1Preliminary experience with drug-coated balloon angioplasty in primary percutaneous coronary intervention显示文摘We evaluated the clinical feasibility of using drugcoated balloon(DCB) angioplasty in patients undergoingprimary percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI). Between January 2010 to September 2014,89 STelevation myocardial infarction patients(83% male,mean age 59 ± 14 years) with a total of 89 coronary lesions were treated with DCB during PPCI. Clinical outcomes are reported at 30 d follow-up. Left anterior descending artery was the most common target vessel for PCI(37%). Twenty-eight percent of the patients had underlying diabetes mellitus. Mean left ventricular ejection fraction was 44% ± 11%. DCB-only PCI was the predominant approach(96%) with the remaining 4% of patients receiving bail-out stenting. Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction(TIMI) 3 flow was successfully restored in 98% of patients. An average of 1.2 ± 0.5 DCB were used per patient,with mean DCB diameter of 2.6 ± 0.5 mm and average length of 23.2 ± 10.2 mm. At 30-d follow-up,there were 4 deaths(4.5%). No patients experienced abrupt closure of the infarctrelated artery and there was no reported target-lesion failure. 2Effects of Integrated Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers on Yield and Growth Parameters of Rice Varieties显示文摘We investigated the effects of integrated organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of indica rice variety Manawthukha and japonica rice variety Genkitsukushi.In a split-plot design,the two rice varieties were assigned as main plot factors,and the integrated treatments were the subplot factors,including no-N fertilizer(N0),50%chemical fertilizer(CF)(CF50),100%CF(CF100),50%CF+50%poultry manure(PM)(CF50PM50),50%CF+50%cow manure(CM)(CF50CM50),and 50%CF+50%compost(CP)(CF50CP50).CF100 was equivalent to N at 85 kg/hm2.Manure was applied based on the estimated mineralizable nitrogen(EMN)level,which is dependent on total N(%)of each manure type.Manawthukha rice plants were taller with higher tiller number and dry matter content.However,higher soil-plant analysis development(SPAD)values were measured in Genkitsukushi throughout the crop growth period,resulting in higher seed-setting rate(%)and greater yield.At the same N level,CF50PM50 application in both rice varieties resulted in higher SPAD values,plant height and tiller number than CF100.CF50PM50 containing total N more than 4%supplied synchronized N for the demands of the rice plants,resulting in maximum dry matter,yield and yield components.CF50CM50 and CF50CP50 treatments containing total N less than 4%resulted in lower yields which were similar to CF100.These results indicated that integrating organic and inorganic fertilizers enhanced growth parameters and yields of Manawthukha and Genkitsukushi,while reducing the dose of chemical fertilizer.Kyi MOE Seinn Moh MOH Aung Zaw HTWE Yoshinori KAJIHARA Takeo YAMAKAWA 2019Rice science2019,26,5:12
