1木质素催化热解用催化剂的研究进展显示文摘木质素是一种结构复杂、产量丰富但利用率较低的生物质资源,可通过催化热解解聚为高附加值产物,具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了催化剂机理研究方法和催化剂作用方式,比较了催化木质素热解常用的分子筛类催化剂、金属氧化物类催化剂和金属盐类催化剂的催化性能、产物收率、产品分布、催化机理及优缺点。文中指出:分子筛类催化剂的脱氧能力强、酸度高,但液体产物收率较低;金属氧化物类催化剂具有液体产物收率较高、热稳定性强等优点,但依赖于催化剂酸碱性的调控;金属盐类催化剂虽高效、价格低廉,但热稳定性差、易失活。同时,本文对木质素催化热解领域提出了展望,未来热解催化剂的研究有待深入和系统化,根据木质素种类和目标产物设计复合型催化剂、核壳型催化剂和多催化剂协同催化是未来热解催化剂发展的趋势。张雷 王海英 韩洪晶 陈彦广 王程昊 2022化工进展2022,41,5:6
2钙钛矿催化剂在生物质热化学利用领域的研究进展显示文摘钙钛矿催化剂优异的氧化还原性能、离子迁移率、热稳定性和较低的生产成本,使得其在生物质热化学利用领域具有广阔的应用前景。基于生物质热解/气化、生物质重整制氢和生物质下游产物化学合成等应用场景,重点阐述并总结了钙钛矿催化剂的催化性能和机制。聚焦于金属阳离子的催化作用和晶格氧的氧化还原作用,从A/B位离子取代、空间结构改变等方面总结了钙钛矿催化剂的优化设计方法。为钙钛矿催化剂在生物质热化学利用领域的应用与优化指明了方向。董晓珊 李健 颜蓓蓓 陈冠益 2022化工学报2022,73,2:1
3Immobilized laccase on magnetic nanoparticles for enhanced lignin model compounds degradation显示文摘As a natural aromatic polymer,lignin has great potential but limited industrial application due to its complex chemical structure.Among strategies for lignin conversion,biodegradation has attracted promising interest recently in term of efficiency,selectivity and mild condition.In order to overcome the issues of poor stability and non-reusability of enzyme in the biodegradation of lignin,this work explored a protocol of immobilized laccase on magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)with rough surfaces for enhanced lignin model compounds degradation.Scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS),flourier transformation infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)were utilized to characterize the immobilization of laccase.The results showed a maximum activity recovery of 64.7%towards laccase when it was incubated with MNPs and glutaraldehyde(GA)with concentrations of 6 mg·ml^-1and 7.5 mg·ml^-1for 5 h,respectively.The immobilized laccase showed improved thermal stability and pH tolerance compared with free laccase,and remained more than 80%of its initial activity after 20 days of storage at 4℃.In addition,about 40%residual activity of the laccase remained after 8 times cycles.Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS)was utilized to characterize the products of lignin model compound degradation and activation,and the efficiency of immobilized laccase was calculated to be 1–5 times that of free laccase.It was proposed that the synergistic effect between MNPs and laccase displays an important role in the enhancement of stability and activity in lignin model compound biodegradation.Xinyan Chen Bin He Mi Feng Dingwei Zhao Jian Sun 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,8:1
4介孔-介孔多级孔La_(2)FeNiO_(6)的制备及其对间甲酚加氢脱氢反应的催化性能显示文摘通过控制苯乙烯的用量制备不同尺寸的聚苯乙烯胶晶模板剂,制备了不同孔径分布的La_(2)FeNiO_(6)双钙钛矿氧化物,表征了其晶体结构、表面形貌、元素价态、孔径分布和还原性能。实验结果表明:不同尺寸的模板剂制备的试样均形成了双钙钛矿结构,孔径为介孔-介孔复合结构;试样中A位La元素为+3价,B位Fe以+3价为主,Ni以+2价为主,孔径分布的差异导致各试样的B位元素价态分布不同,影响其还原性能、氧空位的形成及表面吸附氧的数量。当模板剂的尺寸为250 nm时,制备的La_(2)FeNiO_(6)双钙钛矿氧化物具有较大孔径分布和比表面积,氧空位和表面吸附氧物种较多,在3 MPa、375℃和15 mL/min的氢气流速条件下,将该催化剂用于间甲酚的催化加氢脱氧反应,间甲酚的转化率达到85%,产物以甲苯为主,该催化剂具有良好的抗积碳性能。陈平清 练彩霞 李凝 蒋武 彭林森 吴俊豪 2023精细石油化工2023,40,4:0
