1Fabrication and characterization of SmO_(0.7)F_(0.2)FeAs bulk with a transition temperature of 56.5 K显示文摘The superconductivity of iron-based superconductor SmO 0.7 F 0.2 FeAs was investigated. The SmO 0.7 F 0.2 FeAs sample was prepared by the two-step solid-state reaction method. The onset resistivity transition temperature is as high as 56.5 K. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that the lattice parameters a and c are 0.39261 and 0.84751 nm, respectively. Furthermore, the global J c was more than 2.3 × 10 5 A/cm 2 at T = 10 K and H = 9 T, which was calculated by the formula of J c = 20ΔM/[a(1-a/(3b))]. The upper critical fields, H c2 ≈ 256 T (T = 0 K), was determined according to the Werthamer-Helfand-Hohenberg formula, indicating that the SmO 0.7 F 0.2 FeAs was a superconductor with a very promising application.LIU Zhiyong MA Lin ZHAO Junjing YAN Binjie SUO Hongli 2011Rare Metals2011,30,5:3

6Prison Term Prediction on Criminal Case Description with Deep Learning显示文摘The task of prison term prediction is to predict the term of penalty based on textual fact description for a certain type of criminal case.Recent advances in deep learning frameworks inspire us to propose a two-step method to address this problem.To obtain a better understanding and more specific representation of the legal texts,we summarize a judgment model according to relevant law articles and then apply it in the extraction of case feature from judgment documents.By formalizing prison term prediction as a regression problem,we adopt the linear regression model and the neural network model to train the prison term predictor.In experiments,we construct a real-world dataset of theft case judgment documents.Experimental results demonstrate that our method can effectively extract judgment-specific case features from textual fact descriptions.The best performance of the proposed predictor is obtained with a mean absolute error of 3.2087 months,and the accuracy of 72.54%and 90.01%at the error upper bounds of three and six months,respectively.Shang Li Hongli Zhang Lin Ye Shen Su Xiaoding Guo Haining Yu Binxing Fang 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,3:2

10Phase evolution of(K,Na)NbO_3 powder prepared by high temperature mixing under hydrothermal conditions显示文摘(Na,K)NbO3(KNN)powders were successfully prepared by high temperature mixing method(HTMM) under hydrothermal conditions to study the effect of reaction time on the formation of KNN for three K+/(K++Na+)ratios of 0.6,0.7 and 0.8.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and selected area electron diffraction(SAED),to show the change of phase and morphology of the as-prepared particles with the K+/(K++Na+)molar ratio in the solution.Pure Na-rich KNN monoclinic phase and pure K-rich KNN orthorhombic phase could be obtained quickly after mixing the solutions at high temperature when the K+/(K++Na+)molar ratio was either 0.6 or 0.8.When the K+/(K++Na+)molar ratio was 0.7,however,the K-rich KNN orthorhombic phase grain formed first,followed by the Na-rich KNN monoclinic phase grain,with the two phases coexisting in the final product.Lin Bai Kongjun Zhu Jinhao Qiu Hongli Ji Likui Su 2010Particuology2010,8,5:1

13Nonparametric estimations of the sea state bias for a radar altimeter显示文摘To estimate the sea state bias(SSB) for radar altimeter, two nonparametric models, including a Nadaraya-Watson(NW) kernel estimator and a local linear regression(LLR) estimator, are studied based on the Jason-2 altimeter data. Selecting from different combinations of the Gaussian kernel function, spherical Epanechnikov kernel function, a fixed bandwidth and a local adjustable bandwidth, it is observed that the LLR method with the spherical Epanechnikov kernel function and the local adjustable bandwidth is the optimal nonparametric model for the SSB estimation. The comparisons between the nonparametric and parametric models are conducted and the results show that the nonparametric model performs relatively better at high-latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere.
