1Noether symmetries of the nonconservative and nonholonomic systems on time scales显示文摘In this paper we give a new method to investigate Noether symmetries and conservation laws of nonconservative and nonholonomic mechanical systems on time scales , which unifies the Noether's theories of the two cases for the continuous and the discrete nonconservative and nonholonomic systems. Firstly, the exchanging relationships between the isochronous variation and the delta derivatives as well as the relationships between the isochronous variation and the total variation on time scales are obtained. Secondly, using the exchanging relationships, the Hamilton's principle is presented for nonconservative systems with delta derivatives and then the Lagrange equations of the systems are obtained. Thirdly, based on the quasi-invariance of Hamiltonian action of the systems under the infinitesimal transformations with respect to the time and generalized coordinates, the Noether's theorem and the conservation laws for nonconservative systems on time scales are given. Fourthly, the d'Alembert-Lagrange principle with delta derivatives is presented, and the Lagrange equations of nonholonomic systems with delta derivatives are obtained. In addition, the Noether's theorems and the conservation laws for nonholonomic systems on time scales are also obtained. Lastly, we present a new version of Noether's theorems for discrete systems. 2Psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Infertility Self-Efficacy Scale显示文摘Objective:To translate the English version of Infertility Self-Efficacy Scale into Chinese and to validate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Infertility Self-Efficacy Scale(CISE).Method(s):Participants were recruited from the Gynecology Department of two city hospitals.Five main processes were involved in the formation of CISE[1]:scale translation based on expert consultation[2];pre-test questionnaire development with infertile women's feedback(N=20)[3];factor structure assessed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis(N=177)[4];assessment of reliability by internal consistency(N=177)and test-retest reliability(N=21);and[5]assessment of convergent validity with Self-rating Anxiety Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale,and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(N=177).Results:This study established a 16-item CISE.Factor analyses confirmed a onecomponent solution,which explained 54.59% of total variances and showed an acceptable model fit.Cronbach's a and test-retest correlation coefficients for the scale were 0.94 and 0.84,respectively.The CISE score was significantly correlated with anxiety(r=0.47),depression(r=0.60),positive coping style(r=0.37),and certain negative coping style items.Conclusion:This 16-item CISE is a reliable and valid measure to evaluate perceived selfefficacy among a sample of Chinese women who underwent infertility treatment.Bing Fu Pingping Yan Hang Yin Shujuan Zhu Qing Liu Yulan Liu Chanyuan Dai Guanxiu Tang Chunli Yan Jun Lei 2016International Journal of Nursing Sciences2016,3,3:2

8Complete Manifolds with Harmonic Curvature and Finite L^p-Norm Curvature显示文摘Let(M^n, g)(n ≥ 3) be an n-dimensional complete Riemannian manifold with harmonic curvature and positive Yamabe constant. Denote by R and R?m the scalar curvature and the trace-free Riemannian curvature tensor of M, respectively. The main result of this paper states that R?m goes to zero uniformly at infinity if for p ≥ n, the L^p-norm of R?m is finite.As applications, we prove that(M^n, g) is compact if the L^p-norm of R?m is finite and R is positive, and(M^n, g) is scalar flat if(M^n, g) is a complete noncompact manifold with nonnegative scalar curvature and finite L^p-norm of R?m. 9Geographical distribution of Aspergillus flavus in peanut harvest period in China显示文摘In order to grasp the distribution of Aspergillus flavus in the soil of peanut production areas in China,A.flavus biomarkers were tested on 555 soil samples from 37 sampling points in 17 provinces,peanut fields in four agroecological zones(Southern area,Yangtze River Basin,Northern area,Northeast area).The results showed that(1)the cultivation amount of A.flavus per gram of soil in the Yangtze River Basin is 1.30 times that of the southern area,1.56 times that of the northern area,and 6.20 times that of the northeast area,with obvious regional characteristics.(2)In the Yangtze River basin,the change of longitude in the east-west direction has no direct impact on the cultivation amount of A.flavus per gram of soil.(3)In the east coast,the A.flavus cultivated per gram of soil increased first and then decreased with the increase of latitude from south to north.(4)A.flavus can be isolated in the soil samples above 1000 m.Field pollution is an important source of aflatoxin contamination in peanut.The study on the distribution of A.flavus in soil in China could provide theoretical support for the early warning and prevention and control measures of aflatoxin contamination in peanut.Xiaohan Liu Jiayun Fu Mingbo Wen Haohua Gu Pingping Ji Xiaofeng Yue Xiaoqian Tang Meijuan Liang Yang Zhou Qi Zhang Peiwu Li 2023Oil Crop Science2023,8,2:0