3The proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 geneE670G polymorphism and serum lipid levels in the Guangxi Bai Ku Yao and Han populations显示文摘Background The association of E670G polymorphism in the proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) gene and serum lipid profiles is inconsistent in dif- ferent ethnic groups.Bai Ku Yao is a special subgroup of the Yao minority in China.The present study was undertaken association of PCSK9 E670G polymorphism and several environmental factors with serum lipid levels in the Guangxi Bai Ku Yao and Han populations.Methods A total of 649 subjects of Bai Ku Yao and 646 participants of Han Chinese were randomly selected from our previous stratified randomized cluster samples.Genotyping of the PCSK9 E670G polymorphism was performed by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism combined with gel electrophoresis,and then confirmed by direct sequencing. Results The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and apolipoprotein(Apo) AI were lower in Bai Ku Yao than in Han(P<0.01 for all).The frequency of A and G alleles was 98.00%and 2.00%in Bai Ku Yao,and 95.20%and 4.80%in Han(P<0.01);respectively. 5Near-infrared photoimmunotherapy of pancreatic cancer using an indocyanine green-labeled anti-tissue factor antibody显示文摘AIM To investigate near-infrared photoimmunotherapeutic effect mediated by an anti-tissue factor(TF) antibody conjugated to indocyanine green(ICG) in a pancreatic cancer model.METHODS Near-infrared photoimmunotherapy(NIR-PIT) is a highly selective tumor treatment that utilizes an antibody-photosensitizer conjugate administration, followed by NIR light exposure. Anti-TF antibody 1849-ICG conjugate was synthesized by labeling of rat IgG2 b anti-TF monoclonal antibody 1849(anti-TF 1849) to a NIR photosensitizer,ICG. The expression levels of TF in two human pancreatic cancer cell lines were examined by western blotting. Specific binding of the 1849-ICG to TF-expressing BxPC-3 cells was examined by fluorescence microscopy. NIR-PITinduced cell death was determined by cell viability imaging assay. In vivo longitudinal fluorescence imaging was used to explore the accumulation of 1849-ICG conjugate in xenograft tumors. To examine the effect of NIRPIT, tumor-bearing mice were separated into 5 groups:(1) 100 μg of 1849-ICG i.v. administration followed by NIR light exposure(50 J/cm2) on two consecutive days(Days 1 and 2);(2) NIR light exposure(50 J/cm2) only on two consecutive days(Days 1 and 2);(3) 100 μg of 1849-ICG i.v. administration;(4) 100 μg of unlabeled antiTF 1849 i.v. administration; and(5) the untreated control. Semiweekly tumor volume measurements, accompanied with histological and immunohistochemical(IHC) analyses of tumors, were performed 3 d after the 2nd irradiation with NIR light to monitor the effect of treatments. RESULTS High TF expression in BxPC-3 cells was observed via western blot analysis, concordant with the observed preferential binding with intracellular localization of 1849-ICG via fluorescence microscopy. NIR-PIT-induced cell death was observed by performing cell viability imaging assay. In contrast to the other test groups, tumor growth was significantly inhibited by NIR-PIT with a statistically significant difference in relative tumor volumes for 27 d after the treatment start date [2.83 ± 0.38(NIR-PIT) vs 5.42 ± 1.61(Untreated), vs 4.90 ± 0.87(NIR), vs 4.28 ±1.87(1849-ICG), vs 4.35 ± 1.42(anti-TF 1849), at Day 27, P < 0.05]. 8CD26分子在正常皮肤组织和瘢痕疙瘩组织中成纤维细胞表达的差异分析显示文摘目的探究CD26表面分子在正常皮肤组织和瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中表达的差异。方法正常皮肤成纤维细胞(NFs)组的正常皮肤组织取自接受腹部整形术的10例患者;瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞(KFs)组瘢痕疙瘩组织取自此前未经过任何治疗的10例瘢痕疙瘩患者的胸部和腹部。利用酶消化法获得原代KFs和NFs,应用流式分析技术检测CD26表面分子在2组细胞中的表达差异。用流式分选技术对NFs和KFs组中CD26表达阳性(CD26+)与表达阴性(CD26-)细胞进行分选,体外常规培养4 d后对细胞形态进行初步分析。结果 CD26表面分子在KFs和NFs中均可表达,但KFs组表达率(46.65±13.97)%明显高于NFs组(24.75±16.85)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经流式分选后,CD26+与CD26-细胞群在NFs与KFs组中形态均无明显差异。结论 CD26分子在瘢痕疙瘩组织成纤维细胞中的表达率明显高于正常皮肤组织成纤维细胞中的表达率,CD26-和CK26+细胞群在形态上无明显差异。辛宇 Melia Bogari Zin Mar Aung 陈伟 柴岗 张艳 2017中国美容整形外科杂志2017,28,1:5
