11-甲基环丙烯延缓青花菜衰老的效应及机理显示文摘研究了1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)对青花菜衰老的影响。结果表明,0-20μL/L的1-MCP在20 ℃下处理青花菜花球6 h,能延长20℃贮藏条件下青花菜的货架寿命,延缓花蕾中营养成分叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和维生素C等的降解,其中以2.5μL/L处理的效果最佳。进一步研究还表明2.5μL/L 1-MCP处理抑制花蕾的呼吸速率和乙烯释放速率,并使贮藏期间花蕾的蛋白质含量升高;丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性升高,过氧化物酶(POD)的活性下降,同时,SDS-PAGE分析表明,这一处理使花球中醇溶性蛋白和水溶性蛋白的组分和含量发生明显变化。汪俏梅 郭得平 Kyikyi Win 袁晶 2004园艺学报2004,31,2:41
2针刺百会穴前后血管性痴呆患者不同脑区的脑葡萄糖代谢显示文摘目的:运用正电子发射型计算机断层显像技术,观察百会穴针刺前后血管性痴呆患者对不同脑区葡萄糖代谢的变化。方法:收治2004-05/10广州星光老人之家二院和广州千禧颐老院的血管性痴呆患者10例。男4例,女6例;病程1~9年;均为右利手。随机分为常规体针治疗组5例和百会治疗组5例。5次/周,共治疗4周。10例中缺血性脑血管病8例,出血性脑血管病2例;有1次脑卒中史9例,有2次脑卒中史1例;右侧偏瘫7例,左侧偏瘫3例。所有患者均接受正电子发射型计算机断层显像法观察脑区感兴趣区[分别设为双侧额叶(眶回)、双侧顶叶、双侧颞叶(海马及海马旁回)、双侧枕叶、双侧丘脑、双侧扣带回、双侧尾状核、双侧豆状核和双侧小脑]的葡萄糖代谢水平,并进行治疗前后的比较。结果:10例患者均进入结果分析。①常规针刺组治疗前后脑部感兴趣区葡萄糖代谢变化:患脑豆状核治疗后明显高于治疗前[(2.49±0.99,1.85±0.53),t=2.90,P<0.05]。健脑治疗后颞叶明显高于治疗前[(1.59±0.63,1.28±0.36),t=2.88,P<0.05]。②百会组治疗前后脑部感兴趣区葡萄糖代谢变化:患脑额叶、豆状核治疗后显著高于治疗前[(2.78±0.27,2.80±0.40;2.21±0.34,2.25±0.35),t=3.01,3.25,P<0.05]。健脑颞叶、豆状核治疗后显著高于治疗前[(1.69±0.43,2.79±0.38;1.32±0.36,2.22±0.47),t=2.93,3.16,P<0.05]。结论:①常规针刺组能显著提高患脑豆状核和健脑颞叶的葡萄糖代谢水平。②百会穴治疗组对血管性痴呆患者的患脑额叶、健脑颞叶及双侧豆状核区的葡萄糖代谢有显著增高。黄泳 赖新生 陈静 李东江 唐安戊 Win Moe Htut Fenanda Hamanenga 2005中国临床康复2005,9,36:27
3大同盆地砷中毒病区沉积物中砷的吸附行为和影响因素分析显示文摘沉积物对砷的吸附-解吸作用是控制砷在地下水中的迁移和转化的决定性因素。对砷中毒重病区大同盆地山胡县沉积物中砷的吸附行为和影响因素研究结果表明,沉积物对砷的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温模式,吸附量主要与沉积物颗粒大小、黏土矿物质量分数和类型、铁铝氧化物质量分数以及沉积物中As的质量分数有关,有机质质量分数对砷的吸附量影响需进一步深入研究。铝硅酸盐、铁铝氧化物质量分数较高且颗粒较细的黏土和亚黏土类沉积物对砷的吸附性较强;而铝硅酸盐、铁铝氧化物质量分数较低且颗粒较粗的细砂和粉砂类沉积物对砷的吸附性较差,其所处的含水层也是形成高砷地下水的主要含水层。pH值为5.5~8.0时,砷的吸附量最大。大同盆地高砷地下水pH条件非常不利于沉积物中砷的吸附,易形成高砷地下水。该区地下水10℃左右的温度条件非常有利于沉积物对砷的吸附,但由于影响因素较多,且地下水的温度在不同季节会发生一定的变化,其产生的影响还有待进一步研究。苏春利 Win hlaing 王焰新 徐芬 张随成 2009地质科技情报2009,28,3:17

5百会、人中、神门治疗血管性痴呆的比较研究显示文摘目的:探讨百会、人中、神门治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的相对特异性。方法:50例VD患者随机分为常规穴位针刺组、常规穴位加用百会穴组、常规穴位加用人中穴组、常规穴位加用神门穴组、常规穴位加用百会、人中和神门组。治疗前后运用临床痴呆评定表(CDR)、简易智能量表(MMSE)、Blessed行为量表(BBS)、神经功能缺损评分(CNFD)等量表进行测评,评分结果纳入统计学处理。结果:百会、人中、神门对VD患者流体智力方面有显著改变,3穴联合运用,可较全面地改善VD患者的认知功能和非认知功能。单用其中任何一穴进行治疗,VD患者的时间定向、空间定向和图形描记能力都有显著提高。百会还长于改善注意计算、短程记忆和其个性改变,人中穴还长于改善语言命名和短程记忆。结论:百会、人中、神门对改善VD患者智力有一定疗效,百会和人中的作用优于神门,3穴联用效果最佳。黄泳 陈静 Win Moe Htut 赖新生 2005江苏中医药2005,26,3:13

8Optical tuning of exciton and trion emissions in monolayer phosphorene显示文摘Monolayer phosphorene provides a unique two-dimensional(2D)platform to investigate the fundamental dynamics of excitons and trions(charged excitons)in reduced dimensions.However,owing to its high instability,unambiguous identification of monolayer phosphorene has been elusive.Consequently,many important fundamental properties,such as exciton dynamics,remain underexplored.We report a rapid,noninvasive,and highly accurate approach based on optical interferometry to determine the layer number of phosphorene,and confirm the results with reliable photoluminescence measurements.Furthermore,we successfully probed the dynamics of excitons and trions in monolayer phosphorene by controlling the photo-carrier injection in a relatively low excitation power range.Based on our measured optical gap and the previously measured electronic energy gap,we determined the exciton binding energy to be~0.3 eV for the monolayer phosphorene on SiO_(2)/Si substrate,which agrees well with theoretical