| 1 | Hydroxycut hepatotoxicity:A case series and review of liver toxicity from herbal weight loss supplements显示文摘Dietary supplements represent an increasingly common source of drug-induced liver injury. Hydroxycut is a popular weight loss supplement which has previously been linked to hepatotoxicity, although the individual chemical components underlying liver injury remain poorly understood. We report two cases of acute hepatitis in the setting of Hydroxycut exposure and describe possible mechanisms of liver injury. We also comprehensively review and summarize the existing literature on commonly used weight loss supplements, and their individual components which have demon-strated potential for liver toxicity. | 4 | Mechanisms of immune checkpoint inhibitormediated liver injury显示文摘The immune checkpoints,cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4(CTLA-4) and programmed cell death protein-1/ligand-1(PD-1/PD-L1) are vital contributors to immune resulation and tolerance.Recently immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) have revolutionized cancer therapy;however,they come with the cost of immune related adverse events involving multiple organs such as the liver.Due to its constant expo sure to foreign antigens,the liver has evolved a high capacity for immune tolerance,therefore,blockade of the immune checkpoints can result in aberrant immune activation affecting the liver in up to 20% of patients depending on the agent(s) used and underlying factors.This type of hepatotoxicity is termed immune mediated liver injury from checkpoint inhibitors(ILICI) and is more common when CTLA4 and PD-1/PDL1 are used in combination.The underlying mechanisms of this unique type of hepatotoxicity are not fully understood;however,the contribution of CD8^(+) cytotoxic T lymphocytes,various CD4^(+) T cells populations,cytokines,and the secondary activation of the innate immune system leading to liver injury have all been suggested.This review summarizes our current understanding of the underlying mechanisms of liver injury in immunotherapy using animal models of ILICI and available patient data from clinical studies. | Layla Shojaie Myra Ali Andrea Iorga Lily Dara | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021，11，12： | 6 |
| 5 | Effects of probiotic supplementation on abdominal pain severity in pediatric patients with irritable bowel syndrome:a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials显示文摘Background Probiotic supplementation has been used to alleviate abdominal pain in children and adolescents with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),but the evidence is not compelling.Thus,a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials(RCTs)were performed to investigate the effects of probiotic supplementation on abdominal pain in pediatric patients with IBS.Methods PubMed/MEDLINE,Web of Science,Scopus,Cochrane Library,and Embase were the available databases searched to find relevant randomized clinical trials up to April 2021.The effect size was expressed as weighted mean differenee(WMD)and 95% confidence interval(CI).Results Seven RCTs with 441 participants were included,from which the meta-analysis demonstrated that probiotic supplementation has a significant effect on reducing abdominal pain in pediatric patients with IBS(WMD=-2.36:95%CI-4.12 to-0.60;P=0.009).Although our study involved children and adolescents(≤18 years),the effects of probiotic supplementation seem to be more potent in patients under 10 years old(WMD=-2.55;95%CI-2.84 to -2.27)compared to patients aged 10-18 years(WMD=-1.70;95%CI-2.18 to -1.22).The length of supplementation longer than four weeks was more effective(WMD=-2.43;95%CI-2.76 to -2.09).Conclusion Probiotic supplementation can reduce abdominal pain in pediatric patients with IBS. | Somayeh Fatahi Amirhossein Hosseini Mohammad Hassan Sohouli Aliakbar Sayyari Katayoun Khatami Zahra Fazeli Farsani Hamzeh Amiri Naghi Dara Ivan G.O.de Souza Heitor O.Santos | 2022 | World Journal of Pediatrics2022，18，5： | 5 |

