2Phylogenetic constrains on mycorrhizal specificity in eight Dendrobium(Orchidaceae) species显示文摘Plant phylogeny constrains orchid mycorrhizal(OrM) fungal community composition in some orchids. Here, we investigated the structures of the OrM fungal communities of eight Dendrobium species in one niche to determine whether similarities in the OrM fungal communities correlated with the phylogeny of the host plants and whether the Dendrobium-OrM fungal interactions are phylogenetically conserved. A phylogeny based on DNA data was constructed for the eight coexisting Dendrobium species,and the OrM fungal communities were characterized by their roots. There were 31 different fungal lineages associated with the eight Dendrobium species. In total, 82.98% of the identified associations belonging to Tulasnellaceae, and a smaller proportion involved members of the unknown Basidiomycota(9.67%). Community analyses revealed that phylogenetically related Dendrobium tended to interact with a similar set of Tulasnellaceae fungi. The interactions between Dendrobium and Tulasnellaceae fungi were significantly influenced by the phylogenetic relationships among the Dendrobium species. 4Rice caryopsis development Ⅱ: Dynamic changes in the endosperm显示文摘The rice endosperm plays crucial roles in nourishing the embryo during embryogenesis and seed germination.Although previous studies have provided the general information about rice endosperm, a systematic investigation throughout the entire endosperm developmental process is still lacking. In this study, we examined in detail rice endosperm development on a daily basis throughout the 30-day period of post-fertilization development. We observed that coenocytic nuclear division occurred in the first 2 days after pollination(DAP), cellularization occurred between 3 and 5 DAP, differentiation of the aleurone and starchy endosperm occurred between 6 and 9 DAP, and accumulation of storage products occurred concurrently with the aleurone/starchy endosperm differentiation from 6 DAP onwards and was accomplished by 21 DAP. Changes in cytoplasmic membrane permeability, possibly caused by programmed cell death, were observed in the central region of the starchy endosperm at 8 DAP, and expanded to the whole starchy endosperm at 21 DAP when the aleurone is the only living component in the endosperm. Further, we observed that a distinct multi-layered dorsal aleurone formed near the dorsal vascular bundle, while the single- or occasionally two-cell layered aleurone was located in the lateral and ventral positions of endosperm. 5Active manganese oxide on MnOx-CeO2 catalysts for low-temperature NO oxidation:Characterization and kinetics study显示文摘MnO_x-CeO_2 catalysts were synthesized to investigate the active sites for NO oxidation by varying the calcination temperature. XRD and TEM results showed that cubic CeO_2 and amorphous MnO_x existed in MnO_x-CeO_2 catalysts. High temperature calcination caused the sintering of amorphous MnO_x and transforming to bulk crystalline Mn_2O_3, H_2-TPR and XPS results suggested the valence of Mn in MnO_x-CeO_2 was higher than pure MnO_x, and decreased with the increasing calcination temperature, The turnover frequency(TOF) was calculated based on the initial reducibility according to H_2-TPR quantitation and kinetic study. The TOF results indicated that the initial reducibility of amorphous MnO_x with high valence manganese ions was equivalent to the active sites for NO oxidation. 6Cooperative localization method for multi-robot based on PF-EKF显示文摘A method of cooperative localization for multi-robot in an unknown environment is described.They share information and perform localization by using relative ob-servations and necessary communication.At initial time,robots do not know their positions.Once the robot that can obtain the absolute position information has its position,other robots use particle filter to fuse relative observations and maintain a set of samples respectively representing their positions.When the particles are close to a Gaussian distribution after a number of steps,we switch to an EKF to track the pose of the robots.Simulation results and real experiment show that PF-EKF method combines the robustness of PF and the efficiency of EKF.Robots can share the absolute position information and effectively localize themselves in an unknown environment.WANG Ling WAN JianWei LIU YunHui SHAO JinXin 2008Science in China(Series F)2008,51,8:7
