1Structure and photocatalytic properties of TiO_2-Graphene Oxide intercalated composite显示文摘TiO2-Graphene Oxide intercalated composite (TiO2-Graphene Oxide) has been successfully prepared at low temperature (80°C) with graphite oxide (GO) and titanium sulfate (Ti(SO4)2) as initial reactants.GO was firstly exfoliated by NaOH and formed single and multi-layered graphite oxide mixture which can be defined as graphene oxide,[TiO]2+ induced by the hydrolysis of Ti(SO4)2 diffused into graphene oxide interlayer by electrostatic attraction.The nucleation and growth of TiO2 crystallites took place at low temperature and TiO2-Graphene Oxide composite was successfully synthesized.Furthermore,the photocatalytic properties of TiO2-Graphene Oxide under the irradiation of UV light were also studied.The results show that the degradation rate of methyl orange is 1.16 mg min-1 g-1(refer to the efficiency of the initial 15 min).Compared with P25 powder,this kind of intercalation composite owns much better efficiency.On the other hand,the reusable properties and stable properties of TiO2-Graphene Oxide intercalated composite are also discussed in this paper.At last,crystalline structure,interface status,thermal properties and microscopic structure of TiO2-Graphene Oxide were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and high-resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM).Also,we have analyzed major influencing factors and mechanism of the composite structures which evidently improve the photocatalytic properties.ZHANG Qiong HE YunQiu CHEN XiaoGang HU DongHu LI LinJiang YIN Ting JI LingLi 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,3:14
2Effect of cooling rate on β→α transformation during quenching of a Zr-0.85Sn-0.4Nb-0.4Fe-0.1Cr-0.05Cu alloy显示文摘The effect of β→α cooling rate during quenching on a new Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe-Cr-Cu alloy is reported.The microstructure evolution is well characterized by electron channeling contrast(ECC) imaging and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) techniques.The results show that specimens cooled by water,liquid nitrogen,air and furnace from β-phase present martensitic,coarse basket-weave,parallel-plate and lenticular structure,respectively.Residual β phase is detected by performing electron diffraction and composition analysis in the furnace cooled specimen.Micro hardness values of specimens decrease while the width of α laths increase with the cooling rate decreasing.The preliminarily established quantitative relationship among the cooling rate,microstructure and mechanical properties will shed light on the microstructure control and property optimization.CHAI LinJiang LUAN BaiFeng CHEN JianWei ZHOU Jun LIU Qing 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,10:5
3α→β Transformation characteristics revealed by pulsed laser-induced non-equilibrium microstructures in duplex-phase Zr alloy显示文摘Microstructures of a duplex-phase Zr-2.5Nb alloy treated by pulsed laser were characterized by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) and electron channeling contrast(ECC) imaging techniques.Major attention has been paid to non-equilibrium hybrid microstructure consisting of both prior a and β phases,and a plates transformed from new β phases to probe α→β transformation characteristics in the alloy.The origin of the hybrid microstructure is attributed to the specific thermodynamic conditions induced by the pulsed laser treatment.ECC observation shows that newly formed β phases during laser heating prefer to nucleate and grow at the expense of edges of prior a grains rather than their interiors.EBSD analyses further reveal that orientations of the new βphases are not determined by the prior a grains according to the Burgers relationship but maintain those of the prior β phases in an epitaxial growth way.CHAI LinJiang WANG Shu Yan WU Hao GUO Ning PAN HuCheng CHEN Liang Yu MURTY K.L. 5Deformation mode-determined misorientation and microstructural characteristics in rolled pure Zr sheet显示文摘In this work, commercially pure Zr sheets were subjected to β air cooling and then rolled to different reductions(10% and 50%)at room temperature. Microstructures of both the β-air-cooled and the rolled specimens were well characterized by electron channelling contrast imaging and electron backscatter diffraction techniques, with special attentions paid to their misorientation characteristics. Results show that the β-air-cooled specimen owns a Widmanst?tten structure featured by lamellar grains with typical phase transformation misorientations. The 10% rolling allows prismatic slip and tensile twinning({11-21}<11-2-6> and{10-12}<10-11>) to be activated profusely, which produce new low-angle(~3°–5°) and high-angle(~35° and ~85°) misorientation peaks, respectively. After increasing the rolling reduction to 50%, twinning is suppressed and dislocation slip becomes the dominant deformation mode, with the lamellar grains highly elongated and aligned towards the rolling direction.Meanwhile, only one strong low-angle misorientation peak related to the prismatic slip is presented in the 50%-rolled specimen,with all other peaks disappeared. Analyses on local misorientations reveal that hardly any residual strains exist in the β-air-cooled specimen, which should be related to their sufficient relaxation during slow cooling. 6Analytic solution to the magnetotelluric response over anisotropic medium and its discussion显示文摘In the present paper,from the second order partial differential equations for solving the magnetotelluric(MT) fields of general anisotropic medium,we first obtained the second order partial differential equations for some anisotropic media with special conductivity(e.g.diagonal anisotropy,transverse anisotropy,azimuthal anisotropy,etc.) by simplifying the electrical conductivity tensor of anisotropic medium.And then we obtained the analytic solutions to MT fields for the case of transverse and azimuthal anisotropy through converting the conductivity parameter based on that of diagonal anisotropy.We further discussed the influence of the selection of integral limit and step length on precision in solving the analytic solutions for MT fields of isotropic medium.Finally,we presented the MT responses of two transverse and azimuthal anisotropic media as well as some applications of the analytic solutions to MT fields of anisotropic medium.QIN LinJiang YANG ChangFu CHEN Kun 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,9:3

