| 5 | Calibration of a hysteretic model for glass fiber reinforced gypsum wall panels显示文摘Glass fi ber reinforced gypsum(GFRG) wall panels are prefabricated panels with hollow cores, originally developed in Australia and subsequently adopted by India and China for use in buildings. This paper discusses identifi cation and calibration of a suitable hysteretic model for GFRG wall panels fi lled with reinforced concrete. As considerable pinching was observed in the experimental results, a suitable hysteretic model with pinched hysteretic rule is used to conduct a series of quasi-static as inelastic hysteretic response analyses of GFRG panels with two different widths. The calibration of the pinching model parameters was carried out to approximately match the simulated and experimental responses up to 80% of the peak load in the post peak region. | 6 | Thiopurine-methyltransferase variants in inflammatory bowel disease:Prevalence and toxicity in Brazilian patients显示文摘AIM:To analyze the prevalence of thiopurine-methyltransferase(TPMT)genotypes and their associationwith drug toxicity in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients from southeastern Brazil.METHODS:A total of 219 consecutive patients with IBD,of which 146 had Crohn’s disease and 73 had ulcerative colitis,regularly seen at the outpatient unit of the Division of Gastroenterology at the University Hospital Pedro Ernesto of the State University of Rio de Janeiro,a tertiary referral center,were enrolled in this study from February 2009 to January 2011.We analyzed the presence of major TPMT genetic variants(TPMT*2,*3A,*3C)in IBD patients by means of a specific allele and RFLP-PCR.Genomic DNA was isolated from peripheral blood leukocytes by proteinase-K/Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate digestion and phenol-chloroform extraction.TPMT*2(C238G),TPMT*3A(G460A/A719G),and TPMT*3C(A719G)genotypes were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction followed by direct sequencing with specific primers.Clinical data were systematically recorded,and correlated with the genotype results.RESULTS:The distribution of the selected TPMT gene polymorphism TPMT*2(C238G),TPMT*3A(G460A/A719G),and TPMT*3C(A719G)genotypes was 3.6%,5.4%,and 7.7%of the patients,respectively.Among the side effects recorded from patients taking azathioprine,14 patients presented with pancreatitis and/or an elevation of pancreatic enzymes,while 6 patients had liver toxicity,and 2 patients exhibited myelosuppression/neutropenia.TPMT polymorphisms were detected in 37/219 patients(8 heterozygous for*2,11 heterozygous for*3A,and 18 heterozygous for*3C).No homozygotic polymorphisms were found.Despite the prevalence of the TPMT*3C genotype,no differences among the genotype frequencies were significant.Although no association was detected regarding myelotoxicity or hepatotoxicity,a trend towards the elevation of pancreatic enzymes was observed for TPMT*2 and TPMT*3C genotypes.CONCLUSION:The prevalence of TPMT genotypes was high among Brazilian patients.Variants genes*2and*3C may be associated with azathioprine pancreatic toxicity in a IBD southeastern Brazilian population. | Ana Teresa P Carvalho Barbara C Esberard Renata S B Fróes Davy C M Rapozo Ana B Grinman Tatiana A Simo Juliana C V C Santos Antonio José V Carneiro Luis Felipe Ribeiro-Pinto Heitor S P de Souza | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，12： | 3 |

| 8 | 澳洲淡水龙虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)商业饲料中鸡肉粉替代鱼粉研究显示文摘水产动物红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus),俗称澳洲淡水龙虾,在热带和亚热带区域养殖发展十分迅速。由于饲料工业处于初级发展期,红螯螯虾营养需求与各种原料消化吸收率数据极其有限,生产饲料一般并未按照螯虾的特殊要求来单独设计配方。考虑到近期鱼粉价格上涨,使用类似鸡肉粉等替代蛋白源显得更为经济。本研究评价螯虾幼虾投喂使用鸡肉粉替代鱼粉的商业饲料生长效果。红螯螯虾幼虾(0.45±0.01) g暂养在户外圆池(容积24 600 L),密度为12.5尾/m2。养殖池水源为水库抽提,养殖期间保持流水。小龙虾投喂6种饲料,蛋白为26%,粗脂肪为7%,每个处理4个重复,在同等环境条件下生长良好。基础饲料中的鱼粉按比例被鸡肉粉替代,鱼粉含量递减为15%、12%、9%、6%、3%和0,而鸡肉粉含量递增为7.8%、10.5%、13.2%、15.8%、18.5%和21.2%,等氮等能饲料。经过56 d养殖试验,小龙虾所有试验组的存活率大于83%,增长11.3 g以上,处理组间没有显著差异。基于以上试验结果,可以得出结论,鸡肉粉适合作为小龙虾饲料中鱼粉的替代物。 | 刘训华 何志刚 Saoud,I P Rodgers,L J Davis,D A | 2019 | 饲料与畜牧2019，0，6： | 2 |

| 10 | Age at diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular risk factor profile:A pooled analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes(T2D)in younger adults,an increasingly common public health issue,is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular complications and mortality,which may be due to a more adverse cardiovascular risk profile in individuals diagnosed at a younger age.AIM To investigate the association between age at diagnosis and the cardiovascular risk profile in adults with T2D.METHODS A pooled dataset was used,comprised of data from five previous studies of adults with T2D,including 1409 participants of whom 196 were diagnosed with T2D under the age of 40 years.Anthropometric and blood biomarker measurements included body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,body fat percentage,glycaemic control(HbA1c),lipid profile and blood pressure.Univariable and multivariable linear regression models,adjusted for diabetes duration,sex,ethnicity and smoking status,were used to investigate the association between age at diagnosis and each cardiovascular risk factor.RESULTS A higher proportion of participants diagnosed with T2D under the age of 40 were female,current smokers and treated with glucose-lowering medications,compared to participants diagnosed later in life.Participants diagnosed with T2D under the age of 40 also had higher body weight,BMI,waist circumference and body fat percentage,in addition to a more adverse lipid profile,compared to participants diagnosed at an older age.Modelling results showed that each one year reduction in age at diagnosis was significantly associated with 0.67 kg higher body weight[95%confidence interval(CI):0.52-0.82 kg],0.18 kg/m^(2) higher BMI(95%CI:0.10-0.25)and 0.32 cm higher waist circumference(95%CI:0.14-0.49),after adjustment for duration of diabetes and other confounders.Younger age at diagnosis was also significantly associated with higher HbA1c,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides.CONCLUSION The diagnosis of T2D earlier in life is associated with a worse cardiovascular risk factor profile,compared to those diagnosed later in life. | Mary M Barker Francesco Zaccardi Emer M Brady Gaurav S Gulsin Andrew P Hall Joseph Henson Zin ZinHtike Kamlesh Khunti Gerald P McCann Emma L Redman David R Webb Emma G Wilmot Tom Yates Jian Yeo Melanie J Davies Jack A Sargeant | 2022 | World Journal of Diabetes2022，13，3： | 2 |