9缅甸和中国的非正式跨国界流动显示文摘西方国家对缅甸长达十余年的经济制裁严重阻碍了缅甸经济的发展。由于与发达国家的贸易异常艰难,缅甸贸易的中心转向邻国。本文分析了缅甸和中国非正式跨国界物资和人员流动的原因和影响,提出的对策建议包括:两国的管理部门之间要加强合作,将非正式流动顺利转变为正式流动。通过合作,重新认真审查和修订为非正式流动制定的限制性政策法规,降低非正式流动对当地社区的社会和经济造成的负面影响。文章提出只有利益相关各方长期合作共同制定多维政策,应对多维问题,才能实现双赢的局面。Winston Set Aung 张成霞 2011东南亚纵横2011,,2:5

12苯酚和苯胺类化合物对光泽精化学发光的增强和抑制作用显示文摘研究了苯酚和苯胺类化合物在不同pH下对光泽精-H2O2-Co2+体系化学发光(Chemiluminescence,CL)的影响。在NaHCO3-Na2CO3缓冲体系中,具有吸电子基团或两个-OH处于间位的化合物在中间的pH(即pH9.9)呈现增强作用,其他的化合物呈现抑制作用;在NaOH体系中,所有的化合物都呈现抑制作用。化合物对光泽精CL增强和抑制作用与化合物的结构、介质、以及介质的pH有关。通过研究光泽精CL反应混合物的荧光光谱以及光泽精体系的CL光谱等,提出了其增强和抑制作用的可能机理。苯酚和苯胺类化合物与光泽精竞争消耗溶液中的H2O2/HO2-,导致了化合物对光泽精CL的抑制作用;同时,苯酚和苯胺类化合物可以作为亲核试剂与光泽精反应形成一种加成物,这种加成物与光泽精相互作用生成光泽精自由基,然后与溶解氧反应产生CL,从而增强光泽精的CL。这两种作用相互竞争,导致了不同的条件下,化合物对光泽精CL增强和抑制作用的出现。石明娟 Aung Myint 董永平 崔华 2007光谱学与光谱分析2007,27,10:4
13Direct observation of epitaxial alignment of Au on M0S2 at atomic resolution显示文摘The morphology and structural stability of metal/2D semic on ductor interfaces strongly affect the performa nee of 2D electronic devices and synergistic catalysis. However, the structural evolution at the interfaces has not been well explored particularly at atomic resolution. In this work, we study the structural evoluti on of Au nan oparticles (NPs) on few-layer MoS2 by high resol utio n transmissi on electro n microscopy (HRTEM) an d quan titative high-angle annular dark field seanning TEM. It is found that in the transition of Au from nan oparticles to den drites, a dynamically epitaxial align ment betwee n Au and MoS2 lattices is formed, and Moirc patter ns can be directly observed in HRTEM images due to the mismatch between Au and M0S2 lattices. This epitaxial alignment can occur in ambient conditions, and can also be accelerated by the irradiation of high-energy electron beam. In situ observation clearly reveals the rotation of Au NPs, the atom migration inside Au NPs, and the transfer of Au atoms between neighboring Au NPs, finally leading to the formation of epitaxially aligned Au dendrites on M0S2. 14Sagaing Fault slip and deformation in Myanmar observed by continuous GPS measurements显示文摘The Sagaing Fault is a major tectonic structure between the Indian Plate and Sunda Plate.The fault measures 1200 km along north-south and cuts through the centre of Myanmar.Many urban areas lie along the fault.As a result,Myanmar has established a continuous Global Positioning System(cGPS) network across the Sagaing Fault since 2011.The cGPS network consists of eight cGPS stations that form two transects across the fault.The data analysis covers a period of four years from 2011 to 2014.GAMIT,GLOBK,and TRACK software suite packages are used for GPS data processing and analysis.This study consists of two main objectives.The first objective is to analyse the Myanmar cGPS network observations in order to measure the moving rate and direction of movement for each cGPS station using GAMIT/GLOBK software packages.The second objective is to investigate the co-seismic moving rate associated with the earthquake event using TRACK kinematic positioning program.The analysis results indicate that the east side of the Sagaing Fault moves southeastward at the average rate of approximately 32-40 mm/a,whereas the west side of the fault moves northeastward at the rate of about 31-35 mm/a.For