predictions.A huge trion binding energy of~100 meV was first observed in monolayer phosphorene,which is around five times higher than that in transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)monolayer semiconductor,such as MoS_(2).The carrier lifetime of exciton emission in monolayer phosphorene was measured to be,220 ps,which is comparable to those in other 2D TMD semiconductors.Our results open new avenues for exploring fundamental phenomena and novel optoelectronic applications using monolayer phosphorene.Jiong Yang Renjing Xu Jiajie Pei Ye Win Myint Fan Wang Zhu Wang Shuang Zhang Zongfu Yu Yuerui Lu 2015Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1:8

11Laparoscopic surgery for early gallbladder carcinoma:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND There is a controversy as to whether laparoscopic surgery leads to a poor prognosis compared to the open approach for early gallbladder carcinoma (GBC)We hypothesized that the laparoscopic approach is an alternative for early GBC.AIM To identify and evaluate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early GBC.METHODS A comprehensive search of online databases,including MEDLINE (PubMed),Cochrane libraries,and Web of Science,was performed to identify noncomparative studies reporting the outcomes of laparoscopic surgery and comparative studies involving laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in early GBC from January 2009 to October 2019.A fixed-effects meta-analysis was performed for 1-and 5-year overall survival and postoperative complications,while 3-year overall survival,operation time,blood loss,the number of lymph node dissected,and postoperative hospital stay were analyzed by random-effects models.RESULTS The review identified 7 comparative studies and 8 non-comparative studies.1068 patients (laparoscopic surgery:613;open surgery:455) were included in the meta-analysis of 1-,3-,and 5-year overall survival with no significant differences observed [(HR=0.54;95%CI:0.29-1.00;12=0.0%;P=0.051),(HR=0.75;95%CI:0.34-1.65;I^2=60.7%;P=0.474),(HR=0.71;95%CI:0.47-1.08;I^2=49.6%;P=0.107),respectively].There were no significant differences in operation time[weighted mean difference (WMD)=18.69;95%CI:-19.98-57.36;I^2=81.4%;P=0.343],intraoperative blood loss (WMD=-169.14;95%CI:-377.86-39.57;I2=89.5%;P=0.112),the number of lymph nodes resected (WMD=0.12;95%CI:-2.95-3.18;I^2=73.4%;P=0.940),and the complication rate (OR=0.69;95%CI:0.30-1.58;I2=0.0%;P=0.377) between the two groups,while patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery had a reduced length of hospital stay (WMD=-5.09;95%CI:-8.74--1.45;I2=91.0%;P=0.006).CONCLUSION This systematic review and meta-analysis confirms that laparoscopic surgery is a safe and feasible alternative to open surgery with comparable survival and operation-related outcomes for early GBC.Xu Feng Jia-Sheng Cao Ming-Yu Chen Bin Zhang Sarun Juengpanich Jia-Hao Hu Win Topatana Shi-Jie Li Ji-Liang Shen Guang-Yuan Xiao Xiu-Jun Cai Hong Yu 2020World Journal of Clinical Cases2020,8,6:6