7A probabilistic risk assessment framework considering lane-changing behavior interaction显示文摘Understanding the dynamic characteristics of surrounding vehicles and estimating the potential risk of mixed traffic can help reliable autonomous driving.However,the existing risk assessment methods are challenging to detect dangerous situations in advance and tackle the uncertainty of mixed traffic.In this paper,we propose a probabilistic driving risk assessment framework based on intention identification and risk assessment of surrounding vehicles.Firstly,we set up an intention identification model(IIM)via long short-term memory(LSTM)networks to identify the intention possibility of the surrounding vehicles.Then a risk assessment model(RAM)based on the driving safety field is employed to output the potential risk.Specifically,driving safety field can reflect the coupling relationship of drivers,vehicles,and roads by analyzing their interaction.Finally,an integrated risk evaluation model combining both IIM and RAM is developed to form a dynamic potential risk map considering multi-vehicle interaction.For example,in a typical but challenging lane-changing scenario,an intelligent vehicle can assess its driving status by calculating a risk map in real time that represents the risk generated by the estimated intentions of surrounding vehicles.Furthermore,simulations and naturalistic driving experiments are conducted in the extracted lane-changing scenarios,and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model considering lane-changing behavior interaction.Heye HUANG Jianqiang WANG Cong FEI Xunjia ZHENG Yibin YANG Jinxin LIU Xiangbin WU Qing XU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,9:6
8Risk assessment of malaria transmission at the border area of China and Myanmar显示文摘Background:In order to achieve the goal of malaria elimination,the Chinese government launched the National Malaria Elimination Programme in 2010.However,as a result of increasing cross-border population movements,the risk of imported malaria cases still exists at the border areas of China,resulting in a potential threat of local transmission.The focus of this paper is to assess the Plasmodium vivax incidences in Tengchong,Yunnan Province,at the border areas of China and Myanmar.Methods:Time series of P.vivax incidences in Tengchong from 2006 to 2010 are collected from the web-based China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention,which are further separated into time series of imported and local cases.First,the seasonal and trend decomposition are performed on time series of imported cases using Loess method.Then,the impact of climatic factors on the local transmission of P.vivax is assessed using both linear regression models(LRM)and generalized additive models(GAM).Specifically,the notion of vectorial capacity(VCAP)is used to estimate the transmission potential of P.vivax at different locations,which is calculated based on temperature and rainfall collected from China Meteorological Administration.Results:Comparing with Ruili County,the seasonal pattern of imported cases in Tengchong is different:Tengchong has only one peak,while Ruili has two peaks during each year.This may be due to the different cross-border behaviors of peoples in two locations.The vectorial capacity together with the imported cases and the average humidity,can well explain the local incidences of P.vivax through both LRM and GAM methods.Moreover,the maximum daily temperature is verified to be more suitable to calculate VCAP than the minimal and average temperature in Tengchong County.Conclusion:To achieve malaria elimination in China,the assessment results in this paper will provide further guidance in active surveillance and control of malaria at the border areas of China and Myanmar.Benyun Shi Jinxin Zheng Hongjun Qiu Guo-Jing Yang Shang Xia Xiao-Nong Zhou 2017Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1:6
9A surface parametric control and global optimization method for axial flow compressor blades显示文摘An aerodynamic optimization method for axial flow compressor blades available for engineering is developed in this paper. Bezier surface is adopted as parameterization method to control the suction surface of the blades, which brings the following advantages:(A) significantly reducing design variables;(B) easy to ensure the mechanical strength of rotating blades;(C) better physical understanding;(D) easy to achieve smooth surface. The Improved Artificial Bee Colony(IABC) algorithm, which significantly increases the convergence speed and global optimization ability, is adopted to find the optimal result. A new engineering optimization tool is constructed by combining the surface parametric control method, the IABC algorithm, with a verified Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) simulation method, and it has been successfully applied in the aerodynamic optimization for a single-row transonic rotor(Rotor 37) and a single-stage transonic axialflow compressor(Stage 35). With the constraint that the relative change in the flow rate is less than0.5% and the total pressure ratio does not decrease, within the acceptable time in engineering, the adiabatic efficiency of Rotor 37 at design point increases by 1.02%, while its surge margin 0.84%,and the adiabatic efficiency of Stage 35 0.54%, while its surge margin 1.11% after optimization, to verify the effectiveness and potential in engineering of this new tool for optimization of axial compressor blade.Jinxin CHENG Jiang CHEN Hang XIANG 2019Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,7:5
