| 1 | 估测作物冠层生物量的新植被指数的研究显示文摘冠层鲜生物量是指示作物长势状况的重要指标, 可用于诊断作物氮素营养状况。但常规测定生物量的方法需要破坏性取样,不利于帮助精准施肥管理决策。遥感技术作为快速分析手段可用于估测作物多种生理、生化参数,特别是借助植被指数。研究表明归一化差值植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index, NDVI)、最优土壤调节指数(optimization of soil-adjusted vegetation index, OSAVI)等现已构建植被指数可用于准确估测中低生物量信息,但在较高冠层生物量条件下,它们的估测能力显著下降。文章旨在提出更通用的新植被指数用于估测冠层生物量,以提高遥感技术在较高生物量条件下的预测准确度。试验在加拿大魁北克省的St-Jean-sur-Richelieu地区进行,5年(2004~2008)试验中采集了玉米及小麦不同生育期的地面高光谱数据及对应生物量信息,并在2005年获取航空机载高光谱影像一景(compact airborne spectrographic imager, CASI)。研究提出了红边三角植被指数(red-edge triangular vegetation index, RTVI),并将其与一些常见植被指数进行比较分析。结果表明RTVI是最好的估测冠层生物量的指数,在较高生物量条件下仍保持其对生物量变化的高敏感性,其与生物量间的决定系数为0.96。基于CASI影像,RTVI预测生物量值与实际测定值间的决定系数(R2)为0.58,预测标准误差为0.44 kg·m-2,取得了较好的结果。 | 陈鹏飞 Nicolas Tremblay 王纪华 Philippe Vigneault 黄文江 李保国 | 2010 | 光谱学与光谱分析2010，30，2： | 41 |
| 2 | 不同水氮处理对玉米氮素诊断指标的影响(英文)显示文摘SPAD-502叶绿素仪与Dualex-3多酚仪均可诊断作物的氮素营养状况,为了探讨不同水分条件下该指标对作物施氮量的响应,以玉米品种Pioneer 38B84为研究对象,在温室盆栽条件下,研究3个土壤水分水平(干旱、干旱后复水和水分良好)和4个施氮水平(0、50、50+75和200kghm-2),即12个处理对植物含氮量、SPAD值、Dualex值以及SPAD/Dualex比值的影响。结果表明,植物含氮量、SPAD值和SPAD/Dualex比值均随施氮量的增加而增加,Dualex值随施氮量的增加而减少。干旱胁迫初期,植物含氮量、SPAD值和SPAD/Dualex比值迅速下降,Dualex值迅速增加;随着干旱胁迫时间的推进,各指标逐渐呈相反趋势变化。干旱复水后,植物含氮量、Dualex值和SPAD/Dualex比值逐渐恢复,然而SPAD值恢复较小。SPAD值(r=0.92)、Dualex值(r=-0.86)及SPAD/Dualex值(r=0.63)与植物含氮量呈极显著的相关性,但试验后期,由于生长阶段的不同,SPAD值和Dualex值与植物含氮量在干旱条件下(SPAD:r=0.90;Dualex:r=-0.83)的相关性高于在水分良好条件下(SPAD:r=0.39;Dualex:r=-0.44)。通过比较不同水分条件下,SPAD值、Dualex值和SPAD/Dualex值对不同施氮量的响应,发现Dualex值在不同水分条件下均能较好地反应施氮水平。 | 朱娟娟 梁银丽 TREMBLAY Nicolas | 2011 | 作物学报2011，37，7： | 14 |

| 4 | 用于常规粉末冶金工艺的生坯切削加工显示文摘生坯切削加工的好处已众所周知 ,如切削刀具的寿命较长 ,能够用可烧结硬化粉末制作形状复杂的零件等。零件生坯强度高可防止在运送过程中生坯开裂与损坏。但是 ,用常规粉末冶金工艺不易达到所要求的高生坯强度 (约大于 2 0MPa)。因此 ,生坯切削加工尚未得到广泛应用。用魁北克金属粉末公司 (QMP)新开发的高生坯强度 (highgreenstrength ,简称HGS)聚合物润滑剂 ,正在消除使用生坯切削加工的限制。这种润滑剂的一个杰出特性是其对温度的敏感性。在压制温度 5 5℃下整个坯件就能获得高生坯强度 ,这用冷压很容易达到。若将零件生坯压制到密度 6 8g/cm3 ,随后经固化处理 ,甚至可将生坯强度增高到 4 8MPa左右。这样高的生坯强度使得用常规粉末冶金工艺制造的零件都能进行生坯切削加工。本文介绍了用正时链轮进行生坯切削加工试验的一些结果。使用的材料是由QMPATOMET 4 6 0 1与HGS润滑剂组成的可烧结硬化的粉末混合料。先用冷压将链轮压制到密度约 6 8g/cm3 ,再对用压制的生坯与经固化处理的生坯进行切削加工 (在齿的中间车槽 )。结果表明 ,HGS润滑剂 ,特别是固化处理后 ,可赋予生坯足够高的强度 ,以进行装卡与切削加工作业。切削加工表面光滑且棱边完好。由可烧结硬化粉末制作的可生坯切削加工的链轮 。 | Lee Attewell Rick Armstrong Jeff Danaher Linda Tremblay 郭瑞金 韩凤麟 | 2004 | 粉末冶金技术2004，22，3： | 5 |

| 6 | Droplet digital PCR for quantification of ITGA6 in a stool mRNA assay for the detection of colorectal cancers显示文摘AIM To investigate the use of droplet digital polymerase chain reaction(dd PCR) for detecting host m RNA markers in stools as a non-invasive test for colorectal cancer screening.METHODS dd PCR and quantitative PCR were compared side by side for their performance in the detection of ITGA6 and ITGA6 A transcripts in stool samples obtained from patients with various types of colorectal lesions(advanced adenomas and stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ colorectal cancers) and control(patients displaying no pathological findings) using duplex Taq Man reactions