13Atmospheric HULIS and its ability to mediate the reactive oxygen species (ROS): A review显示文摘Atmospheric humic-like substances(HULIS) are not only an unresolved mixture of macroorganic compounds but also powerful chelating agents in atmospheric particulate matters(PMs); impacting on both the properties of aerosol particles and health effects by generating reactive oxygen species(ROS). Currently, the interests of HULIS are intensively shifting to the investigations of HULIS-metal synergic effects and kinetics modeling studies, as well as the development of HULIS quantification, findings of possible HULIS sources and generation of ROS from HULIS. In light of HULIS studies, we comprehensively review the current knowledge of isolation and physicochemical characterization of HULIS from atmospheric samples as well as HULIS properties(hygroscopic, surface activity, and colloidal) and possible sources of HULIS.This review mainly highlights the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) from PMs, HULIS and transition metals, especially iron. This review also summarized the mechanism of ironorganic complexation and recent findings of OH formation from HULIS-metal complexes. 15Single-center study comparing computed tomography colonography with conventional colonoscopy显示文摘AIM:To compare the results from computed tomography (CT) colonography with conventional colonoscopy in symptomatic patients referred for colonoscopy. METHODS: The study included 227 adult outpatients, mean age 60 years, with appropriate indications for colonoscopy. CT colonography and colonoscopy were performed on the same day in a metropolitan teaching hospital. Colonoscopists were initially blinded to the results of CT colonography but there was segmental unblinding during the procedure. The primary outcome measures were the sensitivity and specificity of CT colonography for the identification of polyps seen at colonoscopy (i.e. analysis by polyp). Secondary outcome measures included an analysis by patient, extracolonic findings at CT colonography, adverse events with both procedures and patient acceptance and preference. RESULTS: Twenty-five patients (11%) were excluded from the analysis because of incomplete colonoscopy or poor bowel preparation that affected either CT colonography, colonoscopy or both procedures. Polyps and masses (usually cancers) were detected at colonoscopy and CT colonography in 35% and 42% of patients, respectively. Of nine patients with a finaldiagnosis of cancer, eight (89%) were identified by CT colonography as masses (5) or polyps (3). For polyps analyzed according to polyp, the overall sensitivity of CT colonography was 50% (95% CI, 39%-61%) but this increased to 71% (95% CI, 52%-85%) for polyps ≥ 6 mm in size. Similarly, specificity for all polyps was 48% (95% CI, 39%-58%) increasing to 67% (95% CI, 56%-76%) for polyps ≥ 6 mm. Adverse events were uncommon but included one colonic perforation at colonoscopy. Patient acceptance was high for both procedures but preference favoured CT colonography. 16Prognostic factors and predictors of postoperative adjuvant transcatheter arterial chemoembolization benefit in patients with resected hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND Postoperative adjuvant transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (PA-TACE) has improved overall survival (OS) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).However,the prognostic and predictive factors remain unclear.AIM To assess the prognostic factors and the predictors of PA-TACE benefit for OS in patients with resected HCC.METHODS Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to