krapohl 2011中华外科杂志2011,49,9:14

8Scavenger receptor BI: A multi-purpose player in cholesterol and steroid metabolism显示文摘Scavenger receptor class B type Ⅰ (SR-BI) is an important member of the scavenger receptor family of integral membrane glycoproteins. This review highlights studies in SR-BI knockout mice, which concern the role of SR-BI in cholesterol and steroid metabolism. SR-BI in hepatocytes is the sole molecule involved in selective uptake of cholesteryl esters from high-density lipoprotein (HDL). SR-BI plays a physiological role in binding and uptake of native apolipoprotein B (apoB)-containing lipoproteins by hepatocytes, which identif ies SR-BI as a multipurpose player in lipid uptake from the blood circulation into hepatocytes in mice. In adrenocortical cells, SR-BI mediates the selective uptake of HDL-cholesteryl esters, which is eff iciently coupled to the synthesis of glucocorticoids (i.e. corticosterone). SR-BI knockout mice suffer from adrenal glucocorticoid insuff iciency, which suggests that functional SR-BI protein is necessary for optimal adrenal steroidogenesis in mice. SR-BI in macrophages plays a dual role in cholesterol metabolism as it is able to take up cholesterol associated with HDL and apoBcontaining lipoproteins and can possibly facilitate cholesterol efflux to HDL. Absence of SR-BI is associated with thrombocytopenia and altered thrombosis susceptibility, which suggests a novel role for SR-BI in regulating platelet number and function in mice. Transgenic expression of cholesteryl ester transfer protein in humanized SR-BI knockout mice normalizes hepatic delivery of HDL-cholesteryl esters. However, other pathologies associated with SR-BI def iciency, i.e. increased atherosclerosis susceptibility, adrenal glucocorticoid insuffi ciency, and impaired platelet function are not normalized, which suggests an important role for SR-BI in cholesterol and steroid metabolism in man. In conclusion, generation of SR-BI knockout mice has signif icantly contributed to our knowledge of the physiological role of SR-BI. 10波前像差引导的LASIK术矫正眼球像差显示文摘目的 :观察波前像差引导的LASIK术矫正人眼像差后的效果 ,以确定人眼是否可获得超过一般的视敏度。方法 :波前像差引导的LASIK手术对 15只眼矫正近视和散光 ,同时矫正眼球的像差。结果 :手术后 1个月时 ,4只眼 (占 2 7% )获得了 2 0 /10以上的超常视力。波前像差的均方根值从 0 .6增加到 2 .3,与视觉敏感度的提高呈显著性相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :像差的矫正虽然还不能最令人满意 ,但这些结果表明 ,眼球的像差使人眼视敏度受限制 ,而通过手术矫正可获得超过一般的视敏度。Theo Seiler Michael Mrochen Maik Kaemmerer 2001眼视光学杂志2001,3,2:11

12小麦赤霉菌绿色荧光蛋白标记突变体的侵染研究显示文摘【目的】赤霉病是危害大麦、小麦生产的世界性病害,研究病原菌的致病过程对于病害的控制有重要意义。【方法】本研究利用绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)标记的禾谷镰刀菌回复突变体以单花滴注方法进行人工接种研究不同突变体的致病力差异及其在小麦穗部的侵染过程。【结果】269株回复突变体的致病力存在明显分化。接种6d后,致病力明显降低的突变体,只有接种小穗发病,致病力明显增强的突变体,病症可扩展至5个小穗。GFP荧光信号检测表明,弱致病突变体在接种后仅在接种小穗内生长、延伸,并终止于小穗基部的致密组织处。而强致病力突变体在接种小穗内生长2d后,即能够通过小穗基部的致密组织到达小麦穗轴,并沿着穗轴内部微管束组织和皮层组织向上和下延伸,侵入邻近小穗。【结论】病原菌在接种小穗中生长后,沿着柱头、子房或内、外稃内表面,经过靠近穗轴的致密组织,侵入邻近小穗,感染整个麦穗,直至到达茎秆。张旭 Theo van de Lee 陆维忠 喻大昭 马鸿翔 2008中国农业科学2008,41,10:9
13Metastatic prostate cancer remains incurable, why?显示文摘Metastatic prostate cancer patients present in two waysdwith already disseminated disease at the time of presentation or with disease recurrence after definitive local therapy.Androgen deprivation therapy is given as the most effective initial treatment to patients.However,after the initial response,almost all patients will eventually progress despite the low levels of testosterone.Disease at this stage is termed castration resistant prostate cancer(CRPC).Before 2010,the taxane docetaxel was the first and only life prolonging agent for metastatic CRPC(mCRPC).The last decade has witnessed robust progress in CRPC therapeutics development.Abiraterone,enzalutamide,apalutamide and sipuleucel-T have been evaluated as first-and second-line agents in mCRPC patients,while cabazitaxel was approved as a second-line treatment.Radium-223 dichloride was approved in symptomatic patients with bone metastases and no known visceral metastases pre-and post-docetaxel.However,despite significant advances,mCRPC remains a lethal disease.Both primary and acquired resistance have been observed in CRPC patients treated by these new agents.It could be solely cell intrinsic or it is possible that the clonal heterogeneity in treated tumors may result from the adaptive responses to the selective pressures within the tumor microenvironment.The aim of this review is to list current treatment agents of CRPC and summarize recent findings in therapeutic resistance mechanisms.Liang Dong Richard C.Zieren Wei Xue Theo M.de Reijke Kenneth J.Pienta 2019Asian Journal of Urology2019,6,1:9
14APP and APLP1 are degraded through autophagy in response to proteasome inhibition in neuronal cells显示文摘Amyloid beta(Aβ)precursor protein(APP)is a key protein in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Both APP and its paralogue APLP1(amyloid beta precursor-like protein 1)have multiple functions in cell adhesion and proliferation.Previously it was thought that autophagy is a novel beta-amyloid peptide(Aβ)-generating pathway activated in AD.However,the protein proteolysis of APLP1 is still largely unknown.The present study shows that APLP1 is rapidly degraded in neuronal cells in response to stresses,such as proteasome inhibition.Activation of the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress by proteasome inhibitors induces autophagy,causing reduction of mature APLP1/APP.Blocking autophagy or JNK stress kinase rescues the protein expression for both APP and APLP1.Therefore,our results suggest that APP/APLP1 is degraded through autophagy and the APLP1 proteolysis is mainly mediated by autophagy-lysosome pathway.Fangfang Zhou Theo van Laar Huizhe Huang Long Zhang 2011Protein & Cell2011,2,5:8

