2Occurrence and bioaccumulation of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in sediments and paddy ecosystems of Liaohe River Basin, northeast China显示文摘Concentrations of 16 polybrominated diphenyl ether(PBDE) congeners were measured in river sediments, paddy soils and three species of paddy-field organisms(crab, loach and carp) collected from the Liaohe River Basin, northeastern China. The total contents of PBDEs(∑_(16)PBDEs) in sediments and paddy soils were in the ranges of 273.4–3246.3 pg/g dry weight(dw), and 192.1–1783.8 pg/g dw, respectively. BDE 209 was the dominant congener both in sediments and paddy soils. The concentrations of ∑_(16)PBDEs in sediments were significantly higher than those in the adjacent paddy soils, indicating a potential transport of PBDEs from river to paddy ecosystems via river water irrigation. The biota–soil accumulation factor(BSAF) was calculated as the ratio between the lipid-normalized concentration in paddyfield organisms and the total organic carbon-normalized concentration in paddy soil. The average BSAF values of ∑15PBDEs followed the sequence of crab(3.6) > loach(3.3) > carp(2.1). BDE 154 had the highest BSAF value, and a parabolic trend between BSAF values of individual PBDE congeners and their log KOWvalues was observed. 3Effect of ultrasonic vibration on finished quality in ultrasonic vibration assisted micromilling of Inconel718显示文摘Inconel718 was machined with the traditional micromilling(TMM)and ultrasonic vibration assisted micromilling(UVAMM)with the different technology parameters,whose surface quality and burrs formation were studied.The results show that TMM often forms pits,bumps and gullies in the size effect range.UVAMM effectively improves the surface quality compared with TMM.The surface defects are significantly reduced with the increase of feed per tooth(fz).When fz exceeds 4 lm,the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the surface quality is no longer obvious.The minimum burr size on the down milling side and the up milling side are 50.23 lm and 36.57 lm,respectively.The feasibility of vibration cutting in improving surface quality and suppressing burr size was verified.UVAMM effectively suppresses the formation of built-up edge,which can significantly improve the micromilling process.The cutting force is obtained through simulation and experiment.They are agreement in the change trend.The finite element simulation can be used to predict the cutting force.Compared with TMM,feeding force(Fx),radial force(Fy)and axial force(Fz)of UVAMM decrease by 7.6%,11.5%and 1.3%,respectively.Bin FANG Zhonghang YUAN Depeng LI Liying GAO 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6:3
4Blockchain-Based Data Sharing System for AI-Powered Network Operations显示文摘The explosive development of mobile communications and networking has led to the creation of an extremely complex system,which is difficult to manage.Hence,we propose an AI-powered network framework that uses AI technologies to operate the network automatically.However,due to the separation between different mobile network operators,data barriers between diverse operators become bottlenecks to exploit the full power of AI.In this paper,we establish a mutual trust data sharing framework to break these data barriers.The framework is based on the distributed and temper-proof attributes of blockchain.We implement a prototype based on Hyperledger Fabric.The proposed system combines supervision and fine-grained data access control based on smart contracts,which provides a secure and trustless environment for data sharing.We further compare our system with existing data sharing schemes,and we find that our system provides a better functionality.Guozhen Zhang Tong Li Yong Li Pan Hui Depeng Jin 2018Journal of Communications and Information Networks2018,3,3:2

9同基因混合G-CSF动员的异基因骨髓移植物诱导的抗白血病效应(英文)显示文摘Objective: To study clinical characteristics of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in order to diagnose and treat early and improve prognosis. Methods: 112 cases with NHL were pathologically diagnosed and treated in 1992-2005. Results: Among all cases, 30 were not treated previously, 79 were involved in peripheral lymph nodes, 55 deep lymph nodes, 18 Waldeyer's ring, 25 respiratory system, 26 digestive system, 26 spleen, 13 bone, 13 skin and subcutaneous, 4 urinogenital system, 13 other sites. Among 30 previously untreated patients, there were 4 staged I, 3 IE, 5 II, 1 IIE, 9 III, 1 IIIS and 7 IV. Among 82 patients with prior treatment, 29 were involved in lymph nodes only, 53 involved in different organs and tissues. In our series, there were 38 cases and 74 cases belonged to subtype A and subtype B respectively. Conclusion: The enlargement of peripheral lymph nodes is main clinical characteristic in NHL, but lesions also involve different organs and tissues. 