identify the potential prognostic factors for OS.In order to assess the predictive factors of PA-TACE benefit,the interaction variables between treatments for each subgroup were evaluated using the Cox proportional hazards regression model.RESULTS A total of 378 patients (PA-TACE vs surgery alone,189:189) from three centerswere included after a propensity-score 1:1 matching analysis.Compared to the group receiving surgery alone,PA-TACE prolonged the OS rate in patients with resected HCC (P <0.001).The Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer system and ferritinto-hemoglobin ratio (FHR) were used as the prognostic factors for OS in both groups.Age (P=0.023) and microscopic vascular invasion (MVI)(P=0.002) were also identified in the PA-TACE group,while gender (P=0.027),hepatitis B virus(P=0.034) and albumin-bilirubin grade (P=0.027) were also selected in the surgery alone group.In addition,PA-TACE resulted in longer OS than surgery alone across subgroups [all hazard ratios (PA-TACE-to-surgery alone)<1].Notably,a significantly prolonged OS following PA-TACE was observed in patients with high FHR (P=0.038) and without MVI (P=0.048).CONCLUSION FHR and Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stages were regarded as prognostic factors for OS.Moreover,high FHR and the absence of MVI were important predictive factors,which can be used to assist clinicians in selecting which patients could achieve a better OS with PA-TACE.Ming-Yu Chen Sarun Juengpanich Jia-Hao Hu Win Topatana Jia-Sheng Cao Chen-Hao Tong Jian Lin Xiu-Jun Cai 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,10:4
17Polyelectrolyte gelatin-chitosan hydrogel optimized for 3D bioprinting in skin tissue engineering显示文摘Bioprinting is a promising automated platform that enables the simultaneous deposition of multiple types of cells and biomaterials to fabricate complex three-dimensional(3D)tissue constructs.Collagen-based biomaterial used in most of the previous works on skin bioprinting has poor printability and long crosslinking time.This posed an immense challenge to create 3D constructs with pre-determined shape and configuration at high throughput.Recently,the use of chitosan for wound healing applications has attracted huge attention due to its attractive traits such as its antimicrobial properties and ability to trigger hemostasis.In this paper,we optimized polyelectrolyte gelatin-chitosan hydrogel for 3D bioprinting.Modification to the chitosan was carried out via the oppositely charged functional groups from chitosan and gelatin at a specific pH of^pH 6.5 to form polyelectrolyte complexes.The polyelectrolyte hydrogels were evaluated in terms of physical interactions within polymer blend,rheological properties(viscosities,storage and loss modulus),printing resolution at varying pressures and feed rates and biocompatibility.The polyelectrolyte gelatin-chitosan hydrogels formulated in this work was optimized for 3D bioprinting at room temperature to achieve high shape fidelity of the printed 3D constructs and good biocompatibility with fibroblast skin cells.Wei Long Ng Wai Yee Yeong May Win Naing 2016International Journal of Bioprinting2016,2,1:4