16Driving-Cycle-Aware Energy Management of Hybrid Electric Vehicles Using a Three-Dimensional Markov Chain Model显示文摘This study developed a new online driving cycle prediction method for hybrid electric vehicles based on a three-dimensional stochastic Markov chain model and applied the method to a driving-cycle-aware energy management strategy.The impacts of different prediction time lengths on driving cycle generation were explored.The results indicate that the original driving cycle is compressed by 50%,which significantly reduces the computational burden while having only a slight effect on the prediction performance.The developed driving cycle prediction method was implemented in a real-time energy management algorithm with a hybrid electric vehicle powertrain model,and the model was verified by simulation using two different testing scenarios.The testing results demonstrate that the developed driving cycle prediction method is able to efficiently predict future driving tasks,and it can be successfully used for the energy management of hybrid electric vehicles.Bolin Zhao Chen Lv Theo Hofman 2019Automotive Innovation2019,2,2:7
17A Review on Surface?Functionalized Cellulosic Nanostructures as Biocompatible Antibacterial Materials显示文摘As the most abundant biopolymer on the earth,cellulose has recently gained significant attention in the development of antibacterial biomaterials.Biodegradability,renewability,strong mechanical properties,tunable aspect ratio,and low density offer tremendous possibilities for the use of cellulose in various fields.Owing to the high number of reactive groups(i.e.,hydroxyl groups)on the cellulose surface,it can be readily functionalized with various functional groups,such as aldehydes,carboxylic acids,and amines,leading to diverse properties.In addition,the ease of surface modification of cellulose expands the range of compounds which can be grafted onto its structure,such as proteins,polymers,metal nanoparticles,and antibiotics.There are many studies in which cellulose nano-/microfibrils and nanocrystals are used as a support for antibacterial agents.However,little is known about the relationship between cellulose chemical surface modification and its antibacterial activity or biocompatibility.In this study,we have summarized various techniques for surface modifications of cellulose nanostructures and its derivatives along with their antibacterial and biocompatibility behavior to develop non-leaching and durable antibacterial materials.Despite the high effectiveness of surface-modified cellulosic antibacterial materials,more studies on their mechanism of action,the relationship between their properties and their effectivity,and more in vivo studies are required.Mandana Tavakolian Seid Mahdi Jafari Theo GMvan de Ven 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,6:7

19Enhancing endogenous stem cells in the newborn via delayed umbilical cord clamping显示文摘There is currently no consensus among clinicians and scientists over the appropriate or optimal timing for umbilical cord clamping. However, many clinical studies have suggested that delayed cord clamping is associated with various neonatal benefits including increased blood volume, reduced need for blood transfusion, increased cerebral oxygenation in pre-term infants, and decreased frequency of iron deficiency anemia in term infants. Human umbilical cord blood contains significant amounts of stem and progenitor cells and is currently used in the treatment of several life-threatening diseases.