8~1H MAS NMR spectra of kao-linite/formamide intercalation compound显示文摘The high spinning speed 1H magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (1H MAS NMR) technique was employed to distinguish the two groups of surface hy-droxyls of kaolinite and investigate the intercalation mechanism of kaolinite/formamide compound. The proton chemical shifts of the inner hydroxyl and inner surface hydroxyl of kaolinte are in the range of δ-1.3--0.9 and δ 2.4-3.0 respectively. After formamide intercalation three proton peaks were detected. The proton peak of the inner surface hydrox-yls of the intercalation compound shifts to high-field with δ2.3-2.7, which is assigned to the formation of the hydrogen bond between the inner surface hydroxyl and formamide carbonyl group. Whereas, the proton peak of the inner hydroxyl shifts to δ-0.3 toward low-field, that is attributed to van der Waal’s effect between the inner hydroxyl proton and the amino group proton of the formamide which may be keyed into the ditrigonal hole of the kaolinite. 9Concurrent inheritance of microstructure and texture after slow β→α cooling of commercially pure Zr显示文摘A rolled and recrystallized commercially pure Zr sheet was β-solution treated and then cooled at two rates, i.e. air cooling(AC)and furnace cooling(FC). Microstructures and textures of original and β-cooled specimens were characterized by use of electron channeling contrast imaging, electron backscatter diffraction and X-ray diffraction techniques. Results reveal a novel phenomenon, i.e. the concurrent inheritance of microstructure and texture in the FC specimen cooled at a very slow rate. In contrast, for the AC specimen with faster cooling, typical lamellar α phases are obtained with relatively scattered texture.Based on comparatively crystallographic and thermodynamic analyses, reasons accounting for microstructure and texture differences in both cases are discussed, highlighting the significant role played by the variant selection behavior. 11Bid BH3 peptide,but not its mutant form G^(94)E, induces permeability transition pore opening and cytochrome c release in vitro显示文摘It has been shown that Bid and its truncated form tBid could induce cytochrome c (cyt c) release without impacting on PTP. We first show that Bid BH3 peptide, but not its mutant form of Bid BH3 peptide G94E, which is unable to bind to Bcl-xL, induces permeability transition pore (PTP) opening in a dose dependent manner. Bid BH3 peptide also induces the reduction of mitochondria membrane potential (Ψm) and cyt c release from mitochondrial in vitro. PTP opening and the loss of Ψm, were inhibited by Bcl-xL, cyclosporin A and ruthenium red, and the latter was an inhibitor of Ca2+ uniporter in the mitochondrial membrane. 15Rapid fatty acids detection of vegetable oils by Raman spectroscopy based on competitive adaptive reweighted sampling coupled with support vector regression显示文摘Objectives:The composition and content of fatty acids are critical indicators of vegetable oil quality.To overcome the drawbacks of traditional detection methods,Raman spectroscopy was investigated for the fast determination of the fatty acids composition of oil.Materials and Methods:Rapeseed and soybean oil at different depths of the oil tank at different storage times were collected and an eighth-degree polynomial function was used to fit the Raman spectrum.Then,the multivariate scattering correction,standard normal variable transformation(SNV),and Savitzky–Golay convolution smoothing methods were compared.Results:Polynomial fitting combined with SNV was found to be the optimal pretreatment method.Characteristic wavelengths were selected by competitive adaptive reweighted sampling.For monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFAs),polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),and saturated fatty acids(SFAs),44,75,and 92 characteristic wavelengths of rapeseed oil,and 60,114,and 60 characteristic wavelengths of soybean oil were extracted.Support vector regression was used to establish the prediction model.The R^(2)values of the prediction results of MUFAs,PUFAs,and SFAs for rapeseed oil were 0.9670,0.9568,and 0.9553,and the root mean square error(RMSE)values were 0.0273,0.0326,and 0.0340,respectively.The R^(2)values of the prediction results of fatty acids for soybean oil were respectively 0.9414,0.9562,and 0.9422,and RMSE values were 0.0460,0.0378,and 0.0548,respectively.A good correlation coefficient and small RMSE value were obtained,indicating the results to be highly accurate and reliable.Conclusions:Raman spectroscopy,based on competitive adaptive reweighted sampling coupled with support vector regression,can rapidly and accurately analyze the fatty acid composition of vegetable oil.Linjiang Pang Hui Chen Liqing Yin Jiyu Cheng Jiande Jin Honghui Zhao Zhihao Liu Longlong Dong Huichun Yu Xinghua Lu 2022Food Quality and Safety2022,6,4:0
