1Shock wave generation and its influencing parameters based on diesel injector显示文摘Based on schlieren imaging method the shock wave generated by diesel injector has been investigated,and the influences of ambient gas property, the progress of the spray, ambient gas density and ambient gas temperature on shock wave have been analyzed. The results show that:the images of spray shock wave are cleaner using sulfur hexafluoride(SF6) as ambient gas than using the nitrogen(N2); at the beginning of injection, shock wave phenomenon does not generate immediately as the fuel leave the nozzle because of the needle movement, and the hesitation is decided by the injection condition and characteristics of injector. The generation of shock wave in the spray tip and the detachment of shock wave from the spray tip show little effect on the spray macroscopic characteristics. 2PsyMuKB: An Integrative De Novo Variant Knowledge Base for Developmental Disorders显示文摘De novo variants(DNVs)are one of the most significant contributors to severe earlyonset genetic disorders such as autism spectrum disorder,intellectual disability,and other developmental and neuropsychiatric(DNP)disorders.Presently,a plethora of DNVs have been identified using next-generation sequencing,and many efforts have been made to understand their impact at the gene level.However,there has been little exploration of the effects at the isoform level.The brain contains a high level of alternative splicing and regulation,and exhibits a more divergent splicing program than other tissues.Therefore,it is crucial to explore variants at the transcriptional regulation level to better interpret the mechanisms underlying DNP disorders.To facilitate a better usage and improve the isoform-level interpretation of variants,we developed NeuroPsychiatric Mutation Knowledge Base(PsyMuKB).It contains a comprehensive,carefully curated list of DNVs with transcriptional and translational annotations to enable identification of isoformspecific mutations.PsyMuKB allows a flexible search of genes or variants and provides both table-based descriptions and associated visualizations,such as expression,transcript genomic structures,protein interactions,and the mutation sites mapped on the protein structures.It also provides an easy-to-use web interface,allowing users to rapidly visualize the locations and characteristics of mutations and the expression patterns of the impacted genes and isoforms.PsyMuKB thus constitutes a valuable resource for identifying tissue-specific DNVs for further functional studies of related disorders.PsyMuKB is freely accessible at http://gffzz08064908ab1147fdhv9x5wqq0k6nf6uuv.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn.Guan Ning Lin Sijia Guo Xian Tan Weidi Wang Wei Qian Weichen Song Jingru Wang Shunying Yu Zhen Wang Donghong Cui Han Wang 2019Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2019,17,4:2

5Occurrence, partition behavior, source and ecological risk assessment of nitro-PAHs in the sediment and water of Taige Canal, China显示文摘Nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(NPAHs)are widespread organic pollutants that possess carcinogenic and mutagenic properties,so they may pose a risk to the environment and human health.In this study,the concentrations of 15 NPAHs and 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in 30 surface water samples and 26 sediment samples were measured in 2018 from the Taige Canal,one of the main rivers flowing into Taihu Lake,China.The total NPAH concentrations in water and sediment ranged from 14.7 to 235 ng/L and 22.9 to 96.5 ng/g dw,respectively.9-nitrophenanthrene(nd–76.3 ng/L)was the dominant compound in surface water,while 2+3-nitrofluoranthene(1.73–18.1 ng/g dw)dominated in sediment.Among PAHs,concentration ranging from 1,097 to 2,981 ng/L and 1,089 to 4,489 ng/g dw in surface water and sediment,respectively.There was a strong positive correlation between the log octanol-water partition coefficient(Kow)and log sediment-water partition coefficient due to hydrophobic interaction.The fugacity fraction value increased with the decrease of log Kow,and chrysene was transferred from water into sediment.The residual NPAHs in surface water and sediment of the Taige Canal have partial correlation.Diesel engine and coal combustion emissions were probably the principal sources of NPAHs in surface water and sediment.The results of ecological risk assessment showed that some NPAHs inwater(e.g,1-nitropyrene and 6-nitrochrysene)and sediment(e.g.,2-nitrobiphenyl,5-nitroacenaphthene,9-nitrophenanthrene and 2+3-nitrofluoranthene)had moderate ecological risks,which should be of concern.Jijie Kong Tao Ma Xiaoyu Cao Weidi Li Fengxiao Zhu Huan He Cheng Sun Shaogui Yang Shiyin Li Qiming Xian 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:1

15Chiral organobases: Properties and applications in asymmetric catalysis显示文摘Chiral organobases occupy a significant position in asymmetric organocatalysis. The general types of chiral organobases include tertiary amines, amidines, guanidines, cyclopropenimines, and iminophosphoranes, etc. These organobases are demonstrated to be effective organocatalysts to promote divers kinds of base-initiated reactions in excellent yields and stereoselectivities. In previous reports, several groups have summarized each kind of chiral organobases in different reviews. 