18Towards a natural classification of Botryosphaeriales显示文摘The type specimens of Auerswaldia,Auerswaldiella,Barriopsis,Botryosphaeria,Leptoguignardia,Melanops,Neodeightonia,Phaeobotryon,Phaeobotryosphaeria,Phyllachorella,Pyrenostigme,Saccharata,Sivanesania,Spencermartinsia and Vestergrenia were examined and fresh specimens of Botryosphaeriales were collected from Thailand.This material is used to provide a systematic treatment of Botryosphaeriales based on morphology and phylogeny.Two new genera,Botryobambusa and Cophinforma are introduced and comparedwith existing genera.Four species newto science,Auerswaldia dothiorella,A.lignicola,Botryosphaeria fusispora and Phaeobotryosphaeria eucalypti,are also described and justified.We accept 29 genera in Botryosphaeriales,with Macrovalsaria being newly placed.In the phylogenetic tree,the 114 strains of Botyrosphaeriales included in the analysis cluster into two major clades with 80%,96%and 1.00(MP,ML and BY)support,with Clade A containing the family type of Botryosphaeriaceae,and Clade B containing Phyllosticta,Saccharata and Melanops species.This group may represent Phyllostictaceae.In Clade A the taxa analyzed cluster in eight sub-clades(Clades A1-8).Clade A1 comprises three distinct subclusters corresponding to the genera Diplodia(Diplodia Clade),Neodeightonia(Neodeightonia Clade)and Lasiodiplodia(Lasiodiplodia Clade).Clade A2 clusters into three groups representing Phaeobotryosphaeria(100%),Phaeobotryon(100%)and Barriopsis(94%).Clade A3 incorporates 17 strains that cluster into three well-supported genera(Dothiorella(86%),Spencermartinsia(100%)and Auerswaldia(63%);the position of Macrophomina is not stable.Clade A4 is a single lineage(100%)representing the new genus Botryobambusa.Clade A5 is a wellsupported subclade incorporating Neofussicoccum.Clade A6 represents the type species of Botryosphaeria,three other Botryosphaeria species and two other genera,Neoscytalidium and Cophinforma gen.nov.Clade A7 comprises two Pseudofusicoccum species and Clade A8 has two Aplosporella species.These sub-clades may eventually require separate families but this requires analysis of a much larger dataset.Our data advances the understanding of Botryosphaeriales,there is,however,still much research to be carried out with resolution of families and genera,linkage of sexual and asexual morphs and differentiation of cryptic species.Jian-Kui Liu Rungtiwa Phookamsak Mingkhuan Doilom Saowanee Wikee Yan-Mei Li Hiran Ariyawansha Saranyaphat Boonmee Putarak Chomnunti Dong-Qin Dai Jayarama D.Bhat Andrea I.Romero Wen-Ying Zhuang Jutamart Monkai E.B.Gareth Jones Ekachai Chukeatirote Thida Win Ko Ko Yong-Chang Zhao Yong Wang Kevin D.Hyde 2012Fungal Diversity2012,,6:4
19Preparation of Novel Ultrathin Co doped MoS2 Nanosheets Piezocatalyst for Fast Simultaneous Decomposition of Cr(Ⅵ) and MB in Dark显示文摘Ultrathin Co doped MoS2 nanosheets(NSs) with thickness of 3.2 nm was used to simultaneously decompose Cr(Ⅵ) and MB in dark through ultrasonic vibration-assisted piezocatalytic effect. The significantly enhanced piezocatalytic performance of Co doped MoS2 NSs was found in comparison to the pristine MoS2 NSs. The high piezocatalytic activity of Co doped MoS2 NSs may originate from the large amount of charge carriers due to Co doping. The efficient separation of electron-hole pairs under spontaneous polarization were also investigated ill detail, which is responsible for reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) and oxidation of methylene blue(MB).