10Effect and mechanism of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide on osteogenic differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide(PSP)on osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).Methods:The mouse BMSCs were cultured and induced in osteoblast medium(OBM)containing finalconcentrations(0 mg/L,12.5 mg/L,25 mg/L,and 50 mg/L)of PSP.The proliferation and cytotoxicity of BMSCs were detected by MTT assay.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and Alizarin red S staining were performed after 7 days' ossification-inducing culture.The mRNA expressions of ALP,Runx2 and osteocalcin(OCN)were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR(qPCR).The mRNA and protein expressions of Tafazzin(TAZ)(a key effector of Hippo pathway)were measured by qPCR and western blotting,respectively.Results:PSP was non-cytotoxicwithin the dose range of 12.5-50 mg/L and had no impact on the proliferation of BMSCs.The activity of ALP,the intensity of ALP staining,and the formation of mineralized nodules were increased by PSP treatment(25 and50 mg/L)(P<0.01).Moreover,administration of 25 mg/L PSP significantly enhanced the mRNA levels of osteoblastic differentiation makers ALP,Runx2 and OCN as well as the mRNA and protein expressions of TAZ(P<0.01).Conclusion:PSP could promote osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs,and the mechanisms might be related to the activation of TAZ in the Hippo signaling pathway.Pingping Wu Lei Zhang Shaohui Zong Fangna Yan Yin Xiong Wenwen Fu Bo Li Gaofeng Zeng 2018广西医科大学学报2018,35,5:0

13Self-frequency-conversion nanowire lasers显示文摘Semiconductor nanowires(NWs)could simultaneously provide gain medium and optical cavity for performing nanoscale lasers with easy integration,ultracompact footprint,and low energy consumption.Here,we report Ⅲ-Ⅴsemiconductor NW lasers can also be used for self-frequency conversion to extend their output wavelengths,as a result of their non-centrosymmetric crystal structure and strongly localized optical field in the NWs.From a GaAs/In0.16Ga0.84As core/shell NW lasing at 1016 nm,an extra visible laser output at 508 nm is obtained via the process of second-harmonic generation,as confirmed by the far-field polarization dependence measurements and numerical modeling.From another NW laser with a larger diameter which supports multiple fundamental lasing wavelengths,multiple self-frequency-conversion lasing modes are observed due to second-harmonic generation and sum-frequency generation.The demonstrated self-frequency conversion of NW lasers opens an avenue for extending the working wavelengths of nanoscale lasers,even to the deep ultraviolet and THz range.Ruixuan Yi Xutao Zhang Chen Li Bijun Zhao Jing Wang Zhiwen Li Xuetao Gan Li Li Ziyuan Li Fanlu Zhang Liang Fang Naiyin Wang Pingping Chen Wei Lu Lan Fu Jianlin Zhao Hark Hoe Tan Chennupati Jagadish 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,6:0
14High-temperature dielectric switch and second harmonic generation integrated in a stimulus responsive material显示文摘Stimulus re s ponsive materials can provide a variety of desirable properties in one equipment unit,such as optoelectronic devices,data communications,actuators,memories,sensors and capacitors.However,it remains a large challenge to design such stimulus responsive materials,especially functional materials having both dielectric switch and second harmonic generation(SHG).Here,a new stimuli-responsive switchable material [(CH_(3))_(3)N(CH_(2))_(2)Cl]_(2)]Mn(SCN)_(4)(H_(2)O)_(2)] was discovered as a potential secondharmonic generation(SHG) dielectric switch.It is worth noting that it has SHG characteristics before and after undergoing reversible high-temperature phase transitions.In this work,we successfully refined the tetramethylammonium cation to obtain a quasi-spherical cation,which is tetramethylchloroethylamine(TMCEM) cation.By substituting H with a halogen,the increased steric hindrance of the molecular makes energy barrier increased,resulting in the reversible high-temperature phase transition.At the same time,the interactions of quasi-spherical cations and [Mn(SCN)_(4)(H_(2)O)_(2)]^(2-) anions affect a noncentrosymmetric structure to induce the SHG effect.These findings provide a new approach to design novel functional switch materials.Yingsong Xue Zhixu Zhang Pingping Shi Wanying Zhang Qiong Ye Dawei Fu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:0
