| 1 | Clinical importance of aspirin and clopidogrel resistance显示文摘Aspirin and clopidogrel are important components of medical therapy for patients with acute coronary syndromes, for those who received coronary artery stents and in the secondary prevention of ischaemic stroke. Despite their use, a significant number of patients experience recurrent adverse ischaemic events. Interindividual variability of platelet aggregation in response to these antiplatelet agents may be an explanation for some of these recurrent events, and small trials have linked 'aspirin and/or clopidogrel resistance', as measured by platelet function tests, to adverse events. We systematically reviewed all available evidence on the prevalence of aspirin/clopidogrel resistance, their possible risk factors and their association with clinical outcomes. We also identified articles showing possible treatments. After analyzing the data on different laboratory methods, we found that aspirin/clopidogrel resistance seems to be associated with poor clinical outcomes and there is currently no standardized or widely accepted definition of clopidogrel resistance. | 2 | Dual mean Minkowski measures of symmetry for convex bodies显示文摘We introduce and study a sequence of geometric invariants for convex bodies in finite-dimensional spaces, which is in a sense dual to the sequence of mean Minkowski measures of symmetry proposed by the second author. It turns out that the sequence introduced in this paper shares many nice properties with the sequence of mean Minkowski measures, such as the sub-arithmeticity and the upper-additivity. More meaningfully, it is shown that this new sequence of geometric invariants, in contrast to the sequence of mean Minkowski measures which provides information on the shapes of lower dimensional sections of a convex body, provides information on the shapes of orthogonal projections of a convex body. | 9 | Changing trends in penetrating keratoplasty indications at a tertiary eye care center in Budapest,Hungary between 2006 and 2017显示文摘AIM:To analyze the changing trends in penetrating keratoplasty(PKP)indications.METHODS:This retrospective study included all patients with PKP between 2006 and 2017.Patients were classified using histological diagnoses.Our groups were as the following:pseudophakic or aphakic bullous keratopathy,regraft,acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis,keratoconus,Fuchs'dystrophy,corneal dystrophy other than Fuchs',corneal scar,other diagnoses and failed endothelial keratoplasty graft.Additionally,two different time-periods(2006-2012 and 2013-2017)were analysed.RESULTS:Totally 1721 histological analyses of 1214 patients were available for review.The diagnoses were pseudophakic or aphakic bullous keratopathy in 487(28.3%),regraft in 443(25.7%),acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis in 313(18.2%),corneal scar in 153(8.9%),keratoconus in 140(8.1%).Fuchs'dystrophy in 61(3.5%),corneal dystrophy other than Fuchs'in 46(2.7%),other diagnoses in 44(2.6%)and failed endothelial keratoplasty graft in 34(2.0%)cases.From the first to the second analysed time-period,incidence of acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis,corneal scar,Fuchs'dystrophy increased(P<0.032 for all)and incidence of keratoconus significantly decreased(P=0.015).CONCLUSION:Pseudophakic or aphakic bullous keratopathy is the leading indication for PKP,followed by regraft and acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis. | Milan Tamas Pluzsik Gabor Toth Jeannette Toth Andrds Matolcsy Achim Langenbucher Agnes Kerenyi Zoltdn Zsolt Nagy Nora Szentmary | 2020 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2020，13，11： | 1 |

| 13 | Diurnal variation of aethalometer correction factors and optical absorption assessment of nucleation events using multi-wavelength photoacoustic spectroscopy显示文摘A field measurement campaign was carried out during the late winter and early spring of2015 in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. The size distribution(SD) and optical absorption of carbonaceous particulate matter(CPM) was measured online using a Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer(SMPS), a 7λ-aethalometer and an inhouse developed 4λ-Photoacoustic Spectrometer. Based on the SD data, the measurement period could be classified into days with and without new particle formation events(normal days and nucleation days),although particular nucleation-like events were observed on normal days as well. Three characteristic size modes were observed with CMDs of circa 15, 25 and 110 nm that corresponded to the nucleation, traffic and heating modes. Based on the temporal behavior of these modes both types of days were divided into distinctive daily periods(heating hours,traffic hours and nucleation hours). The optical absorption spectra(OAC and AAE) also displayed the same part of day behavior to that of SD. That way this paper is among the first to assess the optical response of urban nucleation events. Due to the simultaneous measurement of OAC by the 7λ-aethalometer and a 4λ-Photoacoustic Spectrometer, OAC was measured overall at 11 wavelengths. That way aethalometer correction factors(f and C)were determined at all aethalometer wavelengths using in situ reference photoacoustic measurements. Correction factors were found to have both wavelength and time of the day variation.