co-seismic analysis,two cGPS stations are analysed in connection with the 2012 M6.8 Thabeikkyin earthquake.These stations are located 50-60 km away from the epicentre.The GPS data analysis clearly showed that the station at the east side of the Sagaing Fault immediately moved south by 15.0 cm,whereas the station at the west side of the fault moved north by3.0 cm.In conclusion,this study demonstrates that the Sagaing Fault's tectonic activities can be monitored by cGPS observations using geodetic processing techniques.We believe that such investigation brings contribution to better understand of the tectonic activities in Myanmar and South East Asia.Pyae Sone Aung Chalermchon Satirapod Constantin-Octavian Andrei 2016Geodesy and Geodynamics2016,7,1:4

17拔牙后不同类型骨缺损行位点保存术骨量恢复的CBCT比较研究显示文摘目的:探讨拔牙位点保存术在恢复骨缺损中的作用以及对不同类型骨缺损可能存在的骨增量差异。方法:选取广西医科大学附属口腔医院种植科就诊的患者80例,分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组在行拔牙术的同时行拔牙位点保存术,对照组拔牙术后不填充骨替代材料;两组再根据拔牙窝牙槽骨缺损的类型分为4个亚组:拔牙窝为一壁骨缺损(A组)、二壁骨缺损(B组)、三壁骨缺损(C组)、四壁骨缺损(D组)。实验组无膜拔牙后采用脱矿的牛骨混合10%骨胶原(Bio-Oss Collagen?)保存牙槽骨,所有研究对象拔牙术前行锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT),6个月后随访。结果:实验组平均骨高度较术前增加,牙槽骨平均宽度较估计原始骨轮廓恢复72.79%~88.08%,对照组牙槽骨平均宽度较估计原始骨轮廓恢复57.20%~84.91%。结论:拔牙位点保存术对牙槽骨的恢复具有明显效果,可以有效减少拔牙后牙槽骨骨吸收。Ye Myat Thu 李晓 蒋延波 Aung Than Oo 唐礼 2020广西医科大学学报2020,37,1:4
18伺服阀前置级流场气穴现象的仿真及试验研究显示文摘针对液压阀中的气穴现象会引起液压阀的噪音、性能恶化,甚至导致液压阀失效等问题,对伺服阀前置级喷嘴和挡板之间流场中的气穴现象进行了研究。利用Pro/E软件对流场进行了三维建模,用前处理软件Gambit对三维模型进行了网格划分及边界条件设置,利用标准k-ε模型和混合气穴模型建立流场的数学模型,运用FLUENT软件对不同喷嘴入口流速下流场的分布特性及气穴特征进行了仿真分析;同时利用高速摄像机对喷嘴挡板之间的流场分布进行了观测和记录。研究结果表明,在低雷诺数流动条件下,气穴开始在喷嘴外壁和挡板前端的边缘形成;随着雷诺数的增大,在挡板弯曲的附体气穴逐渐长大并随着射流流速的增加出现云状的气穴。将不同流动条件下流场结构和气穴分布的数值计算结果与试验观测结果进行比较,两者基本吻合,说明伺服阀前置级流场气穴仿真模型和数值计算方法是可靠的。韩笑 Nay Zar Aung 曹俊章 李松晶 2014机电工程2014,31,10:4
19Dynamic traffic congestion pricing and electric vehicle charging management system for the internet of vehicles in smart cities显示文摘The integration of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV)in future smart cities could help solve many traffic-related challenges,such as reducing traffic congestion and traffic accidents.Various congestion pricing and electric vehicle charging policies have been introduced in recent years.Nonetheless,the majority of these schemes emphasize penalizing the vehicles that opt to take the congested roads or charge in the crowded charging station and do not reward the vehicles that cooperate with the traffic management system.In this paper,we propose a novel dynamic traffic congestion pricing and electric vehicle charging management system for the internet of vehicles in an urban smart city environment.The proposed system rewards the drivers that opt to take alternative congested-free ways and congested-free charging stations.We propose a token management system that serves as a virtual currency,where the vehicles earn these tokens if they take alternative non-congested ways and charging stations and use the tokens to pay for the charging fees.The proposed system is designed for Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks(VANETs)in the context of a smart city environment without the need to set up any expensive toll collection stations.Through large-scale traffic simulation in different smart city scenarios,it is proved that the system can reduce the traffic congestion and the total charging time at the charging stations.Nyothiri Aung Weidong Zhang Kashif Sultan Sahraoui Dhelim Yibo Ai 2021Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,4:3