10A Survey of Language-Based Approaches to Cyber-Physical and Embedded System Development显示文摘As computers continue to advance, they are becoming more capable of sensing, interacting, and communicating with the physical and cyber world. Medical devices, electronic braking systems in automotive applications, and industrial control systems are examples of the many Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS) that utilize these computing capabilities. Given the potential consequences of software related failures in such systems, a high degree of safety, security, and reliability is often required. Programming languages are important tools used by programmers to develop CPS. They provide a programmer with the ability to transform designs into machine code. Of equal importance is their ability to detect and avoid programming mistakes. The development of CPS has predominantly been accomplished using the C programming language. Although C is a powerful language, it lacks features present in other languages that facilitate the development of reliable systems. This has prompted research into language-based alternatives for improving program quality through the use of programming languages. This paper presents an overview of the characteristics of embedded and cyber-physical systems and the associated requirements imposed on programming languages. 12Synthesis of Chiral Polyphenylenes through Bergman Cyclization of Enediynes with Pendant Chiral Amino Ester Groups显示文摘Chiral enediynes with pendant chiral amino ester groups are synthesized through Sonogashira reactions and subjected to thermal triggered Bergman cyclization at elevated temperatures either in bulk or in solvents to produce chiral polyphenylenes. The disappearance of enediyne monomers are evidenced by FTIR and NMR spectroscopies. The formation of polyphenylenes is further confirmed by UV-Vis and MALDI-TOF mass spectroscopies(MS). Isotope pattern analysis of the MS spectra shows that the polymers prepared in solvents are terminated by the solvent molecules, whereas the chain ends of the polymers prepared in bulk consist of considerable amount of unmasked free radicals, which is further confirmed by EPR analysis. Circular dichroism(CD) spectra of the chiral polymers show blue shifts of the Cotton peaks, indicating the occurrence of the cycloaromatization reaction. 17Physical principle of wind erosion on sandy land surface in southern Beijing显示文摘The endangerment of aeolian sand is one of the most serious eco-environmental problems facing the southern suburb of Beijing. To control wind erosion is thus a matter of great urgency. This paper chooses typical land-use types, i.e., cultivated land, wild grassland, drifting sandy land, etc. based on the fixed experimental observation and quantitative analysis, to conduct studies on the principles and characteristics of aeolian activities and measures controlling wind erosion in Daxing District of Beijing. The results show that: the near ground wind velocity yielded the logarithmic distribution with height; there are significant differences among different ground cover roughness; there are significant differences in the corresponding friction velocities caused by different properties of the underlying surface; there are differences in the threshold wind velocities speed in different land use types; and there are minus exponential relations between the sediment discharge percentage and the height at a range of 0–20 cm air flow layer. Different land use types result in various degrees of coarse component. 20Ginkgo biloba extract alleviates fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome in laying hens via reshaping gut microbiota显示文摘Background Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)is evidenced to be effective in the prevention and alleviation of metabolic disorders,including obesity,diabetes and fatty liver disease.However,the role of GBE in alleviating fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS)in laying hens and the underlying mechanisms remain to be elucidated.Here,we investigated the effects of GBE on relieving FLHS with an emphasis on the modulatory role of GBE in chicken gut microbiota.Results The results showed that GBE treatment ameliorated biochemical blood indicators in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced FLHS laying hen model by decreasing the levels of TG,TC,ALT and ALP.The lipid accumulation and pathological score of liver were also relieved after GBE treatment.Moreover,GBE treatment enhanced the antioxidant activity of liver and serum by increasing GSH,SOD,T-AOC,GSH-PX and reducing MDA,and downregulated the expression of genes related to lipid synthesis(FAS,LXRα,GPAT1,PPARγand Ch REBP1)and inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6,TLR4 and NF-κB)in the liver.Microbial profiling analysis revealed that GBE treatment reshaped the HFD-perturbed gut microbiota,particularly elevated the abundance of Megasphaera in the cecum.Meanwhile,targeted metabolomic analysis of SCFAs revealed that GBE treatment significantly promoted the production of total SCFAs,acetate and propionate,which were positively correlated with the GBE-enriched gut microbiota.Finally,we confirmed that the GBE-altered gut microbiota was sufficient to alleviate FLHS by fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Conclusions We provided evidence that GBE alleviated FLHS in HFD-induced laying hens through reshaping the composition of gut microbiota.Our findings shed light on mechanism underlying the anti-FLHS efficacy of GBE and lay foundations for future use of GBE as additive to prevent and control FLHS in laying hen industry.Xinyue Yang Depeng Li Meihong Zhang Yuqing Feng Xiaolu Jin Dan Liu Yuming Guo Yongfei Hu 2024Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2024,15,1:0