for both methods. ITGA6 and ITGA6 A were chosen for this proof-of-concept study based on their relative medium and low abundance in stool samples, respectively, as established in a previous study.RESULTS We found that the dd PCR and q PCR methods per-formed equally well in this Taq Man duplex assay for the detection of ITGA6 and ITGA6 A transcripts in stools of patients with colorectal lesions. For ITGA6, receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve analysis showed comparable areas under the curve of 0.91(P < 0.0001) and 0.89-0.90(P < 0.0001) for the prediction of advanced adenomas and colorectal cancers, respectively. ITGA6 A, which was detected at very low levels in control patients, was found to be significantly elevated(over 40 times) in stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ colorectal cancers(P < 0.0002). | 7 | Interferon-β induced in female genital epithelium by HIV-1 glycoprotein 120 via Toll-like-receptor 2 pathway acts to protect the mucosal barrier显示文摘More than 40%of HIV infections occur via female reproductive tract(FRT)through heterosexual transmission.Epithelial cells that line the female genital mucosa are the first line of defense against HIV-1 and other sexually transmitted pathogens.These sentient cells recognize and respond to external stimuli by induction of a range of carefully balanced innate immune responses.Previously,we have shown that in response to HIV-1 gp120,the genital epithelial cells(GECs)from upper reproductive tract induce an inflammatory response that may facilitate HIV-1 translocation and infection.In this study,we report that the endometrial and endocervical GECs simultaneously induce biologically active interferon-β(IFNβ)antiviral responses following exposure to HIV-1 that act to protect the epithelial tight junction barrier.The innate antiviral response was directly induced by HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein gp120 and addition of gp120 neutralizing antibody inhibited IFNβproduction.Interferon-βwas induced by gp120 in upper GECs through Toll-like receptor 2 signaling and required presence of heparan sulfate on epithelial cell surface.The induction of IFNβwas dependent upon activation of transcription factor IRF3(interferon regulatory factor 3).The IFNβwas biologically active,had a protective effect on epithelial tight junction barrier and was able to inhibit HIV-1 infection in TZM-bl indicator cells and HIV-1 replication in T cells.This is the first report that recognition of HIV-1 by upper GECs leads to induction of innate antiviral pathways.This could explain the overall low infectivity of HIV-1 in the FRT and could be exploited for HIV-1 prophylaxis. | Aisha Nazli Sara Dizzell Muhammad Atif Zahoor Victor H Ferreira Jessica Kafka Matthew William Woods Michel Ouellet Ali A Ashkar Michel J Tremblay Dawn ME Bowdish Charu Kaushic | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019，16，2： | 2 |