| 8 | 高度疟疾流行区快速控制疟疾试验显示文摘【目的】探索在高度疟疾流行区快速控制疟疾的策略与方法。【方法】2004-2005两年期间,选择柬埔寨石居省疟疾高度流行区及其周边地带作为灭源灭疟试验区,共62个自然村21 343人口。在对当地疟疾流行情况进行了细致调查的基础上, 采取三项主要灭源措施:①疟疾现症病人采用复方青蒿素(Artequick,ATQ)方案治疗,发热病人亦以此作假定性治疗;②儿童带虫率≥20%的17个村采用ATQ方案进行一次全民治疗;③儿童带虫率≥6%的27个村采用低剂量伯氨喹全民服药,每10 d 1次,连续6个月。组织村抗疟员执行以上灭源措施。监测17个疫源村的人群带虫率,每6个月监测1次。【结果】采取灭源措施2年后,儿童带虫率从55.8%下降为5.3%:其中恶性疟带虫率由37.0%下降为2.3%;间日疟加三日疟带虫率由 18.9%下降为3.0%;儿童恶性疟配子体带虫率由13.1%下降为1.2%。有8个村儿童恶性疟带虫率由采取措施前的平均46.5%下降至0。成人带虫率的改变与儿童带虫率改变相似,由46.5%降为6.3%;恶性疟带虫率由采取措施前的平均34.2%下降为 2.5%,间日疟加三日疟带虫率由12.3%降为3.8%。【结论】灭源灭疟法有别于以控制蚊媒为主的传统方法,是一种又快又省钱的新方法和新策略,可在较短时间内扭转疟疾的高度流行,直至彻底消灭疟疾,值得在广大高疟区推广应用。 | 宋健平 Duong Socheat 谈博 Prak Dara 李海波 Sreng Sokunthea Suon Seila 欧凤珍 简华香 李国桥 | 2006 | 广州中医药大学学报2006，23，2： | 3 |

| 10 | Gray Water Measurement and Feasibility of Retrieval Using Innovative Technology and Application in Water Resources Management in Isfahan-Iran显示文摘Reuse of wastewater for agriculture and green spaces purposes is significant.A mean yearly precipitation in Esfahan is 150 mm.The drinking water and agriculture usually used underground resources in the city.Gray water recycling is known as a suitable option today.Delivering all the water requirements of a home from refined water rises the cost of water.Whereas the essential water quality for garden,toilet and irrigation is less than drinking water.Therefore,the aim of this study is to analyze the evaluation of gray water and estimate the amount of recycle gray water which can use for drinking water with innovation method in Esfahan region in Iran.Previous studies did not measure the value of recycling gray water with new method of waste water treatment that can use for drinking purpose.In this study,gray water in Esfahan city is measured and technical aspects of its recycling is examined.Because of the lack of referable guidelines and official technical reports,studies from other similar countries applied in this study and on the basis of which the amount of recoverable gray water was calculated.Evaluations indicates that the overall recovery of gray water in Esfahan saves nine million cubic meters of water.The price of the rial of this value established on water is 190 billion Rials.Given the lack of water sources in Esfahan,the recycle of gray water seems to be a good option,however more research is required to select a recovery strategy. | Safieh Javadinejad Rebwar Dara Forough Jafary | 2020 | Journal of Geographical Research2020，3，2： | 3 |

| 16 | Effect of Precipitation Characteristics on Spatial and Temporal Variations of Landslide in Kermanshah Province in Iran显示文摘Landslide can be defined as the mass movement of sloping slopes under the influence of mass gravity and its stimuli such as earthquakes,floods and flood plains.This phenomenon is one of the natural hazards that every year causes a lot of financial and financial losses in mountainous,rain-fed and seismic areas.Detection of time and the magnitude of landslides are necessary to understand the causes of landslide and to warn potential hazards.In this research,the amount of landslide displacement in Kermanshah province was evaluated by the characteristics of rainfall.To this end,a network of fixed points in and out of the slipping mass of 20 points was created to monitor the amount of displacement on different slip load users and the amount of displacement of each point in 5 time intervals using the Global Positioning System for two-dimensional GPS measurement.The results of the 511-day follow-up showed that the total horizontal displacement of the moving points in the 5 intervals measured at 1658 mm has a monthly displacement rate of 112 mm.Also,the total vertical displacement of moving points at the same time is 899 mm,with a monthly movement rate of 71 mm.Then,precipitation variances such as rainfall,rainfall,precipitation duration,maximum rainfall intensity in the intervals of 10,20,30 and 60 minutes and the average rainfall intensity were calculated and extracted for each of the 5 time periods.The drawing of the vectors of points on the topographic map of the area indicated that the direction of mass movement is in the direction of elevation gradient of the region.The results showed that only the precipitation severity with the landslide had a good correlation.The landslide movement had the highest correlation with average rainfall intensity(R=0.85)and with maximum 30 minutes rainfall(R=0.67),respectively,and other rainfall characteristics like amount,duration,and type of rainfall had not significantly correlated with movement of landslides. | Safieh Javadinejad Rebwar Dara Forough Jafary | 2019 | Journal of Geographical Research2019，2，4： | 2 |