10Production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds by catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin over LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3 prepared by different methods显示文摘To realize the resource and high-value utilization,a new approach,named bagasse lignin(BL) used to produce aryl oxygen-containing compounds by catalytic pyrolysis over perovskite,was proposed,LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3(LTF) samples prepared by the sol-gel method(SG) and the solid-state reaction method(SS)were characterized.The catalytic action on BL pyrolysis was performed by the test of TG-DTG and the evaluation of the fixed bed micro-reactor,the components and contents of the products were determined.The results show that LTF samples have cubic perovskite phase,LTF prepared by SG(LTF-SG) is porous with larger specific surface area than LTF prepared by SS(LTF-SS).During the pyrolysis of BL,the addition of LTF lowers the pyrolysis temperature and the activation energy,the contents of CO2 and CO in gaseous products reduce by 4.6%-8.0% and 30.7%-34.3%,respectively,the total content of aryl oxygencontaining compounds(including phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates) in liquid products increases from 62 wt% to more than 72 wt%,and LTF-SG shows better catalytic performance.LTF samples have nice phase and catalytic stabilities for BL pyrolysis after five successive redox cycles.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Enhao Sun Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Hongzhi Zhao Yue Kang 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1:5
11Experimental study on influencing factors of acid-fracturing effect for carbonate reservoirs显示文摘Acid fracturing treatment is the key technique for stimulation and stable production in carbonate reservoirs.In order to improve the carbonate reservoirs acid fracturing effect,in this paper,with a large number of experiments as the main research methods,study on influencing factors of acidfracturing effect for carbonate reservoirs from increase the effective distance of living acid,increase acid corrosion eched fracture conductivity,reduce the acid fluid loss,etc.The effective distances of live acid calculated with reacted acid limitations measured in different acid systems are quite different from those calculated according to previous standard.Fracture conductivity is one of the key parameters that affects acid fracturing effects,but it's difficult to be predicted accurately due to the strong randomness of acid-rock reaction as well as various influence factors.Analyses of the impacts on fracture conductivity resulted from the rock embedment intensity,closure stress,acid dosage,rock-acid contact time,acid fluid loss,acid pumping rate through self-developed small-core fracture capacity test instrument.Fluid loss during acid fracture can be well controlled by thickened liquid as well as solid particles,but formation damage occurs inevitably.Foamed acid is a specific fluid with high viscosity,low fluid loss,small friction resistance,good retarding property,strong fracture making ability,easy flowback and low damage,which is an ideal acid system for low pressure and low permeability carbonate reservoirs.In this paper,the theoretical study on percolation mechanism and fluid-loss control mechanism of foam(acid)in porous medium are presented with the help of visual microscopic model fluid drive unit.Nianyin Li Jinxin Dai Pingli Liu Zhifeng Luo Liqiang Zhao 2015Petroleum2015,1,2:5
12Photocatalytic degradation of bisphenol A using an integrated system of a new gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed reactor and micrometer Gd-doped TiO_2 particles显示文摘A new gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed photocatalytic reactor (GLSCFBPR) with internally placed multi-layered UV lamps was developed. Micrometer Gd-TiO2 particles and commercial nanometer P25-TiO2 were chosen as the photocatalysts, and the hazardous substance bisphenol A (BPA) was chosen as the model pollutant to investigate the performance of this new photocatalytic system. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the micrometer Gd-TiO2 particles was similar to that of the nanometer P-25 particles at their respective optimum dosage but the former could be easily separated out by gravity. After investigating the effects of process parameters on the photocatalytic BPA degradation, the response surface method (RSM) was further used for process optimization. The interactions among process parameters, i.e., TiO2 concentration, superficial gas velocity and superficial liquid velocity were discovered and a related analysis was carried out to explore the underlying mechanism. A quadratic mathematic model was established and performed satisfactorily when used for prediction. 