16LncRNA-m18as1 competitively binds with miR-18a-5p to regulate follicle-stimulating hormone secretion through the Smad2/3 pathway in rat primary pituitary cells显示文摘Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are expressed in different species and different tissues,and perform different functions,but little is known about their involvement in the synthesis or secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH).In general,we have revealed lnc RNA-micro RNA(mi RNA)-messenger RNA(m RNA)interactions that may play important roles in rat primary pituitary cells.In this study,a new lncRNA was identified for the first time.First,we analyzed the gene expression of lncRNA-m18as1 in different tissues and different stages by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)and observed the localization of lncRNA-m18as1 with fluorescence in situ hybridization,which indicated that this lncRNA was distributed mainly in the cytoplasm.Next,we used RT-qPCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to analyze the regulation of FSH synthesis and secretion after overexpression or knockdown of lncRNA-m18as1 and found that lncRNA-m18as1 was positively correlated with FSH synthesis and secretion.In addition,mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2(Smad2)was highly expressed in our sequencing results.We also screened miR-18a-5p from our sequencing results as a miRNA that may bind to lncRNA-m18as1 and Smad2.We used RNA immunoprecipitation-qPCR(RIP-qPCR)and/or dual luciferase assays to confirm that lncRNA-m18as1 interacted with miR-18a-5p and miR-18a-5p interacted with Smad2.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)showed that lncRNA-m18as1 and miR-18a-5p were localized mainly in the cytoplasm.Finally,we determined the relationship among lncRNA-m18as1,miR-18a-5p,and the Smad2/3 pathway.Overall,we found that lncRNA-m18as1 acts as a molecular sponge of miR-18a-5p to regulate the synthesis and secretion of FSH through the Smad2/3 pathway.Weidi ZHANG Wenzhi REN Dongxu HAN Guokun ZHAO Haoqi WANG Haixiang GUO Yi ZHENG Zhonghao JI Wei GAO Bao YUAN 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,6:0
17Coupled evolution of piston asperity and cylinder bore contour of piston/cylinder pair in axial piston pump显示文摘The wear condition of the piston/cylinder pair is crucial to the performance and reliability of the axial piston pump.The hard piston surface,the soft cylinder bore surface,and the interface oil film affects each other during the wear process.Specifically,in the mixed lubrication region,the geometry of the hard piston surface asperity directly affects the wear of soft cylinder bore surface,while the asperities may deform or even degrade when penetrating and sliding against the cylinder bore.So far,there is no suitable method to simulate their coupled evolution.This paper proposed a wear process simulation model considering the real-time interaction between the elasto-plastic deformation of the piston surface asperity,the wear contour of the cylinder bore,and the lubrication condition of the interface.An offline library of the elasto-plastic constitutive behavior of the asperity based on the finite element method(FEM)is established as a part of the simulation model to precisely analyze the deformation and degradation of the asperity and quickly invoke them in the numerical wear process simulation.The simulation and experimental results show that the piston asperity and the cylinder bore contour converge to a steady state after running-in for about 0.5 h.The distribution of the simulated asperity degradation and wear depth is also verified by the experiment.Fei LYU Junhui ZHANG Shoujun ZHAO Kun LI Bing XU Weidi HUANG Haogong XU Xiaochen HUANG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,8:0
18Development of ultra high strength special steels and wrought nickel base superalloys显示文摘Ultra-high strength special steels and wrought Ni-base superalloys are been ever increasingly applied in aircraft and aerospace,power generation,oil-gas and other industries.The development of those materials is driven by tougher working conditions,higher efficiency,environment consideration,resource limitation and cost reduction. This presentation will focus on the development of ultra high strength special steels and wrought Ni-base superalloys in aircraft industry. The examples of ultra-high strength steels include: (1) Ultra-high strength stainless steels for landing gear and other structures; (2)High speed and high temperature main shaft bearing steels; (3) Ultra-high strength steels for jet engine main shaft. New and modified Ni-base superalloys will be discussed by examples of (1 )Low cost,process-friendly superalloys with higher performance; (2)Modification of hard-to-processed superalloys. 19Performance optimization for high speed axial piston pump considering cylinder block tilt显示文摘Increasing the rotating speed is considered as an efficient approach to upgrade the power-to-weight ratio in an axial piston pump,but penalized by more leakage and more severe wear resulting from the adverse cylinder block tilt.Previous studies mainly focused on the bearing characteristic of the valve plate/cylinder block pair,but the spline coupling also plays a key role in the undesired cylinder block tilt,which has been little studied.A theoretical model for the rotating assembly is presented to investigate the effect of the spline coupling length on the cylinder block tilt and the performance of the valve plate/cylinder block pair.A typical high-speed axial piston pump with the displacement of 5.2 mL/r at 10000 r/min was studied by simulation and experiment.It shows that the optimal spline coupling length is one value increased by 2 mm from the original,bringing a remarkable leakage reduction under the high-speed condition by decreasing the cylinder block tilting angle.The experiment result matches well with the simulation.The influences of the spline coupling on the cylinder block tilt and the leakage were demonstrated.Haogong XU Junhui ZHANG Shoujun ZHAO Junyuan CHEN Weidi HUANG Xiaochen HUANG Fei LYU Qi SU Bing XU 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,9:0
