1微合金化元素对连铸裂纹的影响显示文摘为保证制成品的质量,需要尽可能地减少连铸产品的缺陷。随着热装,薄板连轧及直轧的推广,生产无缺陷的连铸产品也日益重要。这是由于在这些条件下,缺陷的检查与清理变得更加困难的缘故。在连铸产品的各项缺陷中,横向表面裂纹受同合金元素的影响较大。铌是非常有害的,0.01%的铌就会促成裂纹的出现。尽管在钒含量0.15%,氮含量0.2%的场合,也有出现横向裂纹的报道,但含钒钢中,氮低于0.005%时,横向裂纹就不会发生。据信,横向裂纹形成于器,随后在连铸过程,特别是矫直过程中扩张。微合金钢在某一温度范围内,显示出较低的延展率,当在此低延展率区间进行矫直时,就会产生裂纹。铌在深化延展槽,并使其高温区域扩展方面影响显著。铌的这一特点是归因于碳氮化铌的析出。铌的沉积促成低延展失效,并迟滞了再结晶过程。钒对热延展性的影响不那么显著,仅在钢中钒,氮含量较高的情况下,其延展性才接受含铌钢的水平。向含铌钢中添加钒,可通过使析出相粗化稍微改善延展性。钛对热延展性的影响较复杂,到目前还不完全为人们所知。通过适当选择钢的成分,如降低铌的含量,以钒和氮取代铌,或向含铌钢中添加钒,可将横向裂纹的出现降至最低。设备操作条件如二次冷却策略,对避免横向裂纹的出现也很重要。将矫直温度选在低延展率温度区间以外,也可降低裂纹的出现。D.N.克劳瑟 2002钢铁钒钛2002,23,1:16
2中国口蘑属种类名录(英文)显示文摘通过系统的文献收集 ,汇总了口蘑属 (Tricholoma)在中国的 91个名称记录 ,并对其研究现状和分布进行了简述。文献调查结果表明 ,口蘑属种类广泛分布于中国的 2 7个省区 ,其中以黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、贵州、四川、云南、西藏 ,青海、甘肃、河北、山西和陕西等地的报道较多 ,其他地区如台湾、香港、安徽、福建、广东、广西、海南、河南、湖南、湖北、江苏、山东、新疆 ,浙江也有一些报道。根据《国际植物命名法规》和《真菌、地衣汉语学名命名法规》 ,作者订正了中文文献中的一些拉丁和汉语学名 ,同时对形态描述和鉴定等方面的问题也进行了简要的讨论。在已报道的口蘑属名称记录中 ,能够得到承认的本属名称有 43个种和 3个变种 ,属内其他种类名称的异名有 8个 ,而已经转移到其他属的有 3 0个 ,在命名法上模糊不清名称有 3个 ,错拼名称有 2个 ,另有未定名种 2个。目前能够承认的名称是酸涩口蘑 (T .acerbum)、白棕口蘑 (T .albobrunneum)、白口蘑(T .album)、银盖口蘑 (T .argyraceum)、黑鳞口蘑 (T .atrosquamosum)、橙柄口蘑 (T.aurantiipes)、金黄褶口蘑 (T .auratum)、傻松口蘑 (T .bakamatsutake)、欧洲口蘑 (T .caligatum)、灰环口蘑 (T.cingulatum)、银白口蘑 (T .colum betta)、油口蘑 (T .邓晖 姚一建 佩格勒D.N. 2004菌物研究2004,2,1:14
3A LOOP DRAWBEAD RESTRAINING FORCE MODEL IN SHEET METAL DEEP DRAWING PROCESS显示文摘In sheet metal forming, drawbeads are often used to control uneven material flow which may cause defects such as wrinkles, fracture, surface distortion and springback. Appropriate setting and adjusting the drawbead force is one of the most important pa- rameters in sheet metal forming process control. This paper derives the model of loop drawbead restraining force (DBRF) using plastic forming theory, and gives the min imum blankholding force. Experiments are carried out to verify the proposed DBRF model. 5肛瘘填料与纤维蛋白胶对肛门直肠瘘的闭合效果比较显示文摘PURPOSE:Long-term closure rates of anorectal fistulas using fibrin glue have been disappointing,possibly because of the liquid consistency of the glue.A suturable bioprosthetic plug(Surgisis,Cook Surgical,Inc.)was fashioned to close the primary opening of fistula tracts.A prospective cohort study was performed to compare fibrin glue vs.the anal fistula plug.METHODS:Patients with high transsphincteric fistulas,or deeper,were prospectively enrolled.Patients with Crohn’s disease or superficial fistulas were excluded.Age,gender,number and type of fistula tracts,and previous fistula surgeries were compared between groups.Under general anesthesia and in prone jackknife position,the tract was irrigated with hydrogen peroxide.Fistula tracts were occluded by fibrin glue vs.closure of the primary opening using a Surgisisanal fistula plug.RESULTS:Twenty-five patients were prospectively enrolled.Ten patients underwent fibrin glue closure,and 15 used a fistula plug.Patient’s age,gender,fistula tract characteristics,and number of previous closure attempts was similar in both groups.In the fibrin glue group,six patients(60 percent)had persistence of one or more fistulas at three months,compared with two patients(13 percent)in the plug group(P < 0.05,Fisher exact test).CONCLUSIONS:Closure of the primary opening of a fistula tract using a suturable biologic anal fistula plug is an effective method of treating anorectal fistulas.The method seems to be more reliable than fibrin glue closure.The greater efficacy of the fistula plug may be the result of the ability to suture the plug in the primary opening,therefore,closing the primary opening more effectively.Further prospective,long-term studies are warranted.Johnson E.K.