14Simulation of microwave’s heating effect on coal seam permeability enhancement显示文摘As hydraulic fracturing was forbidden in some countries due to possible negative environmental impacts and enhanced coalbed methane(ECBM)was restricted by in-situ conditions,microwave heating was proposed to enhance coalbed permeability.One of the mechanisms of improving coal permeability with microwave irradiation is that thermal expansion caused by microwave heating.To study the influence of microwave’s heating effect of coal samples,the simulations were conducted using a coupled electromagnetic,thermal and mechanical model in this paper.The temperature,Von-Mises stress and strain distribution of coal sample are recorded every 10 s.The permeability distribution is also obtained based on the relationship between strain and permeability from articles.It was found that volume average temperature,stress,strain and permeability increase almost linearly with time.The average permeability increased from 1.65 10×16 m^2 to 3.63 10×16 m^2 under 2.45 GHz and 500Wmicrowave radiation after 300 s.The significant increase proved microwave to be effective in coal seam permeability enhancement.Huang Jinxin Xu Guang Chen Yinping Chen Zhongwei 2019International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2019,29,5:4
15Rice caryopsis development Ⅰ: Dynamic changes in different cell layers显示文摘Rice caryopsis as one of the most important food sources for humans has a complex structure that is composed of maternal tissues including the pericarp and testa and filial tissues including the endosperm and embryo. Although rice caryopsis studies have been conducted previously, a systematic characterization throughout the entire developmental process is still lacking. In this study, detailed morphological examinations of caryopses were made during the entire 30-day developmental process. We observed some rapid changes in cell differentiation events and cataloged how cellular degeneration processes occurred in maternal tissues. The differentiations of tube cells and cross cells were achieved by 9 days after pollination(DAP). In the testa, the outer integument was degenerated by 3 DAP, while the outer layer of the inner integument degenerated by 7 DAP. In the nucellus, all tissues with the exception of the nucellar projection and the nucellar epidermis degenerated in the first 5 DAP. By 21 DAP, all maternal tissues, including vascular bundles, the nucellar projection and the nucellar epidermal cells were degenerated. 16Co-firing of levator palpebrae and masseter muscles links the masticatory and oculomotor system in humans显示文摘Simultaneous co-firing of the levator palpebrae(LP) and pterygoid muscles were recorded in Marcus Gann Syndrome(MGS) patients in early clinical studies. 'Release hypothesis' proposed an intrinsic masticatory oculo?motor neural circuit and this kind circuit, which, however, has been observed only in amphibian. On the other hand,congenital miswiring hypothesis has overwhelmed other interpretations. However, the same phenomenon visualized in MGS cases was unveiled in human subjects without any sign of congenital oculomotor disorder. To further study co-firing of the upper eyelid and jaw muscles, we applied non-invasive EMG recording of the upper eyelid and ipsilateral masseter muscle belly in nine healthy volunteers. LP activity was determined initially by looking upward and active retraction of upper eyelid with head fixed. Then, dual channel inputs from upper eyelid and masseter muscle was recorded during tooth occlusion motivated by isometric masseter muscle contraction without jaw and face moving. The EMG recorded from upper eyelid when the subjects retracted eyelid with head fixed exhibited the same pattern as that collected during tooth occlusion, but the pattern was completely different from EMG of active eye closure. This reflects tooth occlusion evoked LP activity. Then, simultaneous co-firing of the LP and masseter muscle was recorded simultaneously during tooth occlusion without jaw movement. Finally, the aforemen?tioned co-firing was recorded when the subjects conducted rhythmic occlusion and synchronous EMG from both muscles was acquired. 17Production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds from catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin over LaTixFe1xO3显示文摘A new approach,named production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds from the catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin(BL) over perovskite oxide,was proposed,A series of LaTixFe1-xO3(LTF-x) samples were prepared by the solid state reaction method.The crystal phase and morphology of LTF-x were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively.Catalytic pyrolysis performance of LTF-x was performed by TG-DTG and the distribution patterns of gaseous,liquid and solid products from BL was investigated using a fixed-bed micro-reactor.The optimal reaction conditions were determined:the pyrolysis temperature was 600℃,the mass ratio of mBL:mLTF-0.2 was 3:1,the veloeity of earrier gas was 100 ml·min-1.The gaseous produets were mainly eomposed of CO2,CO,CH4 and CnHm(n=2-4,m=2 n+2 or m=2 n),The main aryl oxygen-containing compounds in liquid products were phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates,the rest were benzenes,furans,esters and carboxylic acid.The total contents of aryl oxygencontaining compounds were from 62% up to more than 72% under the action of the perovskite.Moreover,the LTF-0.2 sample had nice regenerability.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Enhao Sun Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Hongzhi Zhao 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,8:4