16Fluorinated Covalent Organic Frameworks Coupled with Molecular Cobalt Cocatalysts for Efficient Photocatalytic CO_(2)Reduction显示文摘The combination of covalent organic framework(COF)photosensitizers with molecular cocatalysts is a promising avenue for photocatalytic carbon dioxide(CO_(2))reduction.Here,a series of isostructural COFs was synthesized using linkers of different lengths,with or without partial fluorination.These COFs were investigated for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction under visible-light irradiation when combined with cobalt(II)bipyridine complexes as a cocatalyst.Fluorination was found to enhance both CO_(2)affinity and catalytic activity,and a partially fluorinated COF,FBP-COF,achieved the highest CO_(2)-to-CO conversion efficiency,showing a carbon monoxide(CO)generation rate of 2.08 mmol h−1 g−1 and a 90%CO selectivity.FBP-COF also showed good stability under sacrificial conditions,generating CO for 50 h with a turnover number of 91.5.This activity is much higher than a homogeneous system using ruthenium bipyridine complexes as the photosensitizer combined with the same cobalt bipyridine complexes.Zhiwei Fu Chang Shu Xiaoyan Wang Linjiang Chen Xue Wang Lunjie Liu Kewei Wang Rob Clowes Samantha Y.Chong Xiaofeng Wu Andrew I.Cooper 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,10:0
17Logformer: Cascaded Transformer for System Log Anomaly Detection显示文摘Modern large-scale enterprise systems produce large volumes of logs that record detailed system runtime status and key events at key points.These logs are valuable for analyzing performance issues and understanding the status of the system.Anomaly detection plays an important role in service management and system maintenance,and guarantees the reliability and security of online systems.Logs are universal semi-structured data,which causes difficulties for traditional manual detection and pattern-matching algorithms.While some deep learning algorithms utilize neural networks to detect anomalies,these approaches have an over-reliance on manually designed features,resulting in the effectiveness of anomaly detection depending on the quality of the features.At the same time,the aforementioned methods ignore the underlying contextual information present in adjacent log entries.We propose a novel model called Logformer with two cascaded transformer-based heads to capture latent contextual information from adjacent log entries,and leverage pre-trained embeddings based on logs to improve the representation of the embedding space.The proposed model achieves comparable results on HDFS and BGL datasets in terms of metric accuracy,recall and F1-score.Moreover,the consistent rise in F1-score proves that the representation of the embedding spacewith pre-trained embeddings is closer to the semantic information of the log.Feilu Hang Wei Guo Hexiong Chen Linjiang Xie Chenghao Zhou Yao Liu 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,7:0
18Preclinical and early clinical studies of a novel compound SYHA1813 that efficiently crosses the blood-brain barrier and exhibits potent activity against glioblastoma显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most common and aggressive malignant brain tumor in adults and is poorly controlled.Previous studies have shown that both macrophages and angiogenesis play significant roles in GBM progression,and co-targeting of CSF1R and VEGFR is likely to be an effective strategy for GBM treatment.Therefore,this study developed a novel and selective inhibitor of CSFIR and VEGFR,SYHA1813,possessing potent antitumor activity against GBM.SYHA1813 inhibited VEGFR and CSFIR kinase activities with high potency and selectivity and thus blocked the cell viability of HUVECs and macrophages and exhibited anti-angiogenetic effects both in vitro and in vivo.SYHA1813 also displayed potent in vivo antitumor activity against GBM in immune-competent and immune-deficient mouse models,including temozolomide(TMZ)insensitive tumors.Notably,SYHA1813 could penetrate the blood-brain barrier(BBB)and prolong the survival time of mice bearing intracranial GBM xenografts.Moreover,SYHA1813 treatment resulted in a synergistic antitumor efficacy in combination with the PD-1 antibody.As a clinical proof of concept,SYHA1813 achieved confirmed responses in patients with recurrent GBM in an ongoing first-in-human phase I trial.The data of this study support the rationale for an ongoing phase I clinical study(ChiCTR2100045380).Yingqiang Liu Zhengsheng Zhan Zhuang Kang Mengyuan Li Yongcong Lv Shenglan Li Linjiang Tong Fang Feng Yan Li Mengge Zhang Yaping Xue Yi Chen Tao Zhang Peiran Song Yi Su Yanyan Shen Yiming Sun Xinying Yang Yi Chen Shanyan Yao Hanyu Yang Caixia Wang Meiyu Geng Wenbin Li Wenhu Duan Hua Xie Jian Ding 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
19Mechanism of mitochondrial respiratory control in cas-pase-3 induced positive feed-back loop in apoptosis显示文摘Caspase-3 plays a central role in the execution of apoptosis. Besides many substrates of caspase-3, mitochondria seem to be one of the candidate targets in the apop-totic process. We evaluated the effects of caspase-3 on the isolated mitochondria in detail, and especially focused on the mechanism involved in mitochondrial functions, which were not fully assessed till now. Our results showed that re-combinant caspase-3 induced the increase of superoxide production, the dissipation of mitochondrial membrane potential and rate increasing of mitochondrial state 4 respiration. Caspases inhibitor, z-VAD-fmk can inhibit these effects of caspase-3 on mitochondria. Bcl-xL and cyclosporin A were also shown to be able to inhibit these changes.
