| 1 | The R-and AR-indices:Complementing the h-index显示文摘Based on the foundation laid by the h-index we introduce and study the R- and AR-indices. These new indices eliminate some of the disadvantages of the h-index, especially when they are used in combina-tion with the h-index. The R-index measures the h-core’s citation intensity, while AR goes one step further and takes the age of publications into account. This allows for an index that can actually in-crease and decrease over time. We propose the pair (h, AR) as a meaningful indicator for research evaluation. | 2 | Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. | 3 | The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 5 | How is mRNA expression predictive for protein expression? | 6 | The Medium Energy X-ray telescope (ME) onboard the Insight-HXMT astronomy satellite显示文摘The Medium Energy X-ray telescope(ME) is one of the three main telescopes on board the Insight hard X-ray modulation telescope(Insight-HXMT) astronomy satellite. ME contains 1728 pixels of Si-PIN detectors sensitive in 5-30 ke V with a total geometrical area of 952 cm^2. The application specific integrated circuit(ASIC) chip, VA32TA6, is used to achieve low power consumption and low readout noise. The collimators define three kinds of field of views(FOVs) for the telescope, 1°×4°, 4°×4°,and blocked ones. Combination of such FOVs can be used to estimate the in-orbit X-ray and particle background components.The energy resolution of ME is ~3 ke V at 17.8 ke V(FWHM) and the time resolution is 255 μs. | 10 | Distance Effect of Ni-Pt Dual Sites for Active Hydrogen Transfer in Tandem Reaction显示文摘Unveiling the distance effect between different sites in multifunctional catalysts remains a major challenge.Herein,we investigate the distance effect by constructing a dual-site distance-controlled tandem catalyst with a five-layered TiO2/Pt/TiO2/Ni/TiO2 tubular nanostructure by template-assisted atomic layer deposition.In this catalyst,the Ni and Pt sites are separated by a porous TiO2 interlayer,and the distance between them can be precisely controlled on the subnanometer scale by altering the thickness of the interlayer,while the inner and outer porous TiO2 layers are designed for structural stability.The catalyst exhibits superior performance for the tandem hydrazine hydrate decomposition to hydrogen and subsequent nitrobenzene hydrogenation when the Ni and Pt site distance is on the subnanometer level.The performance increases with the decrease of the distance and is better than the catalyst without the TiO2 interlayer.Isotopic and kinetic experiments reveal that the distance effect controls the transfer of active hydrogen,which is the rate-determining step of the tandem reaction in a water solvent.Reduced Ti species with oxygen vacancies on the TiO2 interlayer provide the active sites for hydrogen transfer with-Ti-OH surface intermediates via the continuous chemisorption/desorption of water.A smaller distance induces the generation of more active sites for hydrogen transfer and thus higher efficiency in the synergy of Ni and Pt sites.Our work provides new insight for the distance effect of different active sites and the mechanism of intermediate transfer in tandem reactions. | Huibin Wu Bin Zhang Haojie Liang Liming Zhai Guofu Wang Yong Qin | 2020 | The Innovation2020,1,2: | 3 |
| 11 | Delayed cardiac tamponade diagnosed by point-of-care ultrasound in a neonate after peripherally inserted central catheter placement: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheters(PICCs)have been increasingly applied worldwide owing to many advantages.Even with these advantages,the related complications should not be ignored,especially in neonates.The available evidence about PICC-related thrombosis was manifold,but the cardiac tamponade,an emergency and life-threatening complication,has been rarely reported.Early recognized cardiac tamponade by ultrasound may reduce mortality.CASE SUMMARY A neonate weighting 2.8 kg was born at 40 wk of gestation.He was admitted to the Surgery Intensive Care Unit due to suspected congenital megacolon.A PICC line was inserted via the left antecubital fossa for the administration of total parenteral nutrition.Three days later,the patient was still on total parenteral nutrition.Cardiac tamponade caused by PICC was found on ultrasound.The patient recovered spontaneously after an emergency pericardiocentesis.CONCLUSION Proficiency in the use of point-of-care ultrasound may save the life of patients,since it enables clinicians to treat patients faster,more accurately,and in a noninvasive way at the point of care. | Yu Cui Kai Liu Liming Luan Peng Liang | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021,9,3: | 3 |

| 17 | Nyström-based spectral clustering using airborne LiDAR point cloud data for individual tree segmentation显示文摘The spectral clustering method has notable advantages in segmentation.But the high computational complexity and time consuming limit its application in large-scale and dense airborne Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)point cloud data.We proposed the Nyström-based spectral clustering(NSC)algorithm to decrease the computational burden.This novel NSC method showed accurate and rapid in individual tree segmentation using point cloud data.The K-nearest neighbour-based sampling(KNNS)was proposed for the Nyström approximation of voxels to improve the efficiency.The NSC algorithm showed good performance for 32 plots in China and Europe.The overall matching rate and extraction rate of proposed algorithm reached 69%and 103%.For all trees located by Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)calibrated tape-measures,the tree height regression of the matching results showed an value of 0.88 and a relative root mean square error(RMSE)of 5.97%.For all trees located by GNSS calibrated total-station measures,the values were 0.89 and 4.49%.The method also showed good performance in a benchmark dataset with an improvement of 7%for the average matching rate.The results demonstrate that the proposed NSC algorithm provides an accurate individual tree segmentation and parameter estimation using airborne LiDAR point cloud data. | Yong Pang Weiwei Wang Liming Du Zhongjun Zhang Xiaojun Liang Yongning Li Zuyuan Wang | 2021 | International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,10: | 2 |
| 18 | Quantitative deconvolution of autocorrelations and cross correlations from two-dimensional lifetime decay maps in fluorescence lifetime correlation spectroscopy显示文摘Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy(FCS) is a widely used method for measuring molecular diffusion and chemical kinetics. However, when a mixture of fluorescent species is taken into account, the conventional FCS method has limitations in extracting autocorrelations for different species and cross correlations between different species. Recently developed fluorescence lifetime correlation spectroscopy(FLCS) based on time-tagged time-resolved(TTTR) photon recording, which can record the global and micro arrival time for each individual photon, has been used to discriminate different species according to fluorescence lifetime. Here, based on two-dimensional lifetime decay maps constructed from TTTR photon stream, we have developed a quantitative lifetime-deconvolution FCS model(LDFCS) to extract precise chemical rates for chemical conversions in multi-species systems.