18Feasibility study on application of volume acid fracturing technology to tight gas carbonate reservoir development显示文摘How to effectively develop tight-gas carbonate reservoir and achieve high recovery is always a problem for the oil and gas industry.To solve this problem,domestic petroleum engineers use the combination of the successful experiences of North American shale gas pools development by stimulated reservoir volume(SRV)fracturing with the research achievements of Chinese tight gas development by acid fracturing to propose volume acid fracturing technology for fractured tightgas carbonate reservoir,which has achieved a good stimulation effect in the pilot tests.To determine what reservoir conditions are suitable to carry out volume acid fracturing,this paper firstly introduces volume acid fracturing technology by giving the stimulation mechanism and technical ideas,and initially analyzes the feasibility by the comparison of reservoir characteristics of shale gas with tight-gas carbonate.Then,this paper analyzes the validity and limitation of the volume acid fracturing technology via the analyses of control conditions for volume acid fracturing in reservoir fracturing performance,natural fracture,horizontal principal stress difference,orientation of insitu stress and natural fracture,and gives the solution for the limitation.The study results show that the volume acid fracturing process can be used to greatly improve the flow environment of tight-gas carbonate reservoir and increase production;the incremental or stimulation response is closely related with reservoir fracturing performance,the degree of development of natural fracture,the small intersection angle between hydraulic fracture and natural fracture,the large horizontal principal stress difference is easy to form a narrow fracture zone,and it is disadvantageous to create fracture network,but the degradable fiber diversion technology may largely weaken the disadvantage.The practices indicate that the application of volume acid fracturing process to the tight-gas carbonate reservoir development is feasible in the Ordovician Majiagou Formation of lower Paleozoic,which is of great significance and practical value for domestic tight-gas carbonate reservoir development and studies in the future.Nianyin Li Jinxin Dai Chao Liu Pingli Liu Yanming Zhang Zhifeng Luo Liqiang Zhao 2015Petroleum2015,1,3:4

20Experimental research and numerical simulation of the thermal performance of a tube-fin cold energy storage unit using water/modified expanded graphite as the phase change material显示文摘In this study,experimental and numerical investigations were conducted on a tube-fin heat-exchanger latent-heat cold energy storage unit.The fin side of the heat exchanger was filled with water as the energy storage medium,and modified expanded graphite(MEG)was employed to improve the thermal characteristics of water.The water contact angle of the expanded graphite decreased from 106.31°to 0°,and the hydrophilicity and the absorption rate of water significantly improved after the modification.Moreover,the experimental analyses of the charge/discharge process showed that the cooling capacity of the system filled with 90 wt.%water/MEG was 80.8%of that of pure water,whereas its cooling time was only 69.7%of that of pure water.The average power increased by 15.9%compared with that of water.The system filled with 90 wt.%water/MEG completed two energy charging and discharging cycles,whereas the system filled with water completed only 1.5 cycles within 15000 s.Furthermore,the effects of the flow rate and inlet temperature of the heat transfer fluid on the charging process were explored.Finally,a numerical model was built and validated to investigate the phase change behavior and the effect of the structure size on the performance of the system.The heat-exchanger fin spacing had no significant effect on the cold energy storage unit,whereas the vertical spacing of the tube pass had the highest effect.It can be concluded that the heat exchanger combined with high-thermal-conductivity water/MEG exhibits better energy storage capacity and working power,showing a wide application prospect in the field of cold energy storage.Jinxin Feng Ziye Ling Jiangchang Huang Xiaoming Fang Zhengguo Zhang 2022Energy Storage and Saving2022,1,2:3
